The application discloses a copper-loaded covalent organic framework catalyst and a preparation method and application thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding silica gel and (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane into a solvent and stirring and mixing, filtering to obtain modified silica gel; placing the modified silica gel, triformylphloroglucinol and a mixed solvent of dioxane and mesitylene in a hydrothermal reaction kettle and stirring and reacting; dissolving 4,4'-diphenylamine in a mixed solvent of dioxane and mesitylene, adding the same into the above solution, and simultaneously adding acetic acid as a catalyst; finally, sealing and placing in a constant-temperature oven to react, washing and drying to obtain a COFs carrier; and stirring and reacting the COFs carrier with a copper salt and a solvent, and filtering, washing and drying to obtain a Cu-COFs catalyst. The copper-loaded covalent organic framework catalyst is laid on silica gel material, the catalytic surface area is increased, the recyclability is improved, and the catalyst can be uniformly dispersed on a fixed bed without adding other filling materials by being used as a filling material for filling the fixed bed.
