The method comprises the following steps: establishing a second association relationship between a first user and a second user, wherein the second association relationship is a subordinate association relationship of the first association relationship; after the second association relationship is successfully established, when a user operation page corresponding to the second user is displayed, displaying user information and a relationship identifier of the second user in the user operation page, the user operation page is implemented as at least one of a relationship display page of the second association relationship, a contact page, a chat session page and a user detail page of the second user, and the relationship identifier is used for indicating that the second association relationship exists between the second user and the first user.
