Polypropylene composite material and preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of high polymer material modification, in particular to a polypropylene composite material and a preparation method and application thereof, and provides a polypropylene composite material, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 63-82 parts of polypropylene resin, 13-32 parts of halloysite nanotubes with amino surface modification, and 3-14 parts of a compatilizer; the halloysite nanotubes have an aspect ratio of 20-70, and the compatilizer is a maleic anhydride grafted compatilizer. The polypropylene composite material has excellent heat conductivity, moisture and heat aging performance and low linear expansion coefficient, and solves the defects of the existing polypropylene composite material in the preparation of automobile structural parts.
