Abstract

This invention relates to the field of antibacterial composite sphere preparation, and particularly to a graphene antibacterial composite sphere and its preparation method, comprising: high-speed dispersion of modified silver-loaded zeolite, graphene oxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone-block-polyacrylic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and ascorbic acid; calculating dispersion state indices based on real-time monitored resistivity and particle size; dynamically adjusting the rotation speed to suppress shear damage; normalizing the dispersion state indices to parameter adjustment parameters of 1-10 to determine the screw speed and temperature setpoint of the twin-screw extruder; and real-time monitoring of 1710 cm⁻¹ during the extrusion process. ‑1 The drift of characteristic absorption peaks is dynamically compensated for by interfacial thermal degradation, and finally injection molding is performed. This invention achieves fine and stable dispersion and composite of graphene and silver-loaded zeolite in a polyethylene matrix through multi-level intelligent control, solving the problems of easy agglomeration of functional phases, easy degradation during processing, and poor batch consistency caused by rough process control in the prior art.
