By detecting DNA damage response gene-related SNPs, especially LIG3 rs3744356, the risk and prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia were assessed, which solved the problem of unclear role of SNPs in the DDR pathway in AML and enabled precise assessment and prediction of AML treatment.

Abstract
