By designing a primer set for STI-related virus detection and using multiplex PCR technology, we were able to simultaneously detect multiple STI viruses from a single sample. This solved the problems of low detection efficiency and lack of co-infection information in existing technologies, and enabled efficient and convenient virus infection detection and identification.
