[0003] Detailed functional description: The device according to the invention utilizes the mechanical positive guidance of the lid by the retaining element (3). A puncture element (4), preferably designed as a tapered plastic pin, is located at the outer edge of the lid.

Closure device for beverage composite packaging (1), comprising a pouring element (2) fixedly arranged on the packaging (1) and a lid corresponding to it, wherein the lid is permanently and securely connected to the packaging (1) or the pouring element (2) via a flexible retaining element (3), characterized in that at least one integrated puncture device (4) is arranged on the lid or on the retaining element (3), which is designed to create a ventilation hole in the wall of the packaging (1) by means of a guided pivoting movement of the open lid around the retaining element (3). Closure device according to claim 1, characterized in that the puncture organ (4) is designed as a tapered spike, prick or cutting element which is manufactured in one piece with the lid or the retaining element (3) by injection molding. Closure device according to claim 1, characterized in that the retaining element (3) acts as a lever arm and guide rail to direct the puncture organ (4) to a predefined position on the surface of the packaging (1) during a pivoting movement of approximately 180 degrees. Closure device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the puncture organ (4) is positioned on the radial outer edge of the lid in order to utilize a maximum lever travel when folding over. Closure device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the ventilation hole produced by means of the puncture organ (4) enables gurgling-free pouring of the liquid from the pouring element (2) by means of constant air equalization. Closure device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an optical or haptic marking is arranged on the surface of the packaging (1) at the location which corresponds to the impact position of the puncture organ (4) when the lid is completely folded back. Closure device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the puncture organ (4) is positioned such that the hermetic seal of the packaging (1) is maintained in the open state until conscious pressure is applied by the user.
