[0002] Dress shirts comprise several textile components, such as a collar, a front panel, a back panel, and two sleeves. Cuffs may be added to the sleeves, and one or more pockets may be found on the front. These dress shirts are worn with suits and are generally made to measure or available in a wide range of sizes. These shirts, also known as business shirts, are made from woven fabrics, resulting in the familiar dress shirt shape. The fabrics used are typically inflexible, as they are considered non-elastic. The cut in the torso area, i.e., the front and back panels, is often problematic.Even if the collar size of a dress shirt is correct for a majority of wearers, the necessary cut of the front and back panels differs considerably because the torso of different shirt wearers varies significantly, especially in the transverse plane of the body. [0004] The present invention aims to create a dress shirt in the form of a business shirt, worn with a suit and tie (including special types of dress shirts, such as tailcoat and tuxedo shirts), such that a fit for as many clothing sizes as possible can be achieved with only a few patterns of different sizes for a front and back panel. The production of such dress shirts can thus be significantly simplified, and distribution becomes less complicated, since fewer sizes need to be offered, yet every user can still find a suitable dress shirt.

Claims
1. Shirt (1) with a front cover surface (I) and a rear cover surface (II), which are sewn together in the area of the shoulders and along the torso by connecting seams (13), wherein a shirt collar (15) and two sleeves (16) are sewn on running between the front cover surface (I) and the rear cover surface (II) and the front cover surface (I) has at least one textile piece of a fabric, whereby the rear cover surface (II) in a shoulder / arm section, between shirt collar (15) and at least one quarter of the height (H) of a sleeve cutout of the sleeve (16) is formed of an elastic knitted fabric, wherein the elastic knitted fabric section forms a knitted textile section (2), wherein the knitted textile section (2) is chosen by choice of the knitting pattern and / or the material of the knitting yarn in such a way that the knitted textile section (2) is between 10% and 40% in at least one direction is designed to be stretchable and a knitted climate area with a knitting pattern different from that of the knitted textile section (2) is knitted parallel to the spine of a shirt wearer in the wearing state of the shirt within the knitted textile section (2).
2. Shirt (1) according to claim 1, wherein the height of the knitted textile portion (2) is half the height (H) of the sleeve cutout of the sleeve (16) or greater.
3. A shirt (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the knitted textile section (2) is designed as a seamless knitted fabric knitted from at least one knitting yarn.
4. A shirt (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the knitted textile section (2) has a ribbed structure of a base textile (21) with textile ribs (20) protruding from it.
5. Shirt (1) according to claim 4, wherein the textile ribs (20) are arranged on the inside of the knitted textile portion (2), protruding to the skin of the later wearer.
6. Shirt (1) according to claim 4, wherein the textile ribs (20) of the knitted textile section (2) extend between the sleeve openings of the sleeves (16) and are interrupted by a knitted climate region which runs perpendicular to the knitting pattern of the knitted textile section (2) through the knitted textile section (2).

Shirt (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the knitted textile portion (2) is sewn to the shirt collar (15) or a collar seam and to the sleeves (16) and has a knitted climate region perpendicular to the knitting pattern of the knitted textile portion (2) running through the knitted textile portion (2), with a knitting pattern different from the rest of the knitted textile portion (2).
8. Shirt (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the knitted textile portion (2) forms the entire rear cover surface (II).

Use of a one-piece knitted textile section (2) in the form of a seamless knitted fabric, as part of a shirt (1) with a front woven cover surface (I) and a rear cover surface (II), which are sewn together in the area of the shoulders and along the torso by connecting seams (13) and the height of the knitted textile section (2) corresponds to the entire rear cover surface (II) thus as part of the rear cover surface (II) of the shirt (1) in the form of a a business shirt which is worn with a suit and tie, wherein the knitted textile section (2) has a suitable knitting pattern and the material of the knitting yarn is chosen in such a way that the knitted textile section (2) is designed to be more than 10% to 40% stretchable and the knitted textile section (2) in the rear cover surface (II) is formed only in one shoulder / arm section, between shirt collar (15) and a quarter of the height (H) of a sleeve cut-out of the sleeve (16) and a the knitted climatic area with a knitting pattern different from that of the knitted textile section (2) is knitted parallel to the spine of a shirt wearer in the wearing state of the shirt within the knitted textile section (2).
