Abstract
Description
[0001] Working tool for an excavator
[0002] The invention relates to a working device for an excavator according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0003] DE 20 2021 101 016 U1 discloses a working device for an earth-moving machine, in particular an excavator, with a digging implement designed as a bucket or shovel. A quick-change device is provided for the interchangeable arrangement of the working device on an excavator stick. This quick-change device comprises two changer halves, one changer half being connected to the excavator stick and the second changer half being mounted on the bucket or shovel. This second changer half consists of two bearing blocks arranged at a distance from one another, which are welded to an outer side, in particular an upper wall section, of the bucket. Two locking bolts are fixed between the two bearing blocks. Locking elements of the first changer half engage these locking bolts of the second changer half to connect and lock the two changer halves to one another.
[0004] The invention is based on the object of creating a working device for an excavator in which increased process forces are achieved when working with the working device.
[0005] This object is achieved by a work tool in which a drive device which drives a tool is provided in a base body, and locking bolts from a first changer half of a quick-change device are integrated into a base body of the work tool. By integrating the locking bolts into the base body of the work tool, the overall height of the work tool can be reduced compared to work tools known from the prior art, at least by the height of the bearing blocks or bearing flanges welded onto the base body of the work tool for receiving the locking bolts. By reducing the overall height of the work tool, an effective lever arm between a coupling device which is connected to a boom of an excavator and a tool of the work tool can be reduced. This allows the effective process forces of the implement to be increased, for example, during digging, milling, or compacting. Furthermore, reducing the overall height of the implement has the advantage that the shortening of the lever arm reduces the load on the implement while maintaining the same process forces for controlling the implement. The integration of the locking bolts into the base body of the implement also allows for stiffening of the base body, thereby increasing the reliability of the implement.
[0006] Advantageously, the locking bolts are positioned within a casing of the base body and secured to the base body. This not only allows for a compact design and a reduced height of the base body, but also allows for stiffening of the base body.
[0007] Preferably, the locking bolts are integrated into the base body, in particular arranged so as to be permanently attached to the base body. The height of the implement is essentially determined by the base body and the tools arranged thereon, such as grippers, compaction plates, drills, milling cutters, or the like.
[0008] Furthermore, in order to reduce the installation height of the working device, it is preferably provided that any rotary drives between the working device and a first changer half assigned to the working device for the rotational alignment of the tool are omitted, since the second changer half or the changer half on the handle side has an integrated rotary drive.
[0009] Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the overall height of the base body of the working device is formed by a distance between the tool and an upper wall section or an upper wall of the base body or at least an upper end face of the base body and that the locking bolts are positioned within the overall height of the base body of the working device.
[0010] According to a preferred embodiment of the implement, the base body has two spaced-apart side walls, and the locking bolts are attached between the side walls, in particular, they are not interchangeably attached. This allows the basic structure of an implement to be retained and enables a direct connection of the locking bolts to the side walls of the base body. The first changer half is thus connected to the base body in a rotationally fixed manner.
[0011] According to a further preferred embodiment of the work tool, the base body has a recess in an upper wall or in an upper wall section or between side walls of the base body, which recess extends within the upper wall or the upper wall section or between the side walls of the base body. This embodiment has the advantage that the overall structural height can be reduced by the welded or screwed-on bearing blocks or bearing flanges known from the prior art for receiving the locking bolts. The recess and the locking bolts extending therein also make it possible for the base body to be reinforced or stiffened in its upper region for connection to the second changer half of the quick-change device.
[0012] Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the base body of the working device surrounds a receiving space that is open on one side and is open downwards towards the tool.
[0013] The main body of the working device can be formed by a housing which is at least partially closed opposite the tool, with the locking bolts being arranged between the side walls of the housing. For example, in a compressor, a housing can be provided to accommodate the drive device for the compactor plate designed as a tool, with this housing being open towards the compactor plate and essentially closed opposite, and the side walls of the housing being designed to accommodate locking bolts extending therebetween. As a result, hydraulic and / or electrical lines can be routed from the first changer half within the housing and / or the tool itself and are thus advantageously protected against mechanical damage compared to the exposed outer guide according to the prior art.
[0014] According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the locking bolts are fixed, preferably welded, to side wall sections of the recess or to the side walls of the base body bordering the recess. This enables a reinforced design of the base body without restricting the basic function of the implement.
[0015] Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the first changer half comprises two locking bolts arranged at a distance from one another, which are fastened between side wall sections, in particular welded, pinned, or screwed, are integrated into the side walls of the base body, and / or the side wall sections of the first changer half form part of the base body. Thus, the first changer half and the base body can be formed as a single piece and / or integrated into one another.
[0016] The invention, as well as further advantageous embodiments and developments thereof, are described and explained in more detail below with reference to the examples shown in the drawings. This attachment device 21 can comprise a rotating device 22 with a rotary drive 24 and a coupling, in particular a quick-change device 23. The rotating device 22 comprises a drive housing 66. The rotary drive 24 enables the quick-change device 23 to rotate relative to the drive housing 66 in a rotation axis 26.A work tool 25 is provided for interchangeable use on the quick-change device 23. The quick-change device 23 has a first changer half 41, which is provided on the work tool side, and a second changer half 42, which is provided on the rotary drive 24. The second changer half 42 comprises at least one controllable latch 56. After positioning a latch receptacle 59 on the first latch bolt 55 of the first changer half 41, the latch 56 can engage behind the second latch bolt 55 of the first changer half 41 and connect and lock the first and second changer halves 41, 42. Such a quick-change device is known, for example, from DE 20 2021 101 016 U1.
[0024] To control a pivoting movement of the attachment device 21, a pivot kinematics system 27 is provided. This comprises a deflector 28, which is pivotally connected to the stem 14 at one end via a deflector axis 29. The pivot kinematics system 27 further comprises a coupling 31, which is connected at one end to the deflector 28 via a common pivot axis 35. At the opposite end, the coupling 31 engages a coupling device 33. This coupling device 33 is a component of the attachment device 21 or is mounted on the attachment device 21. The drive housing preferably has a cover surface extending at least in sections, on which the coupling device 33 is provided. The pressure cylinder 16, in particular a piston rod of the pressure cylinder 16, engages the pivot axis 35 of the pivot kinematics system 27.
[0025] Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the attachment device 21. Figure 3 shows a schematic side view of this attachment device 21 according to Figure 2.
[0026] The coupling device 33 consists of two cheeks 36 arranged at a distance from one another. The cheeks 36 can be connected to at least one connecting plate 34 which extends between the cheeks 36. The at least one connecting plate 34 can rest against an upper side of the rotating device 22 and can preferably be releasably fastened thereto. Each cheek 36 comprises a coupling bearing point 37 and an attachment bearing point 38. The coupling bearing point 37 and the attachment bearing point 38 are arranged offset in height from one another. The attachment bearing point 38 is recessed relative to the coupling bearing point 37. The attachment bearing point 38 can also be offset towards a rotation plane 39 of the rotating device 22 or lie in this rotation plane 39. The attachment bearing point 38 is offset laterally outwards relative to the attachment device 21, in particular the rotating device 22, or is assigned to an end face of the rotating device 22.
[0027] Figure 4 shows a perspective view of the working device 25 according to Figure 1. Figure 5 shows a schematic side view of the working device 25. Figure 6 shows a rear view and Figure 7 shows a sectional view along the line XX in Figure 6.
[0028] This working device 25 comprises a base body 44. A tool 45 is provided on the base body 44. This tool 45 is designed, for example, as a compactor plate and is provided on an underside of the base body 44.
[0029] In this working device 25, the base body 44 is designed, for example, as a housing 71 that is open on at least one side or as a housing 71 that is open on one side, in particular downwards. This housing 71 comprises side walls 47, 48, as well as an upper wall 49 and a rear wall 51 as well as a front wall 52. The walls make the housing 71 open downwards. A drive device 72 is provided schematically and dashed in the housing 71. This drive device 72 is coupled to the tool 45. This working device 25 is, for example, a compactor. The drive device 72 comprises a motor for driving the tool 45 in the form of a compactor plate.
[0030] The side walls 47, 48 of the base body 44 extend above the upper wall 49. Locking bolts 55 are arranged between the side walls 47, 48 of the housing 71. The locking bolts 55 arranged between the side walls 47, 48 of the housing 71 form the first changer half 41. This first changer half 41 is not designed separately as an adapter plate. This first changer half 41 is integrated into the housing 71 of the drive unit 25, or is firmly connected thereto, in particular, provided as a single piece. Thus, the first changer half 41 is connected to the housing 71 in a rotationally fixed manner. In this embodiment, the original height of the side walls 47, 48 of the housing 71 is maintained, and the upper wall 49 is recessed relative to an upper end face of the side walls 47, 48, or a recess 57 is provided in the upper wall 49. The outer side walls 47, 48 of the housing 71 form an envelope 61.The locking bolts 55 are fixed to the base body 44 within the enclosure 61 or from the inside adjacent to the enclosure 61. This allows the locking bolts 55 to be positioned between the side walls 47, 48 and thus integrated within the base body 44.
[0031] If the length of the locking bolts 55 requires a wider extension than the housing 71 in order to be securely gripped and locked by the second changer half 42, the housing 71 can also extend laterally beyond the side wall sections 58 on the side walls 47, 48. If the housing 71 is wider than the required length of the locking bolts 55, the upper wall 49 can also include a recess in which the locking bolts 55 are positioned or integrated. If the width of the working device 25 corresponds to the length of the locking bolts 55, the side wall sections 58 are part of the side walls 47, 48 of the base body 44.
[0032] By integrating the locking bolts 55 or the first changer half 41 into the upper wall 49 or the upper wall section of the base body 44, the working device 25 can also be stiffened.
[0033] The embodiments described above also apply to other working devices 25, which are listed below as examples but not exhaustively: milling machine, hydraulic hammer, grapple, vacuum magnet device, electromagnetic device, leveling bar, sweeping roller, bucket separator, shears, jaw crusher or the like.
