Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Actuation device for a scented solution vaporizer technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to the vaporization of a fragrant solution using an actuation device for vaporizing such a fragrant solution. The fragrant solution may, for example, be a perfume or a deodorant.
[0002] In particular, the present invention relates to facilitating the operation of a vaporizer for people with reduced mobility who cannot perform a pressing gesture on said vaporizer.
[0003] In general, the invention applies to any sprayer of an odorous solution such as is commonly found in commerce. Previous techniques
[0004] Devices for conditioning and applying cosmetic products such as scented solutions, namely perfumes or deodorants, are generally sprayers.
[0005] A vaporizer for an odorous solution usually includes a storage container for the solution, and a spray head mounted on the storage container and movable between a solution distribution position and a rest position.
[0006] Such a commercially available sprayer is generally used by manually pressing the spray head to move it from its resting position to its dispensing position. This pressing is done, for example, by applying force with the index finger or thumb.
[0007] However, such a movement is sometimes not feasible for certain people with reduced mobility who, due to an accident or illness, can no longer perform it and, consequently, cannot use scented solution sprays. Such disabilities arise, for example, from spasticity, tremors, loss of an upper limb, or loss of strength.
[0008] The production of vaporizer packaging specific to each particular morphology could be a solution to allow the use of vaporizers by people with reduced mobility but is difficult to envisage on a large scale and would involve significant production costs.
[0009] In addition, people with reduced mobility, in a problem of inclusion and simplicity of purchase, are looking for solutions that can allow them to use the same packaged cosmetic products as people with full mobility. Description of the invention

[0024] The interface can allow the selection of an operating mode to treat different body areas.
[0025] The interface can communicate via a wired or wireless connection, for example via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, with a terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a computer in order, for example, to receive updates or to send data related to the use of the device.
[0026] The device may be equipped with a stabilizing device as described in US patent 11458062B2, capable of stabilizing the device in response to a user-induced movement, comprising: a receiver configured to be coupled to the device; at least one sensor configured to detect a user-induced movement; circuits configured to determine a compensating movement to offset the detected movement; and at least one motion-generating device integrated in the receiver configured to control a movement of the device based on the determined compensating movement. Brief description of the drawings
[0027] Other objects, features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description, given solely by way of non-limiting example, and made with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
[0028] [Fig.1] is a schematic side view of an actuation device according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention in an active actuation position; and
[0029] [Fig.2] is a schematic side view of the actuation device of the [Fig.l] in an inactive position.
[0030] Detailed description of at least one embodiment
[0031] Figures 1 and 2 schematically represent an actuation device 1 for a vaporizer 3 of an odorant solution.
[0032] The illustrated spray bottle 3 is, for example, intended to contain and spray a perfume or a deodorant.
[0033] In a manner known per se, the vaporizer 3 comprises a container 5 for storing the odorant solution and a spray head 7 mounted on the storage container 5 and movable between a position for dispensing the odorant solution and a rest position.
[0034] The device 1 includes a means for mounting said vaporizer 3 on the device, a movable actuating arm 11 that rotates between an active position PA for actuating the spray head 7 of the vaporizer 3, in particular shown in [Fig.2], and an inactive position PI shown in [Fig.1] in which it preferably remains at a distance from the spray head 7.
[0035] The device 1 further comprises a motor 13, for example a servomotor, for moving the actuating arm 11 between its active actuating position PA and its inactive position PL
[0036] In a particular embodiment, the mounting means 9 includes a platform 15 configured to accommodate the storage container 5 of said vaporizer 3.
