AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Current CAR-T therapy products do not effectively target BCMA, limiting their efficacy in treating B-cell malignancies such as multiple myeloma.
Method used
Development of a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) that specifically binds to BCMA, comprising defined antibody sequences for high toxicity, cytokine secretion, and tumor suppression capabilities, expressed on immune effector cells.
Benefits of technology
The CAR-T cells demonstrate high lethal toxicity to BCMA-positive cells, significant cytokine secretion, enhanced proliferation, and effective tumor suppression, offering a promising therapeutic approach for BCMA-associated diseases.

Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a high pressure fuel pump roller tappet. The present invention relates to a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting BCMA and applications thereof, the CAR comprising a BCMA-binding domain, the BCMA-binding domain comprising an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to BCMA, the antibody comprising a light chain complementarity determining region 3 (HCDR3), and the HCDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 25. Immune effector cells and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the CAR, and methods of treating diseases or disorders associated with BCMA expression.
