The present invention relates to a door hinge height adjustment device, and more specifically, to a door hinge height adjustment device comprising: a base portion disposed between a floor surface and a door to fix the door hinge; a spacer interposed between the base portion and the floor surface and configured to be coupled with the base portion; and a fine adjustment portion coupled to the base portion and the spacer while the spacer is interposed between the base portion and the floor surface, wherein the base portion is lifted while the door hinge is installed to enable the spacer to be coupled to the bottom surface of the base portion, thereby allowing the height of the door to be adjusted without separating or dismantling the base portion from the floor surface, and even if the floor surface is uneven or sloped, additional horizontal adjustment of the door is possible through the operation of the fine adjustment portion coupled to the base portion and the spacer, thereby enabling uniform and stable installation of the door and reducing the cost and time required in the construction process necessary for height adjustment.
