Abstract
The present invention discloses tibicos wine, comprising: 1 cup of tibicos grains (water kefir), 1 cup of sugar, and 1000 mL of water as the ingredients. The ingredients according to claim 1, wherein said sugar is white sugar. The process of making tibicos wine comprising the steps of: mixing sugar with water in a glass jar until sugar is dissolved; mixing tibicos grains into a water-sugar mixture; covering the mixture with cotton cloth and tying with an elastic band; fermenting said mixture; filtering tibicos grains using fine strainer to separate tibicos wine; and packaging tibicos wine in a glass container, and sealing properly. The process according to claim 2, wherein said fermentation is done three (3) days.
