Abstract
The present utility model relates to a container closure cap (1) designed to improve sealing performance while allowing controlled access to the interior of a container. Conventional closure caps often require modification to accommodate accessory members, which may result in leakage, contamination, or structural damage. The disclosed container closure cap (1) comprises a top wall (2) and an integrally formed depending cylindrical skirt (3) configured for attachment to a neck of a container, and a compressible foam sealing liner (5) disposed on the underside of the top wall (2) for sealing engagement with a rim of the container mouth. At least one aperture (4) is formed through the top wall (2) and is configured to permit passage of an accessory member while the closure cap (1) remains installed on the container, thereby maintaining sealing integrity. The utility model is applicable to containers for liquids and flowable materials in industrial, laboratory, and household applications.
