Abstract

The subject of the application is a fluid for cold hardening of steel, containing 81.5% - 92.4% (m / m) of wax - modified jojoba oil, with a kinematic viscosity at 40°C of 20.5 - 26.5 mm2 / s and a pour point from -5°C to 3°C, which is characterized by a distillation range such that less than 5% V / V distils up to 395°C and at least 95% V / V distils up to 590°C, furthermore, the fluid for cold hardening of steel contains two packages of refining additives in the amount of: a) 2.2% - 7.3% (m / m) of a package of refining additives containing, calculated on the total weight of this package, 10% - 25% (m / m) of bis(nonylphenyl)amine and 1% - 5% (m / m) of calcium salts (C10-C47)-alkyl-aryl derivatives of petroleum-derived benzenesulfonic acids and 0.1% - 0.25% (mim) diphenylamine and 0.01% - 0.25% (m / m) branched dodecylphenol, dissolved in mineral base oil, the content of which in the package is from 20% to 50% (m / m), b) 0.2% - 7,6% (m / m) of a package of improvers containing, based on the total weight of this package, a mixture of 70% (m / m) of hydrocarbon resins with 30% (m / m) of non-aromatic hydrocarbons obtained from vacuum residue after distillation of crude oil or by separating raffinate - oil in the process of deasphalting of vacuum residue, and in addition to the above-mentioned components contains 3 improvers with different functions in the amounts of c) 1.9% - 6.3% (m / m) of an antioxidant additive containing, 50% - 100% (m / m) of branched bis(nonylphenyl)amine and 0.25% - 1% (m / m) of diphenylamine, d) 1.4% - 5.2% (m / m) of an ash-free dispersant, of the mono- and / or bis-polybutenesuccinimides, with a base number of not more than 18 mg KOH / g and a viscosity at 100°C of not more than 330 mm2 / s, e) 0.2% - 4.5% (m / m) of modified lanolin with a kinematic viscosity at 100°C of 28.5 - 35.7 mm2 / s and a pour point of 2°C - 16°C, which is characterised by a distillation range such that,that less than 5% V / V distils to 458°C and at least 95% V / V distils to 645°C.,
