The base of the locking mechanism has numerous rotating shafts; positioning boards are mounted on these shafts, and a space is formed between the base and the positioning board. The first and second levers are rotatably mounted on one of the shafts of the rotating axis, respectively. The locking mechanism secures the rechargeable battery by rotating the first and second levers around their respective axes, where the levers are rotatably mounted around their axes on the rotating axis rather than being directly riveted. ------------
