Abstract

The present invention relates to the development of a composite material consisting of two biopolymers, Silane and Chitosan, reinforced by graphene oxide nanosheets. This composite is applied as a coating to magnesium alloy surfaces using the spin-coating technique. The synthesized material is distinguished by optimized mechanical properties, excellent biocompatibility, and delayed and controlled biodegradation, meeting the requirements of biodegradable implants in the biomedical field.
