Abstract

This invention provides a novel analytical indicator that aids in the analysis of subjects and / or behavior-related items. The computing device includes an acquisition unit and a calculation unit. The acquisition unit is configured to acquire behavioral log data about a plurality of subjects. The calculation unit calculates characteristic parameters about the behavior using a probability model based on item response theory, based on the response quantities for each of the plurality of behavior-related items contained in the behavioral log data. The characteristic parameters include at least one of a first characteristic parameter and a second characteristic parameter. The first characteristic parameter is the characteristic parameter of each subject among the plurality of subjects. The second characteristic parameter is the characteristic parameter of each of the plurality of behavior-related items.
