[0010] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the embodiments described below are merely specific examples for implementing the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. Furthermore, to facilitate understanding of the description, the same components in each drawing will be denoted by the same reference numerals whenever possible, and duplicate descriptions may be omitted.

[0011] [Configuration of the Athletic Activity Support System] FIG. 1 is a system overview diagram illustrating an athletic activity support system 10 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 1, the athletic activity support system 10 includes an athletic activity support device 100, an exerciser terminal 200 (also referred to as a "first information processing terminal" in this embodiment), and a delivery requester terminal 300 (also referred to as a "second information processing terminal" in this embodiment). Note that in this embodiment, the user using the exerciser terminal 200 may be an exerciser who performs an athletic activity. The athletic activity may also include various types of exercise, such as running. In the following description, the athletic activity will be mainly described using running as an example; however, the athletic activity support method according to this embodiment can also be applied to athletic activities other than running. This embodiment can also be applied to athletic activities other than running, such as jogging, walking, cycling, and skateboarding.

[0012] The exercise activity supporting device 100 is, for example, a server device, and is configured to exchange data with the exerciser terminal 200 and the delivery requester terminal 300 via a network NE such as the Internet.

[0013] Specifically, the exercise activity support device 100 acquires, for example, exercise activity request information from the exerciser terminal 200. Furthermore, the exercise activity support device 100 acquires delivery request information from the delivery requester terminal 300. The exercise activity support device 100 generates an exercise activity plan to be carried out by the exerciser, who is the user of the exerciser terminal 200, based on the exercise activity request information acquired from the exerciser terminal 200 and the delivery request information acquired from the delivery requester terminal 300, and transmits the exercise activity plan to the exerciser terminal 200. Furthermore, the exercise activity support device 100 may acquire, for example, history information of the exerciser's exercise activity, and generate an exercise activity plan based on the delivery request information and the exercise activity history information.

[0014] The exercise activity support device 100 may also include a database that stores data necessary for these processes, or may be able to access an external database. A detailed configuration of the exercise activity support device 100 will be described later. The network NE here can be a wide area network (WAN), a local area network (LAN), a short-distance wireless communication, or any other suitable network.

[0015] The exerciser terminal 200 is, for example, a terminal through which the user inputs information regarding the conditions of the exercise activity they wish to perform, checks the exercise activity plan provided by the exercise activity support device 100, and / or registers the execution of the provided exercise activity plan, and includes, for example, a personal computer, a tablet, a smartphone, etc. Note that, as shown in Fig. 1, the exercise activity support system 10 according to the present embodiment illustrated in Fig. 1 may have multiple exerciser terminals 200_1, 200_2, 200_3, ..., 200_m (m is a natural number). Hereinafter, any user terminal among the exerciser terminals 200_1 to 200_m will also be referred to as an exerciser terminal 200.

[0016] The delivery requester terminal 300 is a terminal through which a delivery requester inputs information regarding delivery conditions for a package or other item requested for delivery. In this embodiment, the delivery requester may be, for example, a manufacturer that manages a factory that produces the product to be delivered, or a retailer that manages mail-order products in a warehouse. Alternatively, the delivery requester may be an individual requesting delivery of an item such as a parcel. The delivery requester terminal 300 may be, for example, a personal computer, tablet, or smartphone, or may be a server. As shown in FIG. 1 , the exercise activity support system 10 according to this embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1 may include multiple delivery requester terminals 300_1, 300_2, 300_3, ..., 300_n (n is a natural number). Hereinafter, any user terminal among the delivery requester terminals 300_1 to 300_n will also be referred to as a delivery requester terminal 300.

[0017] In this way, in exercise activity support system 10, a user inputs, for example, the conditions of a desired exercise activity using exerciser terminal 200, a person requesting delivery of a product or the like inputs, for example, the desired delivery conditions using delivery requester terminal 300, and an exercise activity plan calculated based on the exercise activity conditions and the delivery conditions is output by exercise activity support device 100. The user can check the output exercise activity plan on exerciser terminal 200 and decide which exercise activity plan to execute. This allows the user of exercise activity support system 10 to execute an exercise activity plan that meets the desired conditions, and also allows delivery of goods or items.

[0018] The conditions for the exercise activity of the user are not limited to those described above, and may be determined from, for example, history information of the user's past exercise activity.

[0019] [Configuration of Athletic Activity Support Device] Figure 2 is a functional block diagram showing each function of athletic activity support device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Figure 2, athletic activity support device 100 includes an athletic activity information acquisition unit 110, a delivery request information acquisition unit 120, and a generation unit 130. Also, as shown in Figure 2, athletic activity support device 100 may further include a determination unit 140, a reception unit 150, an output unit 160, an athletic activity tracking unit 170, a performance calculation unit 180, an environmental index calculation unit 190, a compensation content determination unit 192, a remuneration calculation unit 194, and a storage unit 196.

[0020] When the exercise activity supporting device 100 is realized by a computer 600 (see FIG. 6 ) described later, the exercise activity information acquiring unit 110, the delivery request information acquiring unit 120, and the generating unit 130 can be realized, for example, by a processor 601 included in the computer 600 (described later) of the exercise activity supporting device 100 executing a program stored in a storage device 603 included in the computer 600. Furthermore, when the exercise activity supporting device 100 is realized by the computer 600 (see FIG. 6 ) described later, the storage unit 196 of the exercise activity supporting device 100 can be realized, for example, by using a storage device 603 (described later) included in the computer 600.

[0021] Similarly, when the exercise activity support device 100 further includes all or some of the determination unit 140, the reception unit 150, the output unit 160, the exercise activity tracking unit 170, the performance calculation unit 180, the environmental index calculation unit 190, and the compensation content determination unit 192, all or some of the determination unit 140, the reception unit 150, the output unit 160, the exercise activity tracking unit 170, the performance calculation unit 180, the environmental index calculation unit 190, and the compensation content determination unit 192 can also be realized by, for example, the processor 601 included in the computer 600 of the exercise activity support device 100 executing a program stored in the storage device 603.

[0022] The program can be stored in a storage medium. The storage medium storing the program may be a non-transitory computer-readable medium. The non-transitory storage medium is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a USB memory, a CD-ROM, or the like.

[0023] The exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 acquires information about the exercise activity of the user, i.e., the exerciser. The exerciser, for example, inputs information about the exercise activity into the exerciser terminal 200 and transmits the information about the exercise activity to the exercise activity support device 100. At this time, the exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 acquires, for example, the information about the exercise activity input into the exerciser terminal 200.

[0024] Furthermore, information related to the exercise activity is stored, for example, in the storage unit 196 of the exercise activity support device 100 or in a database external to the exercise activity support device 100. In this case, the exercise activity information acquiring unit 110 may acquire information related to the exercise activity from the storage unit 196 of the exercise activity support device 100 or a database external to the exercise activity support device 100. Furthermore, as will be described later, in cases where information on the history of exercise activities performed by an exerciser using the exerciser terminal 200 is stored in the exerciser terminal 200, the exercise activity information acquiring unit 110 may be configured to acquire information on the history of exercise activity, etc., from the exerciser terminal 200 as exercise activity information.

[0025] In this embodiment, the information on the exercise activity may include, for example, information on the exercise activity performed by the exerciser. The information on the exercise activity may also include, for example, information on the content of the exercise activity performed by the exerciser, which is input by the exerciser using the exerciser terminal 200.

[0026] Specifically, in this embodiment, the information about the exercise activity may be, for example, information about the exercise activity performed by the exerciser. For example, if the exerciser performs running as the exercise activity, the information about the exercise activity may be, for example, running information about the exerciser.

[0027] The running information of the exerciser may be, for example, information regarding the distance traveled. The distance traveled by the exerciser may specify a range of the distance traveled, such as "10 km to 15 km." The running information of the exerciser may also be information regarding the geographical characteristics of the route traveled by the exerciser. The information regarding the geographical characteristics of the route traveled by the exerciser may be, for example, information regarding the elevation difference of the route traveled by the exerciser. The information regarding the elevation difference of the route traveled by the exerciser may include information regarding the difference in elevation between the lowest point and the highest point on the route traveled, such as "minimum 10 m" or "maximum 30 m." Alternatively, the information regarding the elevation difference of the route traveled by the exerciser may specify, for example, the distance or number of slopes included in the route traveled, such as information such as "I want to include three or more long uphill slopes" or "I want to limit the number of stairs with 10 steps or more to three."

[0028] In addition, the running information of the exerciser may include, for example, information regarding the time period during which the exerciser runs. The information regarding the time period during which the exerciser runs may include, for example, a specific description indicating the time period. In this case, for example, the exerciser may input information such as "I want to run when there are few cars," or in addition to this information, descriptive information such as "It is a time period during which there are many cars, so I want to run on a route where there is a sidewalk." Furthermore, the information regarding the time period may specify a specific time, or may be information such as "6 AM to 8 AM" or "after 6 PM."

[0029] Furthermore, the running information of the exerciser may include, for example, information about the scenery along the route the exerciser is running. For example, the information may be information about the type of scenery the exerciser wants to run along, or information about the scenery the exerciser will see while running, such as "mountain views" or "along the sea." Alternatively, the information about the scenery may include, for example, information about the distance over which a good view can be enjoyed. For example, the information about the scenery may be specified by a specific distance, such as "15 km," as the distance over which the exerciser wants to perform an exercise activity such as running while enjoying a good view of the scenery. Alternatively, the information may be information about the area around the running route, such as "lots of nature" or "lots of streetlights."

[0030] The exerciser's travel information may include, for example, information regarding the delivery item the exerciser desires to have delivered. For example, the information may include information regarding the size the exerciser desires to have delivered, such as information regarding the upper limit of the two-dimensional or three-dimensional size (e.g., 40 cm x 20 cm x 30 cm) or volume information (e.g., 24 L). The exerciser may also register a bag to be used in advance, and the information regarding the size the exerciser desires to have delivered may, for example, be information indicating that the bag desired is one that can be stored in the registered bag (e.g., backpack). If the exerciser has registered multiple bags, the information regarding the size the exerciser desires to have delivered may specify one of the registered bags that the exerciser desires to use. The exerciser's travel information may also include information regarding the weight the exerciser desires to have delivered. The information regarding the weight the exerciser desires to have delivered may, for example, be information regarding the lower limit or upper limit of the desired weight.

[0031] The exerciser's running information may include, for example, information about the weather conditions along the route the exerciser is running. The information about the weather conditions may be, for example, information about the weather, such as whether the exerciser can run in rainy weather or strong winds. The information about the weather conditions may also include information about temperature, such as whether the exerciser can run at a predetermined temperature or above (e.g., 35 degrees Celsius) or whether the exerciser can run at a predetermined temperature or below (e.g., 5 degrees Celsius). The exerciser's running information may further include information specifically specifying available water supply spots along the running route, such as whether the exerciser desires water supply points along the running route.

[0032] The information about the exercise activity may include information about the exerciser instead of or in addition to the running information about the exerciser exemplified above. The information about the exerciser may be, for example, information about the exerciser's athletic ability in the exercise activity and / or information about the exerciser's history of the exercise activity.

[0033] The information regarding the athletic performance of the exerciser's exercise activity may be, for example, information regarding the exerciser's running speed. The information regarding the exerciser's running speed may be, for example, an average speed in the exerciser's past running history, or a running speed desired by the exerciser. The information regarding the running speed may be, for example, information regarding running time per unit distance, such as "5 minutes / km or more" and / or "30 minutes / km or less." Alternatively, the information regarding the running speed may be information regarding running distance per unit time, such as "0.03 km / min or more" and / or "0.2 km / min or less." Furthermore, the information regarding the running speed may be information specifying a range of running time per unit distance or running distance per unit time.

[0034] The information about the exerciser's exercise activity history may include, for example, information about the exerciser's past delivery history. The information about the exerciser's past delivery history may include, for example, information about the number of times the exerciser has delivered goods, such as "30 or more times." The information about the exerciser's past delivery history may also include, for example, information about the probability of completing an exercise activity in past delivery experiences. For example, the information about the delivery history may include information about the percentage of times in past delivery experiences in which deliveries were completed that satisfied a delivery request, such as the number of times delivery was completed by the delivery date and time desired by the delivery requester. The information about the delivery history may also include, for example, information about the percentage of times in past delivery experiences in which a delivery-related exercise activity plan was completed. In this case, information about the probability of completing an exercise activity in past delivery experiences may be acquired based on information about the history of delivery experiences, such as when a delivery was completed but the running distance or running speed of the exercise activity plan for the delivery was not achieved.

[0035] The information about the exercise activity history may also include information about the exerciser's running history. The information about the exerciser's running history may be information about the number of exercise activities the exerciser has performed, such as the number of times the exerciser has run in the past (more than 100 times).

[0036] Furthermore, information about the exerciser's exercise activity history may include, for example, information about the exerciser's preferred route type. Information about the exerciser's preferred route type may include various route-related information, such as "circular," "round trip," "more curves," "clockwise," and / or "counterclockwise." Information about the exerciser's preferred route type may be stored as a history based on information about preferences previously input by the exerciser, or may be estimated based on the exerciser's exercise activity history. For example, statistical information about the type of running route included in the exerciser's exercise activity history may be calculated, and the exerciser's preferred route may be estimated based on the calculated statistical information. Furthermore, the exerciser's preferred route may be estimated using, for example, a machine learning model trained using the exerciser's past exercise activity history information.

[0037] The information about the exerciser may include information about the exerciser's equipment. The information about the exerciser's equipment may include, for example, information about the exercise equipment used by the exerciser. The information about the exercise equipment used by the exerciser may include, for example, information about the shoes and clothing, supporters, cold weather gear, rain gear, sun protection products, and other accessories used by the exerciser, information about the water bottle used by the exerciser, information about the water supply stations used by the exerciser, and information about the bag such as a backpack used by the exerciser for deliveries. The information about the shoes used by the exerciser may include, for example, information about the cumulative distance traveled in an exercise activity such as running performed using the shoes. In this case, if the exerciser uses multiple shoes, information about the usage history, such as the cumulative distance traveled, for each of the multiple shoes may be included in the information about the shoes used by the exerciser. The information about the equipment used by the exerciser, such as the exercise equipment, may be generated, for example, based on the history of the exerciser's past exercise activities. For example, information about the bag used by the exerciser for deliveries may be registered in advance as described above, and information about the shoes, water bottle, water supply stations used by the exerciser, and other items used by the exerciser may also be registered in advance.

[0038] As described above, the information about the exercise activity may be generated by the exerciser writing in a free format. Alternatively, or in addition to such a free format, each item, such as distance, elevation difference, time of day, etc., may be listed in advance along with corresponding parameters, such as numerical values, so that the exerciser can select the parameters for each item. For example, each item and parameter may be displayed on the display screen of the exerciser terminal 200 (a display device provided in the output unit 210 described below), and the exerciser may select information about the exercise activity, such as running, for all or some of the items to generate the information about the exercise activity. The parameters for each item may be displayed, for example, using a pull-down menu, and selected by the exerciser. Alternatively, the parameters may be specified by the exerciser entering numbers or text. Alternatively, a slide bar may be displayed on the display screen of the exerciser terminal 200, and the exerciser may set the parameters by moving the slide bar.

[0039] The delivery request information acquisition unit 120 acquires information about a delivery request, including a delivery route for an item, from a requester for delivery of the item.

[0040] In this embodiment, the party requesting delivery of an item may be, as described above, a party requesting delivery of an item, such as a delivery company, an electronic commerce (EC) site operator, or an individual user. The party requesting delivery may also be, for example, a manufacturer of items in a factory. The item may be, for example, shoes, and the party requesting delivery may be a shoe manufacturing factory or a shoe manufacturer / distributor. In this case, the shoe manufacturing factory may be a factory that manufactures shoes ordered by an individual user, etc.

[0041] In this embodiment, the delivery route included in the information about the delivery request may be, for example, information about the delivery destination. The information about the delivery destination may include, for example, the address of a location where a user of the delivery service who ordered the product to be delivered desires delivery. The information about the delivery destination may also be, for example, information about a predetermined geographical area near the delivery location. For example, the information about the delivery destination may be information about an area within a predetermined radius of the delivery location, including the delivery location, or information about a ward, city, town, or village that includes the delivery location.

[0042] In this embodiment, the information regarding the delivery request may include at least one of a candidate collection point for the item, a collection time, a delivery point for the item, and a delivery time or delivery time. For example, when a delivery of an item is requested by a delivery company, the candidate collection point for the item may be one or more collection and delivery bases available for collection by the exerciser from among multiple collection and delivery bases owned by the delivery company. Furthermore, the collection time may include a collection time slot. Furthermore, the delivery time may include a delivery time slot.

[0043] The information about the delivery request may also include information about a geographical area that includes a collection point for the item and a drop-off point other than the delivery point for the item. For example, the collection point for the item (i.e., the pickup point) may be a manufacturing plant or warehouse for the item, or a collection and distribution center of a carrier. The delivery point for the item may be a destination designated by the purchaser, such as the residence or workplace of the purchaser of the item, the address of a business partner, the residence or workplace of a friend or family member, or any other destination. However, the item may be collected and / or delivered at a drop-off point other than these locations. Furthermore, the collection of the item may be at a location other than the above collection points, such as a locker installed at a convenience store, a running station, a train station, a retail store, a public facility, etc. Delivery is also not limited to the purchaser's home, and, like the collection point, may be at a location other than the above delivery points, such as a locker installed at a convenience store, a running station, a train station, a retail store, a public facility, etc.

[0044] Specifically, the information about the delivery route may include information about a collection source that collects the items to be delivered. The information about the collection source may include, for example, the address of a location where a manufacturer or a delivery company that produces and ships the items to be delivered wishes to collect the items. The information about the collection source may also be, for example, information about a collection area, which is a predetermined geographical area near the collection point, or information about an area within a predetermined radius of the collection point that includes the collection point, or information about a ward, city, town, or village that includes the collection point.

[0045] Alternatively, the information regarding the delivery route may be, for example, a route that passes through the above-mentioned delivery destination or a specified area that includes the delivery destination, or a route that passes through a collection area that is a specified area that includes the above-mentioned collection source or collection source, or a route that passes through a specified area that includes the above-mentioned delivery destination or delivery destination, and a specified collection area that includes the above-mentioned collection source or collection source.

[0046] In this embodiment, delivery of items such as merchandise may be performed by multiple exercisers, and in this case, information about the delivery route may relate to a route that includes points or areas where the multiple exercisers pick up and drop off the items. In this embodiment, an exerciser may deliver multiple items at once, and in this case, information about the delivery route may include information about multiple collection sources and their surrounding areas, and / or multiple delivery destinations and their surrounding areas.

[0047] In this embodiment, the information related to the delivery request may include information about the delivery date and time period. For example, if the recipient of the item to be delivered specifies a desired delivery date or time period, the information may include information about the specified date and time period.

[0048] The information about the delivery request may also include information about the delivery location. The information about the delivery location may include, for example, information about where to leave the item to be delivered at the delivery point and how to receive it. For example, the information about the delivery request may include information about the specified delivery location and the specified delivery method, such as specifying a location such as in front of the front door, a shared mailbox, or a delivery box, or whether to leave the item at the door or in person.

[0049] The information about the delivery request may also include information about the size and weight of the item to be delivered. For example, the information about the size of the item to be delivered may be the volume and / or dimensions of the item to be delivered.

[0050] Additionally, the information about the delivery request may include information about the type of item to be delivered. The information about the type of item to be delivered may be product category information such as "shoes" or "insoles," or may include information about the quantity, such as "two pairs."

[0051] Furthermore, the information regarding the delivery request may include information regarding a reward to be given to the exerciser upon delivery. The information regarding the reward to be given to the exerciser upon delivery may be a monetary amount, such as "500 yen." In addition to a monetary amount, the information regarding the reward may also be points that can be used for subsequent purchases of products or services from the same manufacturer as the delivered product, virtual currency, or a combination of these. In this embodiment, the reward may be a non-fungible token (NFT) or cryptocurrency. Alternatively, the exerciser may be given an item as a reward. For example, the reward may be an item that the exerciser is interested in, such as sports equipment such as shoes or sportswear.

[0052] Furthermore, information regarding rewards given to exercisers may include, for example, information on multiple types of rewards per delivery. For example, the reward for delivery may be set so that the amount of reward varies depending on the time of delivery completion. Alternatively, the reward for delivery may be set so that it varies depending on the delivery destination. For example, a different reward may be set for delivery to the final delivery destination than for delivery to a specified location near the final delivery destination. It is also possible to set multiple types of rewards depending on the condition of the product at the time of delivery, such as whether it is damaged or soiled. The reward information may also include information on additional rewards that are increased by simultaneously delivering items other than the product to be delivered.

[0053] FIG. 3 shows an example of a database (DB) of information related to delivery requests acquired from a delivery requester terminal 300. As shown in FIG. 3 , the information related to delivery requests may include, as described above, package information such as the collection location and collection area of the items to be delivered, the delivery destination and delivery area, the desired delivery date and time, package size (e.g., weight and dimensions) of the items, and the category of the items, reward information, which is information regarding rewards to be given to the exerciser if the delivery is completed, and / or environmental index information. As shown in FIG. 3 , for example, when delivery of multiple items is requested, a delivery request ID may be assigned to each delivery item. Note that a delivery request ID may also be assigned to multiple items to be delivered collectively. Furthermore, the exercise activity support device 100 may accept delivery requests from multiple different delivery requester terminals 300, and a different ID may be assigned to each delivery requester terminal 300.

[0054] The generation unit 130 generates a plan for an exercise activity that passes through a delivery route for the item to be delivered based on information regarding the exercise activity acquired by the exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 and a delivery request included in the delivery request information acquired by the delivery request information acquisition unit 120.

[0055] In this embodiment, the exercise activity plan includes, for example, a plan of the exercise activity to be performed by the exerciser. For example, if the exerciser performs running as the exercise activity, the exercise activity plan includes information regarding a plan of the route the exerciser will run. In this embodiment, the exercise activity plan generated by the generation unit 130 may include at least one of the distance the exerciser will travel, such as running distance, the time period in which the exercise activity will be performed, and information on the terrain.

[0056] For example, when an exerciser runs, if information regarding specific things that the exerciser wishes to achieve by running (e.g., specific distance, specific calories burned, etc.) is acquired by the exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 as information regarding the exercise activity, the generation unit 130 may generate an exercise activity plan that enables the exerciser to achieve what they wish to achieve. Also, if information regarding specific things that the exerciser wishes to achieve in the future (e.g., future running distance, information about competitions to participate in, etc.) is acquired by the exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 as information regarding the exercise activity, the generation unit 130 may generate an exercise activity plan that enables the exerciser to achieve the contents of future events.

[0057] The generation unit 130 of the exercise activity support device 100 according to this embodiment generates, as a plan for an exercise activity to be performed by such an exerciser, a driving route that includes the delivery destination of the delivery item included in the delivery request. Similarly, the generation unit 130 generates, as a plan for the exercise activity, a driving route that includes the collection source for collecting the delivery item. Therefore, the generation unit 130 of the exercise activity support device 100 according to this embodiment generates an exercise activity plan that allows the exerciser to perform his or her own exercise activity while delivering the delivery item requested by the delivery requester by performing the exercise activity.

[0058] The exercise activity plan generated by the generation unit 130 may include information about the distance the exerciser will travel by executing the exercise activity plan, information about the elevation difference of the travel route, etc. Furthermore, information about the type of route the exerciser prefers (such as information about traffic volume and the presence or absence of sidewalks) may be added to the exercise activity plan. Furthermore, the exercise activity plan generated by the generation unit 130 may be output to the exerciser terminal 200 in a format that is displayed on a map, for example. Furthermore, the exercise activity plan may be generated in a predetermined data format and configured to be downloaded to the exerciser terminal 200 for viewing, etc.

[0059] The exercise activity plan generated by the generation unit 130 may include, for example, information about items suitable for executing the generated exercise activity plan. For example, information about shoes, clothing, accessories, etc. suitable for the exerciser's exercise activity may be included in the exercise activity plan. For example, information about shoes available to the exerciser may be registered in advance, and information about registered shoes suitable for the exercise activity to be performed based on the exercise activity plan generated by the generation unit 130 may be included in the exercise activity plan. Furthermore, for example, information about clothing available to the exerciser may be registered in advance, and information about registered clothing suitable for the exercise activity to be performed based on the exercise activity plan generated by the generation unit 130 and for conditions such as the weather of the running route may be included in the exercise activity plan. Furthermore, for example, information about accessories available to the exerciser, such as supports and sunglasses, may be registered in advance, and information about registered accessories suitable for the exercise activity to be performed based on the exercise activity plan generated by the generation unit 130 and for conditions such as the weather of the exercise route may be included in the exercise activity plan.

[0060] The exercise activity plan generated by the generation unit 130 may also include information on warm-up exercises or cool-down exercises that are suitable for the exercise activity to be performed, such as running, and that are performed before and after the exercise activity. The exercise activity plan may also include information on recommended nutritional supplementation, hydration, and the like that should be performed before, after, or during the exercise activity.

[0061] The exercise activity support device 100 may include a determination unit 140, which is configured to determine whether an exerciser can deliver an item. The determination unit 140 is configured to determine whether an exerciser can deliver an item by, for example, comparing information about an exercise route along which the exerciser will perform the exercise activity with at least one of an item collection area and an item delivery area, which are information included in the information about the delivery request. In this case, if the determination unit 140 determines that an item delivery is possible for a certain exerciser, the generation unit 130 is configured to generate an exercise activity plan for the exerciser for whom the determination unit 140 determines that item delivery is possible.

[0062] In this embodiment, the exercise route includes, for example, a route along which an exerciser performs an exercise activity. The route along which an exerciser performs an exercise activity may be, for example, a route that includes at least one of the point where an exerciser who plans to perform the exercise activity starts the exercise activity and the point where the exerciser ends the exercise activity. Furthermore, the route along which an exerciser performs an exercise activity may be a route that includes at least one of the start area of the exercise activity, which is an area that includes the point where the exercise activity starts, and the end area of the exercise activity, which is an area that includes the point where the exerciser ends the exercise activity. Furthermore, the exercise route may include, for example, points or areas that the exerciser passes through while performing the exercise activity. In other words, the exercise route may include, for example, stores and water stations that the exerciser stops at while running, which is an exercise activity.

[0063] The determination unit 140 may determine, for example, the degree of match between information about the exercise activity and information about the delivery request. In this case, the determination unit 140 may determine the degree of match between, for example, the geographical range of the exercise activity that the exerciser wishes to perform, the time period in which the exerciser wishes to perform the exercise activity, and / or information such as the weight and dimensions of items that the exerciser can deliver, and information such as the geographical range including the collection area and the geographical range including the delivery area in the delivery request, the time period in which the exerciser wishes to collect or deliver (for example, the time period in which the manufacturer requesting delivery wishes collection, or the time period in which the customer who ordered the item wishes delivery), and / or the weight and dimensions of the items to be delivered.

[0064] The degree of match may be, for example, an index expressed as a percentage or other numerical value or parameter. In this case, if the degree of match is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold, the determination unit 140 may determine that the exerciser is capable of executing the delivery. For example, a percentage threshold such as 75%, 80%, or the like may be set as the threshold.

[0065] For example, the determination unit 140 may calculate the degree of match for each item included in the information about the exercise activity and the information about the delivery request. For example, when information about a region where an exerciser wants to perform an exercise activity is obtained from the exerciser terminal 200, the determination unit 140 may compare the exercise region of the exercise activity with the information about the collection point or collection area and the delivery point or delivery area included in the information about the delivery request, and determine whether the collection point or collection area and the delivery point or delivery area are included in the exercise region.

[0066] In this embodiment, the threshold for the degree of match may be configured to be set by, for example, an exerciser. Alternatively, the threshold for the degree of match may be automatically set by, for example, the system (the exercise activity support system 10 according to this embodiment). Furthermore, the threshold for the degree of match may be set for each item (e.g., items such as distance traveled, collection point or collection area, delivery point or delivery area, collection time slot, and delivery time slot). In this case, the exerciser may be configured to be able to set thresholds for all items, or for only some items. By configuring the system to allow individual thresholds to be set for multiple items, the exerciser can set different thresholds for each item, for example, depending on whether the item is a required condition or a reference condition. For example, when thresholds are set as percentages as described above, a high value relatively close to 100%, such as 100% or 95%, may be set for the required conditions, and 80%, 75%, or the like may be set for the reference conditions.

[0067] The determination unit 140 may be configured to determine that the degree of match regarding the geographical range is maximum (e.g., 100) when both the collection point or collection area and the delivery point or delivery area are included within the exercise area. The determination unit 140 may also be configured to determine that the degree of match regarding the geographical range is medium (e.g., 50) when only one of the collection point or collection area and the delivery point or delivery area is included within the exercise area.

[0068] Furthermore, for example, when an exerciser obtains package information such as the weight, dimensions, and type of items that can be delivered from the exerciser's terminal 200, the determination unit 140 may similarly compare the exerciser's package information with the package information included in the information regarding the delivery request, and determine whether the two sets of package information match.

[0069] The determination unit 140 may determine, for example, whether the dimensions of the item to be delivered are equal to or smaller than the dimensions of items that the athlete can deliver, and whether the weight of the item to be delivered is equal to or smaller than the weight of items that the athlete can deliver. The determination unit 140 may also determine whether the type of item included in the delivery request is included in the items that the athlete can deliver. The determination unit 140 may be configured to determine that the degree of match regarding the package information is maximum (e.g., 100) when it is determined that the size and weight of the item to be delivered are within the range that the athlete can deliver, and the type of the item to be delivered is an item that the athlete can deliver.

[0070] Furthermore, even if at least one of the size and weight of the item to be delivered exceeds at least one of the size and weight that the athlete can deliver, if the difference between the two is within a predetermined range (for example, within 10%), the determination unit 140 may determine that delivery may be possible if the athlete adjusts the size and weight by using a different bag, etc. Therefore, in this case, the determination unit 140 may be configured to set the degree of match relatively high (for example, 70, etc.).

[0071] Furthermore, for example, when information on a time period during which the exerciser desires to perform an exercise activity is acquired from the exerciser terminal 200, the determination unit 140 may similarly compare the exercise time period of the exercise activity with information on the desired delivery time period included in the information on the delivery request to determine whether the exercise time period includes the desired delivery time period. The determination unit 140 may be configured to determine the degree of match regarding the time period as maximum (e.g., 100) if the exercise time period includes the delivery time period. The determination unit 140 may also be configured to determine the degree of match regarding the time period as intermediate (e.g., 50) if there is a difference between the exercise time period and the desired delivery time period, and to determine the degree of match as low (e.g., 0) if there is no time period overlapping between the exercise time period and the desired delivery time period. Alternatively, the determination unit 140 may change the magnitude of the degree of match regarding the time period depending on the magnitude of the difference between the exercise time period and the desired delivery time period. For example, if the difference between the exercise time period and the desired delivery time period is within 30 minutes, it can be determined that delivery is possible by adjusting the time the exerciser performs the exercise activity, and processing such as increasing the degree of match (e.g., 75) may be performed.

[0072] Furthermore, for example, when information on the exercise distance that the exerciser desires to perform an exercise activity is acquired from the exerciser terminal 200, the determination unit 140 may compare the distance of the exercise activity with the distance of the delivery route included in the information on the delivery request, and determine whether the distance of the delivery route is greater than the exercise distance of the exerciser's desired exercise activity. If the determination unit 140 determines that the distance of the delivery route is greater than the exercise distance, the determination unit 140 may determine that the content of the exerciser's desired exercise activity and the delivery request match in terms of distance (set the degree of match high (e.g., 100)). Even when it is determined that the exercise distance is smaller than the distance of the delivery route, if the difference between the exercise distance and the delivery route distance is within a predetermined range of the exercise distance (e.g., within 15%), it can be determined that the exerciser can perform delivery, and the determination unit 140 may be configured to calculate a relatively high degree of match (e.g., 60).

[0073] Similarly, for the exercise activity that the exerciser wishes to perform and other items of the package information that the exerciser wishes to deliver, the degree of match with each item included in the delivery request may be calculated by the determination unit 140. The determination unit 140 may evaluate the matching between the exercise activity performed by the exerciser and the delivery request of the delivery requester, for example, by accumulating and evaluating the degree of match calculated for each item.

[0074] For example, if the sum of the degrees of match for each item is calculated and the calculated sum is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold, the determination unit 140 may determine that the exercise activity performed by the exerciser and the delivery request from the delivery requester have a high degree of overall match. Furthermore, if the importance of each item differs, the overall degree of match may be calculated by assigning different weights to the degrees of match for each item and accumulating them. For example, in a delivery job in which the delivery time zone is important, a high weight may be set for the degree of match related to the time zone.

[0075] The above-described process of calculating the degree of match executed by the determination unit 140 may be performed, for example, on information about the exercise activity of one exerciser and information about a delivery request for one item to be delivered. Alternatively, the determination unit 140 may calculate the degree of match between multiple exercisers and multiple delivery requests collectively. For example, the determination unit 140 may calculate the degree of match for each combination between each of the exercise activities desired by multiple exercisers and each of the delivery requests from multiple delivery requesters, thereby determining, for each delivery request, an exerciser who has a high degree of match and is relatively likely to satisfy the conditions of the delivery requester. Alternatively, the determination unit 140 may determine, for each exerciser, a delivery request for an item that has a high degree of match and is likely to satisfy the exerciser's wishes.

[0076] Furthermore, for example, an exerciser may set a threshold value for the degree of matching as to whether or not to execute a delivery. For example, an exerciser may set a threshold value for whether or not to execute a delivery based on the total degree of matching of all items included in a delivery request. Alternatively, a threshold value for whether or not to execute a delivery may be set based on the average degree of matching of all items included in a delivery request. In this way, by setting the threshold relatively high, for example, an exerciser can generate exercise activity plans only for delivery requests that have a relatively large number of items with a high degree of matching, i.e., delivery requests that are likely to satisfy the exerciser's wishes. Alternatively, by setting the threshold relatively low, for example, an exerciser can accept a wide range of delivery requests even if there are items with a low degree of matching.

[0077] While the above describes an example in which the sum or average value of the degree of match for all items is calculated, this embodiment is not limited to this. In this embodiment, the exerciser may be configured to be able to set a threshold for determining whether or not to execute delivery for any one or more items out of all items included in the delivery request. Alternatively, the exerciser may be configured to be able to set a threshold for determining whether or not to execute delivery for the sum or average value for any one or more items out of all items included in the delivery request. Note that the above-described process for calculating the degree of match executed by the determination unit 140 is an example and is not limited to this.

[0078] The collection area of the item may be an area that includes at least one candidate location where the item can be collected, and the delivery area may be an area that includes at least one delivery location for the item.

[0079] The determination unit 140 may be configured to determine whether it is possible to generate an exercise activity plan that may include at least one of a collection point or collection area for an item to be delivered and a delivery point or delivery area for the item. For example, if the information about the exercise activity input by the exerciser to the exerciser terminal 200 includes a running route on which the exerciser wishes to run, or if the information about the exercise activity input by the exerciser to the exerciser terminal 200 includes information on the geographical range, distance, elevation difference, etc. of the exerciser's running, and if the collection area and / or delivery area of the item to be delivered is included within the running route or geographical range of the running, respectively, the determination unit 140 may determine that the exerciser who inputs the information about the exercise activity is an exerciser who is capable of delivering the item.

[0080] In this embodiment, multiple exercisers may be candidates for the exerciser who will perform the delivery of the item. In this case, the determination unit 140 may determine whether each of the multiple exercisers is capable of performing the delivery of the item using a similar method. Furthermore, the generation unit 130 may generate an exercise activity plan for each of the multiple exercisers who are determined by the determination unit 140 to be capable of performing the delivery of the item.

[0081] The receiving unit 150 is configured to receive operation information regarding operations from the exerciser. The receiving unit 150 is configured to receive, for example, information regarding the content of the exercise activity to be performed by the exerciser, selected or input by the exerciser. Furthermore, for example, as described above, in the case where there are multiple exercisers who have been determined by the determination unit 140 to be able to perform the exercise activity including item delivery, the receiving unit 150 may be configured to receive operation information regarding whether to perform the exercise activity plan from the multiple exercisers via the exerciser terminal 200.

[0082] The receiving unit 150 may be configured to receive information input by the exerciser, for example, information regarding the content of the exercise activity that the exerciser wishes to perform. For example, information such as the type of exercise activity (running, etc.), exercise distance, and exercise speed may be input by the exerciser via the exerciser terminal 200, and the information may be received by the receiving unit 150.

[0083] The reception unit 150 may also be configured to receive, for example, a selection by the exerciser of information regarding the content of the exercise activity that the exerciser wishes to perform. For example, information on multiple exercise activity plan candidates may be displayed on the exerciser terminal 200, and the exerciser may select one or more exercise activity plan candidates that they wish to perform, which may then be received by the reception unit 150. The information on multiple exercise activity plan candidates may be generated and displayed based on, for example, historical information regarding the exercise activities that the exerciser has performed and / or the delivery of goods.

[0084] Alternatively, the exerciser terminal 200 may be configured to allow input of information about an exercise activity when the exerciser determines that there is no candidate exercise activity plan that the exerciser wants to perform among the information on candidate exercise activity plans displayed on the exerciser terminal 200. In this case, the receiving unit 150 may be configured to receive information about the content of the desired exercise activity that is input by the exerciser via the exerciser terminal 200, as described above.

[0085] The output unit 160 is configured to output, for example, an exercise activity plan. The output unit 160 may include, for example, a display device. The display device of the output unit 160 may be a device for displaying various types of information. The display device may be, for example, a liquid crystal display, an organic electroluminescence (EL) display, a display of a wearable device, or the like.

[0086] The athletic activity tracker 170 is configured to track an athletic activity performed by an exerciser. For example, if the exerciser performs running as the athletic activity, the athletic activity tracker 170 may track the route and running speed of the exerciser.

[0087] Furthermore, as described below, the exercise activity tracking unit 170 may be configured to compare an actual movement route, which is the route actually traveled by the exerciser, with a planned movement route, which is the route the exerciser plans to travel, included in the exercise activity plan, and determine whether the exerciser will deviate from the planned movement route in their exercise activity plan.

[0088] The exercise activity tracking unit 170 may also track the exercise activity being performed by the exerciser, and calculate a predicted value of the time required to reach a designated collection point or collection area on the movement route of the exercise activity being performed, based on the position and movement speed of the exerciser. The exercise activity tracking unit 170 may also be configured to output the calculated predicted value of the time required to reach the collection point or collection area, and display it on a display unit, which is the output unit 210 of the exerciser's terminal 200, for example.

[0089] Similarly, the exercise activity tracking unit 170 may calculate a predicted value of the time required to reach a delivery point or delivery area on the movement route of the exercise activity being performed, for example, based on the tracked position of the exerciser and the movement speed of the exerciser. Similarly, the exercise activity tracking unit 170 may be configured to output the calculated predicted value of the time required to reach the delivery point or delivery area, and display it on, for example, a display unit that is the output unit 210 of the exerciser terminal 200.

[0090] The performance calculation unit 180 is configured to calculate the performance of the exerciser based on the tracking results of the exercise activity generated by the exercise activity tracking unit 170. In this embodiment, the performance of the exerciser may include, for example, at least one of a distance exercised by the exerciser, a heart rate variability of the exerciser, and an energy consumption amount of the exerciser. Therefore, the performance calculation unit 180 may be configured to calculate, as the performance of the exerciser, at least one of a distance exercised by the exerciser, a heart rate variability of the exerciser, and an energy consumption amount of the exerciser, for example.

[0091] The athletic activity tracking unit 170 may also be configured to track the condition of the exerciser, such as the exerciser's health, while performing the athletic activity, based on the exerciser's performance calculated by the performance calculation unit 180. For example, the athletic activity tracking unit 170 may detect the occurrence of an unexpected event, such as the exerciser's poor physical condition while performing the athletic activity, when there is a sudden change in the heart rate, based on information regarding the exerciser's heart rate fluctuations. The athletic activity tracking unit 170 may also detect the occurrence of an accident, such as a traffic accident, as an unexpected event, and may be configured to perform this detection based on, for example, information regarding the heart rate fluctuations, fluctuations in running speed, and / or information regarding the exerciser's current location.

[0092] When the exercise activity tracking unit 170 detects an unexpected event such as the one described above, it may be configured to, for example, advise the exerciser to stop the exercise activity or check their physical condition. At this time, for example, a notification regarding the recommendation to check their physical condition may be displayed on the display unit, which is the output unit 210 of the exerciser terminal 200. Alternatively, or in addition to displaying the notification on the display unit, the exerciser terminal 200 may be configured to present the notification to the exerciser by a method such as sound transmission or vibration. Furthermore, when the exercise activity tracking unit 170 detects the exerciser's poor physical condition or the occurrence of an accident, it may be configured to, for example, determine that an emergency has occurred and notify medical institutions, etc. along the exerciser's route or near the exerciser's current location of a rescue request (e.g., an SOS).

[0093] The environmental index calculation unit 190 is configured to calculate an index relating to an impact on the environment based on the tracking result of the exercise activity. Therefore, in this embodiment, the environmental index calculation unit 190 can calculate an impact on the environment caused by, for example, an exerciser performing the exercise activity plan generated by the generation unit 130.

[0094] The environmental index calculation unit 190 may calculate, as an index relating to the impact on the environment, carbon footprint information, such as an index relating to CO2 emissions. That is, the index relating to the impact on the environment may include the amount of CO2 emissions reduced by the delivery of goods carried out by the exerciser. In this case, the environmental index calculation unit 190 may calculate an index relating to the amount of CO2 emissions that could be generated by transportation by a vehicle such as a truck, which can be reduced as a result of the exerciser carrying out the exercise activity plan. Furthermore, the index relating to the impact on the environment may also calculate, for example, an index relating to air pollution caused by chemical substances. In this case, the environmental index calculation unit 190 may calculate an index relating to the impact on air pollution that can be reduced by carrying out the exercise activity plan.

[0095] The compensation content determination unit 192 is configured to determine the compensation content of insurance covering damage that may occur to the delivered item and / or the exerciser during delivery. Furthermore, for example, when the exercise activity tracking unit 170 determines that the route actually traveled by the exerciser during execution of the exercise activity plan deviates from the planned running route due to the execution of the exerciser's plan, the compensation content determination unit 192 may be configured to modify the compensation content of the exerciser's insurance according to, for example, the amount of deviation of the running route from the planned route.

[0096] That is, at this time, the exercise activity tracking unit 170 compares the exerciser's actual movement route with the planned movement route included in the exercise activity plan, and if it is determined that the exerciser deviates from the planned movement route in the exercise activity plan generated by the generation unit 130, the generation unit 130 updates the exercise activity plan. The output unit 160 outputs the updated exercise activity plan. The compensation content determination unit 192 may change the compensation content based on the content of the updated exercise activity plan. The compensation content determination unit 192 may be configured to modify the compensation content so as to reduce the compensation content depending on, for example, the amount of deviation of the exerciser's actual movement route from the planned movement route.

[0097] In this embodiment, when it is determined that the exerciser will deviate from the planned movement route of the exercise activity plan generated by the generation unit 130 and the exercise activity plan is updated by the generation unit 130, the exercise activity tracking unit 170 may be configured to update (or change) the time required to perform the exercise activity and the expected delivery time based on the changed exercise activity plan. Furthermore, when, for example, the delivery of an item is delayed compared to the delivery completion time if the exercise activity plan before the update was executed, the exercise activity tracking unit 170 may be configured to notify the delivery requester terminal 300 or an information processing terminal such as a mobile terminal owned by the orderer of the item at the delivery destination of the delivery delay and the changed expected delivery time.

[0098] The reward calculation unit 194 may be configured to calculate a reward that the exerciser can receive for delivery of an item implemented through the exercise activity performed by the exerciser. The reward may be included, for example, in information about a delivery request input by the delivery requester via the delivery requester terminal 300. In this case, the exerciser who has completed delivery of the item may be paid a reward determined by the delivery requester, or the reward calculation unit 194 of the exercise activity support device 100 may be configured to calculate a reward or recalculate a predetermined reward based on the status of delivery completion.

[0099] The storage unit 196 may store, for example, information about an exerciser who performs an exercise activity and / or information about a delivery request acquired via the delivery requester terminal 300. Note that the information stored in the storage unit 196 is not limited to these, and other data required for the processing of the exercise activity support device 100 may also be stored, or data may be temporarily stored during the processing process.

[0100] Although the above-described exercise activity support device 100 according to the present embodiment has been described as being implemented by, for example, one information processing device, the present invention is not limited to this. The exercise activity support device 100 according to the present embodiment may be implemented by, for example, multiple information processing devices. The exercise activity support device 100 may be configured by, for example, one or multiple physical servers, or may be configured using a virtual server operating on a hypervisor. Alternatively, the exercise activity support device 100 may be configured using one or multiple cloud servers.

[0101] [Configuration of Exercise Terminal] Fig. 4 is a functional block diagram showing each function of exerciser terminal 200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Fig. 4, exerciser terminal 200 may include output unit 210, operation input unit 220, and storage unit 230.

[0102] The output unit 210 may include, for example, a display device. The output unit 210 displays, for example, information related to the exerciser's exercise activity transmitted to the exercise activity support device 100. Furthermore, if history information about the exerciser's exercise activity is stored in the exerciser terminal 200, the output unit 210 may display the history information about the exerciser's exercise activity. The output unit 210 may be configured to display information related to the exercise activity plan generated by the exercise activity support device 100 and output to the exerciser terminal 200.

[0103] The operation input unit 220 receives input of operations by the exerciser. For example, information related to the exercise activity may be input by the exerciser's operation. Furthermore, the exerciser may input a decision on whether to execute the exercise activity plan into the operation input unit 220. Furthermore, when multiple exercise activity plans are generated by the generation unit 130 of the exercise activity support device 100, the exerciser may input a selection of an exercise activity plan that the exerciser has decided to execute from the multiple exercise activity plans into the operation input unit 220 of the exerciser's terminal 200.

[0104] The storage unit 230 may be configured to store one or more programs executed in the exerciser terminal 200, as well as data used in each process and processing executed in the exerciser terminal 200. The storage unit 230 may be configured to store, for example, history information of exercise activities performed by the exerciser.

[0105] [Configuration of Delivery Requester Terminal] Fig. 5 is a functional block diagram showing each function of the delivery requester terminal 300 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Fig. 5, the delivery requester terminal 300 may include an output unit 310, an operation input unit 320, and a storage unit 330.

[0106] The output unit 310 may include, for example, a display device. The output unit 310 displays, for example, information about the delivery request transmitted to the exercise activity support device 100.

[0107] Operations of the delivery requester are input to the operation input unit 320. For example, the delivery requester may input information related to the delivery request, such as the contents of the item to be delivered, the desired delivery time period, the collection area, and / or the delivery area, into the operation input unit 320.

[0108] The storage unit 330 may be configured to store one or more programs executed by the delivery requester terminal 300, as well as data used in each process and processing executed by the delivery requester terminal 300.

[0109] As with the exercise activity supporting device 100, when the exerciser terminal 200 is realized by a computer 600 (see FIG. 6 ) described below, the output unit 210 and the operation input unit 220 can be realized, for example, by a processor 601 provided in the computer 600 (described below) of the exerciser terminal 200 executing a program stored in a storage device 603 provided in the computer 600. Furthermore, when the exerciser terminal 200 is realized by the computer 600 described below, the storage unit 230 of the exerciser terminal 200 can be realized, for example, by using the storage device 603 provided in the computer 600 described below.

[0110] Similarly, when the delivery requester terminal 300 is realized by a computer 600 (described later), the output unit 310 and the operation input unit 320 can be realized, for example, by a processor 601 included in the computer 600 of the delivery requester terminal 200 executing a program stored in a storage device 603. Furthermore, the storage unit 330 of the delivery requester terminal 300 can be realized, for example, by using the storage device 603 included in the computer 600.

[0111] [Hardware Configuration of Exercise Activity Support Device 100] Next, an example of a hardware configuration in which the exercise activity support device 100 is realized by a computer 600 will be described with reference to Fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an example of the hardware configuration of the computer 600.

[0112] As described below, the exercise activity support device 100 according to this embodiment includes a memory for storing information (e.g., programs and various data) and a processor that operates based on the information stored in the memory. The functions of each processor may be implemented by individual hardware components, or may be implemented by integrated hardware components. The processor may be, for example, a CPU. However, the processor is not limited to a CPU; various processors, such as a graphics processing unit (GPU) or a digital signal processor (DSP), may be used. The processor may also be a hardware circuit based on an ASIC. The memory may be, for example, a semiconductor memory such as a static random access memory (SRAM) or a dynamic random access memory (DRAM), a register, a magnetic storage device such as a hard disk drive, or an optical storage device such as an optical disk drive. For example, the memory stores computer-readable instructions, and the functions of each component of the exercise activity support device 100 are realized by the processor executing the instructions. The instructions may be instructions from an instruction set constituting a program, or instructions instructing the processor's hardware circuit to operate.

[0113] As shown in FIG. 6, a computer 600 includes, for example, a processor 601, a memory 602, a storage device 603, an input I / F unit 604, a data I / F unit 605, a communication I / F unit 606, and a display device 607.

[0114] Computer 600 may be, for example, a server computer, a personal computer (e.g., desktop, laptop, tablet, etc.), a media computing platform (e.g., cable, satellite set-top box, digital video recorder, etc.), a handheld computing device (e.g., PDA, email client, etc.), or any other type of computing or communications platform.

[0115] The processor 601 is a control unit that controls various processes in the computer 600 by executing programs stored in the memory 602 .

[0116] The memory 602 is a storage medium such as a RAM (Random Access Memory), etc. The memory 602 temporarily stores the program code of the program executed by the processor 601 and data required when the program is executed.

[0117] The storage device 603 is a non-volatile storage medium such as a hard disk drive (HDD), a flash memory, etc. The storage device 603 stores an operating system and various programs for realizing the above-mentioned components.

[0118] The input I / F unit 604 is a device for receiving input from a user. The input I / F unit 604 is, for example, a keyboard, a mouse, a touch panel, various sensors, a wearable device, etc. The input I / F unit 604 may be connected to the computer 600 via an interface such as a USB (Universal Serial Bus).

[0119] The data I / F unit 605 is a device for inputting data from outside the computer 600. The data I / F unit 605 is, for example, a drive device for reading data stored in various storage media. The data I / F unit 605 may be provided outside the computer 600. When the data I / F unit 605 is provided outside the computer 600, the data I / F unit 605 is connected to the computer 600 via an interface such as a USB.

[0120] The communication I / F unit 606 is a device for performing data communication via a network such as the Internet, either wired or wirelessly, with devices external to the computer 600. The communication I / F unit 606 may be provided outside the computer 600. When the communication I / F unit 606 is provided outside the computer 600, the communication I / F unit 606 is connected to the computer 600 via an interface such as a USB.

[0121] The display device 607 is a device for displaying various types of information. The display device 607 is, for example, a liquid crystal display, an organic EL (Electro-Luminescence) display, a display of a wearable device, or the like. The display device 607 may be provided outside the computer 600. When the display device 607 is provided outside the computer 600, the display device 607 is connected to the computer 600 via, for example, a display cable. Furthermore, when a touch panel is adopted as the input I / F unit 604, the display device 607 may be configured as an integral part of the input I / F unit 604.

[0122] The exercise activity assistance program, which is a program for assisting exercise activity according to this embodiment, or a part thereof, may be provided by being stored in a computer-readable storage medium such as the storage device 603. Note that the storage medium storing the program may be a non-transitory computer-readable medium. The non-transitory storage medium is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a storage medium such as a USB memory or a CD-ROM.

[0123] Alternatively, the exercise activity support program according to this embodiment may be provided from outside the exercise activity support device 100 via a communication network to which the exercise activity support device 100 is connected. In the exercise activity support device 100, the exerciser terminal 200, and / or the delivery requester terminal 300, for example, the processor 601 may execute the exercise activity support program according to this embodiment to realize various operations described below with reference to Figures 7, 9, etc.

[0124] Note that these physical configurations are merely examples and do not necessarily have to be independent. For example, the exercise activity support device 100, the exerciser terminal 200, and / or the delivery requester terminal 300 according to this embodiment may include an LSI (Large-Scale Integration) in which the processor 601 and the storage device 603 are integrated. As described above, the exercise activity support device 100, the exerciser terminal 200, and / or the delivery requester terminal 300 may include a GPU as the processor 601. In this case, the GPU may execute an exercise activity support program to realize various operations described below with reference to FIGS. 7 and 9 .

[0125] Furthermore, the exercise activity support device 100, the exerciser terminal 200, and / or the delivery requester terminal 300 are not limited to the above-described configurations. For example, some or all of the functions of the exercise activity support device 100, the exerciser terminal 200, and / or the delivery requester terminal 300 may be configured to be executed by another information processing device.

[0126] Furthermore, the functional units of the exercise activity support device 100, the exerciser terminal 200, and the delivery requester terminal 300 described with reference to Figures 2, 4, and 5 are not limited to the configurations described above. That is, the functional units of the exercise activity support device 100, the exerciser terminal 200, and the delivery requester terminal 300 described with reference to Figures 2, 4, and 5 may be examples for the convenience of explanation in this embodiment, and some of the functions executed by the above-mentioned multiple functional units may be configured to be executed by other functional units or other servers. Furthermore, multiple functional units may be configured to be executed by a single piece of hardware.

[0127] [Exercise Activity Support Processing] Next, the exercise activity support processing according to this embodiment will be described. The exercise activity support processing according to this embodiment relates to the processing for generating an exercise activity plan performed by the exercise activity support system 10 described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6.

[0128] Fig. 7 is a diagram showing a sequence of the exercise activity support process executed by the exercise activity support system 10. The exercise activity support process shown in Fig. 7 will be described taking as an example a case where an exerciser inputs information about the exercise activity, such as the content of the exercise activity that the exerciser wishes to perform.

[0129] In the exercise activity support process shown in Fig. 7, the exercise activity support device 100 according to this embodiment includes a receiving unit 150 that receives operation information related to operations from the exerciser. The receiving unit 150 receives information related to the content of the exercise activity to be performed by the exerciser, selected or input by the exerciser. The exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 acquires information related to the content of the exercise activity to be performed by the exerciser, selected or input by the exerciser, as information related to the exercise activity. The generation unit 130 of the exercise activity support device 100 is configured to generate an exercise activity plan based on the information related to the content of the exercise activity to be performed by the exerciser, selected or input by the exerciser.

[0130] First, information regarding a delivery request, including a delivery route for the item, is input to the delivery requester terminal 300 and transmitted to the exercise activity support device 100 (S702). For example, the delivery requester may input, via the delivery requester terminal 300, information such as the collection location or collection area for the item to be delivered, the delivery destination or delivery area, the desired delivery date and time, package size information such as the weight and dimensions of the item, reward information which is information regarding a reward to be given to the exerciser if the delivery is completed, and / or environmental index information. The information regarding the delivery request input to the delivery requester terminal 300 is acquired by the exercise activity support device 100.

[0131] Next, information about the exercise activity is input to the exerciser's terminal 200 and transmitted to the exercise activity support device 100 (S704). For example, information about the exercise activity that the exerciser wishes to perform is input. The input information about the content of the exercise activity to be performed by the exerciser may include at least one of information about the range of the exercise area, luggage information, exercise time period, exercise distance, scenery, weather, and terrain.

[0132] For example, if an exerciser wishes to run, the exerciser may input information such as the running distance, information on the terrain the exerciser wishes to cover while running (e.g., elevation difference), and the time period during which the exercise will be performed. The input luggage information may include, for example, at least one of the luggage weight, contents, and dimensions. For example, luggage information such as the size and weight of luggage that the exerciser can deliver may be input. The contents of the items may be, for example, information on the category of items to be delivered. For example, the items may be information on footwear, clothing, books, etc. The input meteorological information may include, for example, information on weather, temperature, humidity, etc. The information on the exercise activity input to the exerciser's terminal 200 is acquired by the exercise activity support device 100.

[0133] The input information about the exercise activity may also include, for example, information about the exerciser's future goals. For example, if the exerciser is considering participating in a competition, the input information about the exercise activity content may include information about the goal set by the exerciser. As a result, in a subsequent process, the generation unit 130 may be configured to generate an exercise activity plan according to the exerciser's goal. For example, the generation unit 130 may generate an exercise activity plan that includes the content of training required to achieve the goal.

[0134] Next, in the exercise activity supporting device 100, for example, the determining unit 140 determines the degree of match between the information on the exercise activity and the information on the delivery request (S706).

[0135] Next, the determination unit 140 determines whether or not the exerciser is permitted to deliver the item (S708).

[0136] Next, the exercise activity supporting device 100 notifies the exerciser who has been determined to be able to receive the delivery the result of the matching determination (S708).

[0137] Next, the exerciser's terminal 200 accepts an input from the exerciser regarding whether or not to execute delivery of the notified item in response to the notification of the matching determination result (S712). For example, as will be described later, in the case where the exerciser's terminal 200 is executing a part of the process of the exercise activity support processing according to this embodiment by an application that manages the exercise activity performed by the exerciser who is the user of the exerciser's terminal 200, for example, the display unit, which is the output unit 210 of the exerciser's terminal 200, is configured to prompt the exerciser to input a decision regarding whether or not to execute delivery of the item.

[0138] The exerciser's terminal 200 transmits the input result of the decision to execute delivery to the exercise activity supporting device 100 (S714).

[0139] The exercise activity supporting device 100 determines the exerciser who will deliver the item based on the input result of the delivery execution decision transmitted from the exerciser's terminal 200 (S716).

[0140] Next, in the exercise activity support device 100, the generation unit 130 generates a plan for the exercise activity (S718). Based on the information on the exercise activity acquired by the exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 and the delivery request included in the delivery request information acquired by the delivery request information acquisition unit 120, a plan for the exercise activity that passes through the delivery route of the item to be delivered is generated.

[0141] The generated exercise activity plan is output from the exercise activity supporting device 100 to the exerciser's terminal 200 (S720).

[0142] The exercise activity plan output from the exercise activity support device 100 to the exerciser terminal 200 is confirmed by the exerciser (S722). At this time, the exercise activity plan may be displayed on a display unit, which is the output unit 210 of the exerciser terminal 200, for example, to prompt the exerciser to confirm the content. For example, the exerciser may be prompted to confirm the exercise activity by a notification function of an application running on the exerciser terminal 200 that manages the exerciser's exercise activity.

[0143] Next, the exerciser starts executing the exercise activity plan (S724). For example, the exerciser terminal 200 may be configured so that the exerciser can input the start of execution of the exercise activity plan in the application on the exerciser terminal 200 described above. For example, the application on the exerciser terminal 200 may be configured to display a start button when executing the exercise activity plan, and the button may be pressed when executing the exercise activity plan. For example, the button may be configured to be displayed on the exerciser terminal 200 a predetermined time (e.g., 10 minutes) before the scheduled start time of execution of the exercise activity plan.

[0144] When the delivery of the item is complete, the exerciser inputs the delivery completion into the exerciser terminal 200 (S726). At this time, for example, an application on the exerciser terminal 200 may display a delivery completion button or the like that the exerciser can press when delivery is complete. For example, if the exerciser terminal 200 has a positioning function such as a GPS (Global Positioning System), the button may be configured to be displayed near the delivery destination (e.g., several hundred meters) depending on the location of the exerciser terminal 200. Alternatively, the button may be displayed on the application on the exerciser terminal 200 a predetermined time (e.g., several minutes) before the scheduled delivery completion time.

[0145] The exerciser's terminal 200 notifies the exercise activity supporting apparatus 100 that the exerciser has completed delivery (S728).

[0146] The exercise activity supporting device 100 executes a delivery completion process (S730) based on the delivery completion notification from the exerciser terminal 200. The exercise activity supporting device 100 may be configured to generate a report on, for example, the completion status of the delivery of the item performed as a result of the exerciser's exercise activity (for example, whether or not the delivered item is damaged).

[0147] Next, the exercise activity supporting device 100 transmits a delivery completion notification to the delivery requester terminal 300 (S732).

[0148] Next, the exercise activity supporting device 100 calculates the remuneration to be paid to the exerciser upon completion of delivery (for example, calculation of the remuneration by the remuneration calculation unit 194) and generates a summary of the payment, etc. (S734).

[0149] Thereafter, the exercise activity supporting device 100 transmits a notification of a remuneration claim to the delivery requester terminal 300 (S736).

[0150] The delivery requester terminal 300 receives the notification of the remuneration claim and pays the remuneration to the exerciser (S738). For example, the delivery requester terminal 300 performs processing to pay the amount of remuneration to an application or the like of the exerciser terminal 200.

[0151] Next, the exerciser terminal 200 receives the reward paid from the delivery requester terminal 300 (S740).

[0152] 8 shows an example of a GUI (Graphical User Interface) on the display screen of the exerciser terminal 200 of the exercise activity support system 10 according to this embodiment. FIG. 8 illustrates a case where a mobile terminal is used as the exerciser terminal 200.

[0153] As shown in Fig. 8, in this embodiment, for example, a process may be executed on the exerciser's terminal 200 using an application for a mobile terminal, etc. As shown in Fig. 8, for example, the application for the exerciser's terminal 200 may display cases corresponding to delivery requests, such as case A (shown in 222a) and case B (shown in 222b), or multiple cases may be displayed together, including case A and case B.

[0154] The project information may include, for example, weight, distance, remuneration such as desired price, delivery date, etc. As shown in FIG. 8 , the project information may be presented in ranges, such as distance over 10 km, remuneration over 500, and delivery date over 3 days. Alternatively, the project information may be configured to present specific numerical values for each item (e.g., 10 km, 500 yen, 3 days, etc.). In addition to the project information, route generation buttons (222a1 and 222b1) and rejection buttons (222a2 and 222b2) may be displayed.

[0155] When, for example, a route generation button 222a1 is pressed on the exerciser terminal 200, a route setting confirmation screen 224a is displayed, and the exerciser may be configured to be able to input and / or check the distance, elevation difference, scenery along the delivery route, etc.

[0156] For example, as shown in FIG. 8 , when an exerciser presses the route generation button 222a1 or the route generation button 222b1 on the display screen of the exerciser terminal 200, a confirmation screen 224a is displayed. In the example shown in FIG. 8 , the exerciser can check, for example, the distance, elevation difference, and scenery of the route (exercise route) in the exercise activity plan for Case A on the confirmation screen 224a. For example, the exerciser can check the distance from the start point to the end point, the elevation difference of the entire route, and the distance of the section of the route where good scenery can be viewed. Furthermore, for example, if the exerciser makes changes to the distance, elevation difference, and / or scenery, the confirmation screen 224a may be configured to allow the exerciser to change the values.

[0157] The exerciser's terminal 200 may also be configured to allow the exerciser to register and check information regarding the exercise activity that the exerciser wishes to perform (for example, screen example 224b).

[0158] In the exercise activity support system 10 and the exercise activity support device 100 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the exercise activity support process is executed as described above.

[0159] In exercise activity support device 100, an exercise activity plan is generated based on information about the exerciser's exercise activity and information about the delivery request from the delivery requester. Therefore, for example, an exercise activity plan is generated that matches the exerciser's desired exercise activity with the delivery route included in the delivery request from the delivery requester.

[0160] Specifically, for example, the determination unit 140 calculates the degree of match between at least some of the exercise area, which is the geographical range in which the exerciser wishes to perform the exercise activity, the exercise distance, the exercise time period, information about the package to be delivered, the scenery, weather, and / or topography, and each item of information about the delivery request, such as the collection area, delivery area, desired delivery time period, and the contents of the item to be delivered, which are included in the delivery route of the delivery requester for the item to be delivered, thereby making it possible to determine delivery requests that have a relatively high degree of match with the exerciser's desired exercise activity. For example, it is possible to match delivery requests that include a delivery route that includes a collection area and / or delivery area in the exerciser's desired exercise area and that target items of a size that the exerciser wishes to have delivered.

[0161] Therefore, the exercise activity support process according to this embodiment allows an exerciser who wants to deliver goods while performing an exercise activity to perform an exercise activity based on the contents of the exercise activity plan generated by the generation unit 130 of the exercise activity support device 100, thereby enabling the exerciser to perform an exercise activity with improved convenience. Furthermore, by performing an exercise activity that passes through a delivery route as described above, the exerciser can perform the exercise activity while assisting the delivery requester in making a delivery.

[0162] An exerciser who executes an exercise activity plan can also deliver an item while performing the desired exercise activity, so that, for example, if a predetermined amount of reward can be earned by delivering an item, the exercise activity support system 10 according to this embodiment can provide an exercise activity plan that allows the exerciser to achieve the desired exercise activity and receive the reward. In addition, the delivery requester can easily determine the exerciser who will deliver the item to be delivered.

[0163] [Other Exercise Activity Support Process] Another exercise activity support process executed by the exercise activity support system 10 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 9. The exercise activity support process described with reference to Fig. 7 was described using an example in which the exerciser inputs information about the exercise activity, such as the details of the exercise activity that the exerciser wishes to perform, but the exercise activity support process shown in Fig. 9 is a process in which an exercise activity plan, including the delivery of goods, is generated based on information about the exerciser's past history of exercise activity.

[0164] That is, in this case, the exercise activity supporting device 100 includes the above-mentioned determination unit 140 that determines whether the exerciser is capable of receiving item delivery, an output unit 160 that outputs an exercise activity plan, and a reception unit 150 that receives operation information related to operations from the exerciser. The exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 also acquires history information related to at least one of a history of exercise activities performed by the exerciser, a history of deliveries performed by the exerciser, and an evaluation of the deliveries performed by the exerciser. The determination unit 140 determines whether the exerciser is capable of receiving item delivery based on the history information acquired by the exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 and information related to the delivery request acquired by the delivery request information acquisition unit 120. When the determination unit 140 determines that the exerciser is capable of receiving item delivery, the generation unit 130 generates an exercise activity plan corresponding to the exerciser determined to be capable of receiving item delivery.

[0165] 9 is a diagram showing the sequence of the exercise activity support process executed by the exercise activity support system 10. Note that detailed description of processes similar to the exercise activity support process described above with reference to FIG.

[0166] First, information regarding a delivery request including a delivery route for an item is input to the delivery requester terminal 300 (S902).

[0167] Next, the exerciser's history information is acquired by the exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 of the exercise activity support device 100 (S904). For example, as described above, the exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 acquires history information regarding at least one of the history of exercise activities performed by the exerciser, the history of deliveries performed by the exerciser, and evaluations of the deliveries performed by the exerciser.

[0168] The history of exercise activities performed by the exerciser may include, for example, information about the exercise activities performed by the exerciser over a predetermined period, such as the past six months. The history of exercise activities performed by the exerciser may include, for example, information about the number of times the exerciser has run, the distance and time required, and the average values of these distances and times. It may also include information about the exerciser's exercise activity preferences calculated from the information about the exercise activities performed by the exerciser. The history of deliveries performed by the exerciser may include, for example, information about the number of deliveries the exerciser has performed in the past and the details of the deliveries (such as the dimensions and weight of the delivered items). Furthermore, for example, if the system is configured so that delivery requesters can evaluate the deliveries of items performed by the exerciser, information about the evaluation of the deliveries performed by the exerciser may also be acquired.

[0169] The history information of the exerciser's exercise may be obtained, for example, from information stored in the storage unit 196 of the exercise activity support device 100. Alternatively, the history information may be obtained from a database external to the exercise activity support device 100. Alternatively, the history information may be obtained, for example, from an application related to exercise activities (e.g., a running application) configured to store history information of the exerciser's exercise activities in the exerciser terminal 200.

[0170] An example of a history information database (DB) is shown in Fig. 10. As shown in Fig. 10, the history information DB stores information for each exerciser, such as "exerciser ID," "number of deliveries made in the past three months," "number of trips made in the past three months," "average trip speed," "average delivery rating," "number of delivery requests acquired," "delivery area," "delivery time zone," "delivery preferences," "participation in competitions within the past three months," "equipment," and "environmental index information."

[0171] The "exercise person ID" is, for example, identification information assigned to each exerciser. The exercise person ID may be, for example, a character string made up of alphabetic characters, numbers, a combination of alphabetic characters and numbers, or the like.

[0172] "Number of deliveries in the past three months" is an example of information regarding the number of deliveries of goods that the athlete has made within a predetermined period of time in the past (here, within three months). The predetermined period of time can be set arbitrarily. The predetermined period can also be set, for example, by the person requesting delivery.

[0173] The "number of runs in the past three months" is an example of the number of exercise activities that the exerciser has performed in the past within a predetermined period (here, within three months), and is information about the number of times the exerciser has run, for example, if the exercise activity is running. The predetermined period for the number of runs may also be configured to be freely set.

[0174] "Average running speed" may be the average value of the running speed of the exercise activity, if the exercise activity is running. The average running speed may be, for example, the average value over a predetermined period in the past. For example, it may be the average speed over the past three months. Alternatively, the average speed of all of the exerciser's past exercise activities stored as history may be calculated. Furthermore, taking into account that running speed may change depending on climate and weather conditions, the average running speed of the history of past running speeds over periods or days under similar climates or weather conditions may be calculated. For example, the average speed over one month during the same period last year, or the average speed over days under similar weather conditions during the same period last year, may be calculated.

[0175] For example, when evaluations are made on the delivery of goods, the "average delivery evaluation" may store the average value. For example, it may be information about the quality of the delivery service, such as whether or not the goods were damaged during delivery, or information about the evaluation of the delivery time, such as whether or not the delivery was completed on the desired date and time. For example, if the delivery requester requested the goods to be shipped as quickly as possible and the delivery was completed earlier than the scheduled delivery date and time, the delivery may be evaluated as being early.

[0176] The "number of delivery requests acquired" may include information such as the number of times an athlete has been able to acquire a delivery request, for example, in a case where multiple athlete are candidates for delivery requesters and an athlete to carry out the delivery is selected from among the multiple athlete, as described below.

[0177] The "delivery area" may include information about areas where the exerciser has a delivery record. The information about areas where the exerciser has a delivery record may be, for example, information about actual collection points or delivery points. Alternatively, the information about areas where the exerciser has a delivery record may be, for example, information about collection areas where the exerciser has a collection record or delivery areas where the exerciser has a delivery record. Furthermore, instead of or in addition to the collection points, collection areas, delivery points, and / or delivery areas, the information about areas where the exerciser has a delivery record may include information that makes it easier to understand the geographical range of the city, ward, town, village, etc. that includes these points or areas. Furthermore, in cases where the exerciser has a relatively large delivery record, the information about areas where the exerciser has a delivery record may include information about areas with a relatively large delivery record and / or areas with a large delivery record over a predetermined period of time in the past (e.g., the last three months).

[0178] The "delivery time period" may include information about time periods during which an athlete has delivered goods. The time periods during which an athlete has delivered goods may include, for example, information about the time of collection and the time of delivery by the athlete. Alternatively, the time periods during which a delivery has occurred may include, for example, information about time periods during a day during which a delivery has occurred. For example, the time periods may include information about predetermined time periods such as morning, afternoon, and nighttime, or 8:00 AM to noon, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

[0179] "Delivery preferences" may include information about delivery details preferred by the exerciser. For example, the information about delivery details preferred by the exerciser may include the contents of items preferred by the exerciser (item category, size, weight, etc.), preferred time period, preferred region, preferred driving route (elevation difference, distance, speed, etc.), preferred delivery timing (urgent matters, etc.), etc.

[0180] "Participating in a competition within three months" is an example of information about a goal set by an exerciser. For example, if an exerciser sets a goal to be achieved in the future, information about the goal may be used to generate an exercise activity plan that will enable the goal to be achieved.

[0181] "Equipment" may include, for example, information such as the volume of a bag registered by an athlete, and information such as sports equipment used by an athlete in an athletic activity.

[0182] The "environmental index information" may be, for example, information on an index relating to the impact on the environment of the exercise activity performed by the exerciser. The environmental index may be, for example, information calculated by the above-mentioned environmental index calculation unit 190 and stored in the storage unit 196. When the exerciser executes an exercise activity plan generated by the exercise activity support processing of the exercise activity support system 10 according to this embodiment, for example, goods are delivered while the exerciser is performing an exercise activity such as running, which can reduce exhaust gas emissions, carbon dioxide emissions, and the like compared to transporting goods by truck. The environmental index may be an index of the impact on the environment that is possible by executing such an exercise activity plan.

[0183] The above numerical values and indices may be actual numerical values, or may be replaced with indexes such as multiple levels set according to the magnitude of the numerical values and stored. For example, the average speed may be set to five levels: "Level 1: less than 5 km / h," "Level 2: 5 km / h to less than 10 km / h," "Level 3: 10 km / h to less than 15 km / h," "Level 4: 15 km / h to less than 20 km / h," and "Level 5: 20 km / h or more," and level information may be stored instead of or in addition to the actual average speed value.

[0184] The history information database described above with reference to FIG. 10 may also include other information. For example, instead of or in addition to the information regarding the number of acquired delivery orders, the history information may include information regarding the number of acquired delivery orders that have been completed, or information regarding the proportion of acquired delivery orders that have been completed. The information regarding the proportion of acquired delivery orders that have been completed may be information regarding a probability, such as a percentage.

[0185] Returning to the explanation of FIG. 9, next, in the exercise activity supporting device 100, for example, the determining unit 140 determines the degree of match between the information on the exercise activity and the information on the delivery request (S906).

[0186] Next, the determination unit 140 determines whether or not the exerciser is permitted to deliver the item (S908).

[0187] Next, in the exercise activity support device 100, the generation unit 130 generates an exercise activity plan (S908). The exercise activity plan, which follows a delivery route for the items to be delivered, is generated based on the history information about the exerciser acquired by the exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 and the delivery request included in the delivery request information acquired by the delivery request information acquisition unit 120. For example, the generation unit 130 is configured to generate an exercise activity plan including at least one of the exerciser's athletic ability calculated based on the history of the exercise activities performed by the exerciser and the history of deliveries performed by the exerciser included in the history information, including at least one of the exerciser's movement speed and movement range when delivering items.

[0188] The athletic ability of the exerciser may be information on the exerciser's athletic ability, such as exercise speed calculated from information such as the exerciser's running history, or the duration or distance that the exercise activity can be sustained, as in the calculation of the average speed described above. The movement speed of the exerciser may be the speed at which the exerciser moves when performing the exercise activity, such as the running speed when running or the walking speed when walking. Furthermore, the movement range of the exerciser may be information on the range that the exerciser moves while performing the exercise activity, and for example, the movement range may be a range expressed as a movement distance or an area moved.

[0189] The generated exercise activity plan is output from the exercise activity supporting device 100 to the exerciser's terminal 200 (S912).

[0190] The exercise activity plan output from the exercise activity support device 100 to the exerciser terminal 200 is displayed on the exerciser terminal 200, and a decision on whether to perform the exercise activity is input for the displayed exercise activity plan (S914).

[0191] The exerciser's terminal 200 transmits the input determination result of the execution of the exercise activity to the exercise activity supporting device 100 (S916).

[0192] Thereafter, the exercise activity supporting device 100 may appropriately transmit information about the exerciser who will carry out the delivery to, for example, the delivery requester terminal 300 (S918).

[0193] Next, the exerciser begins executing the exercise activity plan (S920).

[0194] After the delivery of the goods is completed, the exerciser inputs the delivery completion into the exerciser terminal 200 (S922).

[0195] Next, the exerciser's terminal 200 notifies the exercise activity supporting apparatus 100 that the exerciser has completed delivery (S924).

[0196] The exercise activity supporting apparatus 100 executes a delivery completion process based on the delivery completion notification from the exerciser's terminal 200 (S926).

[0197] Next, the exercise activity supporting device 100 transmits a delivery completion notification to the delivery requester terminal 300 (S928).

[0198] The exercise activity supporting device 100 generates a summary of calculation and payment of the reward to be paid to the exerciser upon completion of delivery (S930).

[0199] Next, the exercise activity supporting device 100 transmits a notification of a remuneration claim to the delivery requester terminal 300 (S932).

[0200] Next, the delivery client terminal 300 receives the notification of the reward claim and pays the reward to the exerciser (S934).

[0201] Next, the exerciser terminal 200 receives the reward paid from the delivery requester terminal 300 (S936).

[0202] Fig. 11 shows an example of a GUI (Graphical User Interface) on the display screen of the exerciser terminal 200 of the exercise activity support system 10 that executes the exercise activity support process according to the present embodiment illustrated in Fig. 9 , similar to Fig. 8. Like the example shown in Fig. 8, Fig. 11 illustrates a case where a mobile terminal is used as the exerciser terminal 200.

[0203] 11 , in the application executed on the exerciser's terminal 200, history information (shown at 224c) may be further included in the display screen exemplified in FIG. 8. In this case, the exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 of the exercise activity support device 100 may be configured to acquire history information of the exerciser's exercise activity from the exerciser's terminal 200.

[0204] 11 , the exerciser's exercise activity history information (224c) may be, for example, history information of the exercise activities performed by the exerciser using the exerciser terminal 200, acquired and / or stored by the exerciser terminal 200, or may be information acquired from an information processing device other than the exerciser terminal 200, such as the exercise activity support device 100, instead of or in addition to the information stored in the exerciser terminal 200. For example, information about the exerciser's performance calculated by the performance calculation unit 180 of the exercise activity support device 100 may be acquired by the exerciser terminal 200 as the exerciser's exercise activity history information. Furthermore, if the exerciser terminal 200 uses another application (e.g., a running app) that is used when performing or planning multiple exercise activities, the exercise activity history information stored by the other application may be acquired from the other application.

[0205] The exerciser terminal 200 may store the history of exercise activities performed by the exerciser, who is the user of the exerciser terminal 200, in the storage unit 230 or the like of the exerciser terminal 200, or the exercise activity history may be stored in a server or database or the like external to the exerciser terminal 200. When the exercise activity history is stored in a server or database or the like external to the exerciser terminal 200, the exerciser terminal 200 may be configured to acquire the history information from the external server or database when displaying the history information, for example, as shown in history information 224c in Fig. 11 .

[0206] 9 to 11 , the generation unit 130 generates an exercise activity plan including a delivery route based on information about the exercise activity, including the exerciser's exercise activity history and delivery history information acquired by the exerciser terminal 200 by the exercise activity information acquisition unit 110. In this exercise activity support process, by determining the exerciser who will perform delivery based on the history information, it is possible to more reliably determine an exerciser who will perform delivery of the item that is the subject of a delivery request, in terms of athletic ability and delivery record.

[0207] Furthermore, it becomes possible for the exerciser to generate an exercise activity plan that is suited to their own athletic ability and delivery history. Therefore, it becomes possible for the exerciser to generate an exercise activity plan that they can complete more reliably. Furthermore, the exercise activity support process described above with reference to FIG. 7 and other figures is an exercise activity support process in which information about the exerciser's desired exercise activity, input by the exerciser via the exerciser terminal 200, is accepted. However, the exercise activity support process shown in FIG. 9 and other figures makes it possible to generate an exercise activity plan that is suited to the exerciser's athletic ability and delivery history without accepting input from the exerciser. Therefore, it becomes possible for the exerciser to more efficiently execute an exercise activity plan that is suited to their own athletic ability and delivery history.

[0208] For example, the exercise activity support system 10 according to this embodiment may be configured to accept input of conditions for the athlete who will carry out delivery from the delivery requester at the delivery requester terminal 300. In this case, the exercise activity support process described above with reference to Figures 7 and 9 can easily determine an athlete who satisfies at least some of the conditions desired by the delivery requester.

[0209] Fig. 12 shows an example of a display screen of the exerciser terminal 200 when the exerciser executes the exercise activity plan. Fig. 12 illustrates a case where a mobile terminal is used as the exerciser terminal 200. Fig. 12 shows an example of an application screen 250 of a mobile application used when the exerciser executes the exercise activity.

[0210] 12, application screen 250 is similar to the application screen of a running application that is used when an athlete is running to manage the progress of the athlete's running, to store running results, etc. As shown in Fig. 12, application screen 250 displays a map on which the start point, end point, current location, etc. of the exercise activity can be superimposed.

[0211] In the exerciser terminal 200 according to this embodiment, for example, a delivery route 252 of an exercise activity plan is displayed on a map on the display screen. The delivery route 252 shown in Fig. 12 is a delivery route of an exercise activity plan that includes, for example, the delivery of two items to different delivery points. As shown in Fig. 12, the delivery route 252 includes, for example, a start point 252_S, a collection point 252_1, a first delivery point 252_2, a second delivery point 252_3, and an end point 252_E.

[0212] 12 , application screen 250 may further display, for example, a graph 256 showing elevation differences along the delivery route. Similar to the running application screen, area 258 may also be displayed, which displays information about the exercise activity (e.g., information about the type of exercise activity being performed, information about the exercise benefits obtained through the exercise activity, such as calories burned, information about music being listened to during the exercise activity, and information about audio guidance during the exercise activity). Area 258 may also display a start button 258_s that, when pressed, notifies the application of the start of the exercise activity and allows the application to start tracking the exercise activity.

[0213] Note that Figure 12 illustrates an example in which the exerciser terminal 200 displays an application screen in an application executed on a mobile phone terminal such as a smartphone, but the exerciser terminal 200 may also be, for example, a wearable terminal, and information such as a map and delivery route as illustrated in Figure 12 may be displayed on the display screen of the wearable terminal.

[0214] 7 and 9 are merely examples and are not intended to be limiting. The order in which the processes and operations are executed may be changed as appropriate, or some of the processes and operations may be executed together as appropriate.

[0215] The exercise activity support process according to the present embodiment described above may be configured so that deliveries of multiple items to be delivered can be included in a single exercise activity plan. For example, the same delivery requester may send delivery requests for multiple items to exercise activity support device 100 via delivery requester terminal 300.

[0216] In this case, the generation unit 130 of the exercise activity support device 100 may be configured to generate an exercise activity plan including a delivery route for delivering multiple items together when the distance between the collection areas and / or delivery areas of the multiple items is relatively short (for example, within a predetermined distance (e.g., 2 km)). Alternatively, for an exerciser who is determined to be capable of delivering multiple items, such as an exerciser who has a track record of delivering or running relatively long distances or delivering relatively heavy items, the generation unit 130 may be configured to generate an exercise activity plan including a delivery route that includes the delivery of multiple items. Furthermore, when an exerciser delivers multiple items to different delivery points, the device may be configured to allow the multiple items to be collected from the same collection point.

[0217] In the exercise activity support process according to the present embodiment described above, at least one exerciser may be selected from a plurality of exercisers to deliver the item to be delivered. For example, in the example of the exercise activity support process described above with reference to FIG. 9 etc., the determination unit 140 may determine whether or not the item can be delivered for a plurality of exercisers. Furthermore, the generation unit 130 may generate exercise activity plans for those exercisers among the plurality of exercisers who are determined to be capable of receiving item delivery. Furthermore, the output unit 160 may output the exercise activity plans generated for each of the exercisers who are determined to be capable of receiving item delivery.

[0218] When there are multiple exercisers who are candidates for delivering the item, the exerciser who will deliver the item may be selected from the multiple exercisers, for example, an exerciser who satisfies a predetermined condition. For example, when the receiving unit 150 of the exercise activity support device 100 according to the present embodiment receives operation information regarding whether to execute the exercise activity plan from multiple exercisers, the receiving unit 150 may be configured to determine the exerciser who will execute the exercise activity plan based on information regarding the order in which the receiving unit 150 received operation information from the exercisers.

[0219] Furthermore, when there are multiple exercisers who are candidates for delivering goods, the exerciser who will deliver the goods may be determined from among the multiple exercisers based on, for example, history information. In this case, for example, when there are multiple exercisers from whom the receiving unit 150 has received operation information regarding whether to execute the exercise activity plan, the exercise activity support device 100 according to the present embodiment may be configured to determine the exerciser who will execute the exercise activity plan based on information regarding the history of each of the exercisers from whom the receiving unit 150 has received operation information. In this case, the exerciser who will execute the exercise activity plan and deliver the goods may be determined based on past history information, such as the number of deliveries made, the number of delivery delays, and running speed.

[0220] Furthermore, the exerciser who will deliver the goods may be determined based on, for example, information about the exercise distance, such as the actual distance traveled, among the information about the history. In particular, when determining the exerciser to deliver a delivery request that may require a relatively long delivery distance, the system is configured to select an exerciser who has a record of driving relatively long distances, thereby making it possible to more reliably complete the delivery of the goods.

[0221] Furthermore, if an exerciser who is scheduled to deliver an item becomes unable to do so due to illness or other reasons, the exerciser may select an exerciser who can make the delivery instead. Alternatively, an exerciser who has difficulty delivering a scheduled item may notify exerciser terminal 200 of this to exercise activity support device 100, and exercise activity support device 100 may execute the exercise activity support process described above with reference to Figures 7 and 9 to determine a new exerciser who will carry out the exercise activity plan.

[0222] In this embodiment, the exercise activity plan may be configured to include, for example, a means of transportation other than the exercise activity. For example, when the delivery distance is relatively long or when the difference in elevation is relatively large, the generation unit 130 may generate an exercise activity plan that combines running with travel using public transportation such as trains, buses, and taxis. Furthermore, for example, if an exerciser is injured or the weather changes while executing the exercise activity plan, public transportation may still be used. The generation unit 130 may also generate an exercise activity plan that includes a combination of multiple exercise activities, such as running and walking, or running and cycling.

[0223] In this embodiment, the exercise activity plan does not have to be executed in a single exercise activity. For example, a part of the exercise activity plan and another part of the exercise activity plan may be executed on different days. For example, a run to collect items to be delivered to a collection point and a run to deliver the items to be delivered to a delivery point may be executed on different days.

[0224] 7 and the like, a case is exemplified in which an exercise activity plan is generated based on information about the exercise activity desired by the exerciser, for example, input by the exerciser, and in the exercise activity support process described above with reference to Figure 9 and the like, a case is exemplified in which an exercise activity plan is generated based on history information about the exercise activity performed by the exerciser, but the exercise activity support process of this embodiment is not limited to this. For example, the generation unit 130 may generate an exercise activity plan based on information about the exercise activity desired by the exerciser and history information about the exercise activity performed by the exerciser.

[0225] For example, information about the exercise activity desired by the exerciser, input by the exerciser via the exerciser terminal 200, may be compared with historical information about the exercise activities the exerciser has previously performed, and if it is determined that delivery of the item to be delivered, input by the delivery requester via the delivery requester terminal 300, would be an excessive burden based on the exerciser's exercise activity history, processing such as selecting other exerciser candidates may be performed.

[0226] Furthermore, in the exercise activity support system 10 according to this embodiment, both the exerciser who is executing the exercise activity plan and the delivery requester may be configured to evaluate each other via the exerciser terminal 200 and the delivery requester terminal, respectively. For example, the delivery requester may be configured to evaluate the delivery of the item carried out by the exerciser, for example, regarding delivery delays or damage to the item. On the other hand, the exerciser may be configured to evaluate the delivery request made by the delivery requester, such as the amount of compensation for the delivery of the item. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the evaluation results may be configured to be viewable by a third party in the exercise activity support system 10 or another system such as a social networking service (SNS).

[0227] A method for supporting an athletic activity according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to Fig. 13. Fig. 13 is a flowchart of the method for supporting an athletic activity according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method for supporting an athletic activity according to an embodiment of the present disclosure shown in Fig. 13 is executed, for example, by the athletic activity support device 100 of the athletic activity support system 10 according to this embodiment.

[0228] First, the exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 acquires information about the exercise activity (S1302).

[0229] Next, the delivery request information acquisition unit 120 acquires information on the delivery request from the person requesting delivery of the item, including the delivery route of the item (S1304).

[0230] Next, the generation unit 130 generates a plan for the exercise activity that passes through the delivery destination route of the item based on the information about the exercise activity and the delivery request included in the delivery request information (S1306).

[0231] Other embodiments will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0232] [Configuration of the Athletic Activity Support System] Fig. 14 is a system overview diagram showing an athletic activity support system 10A according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Fig. 14, the athletic activity support system 10A includes an athletic activity support device 100, an exerciser terminal 200, a delivery requester terminal 300, and a recipient terminal 400 (also referred to as a "third information processing terminal" in this embodiment). Therefore, the athletic activity support system 10A differs from the athletic activity support system 10 (Fig. 1, etc.) according to the embodiment of the present disclosure described above in that it further includes the recipient terminal 400 in addition to the athletic activity support device 100, the exerciser terminal 200, and the delivery requester terminal 300.

[0233] Therefore, in the following description, explanations will be omitted where appropriate, particularly for configurations similar to those of exercise activity support system 10 (FIG. 1, etc.), exercise activity support device 100, exerciser terminal 200, and delivery requester terminal 300. In addition, explanations will be omitted where appropriate, particularly for processes that overlap with the exercise activity support process executed by exercise activity support system 10, which will be described later, executed by exercise activity support system 10A.

[0234] The exercise activity supporting device 100A is, for example, a server device, and is configured to exchange data with an exerciser terminal 200, a delivery requester terminal 300, and a recipient terminal 400 via a network NE such as the Internet.

[0235] Specifically, exercise activity support device 100A acquires, for example, information regarding delivery and receipt conditions from recipient terminal 400. Exercise activity support device 100 generates an exercise activity plan to be carried out by an exerciser who is the user of exerciser terminal 200, based on exercise activity request information acquired from exerciser terminal 200, delivery request information acquired from delivery requester terminal 300, and information regarding delivery and receipt conditions acquired from recipient terminal 400, and transmits the exercise activity plan to exerciser terminal 200. Furthermore, exercise activity support device 100A may acquire, for example, history information of the exerciser's exercise activity, and generate an exercise activity plan based on the delivery request information, information regarding delivery and receipt conditions, and history information of the exercise activity.

[0236] The recipient terminal 400 is a terminal through which the recipient inputs information regarding delivery and receipt conditions for a package or other item requested for delivery. In this embodiment, the recipient may be, for example, an individual who orders a product to be delivered and ultimately receives the ordered product, or an individual who requests delivery of an item such as a parcel. Alternatively, the recipient may be a retailer who receives the ordered product and sells it to an end customer. The recipient terminal 400 may be, for example, a personal computer, a tablet, a smartphone, or a server. As shown in FIG. 14 , the exercise activity support system 10A according to this embodiment illustrated in FIG. 14 may include multiple recipient terminals 400_1, 400_2, 400_3, ..., 400_k (k is a natural number). Hereinafter, any user terminal among the recipient terminals 400_1 to 400_k will also be referred to as a recipient terminal 300.

[0237] In this manner, in the exercise activity support system 10A, the user (exerciser) inputs, for example, desired exercise activity conditions using the exerciser terminal 200; the delivery requester of the goods or the like inputs, for example, desired delivery conditions using the delivery requester terminal 300; the delivery recipient of the goods or the like inputs, for example, desired delivery and receipt conditions using the recipient terminal 400; and the exercise activity support device 100A outputs an exercise activity plan calculated based on the exercise activity conditions, delivery conditions, and delivery and receipt conditions. The user can review the output exercise activity plan on the exerciser terminal 200 and decide which exercise activity plan to execute. This allows the user of the exercise activity support system 10A to execute an exercise activity plan that meets the desired conditions and also allows delivery of goods or the like. Furthermore, the recipient of the goods or the like can receive the delivered goods or the like in a way that satisfies some or all of the desired delivery and receipt conditions. Note that, as with the exercise activity support system 10, the user's exercise activity conditions in the exercise activity support system 10A are not limited to those described above and may be determined, for example, from the user's past exercise activity history information.

[0238] [Configuration of Athletic Activity Support Device] Fig. 15 is a functional block diagram showing each function of athletic activity support device 100A according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Fig. 15, athletic activity support device 100A may include, in addition to athletic activity information acquisition unit 110, delivery request information acquisition unit 120, and generation unit 130, determination unit 140, reception unit 150, output unit 160, athletic activity tracking unit 170, performance calculation unit 180, environmental index calculation unit 190, compensation content determination unit 192, remuneration calculation unit 194, and storage unit 196, similar to athletic activity support device 100 (Fig. 2).

[0239] Like the athletic activity supporting device 100, the athletic activity supporting device 100A can be realized by a computer 600 (see FIG. 6 ). When the athletic activity supporting device 100A is realized by the computer 600, like the athletic activity information acquiring unit 110, the delivery request information acquiring unit 120, the generating unit 130, the determining unit 140, the accepting unit 150, the output unit 160, the athletic activity tracking unit 170, the performance calculating unit 180, the environmental index calculating unit 190, and the compensation content determining unit 192, all or a part of the delivery receipt condition accepting unit 198 can be realized by, for example, a processor 601 included in the computer 600 of the athletic activity supporting device 100 executing a program stored in a storage device 603. Furthermore, when the athletic activity supporting device 100A is realized by the computer 600 (see FIG. 6 ), the storage unit 196 of the athletic activity supporting device 100A can be realized by, for example, a storage device 603, described later, included in the computer 600.

[0240] As described above, the exercise activity information acquisition unit 110 acquires information about the exercise activity of the user who is an exerciser. In this embodiment, the information about the exercise activity may be, for example, information about the exercise activity performed by the exerciser, as described above. In the case where the exerciser runs as an exercise activity, the information about the exercise activity may include information about the distance the exerciser runs, the date and time of the run, and the delivery item that the exerciser requests to be delivered, and may further include information about the exercise intensity and the wages earned from the delivery.

[0241] Fig. 16 shows an example of a database (DB) of exerciser history information, similar to Fig. 10. As shown in Fig. 16, the history information DB according to this embodiment may store, for each exerciser described above with reference to Fig. 10, items such as "exerciser ID," "number of deliveries made in the past three months," "number of runs in the past three months," "average running speed," "average delivery rating," "number of delivery requests acquired," "delivery area," "delivery time zone," "delivery preferences," "whether or not the exerciser has participated in a competition within the past three months," "equipment," and "environmental index information," as well as information regarding "exercise intensity" and information regarding "remuneration," which is wages earned through deliveries.

[0242] "Exercise intensity" may include information about the exercise intensity preferred by the exerciser. It may include a selection from multiple levels of exercise intensity preferred by the exerciser, such as "slightly strong" as shown in FIG. 16. Furthermore, "reward information" may include information about the amount of remuneration desired by the exerciser. It may include information about the lower limit of the desired remuneration amount, such as "≧500 yen" as shown in FIG. 16.

[0243] As described above, the delivery request information acquisition unit 120 acquires information about a delivery request, including a delivery route for an item, from a person requesting delivery of an item. In this embodiment, the information about the delivery request may include, for example, information about the delivery route, information about the delivery date and time, and information about a reward to be given to an athlete for delivery, as described above, as well as information about the characteristics of the athlete. The information about the characteristics of the athlete may include, for example, information about the characteristics desired by the delivery requester of an athlete who will be responsible for delivery, such as the athlete's athletic ability and gender. Furthermore, the information about the characteristics of the athlete may include, for example, information about an evaluation of the athlete when evaluating deliveries that the athlete has performed in the past. For example, when quantitatively evaluating the athlete's deliveries, the information may indicate that an athlete with a rating of a predetermined number or more (e.g., a rating of 3.0 or more on a 5-point scale) is desired.

[0244] 17, like Fig. 3, shows an example of a database (DB) of information related to delivery requests acquired from the delivery client terminal 300 according to this embodiment. As shown in Fig. 17, the information related to delivery requests may include, as described above, package information such as the collection location and collection area of the items to be delivered, the delivery destination and delivery area, the desired delivery date and time, package size such as the weight and dimensions of the items, and the category of the items, reward information which is information about rewards to be given to the exerciser if the delivery is completed, and / or environmental index information, and may further include information about characteristics such as the exerciser's evaluation, such as "average evaluation value ≧ 3.0".

[0245] The delivery and receipt conditions receiving unit 198 is configured to receive operation information related to operations from the recipient. The delivery and receipt conditions receiving unit 198 is configured to receive information related to the content of the delivery and receipt conditions desired by the recipient, selected or input by the recipient to the recipient terminal 400, for example.

[0246] 18 shows an example of a database (DB) of information related to delivery and receipt conditions acquired from the recipient terminal 400 according to this embodiment. As shown in Fig. 18, the recipient may input information such as the desired delivery location, shipping fees such as the amount, the desired date and time of delivery, the gender and age of the athlete who will carry out the delivery, and an evaluation of the athlete via the recipient terminal 400, and the information may be accepted by the delivery and receipt conditions accepting unit 198.

[0247] Furthermore, for example, information regarding a plurality of delivery receipt conditions may be displayed on the recipient terminal 400, and the recipient may select one or more desired delivery receipt conditions, which may then be accepted by the delivery receipt condition acceptance unit 198. Information regarding a plurality of delivery receipt conditions may be set, for example, by a delivery requester, such as a seller of an item that the recipient wishes to have delivered. For example, multiple candidates for information regarding delivery receipt conditions may be set based on historical information about the delivery record of the item or items similar to the item by the delivery requester. Alternatively, information may be generated and displayed based on historical information about deliveries of items that the recipient has received. Alternatively, information set by the delivery requester and information generated based on historical information about the recipient may be displayed together and made selectable.

[0248] Alternatively, the recipient terminal 400 may be configured to allow the recipient to input any information regarding the delivery and receipt conditions when the recipient determines that there is no candidate delivery and receipt condition that the recipient wishes to implement among the information on the multiple candidate delivery and receipt conditions displayed on the recipient terminal 400. In this case, the delivery and receipt condition receiving unit 198 may be configured to receive information regarding the content of the desired delivery and receipt conditions that is input by the recipient via the recipient terminal 400, as described above.

[0249] 19 is a functional block diagram showing each function of the recipient terminal 400 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 19, the recipient terminal 400 may include an operation input unit 410, an output unit 420, and a storage unit 430.

[0250] The operation of the recipient is input to the operation input unit 410. Information regarding delivery reception conditions, such as the desired delivery date and time period, and characteristics of the athlete who will carry out the delivery desired by the recipient (for example, the gender, age, and rating of the athlete), may be input to the operation input unit 410 by the operation of the recipient.

[0251] The output unit 420 may include, for example, a display device, and displays information about delivery conditions transmitted from the recipient terminal 400 to the exercise activity supporting device 100A.

[0252] The storage unit 430 may be configured to store one or more programs executed on the recipient terminal 400 as well as data used in each process or processing executed on the recipient terminal 400 .

[0253] 6 , the operation input unit 410 and the output unit 420 can be realized by, for example, a processor 601 included in the computer 600 of the recipient terminal 400 executing a program stored in a storage device 603. In addition, the storage unit 430 of the recipient terminal 400 can be realized by, for example, the storage device 603 included in the computer 600.

[0254] [Exercise Activity Support Processing] An example of the exercise activity support processing executed by the exercise activity support system 10A according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 20. The exercise activity support processing according to this embodiment relates to the processing for generating an exercise activity plan executed by the exercise activity support system 10A described above with reference to Figs.

[0255] 20 is a diagram showing the sequence of the exercise activity support process executed by the exercise activity support system 10A, similar to FIG.

[0256] First, information regarding a delivery request, including a delivery route for the item, is input to delivery requester terminal 300 and transmitted to exercise activity support device 100A (S2002). For example, the delivery requester may input, via delivery requester terminal 300, information regarding the characteristics of the exerciser who will carry out the delivery, in addition to the collection location and collection area for the item to be delivered, the delivery destination and delivery area, the desired delivery date and time, package size information such as the weight and dimensions of the item, reward information which is information regarding a reward to be given to the exerciser if the delivery is completed, and / or environmental index information.

[0257] Next, information regarding the conditions for receiving delivery of the item is input to the recipient terminal 400 and transmitted to the exercise activity support device 100A (S2004). For example, the recipient may input information such as a desired delivery location, a shipping fee such as the amount related to delivery, a desired date and time of delivery, the gender and age of the athlete who will perform the delivery, and an evaluation of the athlete via the recipient terminal 400.

[0258] Next, information about the exercise activity is input to the exerciser's terminal 200 and transmitted to the exercise activity support device 100A (S2006). For example, information about the exercise activity that the exerciser wishes to perform is input. The input information about the content of the exercise activity to be performed by the exerciser may include at least one of information about the range of the exercise area, package information, exercise time period, exercise distance, scenery, weather, and terrain, as well as information about exercise intensity and information about a reward that the exerciser wishes to receive by performing delivery.

[0259] Next, in exercise activity supporting device 100A, for example, determining unit 140 determines the degree of match between the information on the exercise activity and the information on the delivery request (S2008).

[0260] Next, the determination unit 140 determines whether or not the exerciser is permitted to deliver the item (S2010).

[0261] Next, the exercise activity supporting device 100A notifies the exerciser who has been determined to be able to receive the delivery the result of the matching determination (S2012).

[0262] Next, the exerciser's terminal 200 receives an input from the exerciser as to whether or not to carry out delivery of the notified item in response to the notification of the matching determination result (S2014).

[0263] The exerciser's terminal 200 transmits the input result of the decision to execute delivery to the exercise activity supporting device 100A (S2016).

[0264] The exercise activity supporting device 100A determines the exerciser who will deliver the item based on the input result of the delivery execution decision transmitted from the exerciser's terminal 200 (S2018).

[0265] Next, in exercise activity support device 100A, generation unit 130 generates a plan for the exercise activity (S2020). The plan for the exercise activity that passes through the delivery route of the item to be delivered is generated based on the information about the exercise activity acquired by exercise activity information acquisition unit 110, the delivery request included in the delivery request information acquired by delivery request information acquisition unit 120, and information about delivery receipt conditions acquired by delivery request information acquisition unit 120 from recipient terminal 400.

[0266] The generated exercise activity plan is output from the exercise activity supporting device 100A to the exerciser's terminal 200, for example, by notification or the like (S2022).

[0267] The exercise activity plan output from exercise activity supporting device 100A to exerciser terminal 200 is confirmed by the exerciser (S2024).

[0268] Next, the exerciser begins executing the exercise activity plan (S2026).

[0269] When the delivery of the item is completed, the exerciser inputs the delivery completion into the exerciser terminal 200 (S2028).

[0270] The exerciser terminal 200 notifies the exercise activity supporting device 100A that the exerciser has completed delivery (S2030).

[0271] The exercise activity supporting device 100A executes a delivery completion process based on the delivery completion notification from the exerciser's terminal 200 (S2032).

[0272] Next, exercise activity supporting device 100A transmits a delivery completion notification to delivery requester terminal 300 (S2034).

[0273] Furthermore, exercise activity supporting device 100A transmits a delivery completion notification to recipient terminal 400 (S2036).

[0274] Next, the exercise activity supporting device 100A calculates the remuneration to be paid to the exerciser upon completion of delivery (for example, calculation of the remuneration by the remuneration calculation unit 194) and generates a summary of the payment, etc. (S2038).

[0275] Thereafter, exercise activity supporting device 100A transmits a notification of a remuneration claim to delivery requester terminal 300 (S2040).

[0276] Subsequently, the delivery requester terminal 300 may receive the notification of the fee claim and bill the recipient terminal for the delivery fee (S2042).

[0277] At the recipient terminal 400, for example, the amount of the requested delivery fee may be displayed on the output unit 420, etc., and the delivery fee payment process may be executed in response to the recipient's input of a decision to pay (S2044).

[0278] The delivery requester terminal 300 receives the processed delivery fee from the recipient terminal 400 and pays the reward to the exerciser (S2046).

[0279] Next, at the exerciser terminal 200, the exerciser receives the reward paid from the delivery requester terminal 300 (S2048).

[0280] In the exercise activity support system 10A and the exercise activity support device 100A according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the exercise activity support process is executed as described above.

[0281] In exercise activity support device 100A, an exercise activity plan is generated based on information about the exerciser's exercise activity, information about the delivery request from the delivery requester, and information about the recipient's delivery reception conditions. Therefore, for example, the exercise activity that the exerciser wishes to perform is matched with the delivery route included in the delivery request from the delivery requester, and an exercise activity plan that can satisfy the recipient's desired conditions is generated.

[0282] Specifically, for example, the determination unit 140 calculates the degree of match between each item of information about the delivery request from the delivery requester, the desired delivery date and time of the recipient, the characteristics (gender, age, and rating) of the athlete who will perform the delivery, etc., for the geographical range and exercise time period in which the athlete wishes to perform the exercise activity, and thereby it is possible to determine delivery requests that have a relatively high degree of match with the athlete's desired exercise activity. For example, it is possible to match delivery requests that include the athlete's desired delivery route and target items of the size that the athlete wishes to have delivered, and also to match athlete who meets the characteristics desired by the recipient.

[0283] Therefore, by the exercise activity support process according to this embodiment, an exerciser having the characteristics desired by the recipient performs an exercise activity based on the contents of the exercise activity plan generated by the generation unit 130, the exerciser can perform an exercise activity with improved interest and also satisfy the recipient's wishes. Furthermore, the exerciser can perform an exercise activity while assisting the delivery requester in delivering the item and satisfying the recipient's wishes. Furthermore, the exercise activity support system 10 according to this embodiment also allows the delivery requester to easily determine an exerciser having the characteristics desired by the recipient as an exerciser who will undertake the delivery of the item to be delivered.

[0284] [Processing of Exercise Person's Terminal] An example of processing executed by the exercise person's terminal 200 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 21. Fig. 21 is a flowchart showing an example of processing executed by the exercise person's terminal 200 according to this embodiment. The processing illustrated in Fig. 21 relates to a case where an exerciser selects a delivery request when there are multiple delivery request candidates that include delivery routes that allow the exerciser to perform a desired exercise activity.

[0285] First, the operation input unit 220 of the exerciser's terminal 200 accepts input of delivery conditions by the exerciser's operation (S2102).

[0286] Next, the output unit 210 of the exerciser terminal 200 presents a list of delivery request information input from the deliverer terminal 300 and transmitted from the exercise activity supporting device 100A (S2104). For example, the delivery request information may be displayed in descending order of similarity with the conditions for delivery input by the exerciser.

[0287] Next, the operation input unit 220 of the exerciser's terminal 200 accepts an input by the exerciser to select a delivery request from the displayed plurality of delivery requests and whether or not to accept the delivery request (S2106).

[0288] If the exerciser has accepted any of the delivery requests (YES in S2108), the output unit 210 of the exerciser's terminal 200 presents details of the accepted delivery request information (S2112).

[0289] If the exerciser has not accepted any of the delivery requests (NO in S2108), the list of delivery requests may be updated and displayed by the output unit 210 (S2110). At this time, for example, the exerciser's terminal 200 may inquire of the exercise activity support device 100A whether there are any other delivery requests, and if there are any other delivery requests, the output unit 210 of the exerciser's terminal 200 may display an updated list including the other delivery requests based on information about the other delivery requests received from the exercise activity support device 100A.

[0290] Similarly to the above, when the exerciser inputs acceptance of any of the delivery requests displayed in the updated list, the output unit 210 presents details of the accepted delivery request information (S2112).

[0291] When the exerciser starts performing an exercise activity including delivery of an item, information regarding the exerciser's status during delivery is transmitted from the exerciser terminal 200 to the exercise activity support device 100A (S2114). For example, information regarding the date, time, and location when the exerciser started the exercise activity, and information regarding the exerciser's current location and speed during the exercise activity, may be acquired by the exerciser terminal 200 and transmitted to the exercise activity support device 100. The exercise activity support device 100 may also transmit information regarding the exercise activity being performed by the exerciser to the deliverer terminal 300 or the recipient terminal 400. Alternatively, the information regarding the exercise activity being performed by the exerciser may be transmitted directly from the exerciser terminal 200 to the deliverer terminal 300 or the recipient terminal 400, or may be configured to be transmitted from the exerciser terminal 200 to the deliverer terminal 300 and then transmitted from the deliverer terminal 300 to the recipient terminal 400.

[0292] While the exerciser is performing an exercise activity including delivery of an item, for example, location information of the recipient terminal 400 may be received by the exerciser terminal 200 (S2116) and may be presented by display or the like on the output unit 210 of the recipient terminal 400 (S2118). By configuring the exerciser terminal 200 to receive location information, etc. of the recipient terminal 400, it becomes possible to deliver the item to a delivery address that is convenient for the recipient, for example, when the recipient wishes to receive the delivered item while on the move.

[0293] When delivery is completed (YES in S2120), a delivery completion notification is sent from the exerciser terminal 200 to the exercise activity support device 100A (S2122). The delivery completion notification may be sent not only to the exercise activity support device 100A but also to, for example, either the deliverer terminal 300 or the recipient terminal 400. Furthermore, for example, if the recipient is unable to receive the package and delivery is not completed (NO in S2120), the location information of the recipient may be updated by, for example, re-acquiring the location information of the recipient terminal 400, and delivery may be performed based on the updated location information of the recipient.

[0294] When delivery is completed, for example, the recipient evaluates the delivery using recipient terminal 400. The evaluation of the delivery may be performed by the delivery requester using delivery requester terminal 300. The evaluation of the delivery performed by the exerciser selected or input to recipient terminal 400 or delivery requester terminal 300 is transmitted to exercise activity support device 100A, for example, and received from exercise activity support device 100A by exerciser terminal 200 (S2124). The exerciser terminal 200 displays the evaluation of the delivery using output unit 210, for example.

[0295] This concludes the exemplary processing executed by the exerciser terminal 200 in this embodiment.

[0296] [Processing at the Delivery Requester Terminal] An example of processing executed at the delivery requester terminal 300 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 22. Fig. 22 is a flowchart showing an example of processing executed at the delivery requester terminal 300 according to this embodiment. The processing illustrated in Fig. 22 relates to a case where a delivery requester selects an exerciser when there are multiple candidates as exercisers who can perform delivery.

[0297] First, the operation input unit 320 of the delivery requester terminal 300 accepts input of information relating to the delivery request by operation of the delivery requester (S2202).

[0298] Next, the output unit 330 of the delivery requester terminal 300 presents a list of candidate exercisers that is input from the exerciser terminal 200 and transmitted from the exercise activity support device 100A (S2204). For example, the information on the candidate exercisers may be displayed in descending order of similarity to the delivery request input by the delivery requester.

[0299] Next, the operation input unit 320 of the delivery requester terminal 300 receives an input from the delivery requester to select an exerciser from the displayed plurality of candidate exercisers and whether or not to accept the selection (S2206).

[0300] If the delivery requester accepts any of the exercisers (YES in S2208), the delivery request information is sent to the accepted exercisers (S2214). At this time, for example, the output unit 330 of the delivery requester terminal 300 presents detailed information about the accepted exercisers.

[0301] If the athlete has not accepted any of the delivery requests (NO in S2208), the delivery requester terminal 300 determines whether the delivery requester has input a cancellation of delivery to the operation input unit 320 (S2210).

[0302] For example, if the delivery requester determines that there are no candidates for athletes who can carry out the desired delivery (YES in S2210), the process ends.

[0303] If the delivery requester searches for more candidates for exercisers who can perform delivery, the list of exercisers may be updated and displayed by the output unit 330. (S2212) At this time, for example, the delivery requester terminal 300 may inquire of the exercise activity support device 100A about whether there are any other candidate exercisers, and if there are any other candidate exercisers, the output unit 330 of the delivery requester terminal 300 may display an updated list including the other candidate exercisers based on the information received from the exercise activity support device 100A.

[0304] Similarly, when the delivery requester inputs acceptance for any of the exercisers displayed on the updated list, delivery case information is sent to the accepted exerciser (S2214). At this time, for example, the output unit 330 of the delivery requester terminal 300 displays detailed information about the accepted exerciser (S2214).

[0305] When the exerciser starts performing an exercise activity including delivery of an item, information regarding the delivery status during the execution is transmitted from the exerciser terminal 200 to the exercise activity support device 100A, and then transmitted from the exercise activity support device 100A to the delivery requester terminal 300, and presented by the output unit 330 (S2216). Note that, as described above, information regarding the delivery status during the execution of the exerciser may be transmitted directly from the exerciser terminal 200 to the delivery person terminal 300.

[0306] When delivery is completed (YES in S2218), a notification of delivery completion is sent from the exerciser's terminal 200 to the athletic activity support device 100A, and is received by the delivery requester terminal 300 from the athletic activity support device 100A (S2220). The notification of delivery completion is not limited to being sent from the athletic activity support device 100A, but may be sent, for example, from the exerciser's terminal 200 to the deliverer terminal 300. Furthermore, for example, if the recipient is unable to receive the item and delivery is not completed (NO in S2218), the location information of the recipient may be updated by, for example, re-acquiring the location information of the recipient's terminal 400 as described above, and delivery may be performed based on the updated location information of the recipient.

[0307] This completes the exemplary process executed by the delivery client terminal 300 in this embodiment.

[0308] [Processing of Recipient Terminal] An example of processing executed by the recipient terminal 400 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 23. Fig. 23 is a flowchart showing an example of processing executed by the recipient terminal 400 according to this embodiment.

[0309] First, the operation input unit 410 of the receiver terminal 400 accepts input of information relating to delivery and receiving conditions through operation by the receiver (S2302).

[0310] Next, delivery methods that can satisfy the input delivery conditions are presented by a method such as displaying them on output unit 420 (S2304). For example, information about the delivery conditions input by the recipient using recipient terminal 400 may be transmitted to athletic activity support device 100A. For example, athletic activity support device 100A may calculate a delivery method that can satisfy the delivery conditions transmitted from recipient terminal 400 based on information about the athletic activity that the exerciser wishes to perform transmitted from exerciser terminal 200 and information about the delivery request transmitted from delivery requester terminal 300, and transmit the calculated delivery method from athletic activity support device 100A to recipient terminal 400.

[0311] Next, the operation input unit 410 of the receiver terminal 400 accepts an input by the receiver as to whether or not to accept the displayed delivery method (S2306).

[0312] For example, if the recipient accepts the delivery method (YES in S2306), a notice of approval is sent from the recipient terminal 400 to the exercise activity support device 100A (S2308). Note that the notice of approval may be sent directly from the recipient terminal 400 to the exerciser terminal 200, or may be sent to the delivery requester terminal 300 and then to the exerciser terminal 200.

[0313] If the recipient does not approve of the delivery method (NO in S2306), for example, information that the delivery method is not approved may be sent to the exercise activity support device 100A, and another delivery method may be calculated by the exercise activity support device 100A, and sent to and presented to the recipient terminal 400 (S2304).

[0314] Once the delivery method is approved, the exerciser terminal 200 is notified of the approval of the delivery method, and the exerciser performs the exercise activity to begin delivery, the delivery status is sent from the exerciser terminal 200 and presented on the recipient terminal 400 by displaying it on the output unit 420 or other means (S2310).

[0315] Also, after delivery has begun, if the recipient wishes to receive the item while on the move, for example, location information of the recipient terminal 400 may be obtained (S2312), and the location information may be sent to the exerciser terminal 200 (S2314).

[0316] Thereafter, when the delivery is completed (YES in S2316), for example, the recipient may evaluate the delivery performed by the exerciser using the operation input unit 410 of the recipient terminal 400 (S2318). Also, for example, when the recipient wishes to receive the item while on the move, and the delivery is not completed (NO in S2316), the location information of the recipient terminal 400 may continue to be acquired (S2312), and the location information of the recipient terminal 400 may be transmitted to the exerciser terminal 200 (S2314).

[0317] This completes the exemplary process executed by the recipient terminal 400 in this embodiment.

[0318] [Process for Supporting Exercises for Deliveries Performed by Multiple Exercisers] The exercise activity support device 100 according to this embodiment may generate an exercise activity plan in which one or more items are delivered by multiple exercisers taking turns delivering the items over multiple sections. In particular, for example, for a delivery request for an item that involves a relatively long distance, multiple exercisers may be notified of their availability to deliver the item, allowing multiple exercisers to be selected. Alternatively, multiple exercisers who will execute the exercise activity plan may be determined by a method in which an exerciser notifies other exercisers in the exercise activity community to which the exerciser belongs. An example process in this case will be described below with reference to FIG. 24 and other figures. FIG. 24 shows a flowchart of a process for supporting an exercise activity in which deliveries are performed by multiple exercisers. The process for supporting an exercise activity in which deliveries are performed by multiple exercisers according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, shown in FIG. 24, is executed, for example, by the exercise activity support device 100A of the exercise activity support system 10A according to this embodiment.

[0319] First, the exercise activity support device 100A acquires information about the exercise activity of the group (S2402). For example, information about the exercise activity that the group wants to perform (e.g., information about the distance the group will run as a whole, the date and time the group will run, the area, etc.) may be transmitted from the exerciser terminals 200 of the group members who will be performing the exercise activity to the exercise activity support device 100A.

[0320] Next, athletic activity support device 100A acquires information related to the delivery request (S2404). For example, information related to a delivery request for an item input to deliverer terminal 300 may be transmitted to athletic activity support device 100A. Deliverer terminal 300 may store, for example, deliveries expected to be performed by a single runner and deliveries expected to be performed by a group of multiple runners, based on information such as the expected running distance and exercise intensity. When information related to a desire to perform an athletic activity by a group is transmitted to athletic activity support device 100A, athletic activity support device 100A may request information related to the delivery request related to the delivery expected to be performed by the group from deliverer terminal 300.

[0321] The athletic activity support device 100A may calculate the degree of match between, for example, information about delivery requests expected to be carried out by the group, transmitted from the deliverer terminal 300, and information about the group's athletic activities, transmitted from the exerciser's terminal, and if a relatively high degree of match is determined, the item delivery route may be divided into multiple sub-routes (S2406). For example, multiple sub-routes may be determined based on information about the athletic activities of each member of the group. If there are differences in athletic ability among members, the delivery route may be divided into sub-routes with different distances and exercise intensities depending on their athletic abilities. Alternatively, the delivery route may be divided into sub-routes with equal running distances, regardless of the members' athletic abilities.

[0322] In this way, an exercise activity is generated for each of the divided sub-routes, thereby generating a set of plans for a plurality of exercise activities (S2408). The generated plans for the plurality of exercise activities may be transmitted from the exercise activity support device 100A to the exerciser terminal 200 of any member of the group, such as the group representative, for example.

[0323] In this embodiment, for example, an exercise activity plan generated with the assumption that it will be performed by one exerciser may be divided into multiple parts and performed by multiple exercisers. Alternatively, an exercise activity plan generated with the assumption that it will be performed by multiple exercisers, such as an exercise activity plan for a relatively long-distance delivery, may be performed by multiple exercisers each delivering along a divided delivery route. For example, by having multiple exercisers deliver, the delivery area can be expanded. Therefore, even in remote locations that are difficult to reach by vehicles or public transportation, delivery can be made by dividing the delivery route. When dividing the delivery route, for example, each of the divided delivery routes (sub-routes) may be the shortest, or even if not the shortest, each sub-route may be divided so that the distance of each sub-route allows the assigned exerciser to perform the desired exercise activity.

[0324] For example, a running application used by a group may be configured so that group members input information about the group's total target distance and time, each member's running ability, desired pace, whether or not there is an incline, and information about each member's running history into the running application used within the group, or the information may be managed by the running application. The running application may also display information about relay points and recommended sections for each member to run. For example, the running application may collect information about each member's current location and, based on that information, set sections that are convenient for each member to participate in the delivery of goods. The running application may also manage each member's estimated time of arrival at a relay point. The running application may also be configured so that the running application allows a user to view information about the running history of other groups in addition to information about the running history of their own group. The information about running history may include, for example, information about running history over a certain period of time, such as yearly, monthly, or weekly.

[0325] Furthermore, the running application may be configured to award a badge when, for example, a delivery is completed or a target is met by making multiple deliveries.

[0326] In the exercise activity support process performed by a group described above with reference to Figure 24, a case where delivery is performed by a pre-formed group has been described as an example, but this is not limited to this. Figure 25 shows a flowchart of another example of exercise activity support process. In the exercise activity support process shown in Figure 25, multiple exercisers individually obtain information about the exercise activity they wish to perform, and an exerciser who can drive the delivery route included in the information about the delivery request is selected from the multiple exercisers whose information about the exercise activity has been obtained, thereby forming a group to perform delivery.

[0327] First, the exercise activity support device 100A acquires information about the exercise activities of a plurality of exercisers (S2502). At this time, for example, the exercise activity support device 100A may be configured to acquire information about the exercise activities of each exerciser from a plurality of exerciser terminals 200 (e.g., exerciser terminals 200_1, 200_2, 200_3, ..., 200_m). Alternatively, information about exercise activities that can be performed by a plurality of candidate exercisers may be transmitted to the exercise activity support device 100A from the exerciser terminal 200 of a specific exerciser in a group of exercisers, such as the representative of a running community.

[0328] Next, the exercise activity supporting device 100A acquires information about the delivery request (S2504). The exercise activity supporting device 100A may acquire the information about the delivery request from the delivery requester terminal 300, for example.

[0329] Next, the exercise activity support device 100A selects, for example, multiple exercisers who can meet the delivery request by relay running, based on the acquired information about the exercise activities of the multiple exercisers and information about the delivery request (S2506).

[0330] Next, exercise activity supporting device 100A divides the delivery route included in the information related to the delivery request into sub-routes to be driven by each of the selected exercisers, for example (S2508).

[0331] Next, exercise activity supporting device 100A generates an exercise activity plan including each sub-route for each of the multiple exercisers (S2510).

[0332] The generated plans for the multiple exercise activities are transmitted to the exerciser terminal 200 carried by the selected exerciser (S2512).

[0333] It is determined whether each of the transmitted exercise activity plans has been accepted by the exercisers who each own the exerciser terminal 200 (S2514), and if all of the exercise activity plans have been accepted by each exerciser (YES in S2514), the process ends. If one or more exercisers have not accepted (NO in S2514), the list of exercisers may be updated (S2516), for example, by selecting another exerciser, and then the process returns to S2506, where multiple exercisers who can execute the delivery route as a group may be selected from the updated list.

[0334] Information about each exerciser in the group may be managed, for example, by a running application on the exerciser terminal 200 owned by each exerciser. Alternatively, if each exerciser does not want other exercisers to know their information, the exerciser terminal 200 of each exerciser may be configured to display only information about the exercise activity plan related to the sub-route being run by the exerciser owning the exerciser terminal 200. Furthermore, when multiple exercisers are making deliveries, if there is a concern that items will be handed over between exercisers and that other exercisers may recognize the items during the delivery, the privacy of each exerciser may be protected by having the items handed over at a relay point, such as a delivery locker or convenience store. In this case, for example, the running application may be configured to display information (e.g., a two-dimensional barcode) that can unlock the delivery locker.

[0335] Alternatively, direct handover between exercisers may be performed. In this case, for example, common information such as a password, passcode, barcode, or QR code (registered trademark) may be assigned to both exercisers before and after the handover, and the assigned information may be verified at the time of the handover. For example, the same QR code may be sent to both the exerciser terminal 200 of the exerciser handing over the delivered item and the exerciser terminal 200 of the exerciser receiving the delivered item. This prevents handover to an exerciser who does not have the QR code, reduces the occurrence of theft of the item during the handover, and enables delivery with higher security.

[0336] When delivery is performed by multiple exercisers, the delivery requester terminal 300 and / or the recipient terminal 400 may be configured to accept in advance whether or not the delivery requester and / or the recipient agree to delivery by multiple exercisers. Furthermore, when delivery is performed by multiple exercisers, for example, delivery status information may be sent to the delivery requester terminal 300 and / or the recipient terminal 400 so that the delivery requester and / or the recipient can check the delivery status. For example, in particular, it may be possible to check whether the handover of the delivered item between the multiple exercisers is proceeding as scheduled.

[0337] In addition, in the exercise activity support process for group delivery described above with reference to Figures 24 and 25, for example, the exercise activity support device 100A may notify the exerciser terminal 200 of the exerciser of information regarding the group exercise activity or the individual exercise activity of each exerciser before obtaining information regarding the group exercise activity from the exerciser terminal 200.

[0338] For example, if a delivery event is planned to be carried out by multiple athletes that combines a relay race with delivery, the delivery event may be notified, groups or athletes who wish to participate are recruited, and the athletes may apply via the exerciser terminal 200. Since delivery events are expected to be in high demand, for example, during periods when deliveries are particularly strengthened, the support processing for athletic activities when notifying such delivery events is particularly effective during periods when deliveries are strengthened. For example, the support processing for athletic activities including the planning and notification of such delivery events is effective during periods such as Black Friday and Christmas sales, member-only sales on online shopping sites, and periods when logistics loads increase due to natural disasters, etc.

[0339] As described above, the exercise activity support system 10 according to this embodiment may be configured to determine another exerciser who can deliver an item in place of the exerciser who is scheduled to deliver the item if the exerciser is unable to deliver the item. Hereinafter, with reference to Figures 26 to 31, etc., the exercise activity support device 100B (see Figure 26 below) and the exercise activity support process executed by the exercise activity support device 100B, etc., in this case will be described. In the following description, descriptions of components similar to those of the exercise activity support device 100 (Figure 2) and the exercise activity support device 100A (Figure 15) and processes similar to those of the exercise activity support process described with reference to Figures 7, 9, 20, etc. will be omitted as appropriate.

[0340] [Configuration example of athletic activity support device] Figure 26 is a functional block diagram showing each function of athletic activity support device 100B according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Figure 26, athletic activity support device 100B, like athletic activity support device 100 (Figure 2) and athletic activity support device 100A (Figure 15), may include, in addition to athletic activity information acquisition unit 110, delivery request information acquisition unit 120, and generation unit 130, determination unit 140, reception unit 150, output unit 160, athletic activity tracking unit 170, performance calculation unit 180, environmental index calculation unit 190, compensation content determination unit 192, remuneration calculation unit 194, and storage unit 196, and may further include delivery receipt conditions reception unit 198, proxy delivery index calculation unit 182, and evaluation unit 184.

[0341] Like the athletic activity support device 100 and the athletic activity support device 100A, the athletic activity support device 100B can be realized by a computer 600 (see FIG. 6 ). When the athletic activity support device 100B is realized by the computer 600, like the athletic activity information acquisition unit 110, the delivery request information acquisition unit 120, the generation unit 130, the determination unit 140, the reception unit 150, the output unit 160, the athletic activity tracking unit 170, the performance calculation unit 180, the environmental index calculation unit 190, and the compensation content determination unit 192, all or a part of the proxy delivery index calculation unit 182 and the evaluation unit 184 can be realized, for example, by a processor 601 included in the computer 600 of the athletic activity support device 100B executing a program stored in a storage device 603. Furthermore, when the exercise activity supporting device 100B is realized by a computer 600 (see FIG. 6), the memory unit 196 of the exercise activity supporting device 100B can be realized, for example, by using the above-mentioned memory device 603 provided in the computer 600.

[0342] The proxy delivery index calculation unit 182 may be configured to calculate a proxy delivery index, which is an index related to deliveries performed on behalf of another exerciser (an exerciser who was scheduled to deliver items), when the other exerciser is unable to perform at least part of the delivery of items. The proxy delivery index calculation unit 182 may, for example, calculate an index according to the number of times proxy deliveries have been performed, the distance, etc., for an exerciser who performed proxy deliveries. For example, the proxy delivery index may be calculated so as to be evaluated higher when proxy deliveries have been performed many times, the distance of proxy deliveries has been long, or the urgency of proxy delivery is high.

[0343] Furthermore, when proxy delivery is performed, the environmental index calculation unit 190 may be configured to calculate an index relating to the impact of the performed proxy delivery on the environment as the environmental index. For example, 2 If emissions are reduced, the CO 2 An index may be calculated according to the amount of emissions.

[0344] The evaluation unit 184 may be configured to evaluate the proxy delivery performed by the exerciser, for example, based on the proxy delivery index calculated by the proxy index calculation unit 182 and the environmental index calculated by the environmental index calculation unit 190. Note that the evaluation unit 184 may be configured to evaluate, for example, for the exerciser to be evaluated, not only the deliveries that the exerciser had planned to perform, but also proxy deliveries that another exerciser had planned to perform but performed on behalf of another exerciser when the other exerciser was unable to perform the planned delivery. For example, the evaluation unit 184 may be configured to comprehensively evaluate the deliveries that the exerciser has performed based on multiple indexes.

[0345] Furthermore, in a case where the user to be evaluated is both an exerciser who performs delivery and a recipient who receives the delivered item, the evaluation unit 184 may be configured to evaluate the user based on the delivery and receipt performed. Alternatively, the evaluation unit 184 may be configured to perform separate evaluations as an exerciser and as a recipient. In this case, for example, both evaluations may be performed using a single application on a single device owned by the user, or the evaluation may be performed using multiple separate applications (e.g., an application for the exerciser and an application for the recipient).

[0346] When the evaluation unit 184 evaluates the recipient, the evaluation unit 184 may be configured to evaluate the recipient based on, for example, the number of times the recipient has received an item during delivery at a point along the delivery route or the distance traveled to receive the item at the point along the route. Furthermore, the evaluation unit 184 may be configured to evaluate the recipient based on, for example, the number of times the recipient has requested redelivery, the distance traveled required to perform the redelivery, the environmental impact, etc., when the recipient is absent at the time of delivery and requests redelivery.

[0347] [Example of Exercise Activity Support Processing] Fig. 27 shows a flowchart of another example of exercise activity support processing executed by the exercise activity support device 100B illustrated in Fig. 26. In the exercise activity support processing illustrated in Fig. 27, when another exerciser becomes unable to perform at least a part of the delivery of an item, a substitute delivery is performed by the other exerciser.

[0348] First, the athletic activity support device 100B receives a notice of a trouble from an exerciser who is scheduled to deliver goods (S2702). At this time, the athletic activity support device 100B may be configured, for example, so that input is made to the operation input unit 220 of the exerciser's terminal 200, and the exerciser's terminal 200 transmits a notice of the trouble to the exerciser, which is then received by the athletic activity support device 100B. For example, when the exerciser experiences a short-term health problem, such as sudden abdominal pain, or a long-term problem, such as an injury or illness, the exerciser may input the problem using a running application or the like on the exerciser's terminal 200, and the input information about the exerciser's condition may be transmitted from the exerciser's terminal 200 to the athletic activity support device 100B, whereby the information is received. The trouble of the exerciser who is scheduled to deliver goods may also be related to changes in the environment on the day of delivery, such as bad weather, such as thunderstorms or snow, or the occurrence of a disaster, or changes in the exerciser's schedule, such as caring for or assisting a sick family member, or dealing with an emergency at work.

[0349] Next, exercise activity supporting device 100B accepts information on whether or not the exerciser himself / herself can make a substitute delivery, which information is input by the exerciser to operation input unit 220 or the like of exerciser terminal 200 (S2704).

[0350] If the exerciser experiencing the problem can personally deliver the item (YES in S2706), information about an alternative delivery date and time is accepted (S2708). At this time, for example, if the exerciser desires a delivery point or relay point different from the original delivery route, information about the delivery point or relay point may be accepted by exercise activity support device 100B along with information about the alternative date and time. In addition, information about the alternative date and time, alternative delivery point, and relay point may be input by the exerciser as multiple candidates.

[0351] 28 shows an example of a GUI of the display screen of the running application displayed on the output unit 210 of the exerciser terminal 200 when alternative delivery by the exerciser himself / herself is possible. FIG. 28 illustrates an example of a case where a mobile terminal is used as the exerciser terminal 200.

[0352] 28 , in this embodiment, a form (e.g., delivery delay form 260) that can be input by an athlete may be displayed in, for example, a running application for a mobile device. Delivery delay form 260 may include, for example, an input field 262 in which the athlete inputs the reason why delivery cannot be made at the scheduled date and time, an input field 264 in which the athlete inputs an alternative date and time when delivery is possible, an input field 266 in which candidate relay points where delivery can be made are input, and a submit button 268 that submits form 260 when input into one, several, or all of input fields 262, 264, and 266 is complete.

[0353] The input fields 262, 264, and 266 may be configured to allow input of multiple items, multiple alternative delivery dates and times, or multiple possible relay points for delivery. The input fields 262, 264, and 266 may also include pull-down menus or the like, allowing one or more pieces of information selected from predetermined options to be input, or may be configured to allow the athlete making the input to write as desired.

[0354] Returning to FIG. 27, next, information regarding an alternative delivery date and time available by the exerciser who was originally scheduled to make the accepted delivery is notified to, for example, the delivery requester terminal 300 or the recipient terminal 400 (S2710).

[0355] For example, an input is made at the delivery requester terminal 300 or the recipient terminal 400 indicating that the notified alternative date and time is acceptable (or any of the alternative dates and times, if there are multiple alternative date and time candidates) by the delivery requester or recipient (YES in S2712), and if information regarding such input is accepted by the exercise activity support device 100B, the accepted alternative date and time is notified to the exerciser terminal 200 of the exerciser (S2714).

[0356] 29A shows an example of a GUI of a display screen displayed on the output unit 420 of the recipient terminal 400 when a mobile terminal is used as the recipient terminal 400. As shown in FIG. 29A , in this embodiment, a form (e.g., a delivery request form 460) that can be input by the recipient may be displayed in, for example, a running application for mobile devices, a delivery management application provided by an online shopping provider, or a delivery management application provided by a delivery company. The delivery request form 460 may have, for example, an input field 462 in which the recipient can input whether or not they accept the alternative delivery date and time proposed by the athlete. If the proposed alternative date and time is not desired, for example, the input field 462 may be configured to allow another alternative date and time to be input. Delivery request form 460 may further include, for example, an input field 464 for inputting a desired delivery method, an input field 466 for inputting a preference for delivery by an alternative method such as a proxy athlete, and a submit button 468 for submitting form 460 when input into one, more than one, or all of input fields 462, 464, and 466 is completed.

[0357] Each input field 462 and 464 may be configured to pre-display, for example, the available date and time for alternative delivery and the alternative delivery means entered into the exerciser terminal 200, and allow for changes such as rewriting if the recipient wishes to make such changes. Furthermore, the input field 466 may be pre-entered with information indicating that the recipient does not desire a substitute exerciser or an alternative delivery means (such as public transportation or a delivery company). For example, in the recipient's evaluation by the evaluation unit 184, if a lower environmental impact is associated with a higher evaluation, the information pre-displayed in each input field 462, 464, and 466 of the form 460 may include an item indicating that the recipient does not desire running or other alternative means, which allows for a relatively low environmental impact. This allows, for example, the recipient to relatively easily select an alternative delivery method with a lower environmental impact.

[0358] 27 , when the delivery at the alternative date and time is completed by the exerciser, a notification of delivery completion is received (S2716), and an evaluation of the delivery performed at the alternative date and time (alternative delivery) is performed (S2718). The evaluation of the alternative delivery may be performed, for example, by the delivery requester using operation input unit 320 of delivery requester terminal 300, or by the recipient using operation input unit 410 of recipient terminal 400, and accepted by exercise activity support device 100B.

[0359] If the exerciser experiencing the problem is unable to make the delivery himself / herself (NO in S2706), for example, a list of substitute exercisers who are other exercisers who can make the delivery may be presented (S2720). Even if the exerciser experiencing the problem is able to make the delivery himself / herself (YES in S2706), if the alternative date and time for proxy delivery is not acceptable to the delivery requester or the recipient (NO in S2712), a list of substitute exercisers who are other exercisers who can make the delivery may also be presented (S2720). The list of substitute exercisers who are other exercisers who can make the delivery may be transmitted from exercise activity support device 100B to delivery requester terminal 300 or recipient terminal 400, and presented by a method such as display on output unit 330 of delivery requester terminal 300 or output unit 420 of recipient terminal 400, for example.

[0360] Fig. 29B shows an example of a GUI of another display screen displayed on the output unit 420 of the recipient terminal 400. Fig. 29B shows an example of a delivery request form 460 when the recipient desires an alternative date and time other than the one proposed by the exerciser.

[0361] For example, if an athlete proposes "11:00 AM the next day" (input field 462 in FIG. 29A ) as an alternative delivery date and time, and the recipient desires another alternative date and time, the recipient may input a statement, date, and time related to the recipient's preference, such as "as soon as possible on the same day," as illustrated in input field 462 in FIG. 29B . At this time, for example, if the recipient does not care about the delivery method and desires delivery as early as possible, the recipient may input "no preference," as illustrated in input field 464 in FIG. 29B , or information indicating a specific delivery method (e.g., truck, public transportation, etc.). Furthermore, if the recipient desires delivery as early as possible and does not need to be delivered by the athlete who was originally scheduled to deliver the item, the recipient may input, for example, "desire delivery by alternative means," as illustrated in input field 466 in FIG. 29B . At this time, for example, the recipient may input preferences regarding the characteristics of the substitute athlete (e.g., athletic ability, past delivery performance, delivery performance evaluation value, etc.).

[0362] Returning to FIG. 27, when the delivery requester or recipient inputs into the delivery requester terminal 300 or the recipient terminal 400 an operation indicating that a match with any of the exercisers on the proxy exerciser list is possible (YES in S2722), that is, for example, when a proxy exerciser who can satisfy the delivery request by the delivery requester or the delivery reception conditions by the recipient is present among the proxy exerciser candidates listed on the proxy exerciser list, the delivery requester terminal 300 or the recipient terminal 400 notifies the exercise activity support device 100B of information regarding the selected proxy exerciser.

[0363] The exercise activity supporting device 100B notifies, for example, the exerciser terminal 200 of the selected candidate for the substitute exerciser of information regarding the proxy delivery (S2724).

[0364] If the selected proxy exerciser inputs an operation indicating that proxy delivery is possible (YES in S2726), the proxy exerciser executes the proxy delivery, and when the proxy delivery is completed, for example, the exerciser terminal 200 notifies the exercise activity supporting device 100B of the completion of delivery (S2716). After that, an evaluation of the proxy delivery may be performed (S2718).

[0365] If there is no matchable candidate in the list of proxy athlete candidates (NO in S2722), delivery may be requested to an agent such as a delivery company (S2728). Similarly, if the proxy candidate athlete inputs into the operation input unit 220 of the athlete terminal 200 of the selected proxy candidate athlete that proxy delivery is not possible (NO in S2726), an agent may be requested to make an alternative delivery.

[0366] In this case, the athletic activity support device 100B receives a notification that the substitute delivery by the agent has been completed (S2716), and the substitute delivery performed by the agent may be evaluated (S2718). In the athletic activity support device 100B according to this embodiment, for example, when the substitute delivery company performs the substitute delivery using a truck, a motorcycle, or the like, the environmental load caused by the delivery may be higher than when the delivery is performed by the athlete running, etc., and as a result, the environmental index calculated by the environmental index calculation unit 190 will be lower, and the evaluation unit 184 may be configured to lower the evaluation of the substitute delivery.

[0367] This completes the exercise activity support process illustrated in FIG.

[0368] An example display screen displayed during evaluation according to this embodiment is shown in Fig. 30. Fig. 30 may display a form (e.g., evaluation input form 480) that the delivery requester and the recipient can use to input information on the delivery requester terminal 300 and the recipient terminal 400, respectively.

[0369] 30 illustrates an example of an evaluation input form 480 displayed on the recipient terminal 400. The evaluation input form 480 illustrated in FIG. 30 may be configured to allow input or display of an overall evaluation of the person being evaluated, based on an evaluation of the person's performance as an athlete who performs delivery and an evaluation of the person's performance as a recipient of the delivered goods. In this embodiment, the evaluation input form 480 may be displayed to the delivery requester or the recipient in, for example, a running application for a mobile device, a delivery management application provided by an online shopping company, or a delivery management application provided by a delivery company.

[0370] As shown in FIG. 30 , the evaluation input form 480 may include, for example, a display field 482 a for displaying identification information (such as name and identification number) of the person being evaluated (e.g., an athlete), a badge display field 482 b for displaying a badge corresponding to the evaluation of the person being evaluated, a rate display field 482 c for displaying the evaluation of the person being evaluated by the number of stars or the like, a performance display field 484 for showing delivery performance, an environmental consideration rank display field 485 for showing the rank of environmental consideration, a number of receipts display field 486, and, if necessary, a send button 488.

[0371] The performance display field 484 may display information about the delivery performance of the evaluation subject, such as an athlete, including, for example, the number of deliveries performed and the number of proxy deliveries performed. The displayed performance may be, for example, all past performance, or performance for a predetermined period (such as the past year or the past few months).

[0372] The environmental consideration rank may be a rank calculated based on the environmental index for each delivery that has been performed, which is calculated by the environmental index calculation unit 190. For example, 2 Alternatively, the amount of CO 2 It may be configured to vary depending on the delivery distance of deliveries performed using low-emission transportation means, or the actual CO 2Emissions and CO 2 If the reduction can be calculated, 2 Emissions and CO 2 It may be configured to change depending on the amount of CO reduction. 2 For example, if running, bicycle, train, bus, and car (truck, etc.) are available as delivery means, CO emissions will be calculated in this order. 2 The environmental friendliness rank may be determined to be a low amount of emissions. The environmental friendliness rank may be determined using a predetermined number of stages, such as 5 stages or 10 stages. The environmental friendliness rank may be evaluated based on the performance of the evaluation subject, such as the delivery means selected as a recipient.

[0373] For example, information regarding the number of times the recipient has received the parcel may be displayed in the number of times the recipient has received the parcel, and information regarding the number of times the recipient has received the parcel at a relay point may also be displayed in the number of times the recipient has received the parcel. For example, in a case where receiving the parcel at a relay point reduces part of the delivery route and reduces the environmental impact during delivery, the more times the recipient has received the parcel at a relay point, the higher the evaluation of the recipient may be.

[0374] The evaluation of the person to be evaluated may be based on information other than the information related to the items displayed in the above display fields 482, 484, and 486. For example, the evaluation may be based on the number of times the person to be evaluated has requested redelivery as a recipient. Since redelivery, for example, increases the environmental load, the evaluation may be configured to be lower if the number of redelivery requests is high.

[0375] The system may be configured to perform an overall evaluation of the person being evaluated based on information about these multiple items exemplified above. For example, the overall evaluation may be calculated by adding up the items by weighting them.

[0376] In the above-mentioned evaluation of the person to be evaluated, for example, the input information, etc. may be transmitted to the exercise activity support device 100B, an evaluation value may be calculated in the exercise activity support device 100B, and the evaluation value may be displayed on the display screen of an application on the recipient terminal 400, etc.

[0377] As shown in FIG. 30 , the numerical values such as performance values displayed in each display field may be configured to be changeable by the user as appropriate. For example, the system may be configured so that an exerciser can update their own evaluation of delivery performance, or so that a recipient can update information about their own selection of environmentally friendly delivery methods and their own receiving performance. In this case, the updateable items may be changed as appropriate depending on the user operating the evaluation input form 480. For example, when an exerciser operates the system, operable and inoperable items may be set.

[0378] 30 is an example of an overall evaluation of the person to be evaluated based on an evaluation of the person's performance as an exerciser who performs delivery and an evaluation of the person's performance as a recipient of the delivered goods, but this embodiment is not limited to this, and for example, the evaluation as an exerciser and the evaluation as a recipient may be performed independently. In this case, for example, these evaluations may be configured to be executable on the same application, or may be configured to be executable on multiple different applications.

[0379] In the exercise activity support process illustrated in Fig. 27, for example, the delivery requester or recipient uses the delivery requester terminal 300 or recipient terminal 400 to select an exerciser who will perform proxy delivery, but this embodiment is not limited to this. For example, the exerciser who will perform proxy delivery may be selected by the exerciser who is experiencing a problem. Fig. 31 shows an example of a display screen 470 displayed on the exerciser terminal 200 in this case.

[0380] 31 , the display screen 470 may have, for example, an athlete location display area 472 in which other candidate athletes such as runners are visually displayed on a map, and an athlete information display area 474 in which information about the other athletes is descriptively displayed. In the athlete location display area 472, for example, the current location of the athlete such as a runner who is having trouble, and information about the locations and traveling directions of candidates for proxy delivery who are within a predetermined distance of the athlete, may be displayed on a map near the current location of the athlete who is having trouble.

[0381] Furthermore, the exerciser information display area 474 may display, for example, information about other exercisers displayed in the exerciser position display area 472. For example, if two other exercisers are displayed in the exerciser position display area 472, the exerciser information display area 474 may display, as information about the two other exercisers, the identification information (such as names and identification numbers) of the two other exercisers and information about delivery records.

[0382] 31, the exerciser information display area 474 may further include chat buttons 476_1 and 476_2 in addition to information about other exercisers, so that the exerciser experiencing trouble can start chatting with the other exercisers. For example, chatting allows the exerciser experiencing trouble to inquire about the availability of proxy delivery on the desired delivery date between the exerciser experiencing trouble and the other exercisers.

[0383] Using the display screen 470 illustrated in Fig. 31 , an exerciser experiencing a problem may obtain information about other exercisers, such as runners running nearby, including location information, running routes, and delivery and running records, and select an exerciser who can perform a proxy delivery from among the other exercisers running nearby. Then, for example, the exerciser terminal 200 may notify the athletic activity support device 100B of information about the selected exerciser who will perform the proxy delivery, and the athletic activity support device 100B may provide information regarding a proxy delivery request to the exerciser terminal 200 of the other selected exerciser. The exerciser carrying the exerciser terminal 200 that has received the information regarding the proxy delivery request may then notify the athletic activity support device 100B of whether or not the proxy delivery is possible.

[0384] Even when the above-described proxy delivery is performed, the same common information such as the same password, passcode, barcode, QR code, etc. may be assigned to both the exerciser terminal 200 of the exerciser who was scheduled to perform the delivery and the exerciser who performs the proxy delivery. For example, the exerciser who was scheduled to perform the delivery and the exerciser who performs the proxy delivery may display common information such as a passcode on the exerciser terminal 200 owned by each of them and compare the information, thereby preventing theft of goods during the handover.

[0385] In addition, when proxy delivery is performed, for example, the delivery requester terminal 300 and / or the recipient terminal 400 may be configured to accept in advance whether or not the delivery requester and / or the recipient agrees to the proxy delivery. For example, when the delivery requester terminal 300 and / or the recipient terminal 400 accepts an input permitting proxy delivery, information on the athlete performing the proxy delivery and information on the status of the proxy delivery may be transmitted to the delivery requester terminal 300 and / or the recipient terminal 400. As in the case where delivery is performed by multiple athletes, for example, the delivery requester and / or the recipient may be configured to confirm whether or not the delivery item has been handed over between the athlete who was originally scheduled to perform the delivery and the athlete performing the proxy delivery by transmitting related information to the delivery requester terminal 300 and / or the recipient terminal 400.

[0386] Similarly, when a substitute delivery is made by an alternative delivery company, etc., the system may be configured to accept input from the delivery requester or recipient as to whether or not such a substitute delivery is acceptable. In this case, common information such as the same QR code may be sent to the terminal devices, etc., of the person who was scheduled to make the delivery and the delivery company, etc., who makes the substitute delivery, and this information may be compared when handing over the items to be delivered, thereby preventing incorrect handovers.

[0387] In this embodiment, the environmental index and the environmental consideration rank may be calculated based on, for example, information acquired by the exercise activity support device 100B when the exerciser who performed the delivery inputs the delivery method he or she performed into the exerciser terminal 200, or information acquired by the exercise activity support device 100B when the recipient inputs the delivery method desired by the recipient into the recipient terminal 400, but is not limited to this.

[0388] For example, the environmental index and the environmental consideration rank may be calculated based on the actual exercise activity, based on information about the exercise activity, rather than on input by the exerciser or the recipient. For example, images or videos of the exerciser running captured by an imaging device such as a camera installed in the exerciser terminal 200 may be transmitted to the exercise activity support device 100B as information on the delivery status during delivery (while the exerciser is performing the exercise activity), and the delivery method may be estimated based on the transmitted images or videos. Alternatively, the exercise activity support device 100B may acquire information about the exerciser's location and time from the exerciser terminal 200 and estimate the delivery method (e.g., walking, running, cycling, or car use) based on the information about the exerciser's location and time. In this case, the exercise activity support device 100B may calculate the movement speed of the exerciser terminal based on the location information and time information of the exerciser terminal 200, and estimate the delivery method based on the calculated movement speed.

[0389] Furthermore, in this embodiment, as described above, for example, the delivery requester or recipient may input a desired delivery method into the delivery requester terminal 300 or recipient terminal 400, thereby specifying the exercise activity of the athlete who will carry out the delivery. However, this is not limited to this, and for example, the delivery requester or recipient may set an upper limit on the environmental index for the delivery to be carried out in the delivery requester terminal 300 or recipient terminal 400, and the athlete who will carry out the delivery may select any method that does not exceed the set upper limit of the environmental index to carry out the delivery. In this case, for example, the athlete may select a combination of running and transportation by truck, or a combination of running and delivery using public transportation, etc., within the range that does not exceed the set upper limit of the environmental index.

[0390] [Example of Exercise Activity Support Processing] Fig. 32 shows a flowchart of yet another example of exercise activity support processing executed by exercise activity support device 100B. In the exercise activity support processing exemplified in Fig. 32, delivery is not completed due to reasons such as the recipient being absent from the delivery point, and redelivery is performed.

[0391] First, the exercise activity supporting device 100B receives a notification of information regarding the absence of a recipient, which is sent from the exerciser's terminal 200 carried by the exerciser who is currently making a delivery (S3202).

[0392] Next, the exercise activity supporting device 100B transmits an inquiry regarding a request for alternative delivery to, for example, the recipient terminal 400 (S3204).

[0393] The recipient inputs information regarding desired conditions for redelivery into recipient terminal 400, and the input desired information for redelivery is accepted by exercise activity supporting device 100B (S3206).

[0394] FIG. 33 shows an example of a GUI of a display screen displayed on the output unit 420 of the recipient terminal 400 when a mobile terminal is used as the recipient terminal 400. As shown in FIG. 33 , in this embodiment, a form (e.g., redelivery request form 490) that can be input by the recipient may be displayed in, for example, a running application for the mobile terminal, a delivery management application provided by an online shopping provider, or a delivery management application provided by a delivery company. The redelivery request form 490 may include, for example, an input field 492 in which the desired redelivery date and time can be input, an input field 494 in which the recipient can input the redelivery means desired by the recipient, and an input field 496 in which the recipient can input whether or not an alternative means is desired. The redelivery request input form 490 may further include a send button 498 that submits the form 490 when input into one, multiple, or all of the input fields 492, 494, and 496 is complete.

[0395] Input field 492 may be configured to allow a recipient who is not at the delivery point at the time of delivery by the athlete to input a date and time at which they would like the item redelivered, such as "11:00 AM the next day." Input field 494 may be configured to allow a recipient to input a desired method of redelivery, such as "pick up at an intermediate point." Input field 496 may be configured to allow a recipient to input whether they would like the item delivered by a means other than the scheduled delivery by the athlete, such as delivery by another athlete or delivery by a delivery company, such as "I would like it." If the recipient requests delivery by an alternative means, input field 496 may also allow a recipient to input information specifically indicating the desired alternative means, such as delivery by another athlete or information about the environmental impact of the alternative means.

[0396] Returning to Figure 32, next, for example, the exercise activity support device 100B sends an inquiry to the exerciser terminal 200 of the exerciser who was scheduled to carry out the delivery, regarding whether the exerciser can carry out the delivery again (S3208).

[0397] If redelivery by the original exerciser is possible (YES in S3210), the exerciser carries out delivery, and when delivery is completed, a redelivery completion notification is sent to the exercise activity support device 100B (S3212).

[0398] Thereafter, for example, the exercise activity support device 100B may send a redelivery evaluation form to the recipient's terminal 400, in which the recipient can input an evaluation of the redelivery, and the evaluation of the redelivery may be performed (S3214).

[0399] If redelivery by the original exerciser is not possible (NO in S3210), for example, the exercise activity support device 100B may generate a list of exercisers who can redeliver on behalf of the exerciser, and display the list on the recipient terminal 400 (S3216).

[0400] By matching an exerciser who is capable of redelivery on behalf of the recipient with the conditions for alternative delivery desired by the recipient, if there is an exerciser in the list of exercisers who is capable of performing an exercise activity including delivery that satisfies the conditions for proxy delivery desired by the recipient (YES in S3218), an inquiry regarding the possibility of proxy delivery may be sent to the exerciser terminal 200 owned by the exerciser who is determined to be capable of proxy delivery through matching (S3220).

[0401] If proxy delivery is possible (YES in S3222), redelivery is performed by the proxy athlete, the redelivery is completed, and a notification of redelivery completion is received by the exercise activity support device 100B from the exerciser terminal 200 of the athlete who performed the proxy delivery (S3212). An evaluation form for inputting an evaluation of the athlete who performed the redelivery may be generated by the exercise activity support device 100B and sent to the recipient terminal 400.

[0402] If it is determined that there is no exerciser capable of performing the exercise activity including delivery that satisfies the conditions for proxy delivery desired by the recipient in the list of candidates for exercisers capable of proxy delivery (NO in S3218), redelivery may be requested from a company capable of proxy delivery, such as a delivery company (S3224). Note that if an inquiry about the availability of proxy delivery is sent to the exerciser terminal 200 of the exerciser determined to be capable of proxy delivery and a notification that proxy delivery is not possible is received by the exerciser terminal 200, for example, at the exercise activity support device 100B (NO in S3222), redelivery may also be requested from a company capable of proxy delivery, such as a delivery company (S3224).

[0403] When redelivery is completed by a company that can deliver on behalf of the delivery company, etc., a notification of completion of redelivery is received by the exercise activity support device 100B (S3212), and the redelivery performed by the delivery company, etc. may be evaluated (S3214).

[0404] This completes the exercise activity support process illustrated in FIG.

[0405] In the exercise activity support process according to this embodiment, illustrated with reference to Figures 27 and 32, an evaluation process is performed on the athlete who will be delivering or the recipient of the delivery. This allows, for example, the athlete to improve their credibility with the delivery requester or recipient. This also makes it possible to improve the compensation, such as wages, that the athlete receives. It also increases the motivation of the athlete to complete the exercise activity plan. Furthermore, by allowing runners and other delivery persons to view evaluations, it is possible to promote networks, such as relay delivery, between other runners and other athlete persons.

[0406] Based on the evaluation results, the recipient can easily select an exerciser who meets the recipient's desired conditions for delivery. By selecting an exerciser who is more environmentally conscious, the recipient can also contribute to reducing the environmental burden. Furthermore, by receiving the item at a relay point or the like, the recipient can improve their evaluation as a recipient, which can encourage the recipient to engage in their own exercise activity.

[0407] In addition, in this embodiment, depending on the quantitative evaluation results of the exerciser or recipient, points may be returned to the exerciser or recipient as gift certificates or points that can be used for online shopping, for example.

[0408] [Summary of Effects of the Present Disclosure] The above describes an embodiment of the present disclosure. According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, an exercise activity plan that passes through an item delivery route is generated based on information about an exerciser's exercise activity and information about a delivery request from a delivery requester, including the item delivery route. Therefore, an exercise activity plan that includes the delivery route included in the information about the delivery request is generated based on the information about the exercise activity. For example, an exercise activity plan can be generated that matches the exercise activity that the exerciser wishes to perform with the delivery route included in the delivery request from the delivery requester with a relatively high degree of match. This makes it possible to generate an exercise activity plan that is more interesting for an exerciser who, for example, wants to deliver items while performing an exercise activity, thereby allowing the exerciser to perform the exercise activity with more interest.
