Description

[0001] CONSTRUCTION DISPOSITION OF A DISMANTLED PIANO

[0002] Field of invention

[0003]

[0001] This innovation concerns the field of musical instruments, more specifically a collapsible digital piano. Through adjustments and fitting of the parts, a piano structure is created that facilitates assembly and disassembly, allowing for the adaptation of accessories in a simple and effective manner.

[0004] Fundamentals of innovation

[0005]

[0002] Renting or buying pianos usually comes with complicated logistics, such as transportation and tuning, and often, when the purpose is merely decorative, the use of stage pianos is often used and even so, they are composed of several parts, which increases the time and difficulty of assembly and in most cases there is no functionality, only aesthetics.

[0006]

[0003] There are 4 (four) types of piano: string, upright, digital and keyboard or synthesizer. Only the first two have acoustic functionality and are also used for decorative purposes.

[0007]

[0004] The difficulty of transporting and tuning means that many musicians use the digital piano for events and shows, as it is practical, however it does not have the same decorative element as a traditional acoustic piano.

[0008]

[0005] The following innovation features a detachable piano to which digital instruments are attached for sound emission. The piano consists of two large modules, which are joined together to facilitate the assembly and disassembly process. These parts are joined using non-permanent fastening systems, thus offering the aesthetics of an acoustic piano with the practicality of a digital piano.

[0022] Detailed description of the invention

[0023]

[0019] The following innovation describes a detachable digital piano structure (P) characterized by being partitioned into two modules of parts, namely: front (F) and tail (C).

[0024]

[0020] The front part (F) is composed of the body parts (3A), front part (3B') of the keyboards cover (TP), middle part (3B") rear part (3B"'), bottom height adjustment plate (3C) of the keyboards (7I), bottom front plate (3D) of the keyboards, bottom plate of the frame (3E), fitting tubes (3F), rod fitting holes (3G), plate (3H) in "L" shape, top height adjustment plate (3I), top front plate (3J) of the keyboards.

[0025]

[0021] The plates (3C) are fixed to the body (3A) by means of screws (5B), as illustrated in Figure 5. After this, the lower front plate (3D) of the keyboards (7I) is fixed to cover the front part of the keyboard (7I), and can be exchanged for plates of greater or lesser height, depending on the size of the piano (P) desired. The plate (3D) is fixed by screws (5B) to the body of the front part (3A), as can be seen in Figure 1. Overlapping the lower plate (3E), the lower front plate (3D) is fitted to juxtapose the keyboards (71) to give it two adjustments, since the piano (P) supports any type of keyboard (71). Therefore, the adjustments refer to the height and length for the keyboard (71), where the height adjustment is by means of the plate (3D), correlating the dimension of the height of the plate (3D).The length adjustment, that is, the lateral adjustments of the keyboard (71) are made using the plates (3C), correlating the thickness of the plate (3C), as can be seen in Figure 5.

[0026]

[0022] A cover (TP) for keyboards (71) is composed of 3 (three) articulated parts: front part (3B'), middle part (3B") and rear part (3B'"); where the front part (3B') is joined to the middle part (3B"), which in turn (3B") is connected to the rear part (3B'"), as shown in Figure 11. The three parts (3B'), (3B") and (3B'") are joined by hinges and screws (5B), so that the articulation and movement of each part occurs separately.

[0027]

[0023] Parts (3B') and (3B") are connected so that when the lid (TP) is raised, part (3B') remains in the downward position, providing more stability so that part (3B") does not fall while it is raised, as shown in Figure 10. Regarding parts (3B") and (3B'"), they are joined so that when part (3B") is raised, part (3B'") must remain stationary and overlap the lower adjustment plates (3C) at the height of the keyboards (71), as can be seen in Figures 11, 12 and 13.

[0028]

[0024] In the internal area of the front part (F), the plate (3H) is fixed next to the front plate (3J) to reproduce a spacing; in which said fixing means can preferably be angle brackets (5A) screwed with screws (5B). Said spacing formed between the plates (3H) and (3J) is arranged to allow the vertical displacement of the upper height adjustment plate (31), as can be seen in Figure 12. The fixing position of the plate (31) is related to the height at which the cover (TP) is positioned, preferably so that the plate (31) is adjusted next to the cover (TP) for keyboards, as can be seen in Figure 13.

[0029]

[0025] Regarding the tail (C), it consists of a top (IA), a hollow side structure (1B), a top (1C) for the front part, holes for sound output (1D), a fitting hole for the twitter (IE), the bottom plate of the tail (1F), a decorative plate (1G), support plates (1H) for the decorative plate, and a fitting hole (II) for the speaker. The joining of the parts (IA), (1B) and (1C) forms the external structure of the tail (C), which will be hollow to improve the acoustics of the sound and accommodate the internal structure.

[0030]

[0026] The internal structure of the tail (C) is composed of support plates (1H), decorative plate (1G), horn (7D), speaker (7F) and twitter (7E). In which the support plates (1H) serve as overlapping support for the decorative plate (1G). Furthermore, the internal structure of the tail (C) comprises sound output holes (1D), twitter fitting (IE) and speaker fitting (II), as can be seen in Figure 2.

[0031]

[0027] To join the front part (F) with the tail (C), the lower plate (1F) is superimposed on the lower part (3E), illustrated in Figure 9. For fastening (1 F) and (3E), screws (5B) are attached spaced apart, passing through the lower part (3E) to the lower part (1F) of the tail and secured by a butterfly washer (5C), as shown in Figures 7 and 9. Two types of fastening are also used, one model for the sides and another for the lower part.

[0032]

[0028] Two 90° angle brackets (5A) are used on the sides, one on the body of the front part (3A) and the other on the side wall of the tail (1B), both fixed to their respective parts by screws (5B). The angle brackets fixed to each part are against each other when the body of the front part (3A) is positioned next to the side wall of the tail (1B), and have a screw (5B) that passes through them, secured by the use of a butterfly washer (5C), as can be seen in Figures 1 and 10.

[0033]

[0029] After the front fitting (F) with the tail (C), the support feet (2) are fitted. The feet (2) are composed of the following parts: fixing pins (2A), foot recesses (2B), foot body (2C), wheel (2D), foot holes (2E). A foot fitting structure (2) refers to the body (6A) and a hole (6B) that passes through the body, in which the body (6A) is fixed to the structures of the tail (C) and the front part (F) by means of screws (5B). For each fixing of a foot (2), two bodies (6A) spaced from each other are required, so that they can be coupled in the recesses of the feet (2B).

[0030] The feet (2) are positioned in the body (6A) fitting, occupying the space of the recess (2B) and the holes of the foot (2E), overlapping the holes of the fitting structure (6B). Thus, the fixing pin or screw (2A) passes through the hole (2E) and hole (6B) of the body (6A) to fix the foot (2), as illustrated in Figure 2.

[0031] A pedal structure (EP) is coupled to the piano (P), in which the supposed pedal structure (EP) is divided by: metal rods (4A), tubes (4B), box (4C), preferably square and the holes (4D) of the box (4C), as can be seen in Figure 7. To couple the pedal structure (TP) to the front part, the rods (4A) attached to the fitting holes (3G) of the rods (4A), located in the lower part of the front part (3E), are used. Furthermore, the tubes (4B) are coupled to the fitting tubes (3F) located in the lower part of the front part (3E), as can be seen in Figure 2.

[0034]

[0032] The piano (P) comprises electronic systems consisting of: pedal (7A), keyboard (7I) and sound control formed by speaker (7J), amplifier (7C), frequency divider (7G), horn (7D) and twitter (7E). The pedal (7A) is placed inside the box (4C) of the pedal structure (TP) which has two holes (4D), one for the passage of the pedal (7A) and the other for the passage of wires to connect to a power source. The electrical wiring (7B) that connects the pedal (7A) to the amplifier (7C) runs through the box (4C), through the square tubes (4B) and through the fitting of the square tubes (3F), as can be seen in Figure 10.

[0035]

[0033] The speaker (7J) is inserted into the inner part of the tail, overlapping the speaker (7F); in the fitting hole (II) of the speaker and the box (7J) is directed from the direction of the horn (7D), and must be behind the holes for the sound output (1D). The spacing of the speaker (7J') is placed for better acoustics of the components present in the box. As well as the speaker (7J), the twitter (7E) is fitted into the hole corresponding to it (1E), as shown in Figure 5.

[0036]

[0034] The keyboard (71) is attached in the space intended for keyboards, between plates 3C and plate 3D, where it is connected to the amplifier (7C) for adjusting the bass, mid and treble of the sound, as can be seen in Figure 5. The amplifier (7C) is connected by wires to a frequency divider (7G), which in turn is connected by wires to the horn (7D) for sound amplification, to the twitter (7E), for treble sounds, and to the speaker (7F). And finally, the power source (7H) is connected directly to the amplifier. As can be seen in Figures 4 and 5.
