The invention relates to an ointment-containing adult diaper specially developed for adult patients suffering from urinary and fecal incontinence, comprising an ointment layer (1) containing zinc oxide, petrolatum, lanolin, aloe vera, panthenol, and vegetable oils (capric / caprylic triglyceride, stearyl alcohol, sweet almond oil, olive oil, calendula officinalis flower extract, hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel) extract), which protects the skin from irritation, moisturizes it, and provides a healing effect, and further comprising absorbent, liquid distribution, and breathable outer layers that protect skin health.
