Description

Beauty device for the penetration of skin beauty agents

[0001] The present invention relates to a beauty device for the penetration of a skin beauty agent, and more specifically, to a beauty device for the penetration of a skin beauty agent for simultaneously providing a skin beauty agent and an electrical signal to a user.

[0002] With increasing interest in appearance, the market for skin beauty devices is growing; in particular, non-invasive methods are gaining popularity due to the low safety standards and high patient resistance associated with invasive procedures. Furthermore, efficient delivery methods for skin beauty agents are currently being researched in the field, as the characteristics of the skin barrier make it difficult for external agents to be fully absorbed.

[0003] The skin barrier plays a crucial role in maintaining homeostasis by defending against the penetration of external substances and preventing internal moisture loss. The stratum corneum, the outermost layer of the skin, is a key component of this barrier and consists of corneocytes and the surrounding lipids. This structure is often described by the "brick and mortar" model, where the corneocytes—corresponding to the bricks—are tightly bound together, with lipids such as fatty acids, cholesterol, and ceramides filling the spaces between them, forming a defensive layer that is difficult for substances to pass through.

[0004] The lipid components of the skin barrier are primarily composed of hydrophobic substances, which can make it difficult for water-soluble substances to pass through. In other words, water-soluble ingredients struggle to penetrate the stratum corneum. On the other hand, fat-soluble ingredients can be absorbed relatively better, but even these are not open enough for all molecules to pass through.

[0005] Furthermore, the stratum corneum has a very thin yet tightly bonded structure that prevents external substances from easily passing through randomly. This structure acts as a physical barrier, effectively blocking the absorption of external substances. In particular, substances with large molecular weights are even more difficult to absorb.

[0006] Due to these characteristics, externally applied cosmetic agents are not fully absorbed; they may act only on the skin surface or take a long time to be absorbed. To compensate for this, technologies such as electrical signals (e.g., iontophoresis, ultrasound, electroporation) and chemical penetration enhancers (e.g., surfactants, liposomes) are being developed. These technologies play a role in helping agents be absorbed into the skin more effectively by temporarily altering the skin barrier.

[0007] However, the development of home-use beauty devices is inevitably limited by factors such as price and size. Consequently, there have been issues where skin care products are not delivered evenly to the skin or are difficult to apply accurately to the desired areas. Furthermore, removing and replacing the cartridges that hold and allow for the exchange of skin care products is a complex process or requires separate tools, causing inconvenience to users. Additionally, leakage of the skin care products or contact with the user's hands could occur during the removal and replacement process. Moreover, the impact generated during use is directly transmitted to the user's skin, causing discomfort or leading to reduced durability of the device.

[0008] Meanwhile, the aforementioned prior art is technical information that the inventor possessed for the purpose of deriving the present disclosure or acquired during the process of deriving the present disclosure, and it cannot necessarily be considered publicly known technology disclosed to the general public prior to the filing of the present disclosure.

[0009] Accordingly, the present invention was developed to solve the problems described above, and aims to provide a beauty device for the penetration of a skin beauty agent that offers improved convenience and efficiency by making the transfer of the skin beauty agent simple and efficient, allowing a cartridge in which the skin beauty agent has been completely consumed to be removed and replaced with a new one in a single operation, and providing buffering for the skin beauty agent or cartridge during the use of the device.

[0068]

[0069] A beauty device for penetration of a skin beauty preparation according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a main body unit (100) and a cartridge unit (300).

[0070] The main body unit (100) may include an electrode (ea, eb) for applying an electrical signal and a signal generating circuit for generating an electrical signal applied to the electrode. The signal generating circuit may be a control board (cb), etc.

[0071] And the cartridge unit (300) is detachably coupled to the main body unit (100) and can accommodate a skin care product (scp).

[0072] When the skin care product contained in the cartridge unit (300) is completely depleted by use, the user can replace the cartridge unit (300) and use it.

[0073] A beauty device for the penetration of a skin beauty agent according to the present invention enables the skin beauty agent (SCP) to be absorbed more easily into the user's skin by simultaneously supplying an electrical signal and a skin beauty agent (SCP) to the user's skin.

[0074] The above electrical signal may be a microcurrent, high voltage, low frequency, high frequency, pulsed electric field, etc., and may refer to any electrical signal that helps the skin care agent (SCP) to be easily absorbed into the user's skin or is helpful for skin care.

[0075] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the main body unit (100) may include a housing (110), a rotating part, and a non-rotating part.

[0076] The housing (110) extends along an axis (x1) and may have an internal space capable of accommodating other parts. The housing (110) may be composed of a housing body (110a) and a housing cover (110b), which are separate parts for assembly. The housing body (110a) and the housing cover (110b) may be bonded or joined together integrally by various methods.

[0077] The rotating part may be provided to be rotatable relative to the housing (110) around an axis (x1). The non-rotating part may be provided to be non-rotatable relative to the housing (110) around an axis (x1). That is, the rotating part may be rotatable relative to the housing (110), and the non-rotating part may be provided to be non-rotatable relative to the housing (110) and the rotating part.

[0078] Meanwhile, the rotating part and the non-rotating part can be accommodated in the internal space of the housing (110).

[0079] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the rotating part may include a rotating operating part (130) and a cartridge holder (150).

[0080] The rotary control unit (130) can be rotated around an axis (x1) by operation by the user. As the skin care product (scp) is gradually consumed with use, the user can rotate the rotary control unit (130) to transfer the skin care product (scp) forward. That is, when the skin care product (scp) in the front is consumed, the user can continue to use the skin care product (scp) by rotating the rotary control unit (130) to transfer the skin care product (scp) in the rear forward. Meanwhile, when all the skin care product (scp) is consumed, the used cartridge (300) can be replaced with a new cartridge (300) for continued use.

[0081] The cartridge holder (150) can be rotated together with the rotary operating part (130) and can be detachably coupled to the cartridge (300).

[0082] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the rotary operating part (130) and the cartridge holder (150) can be joined to each other by a first fixing bolt (fb1).

[0083] Additionally, referring to FIG. 7, at least one coupling hole (151) may be provided along the circumferential direction on the circular wall surface of the cartridge holder (150), and a coupling hook (311) may be provided along the circumferential direction on the circular outer surface of the transfer nut (310) of the cartridge unit (300). And by inserting the coupling hook (311) into the coupling hole (151), the cartridge holder (150) can be detachably coupled to the cartridge (300).

[0084] Meanwhile, since the cartridge unit (300) moves relative to the cartridge holder (150) along one axis (x1) to provide a cushioning effect to the user, the coupling hole (151) may be provided longer by a predetermined length (d1) in the direction of one axis (x1) than for the coupling hook (311) to be inserted. The cushioning will be described later.

[0085] When the rotary operating part (130) is rotated by user operation, the cartridge holder (150) is also rotated, and due to the rotation of the cartridge holder (150), some of the components of the cartridge unit (300) are rotated. As a result, the skin care preparation (scp) can be transported forward. Further details regarding this will be described later.

[0086] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a cartridge holder (150) may be provided with a cushion plate (230) that is coupled to be movably along one axis (x1) and provides cushioning to the cartridge (300).

[0087] Referring to FIGS. 2, 3, and 9, a cushion plate (230) may be movably coupled to a cartridge holder (150). To this end, the cartridge holder (150) may be provided with a movable insertion hole (153) communicating in a direction parallel to the axis (x1), and the cushion plate (230) may be provided with a movable extension part (231) extending in a direction parallel to the axis (x1) and a coupling hook (233) protruding in a direction perpendicular to the axis (x1) at its end. The movable extension part (231) of the cushion plate (230) may be inserted into the movable insertion hole (153) of the cartridge holder (150), and the coupling hook (233) of the cushion plate (230) may be caught on the rear surface of the cartridge holder (150).

[0088] Meanwhile, an elastic body (eo3), such as a spring, may be interposed between the cartridge holder (150) and the cushion plate (230). Due to the elastic force of the elastic body (eo3), the cushion plate (230) is positioned on the front side, but moves to the rear when an external force is applied to the rear side, and can move back to the front when the external force is removed. In this way, the cushion plate (230) can provide cushioning to the cartridge unit (300).

[0089] The above non-rotating part may include a cartridge removal button (170), a rotary guide shaft (190), and a cartridge connector assembly (210).

[0090] The cartridge removal button (170) can be coupled to the housing cover (110b) so as not to rotate relative to it, and thereby the non-rotating part can be provided so as not to rotate relative to the housing (110) around one axis (x1).

[0091] To prevent relative rotation as described above, a rotation-preventing stopper (171) is provided on the outer surface of the cartridge removal button (170), and a rotation-preventing stopper (111) corresponding to the rotation-preventing stopper (171) may be provided on the housing cover (110b). By the rotation-preventing stopper (171) being fitted into and caught in the rotation-preventing stopper (111), the cartridge removal button (170) can be coupled to the housing cover (110b) in a manner that prevents relative rotation.

[0092] Meanwhile, the housing cover (110b) may be provided with separate parts along a plane perpendicular to the axis (x1) direction for coupling with the cartridge removal button (170) (not shown).

[0093] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the non-rotating part may be provided to be movable relative along an axis (x1). In this specification, the relative movement of the non-rotating part means that the cartridge removal button (170) and the rotation guide shaft (190) move relative to the housing (110), and may be distinct from the meaning that the cartridge connector (215) moves relative.

[0094] For relative movement of the above-mentioned non-rotating part, the cartridge removal button (170) can be moved relatively in the direction of one axis (x1), and the anti-rotation locking groove (111) can be provided longer in the direction of one axis (x1) than for the anti-rotation locking projection (171) to be fitted. Additionally, an elastic body (eo1), such as a spring, can be interposed between the housing cover (110b) and the cartridge removal button (170). Due to the elastic force of the elastic body (eo1), the cartridge removal button (170) is positioned on the rear side, but moves forward when an external force is applied to the front side, and moves back to the rear when the external force is removed. The external force can be provided by user operation when removing the cartridge (300) from the main body.

[0095] The rotary guide shaft (190) extends along one axis (x1), and its rear end can be coupled with the cartridge removal button (170). For this coupling, the cartridge removal button (170) may be provided with a fixing rod (173) that extends along one axis (x1) and is inserted into the hollow of the rotary guide shaft (190). The cartridge removal button (170) and the rotary guide shaft (190) can be secured by a fixing bolt (fb2).

[0096] The cartridge connector assembly (210) may include a cartridge removal rod (211), a cartridge removal rod guide (213), and a cartridge connector (215).

[0097] The cartridge removal rod (211) may be positioned on the front side of the hollow of the rotary guide shaft (190), and may be provided with a coupling projection (211a) that protrudes in a direction perpendicular to one axis (x1) on its outer circumferential surface.

[0098] The cartridge removal rod guide (213) may have a hollow and a roughly pipe shape. The cartridge removal rod guide (213) is inserted and coupled to the front side of the hollow of the rotary guide shaft (190), and at the same time, the cartridge removal rod (211) may be inserted into the hollow of the cartridge removal rod guide (213). The cartridge removal rod (211) is constrained to the cartridge removal rod guide (213) by its coupling jaw (211a) and coupled to the front side of the rotary guide shaft (190), and may be coupled so as to be movable relative along one axis (x1).

[0099] Meanwhile, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the cartridge removal rod (211) and the cartridge removal rod guide (213) may be unable to rotate relative to each other. To this end, a rotation prevention member may be provided on the outer surface of the cartridge removal rod (211) and the inner surface of the cartridge removal rod guide (213) that come into contact with each other.

[0100] The above-mentioned anti-rotation portion may have a shape that is continuous along the direction of the axis (x1) but not continuous along the direction of rotation centered on the axis (x1). In one aspect, referring to FIG. 2, the anti-rotation portion of the cartridge removal rod (211) may be an anti-rotation projection (211b), and the anti-rotation portion of the cartridge removal rod guide (213) may be an anti-rotation groove (213a).

[0101] The cartridge connector (215) is coupled to the front of the cartridge removal rod (211) and can be secured by a fixing bolt (fb3). By doing so, the cartridge connector (215) can be moved together with the cartridge removal rod (211) and coupled so as not to rotate relative to it.

[0102] A rotation-prevention portion may be provided on the outer surface of the cartridge connector (215), and in one aspect, the rotation-prevention portion may be a rotation-prevention projection (215a). The rotation-prevention portion may be coupled with a part of the components of the cartridge (300) to provide non-rotation to said part of the components.

[0103] An elastic body (eo2), such as a spring, may be placed at the rear of the cartridge removal rod (211). Due to the elastic force of the elastic body (eo2), the cartridge removal rod (211) is positioned at the front side, but moves to the rear when an external force is applied to the rear side, and can move back to the front when the external force is removed. At this time, the cartridge connector (215) may move together with the cartridge removal rod (211).

[0104] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cushion plate (230) is provided with an exposed hole (235), and the cartridge connector (215) is exposed through the exposed hole (235) and can be provided to be movable relative to one axis (x1) as described above. When the cushion plate (230) is pushed backward for cushioning during use, the cartridge connector (215) can also be moved backward together by the relative movement.

[0105] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the relative travel distance of the cartridge connector (215) may be limited to be shorter than the relative travel distance of the cartridge removal button (170). That is, referring to FIG. 10 (a) and (b), when the cartridge removal button (170) is pressed forward, the relative travel distance (d3) of the cartridge connector (215) may be shorter than the relative travel distance (d4) of the cartridge removal button (170).

[0106] When a user presses the cartridge removal button (170) forward to remove the cartridge unit (300), the cartridge removal button (170), the rotary guide shaft (190), and the cartridge connector assembly (210) are reduced in total length, but the cartridge connector (215) is moved forward due to the limitation of the relative travel distance, so that the cartridge unit (300) can be removed.

[0107] Conversely, if, for example, the relative travel distance of the cartridge connector (215) and the relative travel distance of the cartridge removal button (170) are the same, the cartridge connector (215) may not be able to move forward even if the cartridge removal button (170) moves forward. Then, even if the cartridge removal button (170) is pressed forward, the cartridge unit (300) cannot be removed from the main body unit (100). In other words, in this case, even if the cartridge removal button (170) moves forward, the total length of the cartridge removal button (170), the rotary guide shaft (190), and the cartridge connector assembly (210) is shortened by this travel distance, so the cartridge unit (300) cannot be removed.

[0108] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cartridge connector (215) is provided with a removal catch (215b) that protrudes in a direction perpendicular to one axis (x1) and can be provided to be movable relative along one axis (x1).

[0109] Referring to FIG. 10, when the cartridge connector (215) is moved forward, the cartridge unit (300) is moved forward together with the cartridge connector (215) by the removal catch (215b), and thereby the cartridge unit (300) can be removed from the main body unit (100).

[0110] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 9, the release catch (215b) of the cartridge connector (215) may hinder the cushioning of the cartridge unit (300). However, as described above, the cartridge connector (215) is provided to be movable relative along one axis (x1), so it can be moved backward when cushioned.

[0111] Therefore, although the cartridge unit (300) can be removed by the removal catch (215b), the cartridge unit (300) can be provided with a cushioning effect by the relative movement of the cartridge connector (215).

[0112] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the rotation guide shaft (190) can guide the rotation of the rotating part.

[0113] Referring to FIG. 3, a rotary guide shaft (190) is positioned within the hollow of the rotary operating part (130) and can guide the rotation of the rotary operating part (190) and the cartridge holder (150) coupled thereto, thereby guiding the rotation of the rotary part.

[0114] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a cartridge guide (250) may be coupled to the housing (110).

[0115] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the cartridge guide (250) is provided with an electrode mounting groove (251) at the front, and an electrode (ea, eb) for applying an electrical signal can be mounted in the electrode mounting groove (251). Additionally, the inner surface of the cross-section of the cartridge guide (250) may be circular, thereby guiding the rotation of the cartridge unit (200) coupled to the main body unit (100).

[0116] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 11, the main body unit (100) may be equipped with a control board (cb) that generates electrical signals such as microcurrent, high voltage, low frequency, high frequency, and pulsed electric field, and a battery (bt) that supplies power. These may be electrically connected by a wire (ew).

[0117] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cartridge unit (300) may include a transfer nut (310), a transfer screw guide (330), and a transfer screw (350).

[0118] Referring to FIG. 4, the transfer nut (310) extends along one axis (x1) and may have screw threads on its inner surface. The transfer nut (310) may be composed of a transfer nut body (310a) and a transfer nut cover (310b) for assembly, and these may be bonded or joined together integrally by various methods.

[0119] The feed screw guide (330) may be housed inside the feed nut (310) and may be provided with a guide rail (331) extending parallel to one axis (x1). The feed screw guide (330) may be composed of a feed screw guide body (330a) and a feed screw guide cover (330b) for assembly, and these may be bonded or joined together integrally by various methods.

[0120] The feed screw (350) may have a thread corresponding to the thread of the feed nut (310) and a guide groove (351) corresponding to the guide rail (331) of the feed screw guide (330).

[0121] And a skin care product (scp) can be fixed to the transfer screw (350). For the above fixation, a fixing hook (353) may be interposed between the transfer screw (350) and the skin care product (scp).

[0122] Referring to FIG. 5, when the transfer nut (310) rotates around an axis (x1), the transfer screw (350) is constrained by the guide rail (331) and does not rotate, and can be transferred forward along the axis (x1) by the rotation of the transfer nut (310). By this, the skin care product (scp) can also be transferred forward. For reference, when the transfer nut (310) rotates in the opposite direction, the transfer nut (310) can be transferred backward.

[0123] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the transfer nut (350) is rotated by the rotating part of the main body unit (100), and the transfer screw guide (330) can be non-rotated by the non-rotating part of the main body unit (100).

[0124] As described above, the rotating part may include a rotating operating part (130) and a cartridge holder (150), and the non-rotating part may include a cartridge connector (215).

[0125] Referring to FIG. 2, the cartridge connector (215) of the main body unit (100) may be provided with a rotation-preventing part, such as a rotation-preventing projection (215a). Referring to FIG. 4, the feed screw guide (330) of the cartridge unit (300) may be provided with a fixing insertion hole (333) into which the cartridge connector (215) is inserted, and a rotation-preventing part corresponding to the rotation-preventing part of the cartridge connector (215). In one aspect, the rotation-preventing part of the feed screw guide (330) may be a rotation-preventing groove (335).

[0126] By inserting the cartridge connector (215) into the feed screw guide (330) so that it cannot rotate relative to it, the feed screw guide (330) can be fixed without rotating.

[0127] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the transfer nut (310) may have a through hole (313), and as described above, the transfer screw guide (330) may have a fixing insertion hole (333). The fixing insertion hole (333) may be positioned to communicate with the through hole (313).

[0128] Accordingly, the cartridge connector (215) passes through the through hole (313) and is inserted into the fixing insertion hole (333), and the transfer nut (310) is not constrained by the cartridge connector (215) so that it can rotate around one axis (x1), and the transfer nut guide (330) is constrained by the cartridge connector (215) so that it cannot rotate around one axis (x1).

[0129] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the guide rail (331) of the feed screw guide (330) and the guide groove (351) of the feed screw (350) may be provided with corresponding grooves and protrusions, or protrusions and grooves, for stepwise feed of the feed screw (350).

[0130] The above stepwise transfer means that when a user rotates the rotary operating part (130) to transfer the transfer screw (350) and the skin care agent (scp), the rotary operating part stops at regular intervals or requires a greater force to be applied for the transfer to continue, and accordingly, the transfer stops or requires a greater force to be applied for the transfer to continue. Through the above stepwise transfer, the user can transfer and use the skin care agent (scp) in fixed amounts according to the usage method of the beauty device for the penetration of the skin care agent according to the present invention.

[0131] Referring to FIG. 6, in one aspect, a guide rail (331) may be provided with a plurality of stop grooves (337), and a guide groove (351) may be provided with a stop projection (355).

[0132] As the transfer screw (350) moves along the guide rail (331), the stop projection (355) is fitted into the front stop groove (337), thereby enabling the stepwise transfer.

[0133] Hereinafter, the transfer of a skin care product (scp) will be described with reference to FIG. 8.

[0134] When the rotary operating part (130) rotates around an axis (x1), the cartridge holder (150) and the transfer nut (310) also rotate around the axis (x1). On the other hand, despite the rotation, the cartridge removal button (170), the rotary guide shaft (190), the cartridge connector (215), and the transfer guide (330) do not rotate.

[0135] Then, the transfer screw (350) is transferred by the rotation of the transfer nut (310) and the non-rotation of the transfer screw guide (330), and accordingly, the skin care product (scp) can also be transferred.

[0136] Hereinafter, the buffering of the cartridge unit (300) will be described with reference to FIG. 9.

[0137] When a user uses a beauty device for the penetration of a skin beauty agent according to the present invention, force can be applied forward to bring the electrode (ea, eb) of the main body unit (100) and the skin beauty agent (scp) of the cartridge unit (100) into close contact with the skin. Then, the cartridge unit (300) receives an external force in the rearward direction.

[0138] In this case, the cushion plate (230) in contact with the cartridge unit (300) can be moved backward by a predetermined distance (d2) while receiving resistance from the elastic force of the elastic body (eo3). Additionally, the cartridge connector (251) in contact with the cartridge unit (300) can also be moved backward by a predetermined distance (d2) while receiving resistance from the elastic force of the elastic body (eo2).

[0139] Then, the cartridge unit (300) can be moved to the rear side by a predetermined distance (d2) while receiving resistance from the elastic force of the elastic body (eo2, eo3), and can be moved to the front side by the elastic force as the external force weakens or is removed. Also, the skin care preparation (scp) can be moved to the rear and front sides together with the cartridge unit (300). By doing so, a cushioning effect can be provided to the user.

[0140] In addition, when the skin cosmetic agent (scp) is first used immediately after being transported forward, the skin cosmetic agent (scp) may be transported forward somewhat more than necessary compared to subsequent uses. In such cases, the skin cosmetic agent (scp) may be overused, but the skin cosmetic agent (scp) can be moved backward during use by the buffering described above, thereby preventing the skin cosmetic agent from being overused.

[0141] In addition, even when used on areas where the skin surface is uneven or protrudes more than other parts, such as the cheekbones or jaw, the skin cosmetic agent (scp) can be delivered evenly throughout the skin by the above buffer.

[0142] Hereinafter, the removal of the cartridge unit (300) will be described with reference to FIG. 10.

[0143] When the skin care product (scp) is completely consumed and the user wishes to replace the cartridge unit (300), it is necessary to remove the existing cartridge unit (300) from the main body unit (100).

[0144] To perform the above removal, the user presses the cartridge removal button (170) toward the front. Then, the rotary guide shaft (190) and the cartridge connector (215) move forward together with the cartridge removal button (170).

[0145] The cartridge connector (215) may be provided with a removal catch (215b) that protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the above axis (x1). Since the removal catch (215b) is in contact with the transfer nut (310) of the cartridge unit (300), when the cartridge connector (215) moves forward, the cartridge unit (300) receives a force forward.

[0146] Meanwhile, as described above, the cartridge unit (300) is detachably coupled to the main body unit (100) by fitting the coupling hook (311) of the transfer nut (310) into the coupling hole (151) of the cartridge holder (150).

[0147] Therefore, when the cartridge unit (300) receives force toward the front, the fitting is released, and the cartridge unit (300) can be removed from the main body unit (100).

[0148]
