Abstract

The present disclosure provides: an oil-resistant agent composition which is capable of imparting high oil resistance without requiring a fluorine-based resin; and an oil-resistant base material which uses the composition. An oil-resistant agent composition according to the present disclosure contains water and emulsion particles dispersed in the water, the emulsion particles having an average particle diameter of 0.60 µm or less, and containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer compound, and is characterized in that the content of a (meth)acrylic acid unit in the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer compound is 0-5 mass%. An oil-resistant base material according to the present disclosure comprises a base material and an oil-resistant layer that is disposed on the base material and is formed by drying the oil-resistant agent composition.
