Abstract

The invention provides a capsule inhaler for administering a single dose of dry powder from a capsule and comprises a body (14) and a mouthpiece (2) with a screen (3) and a base (4) of the mouthpiece (2), as well as a cover (5) with an opening coupled to the body (14). The inhaler also includes a capsule receiving element (6) and push buttons (7) with a capsule piercing mechanism. An electronic circuit board (11) with a microprocessor (11.4) is arranged in the body (14) of the inhaler, wherein said circuit board (11) includes a magnetic field sensor (11.2) and a light indicator (11.3) arranged near the push button (7), which includes a magnet. The magnet (8) is positioned on the piercing element (7.1), and a magnetic field sensor (11.2) is arranged near the magnet (8), and the electronic circuit board (11) of the inhaler is coupled to the base (4) of the mouthpiece (2) via a coupling element (10).
