Abstract

The invention relates to a device (8) for connecting a shaft (3) to an element of a shading device (1) or an insect screen device, comprising at least a first sleeve element (9) and at least one pressure element (15), wherein the pressure element (15) is adjustable in at least one section in the radial direction outwards to create a force-fit connection with the shaft (3). The pressure element (15) forms a second sleeve element (10) which has axially extending, finger-like pressure projections that are bendable in the radial direction and between which recesses (17) are formed, or is formed integrally with the first sleeve element (9).
