Abstract
The invention relates to an axial impeller (1) for a pump (2), in particular for an underwater cleaner, with at least one impeller blade (4) which has at least one leading edge (5). In order to reduce the risk of injury from the axial impeller (1), it is provided that the impeller blade (4) has at least one protective element (7) in the area of at least one leading edge (5).
