[0054] Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, Figure 2 is a perspective view of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and Figure 3 is an exploded perspective view of some components of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0055] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the dishwasher 1 may include a main body 10 which forms an appearance of the dishwasher.

[0056] The dishwasher 1 may further include a box 12 disposed inside the main body 10. The box 12 may be configured to be substantially box-shaped. One side of the box 12 may be open. In other words, the box 12 may have an opening 12a. As an example, the front surface of the box 12 may be open.

[0057] The dishwasher 1 may further include a door 11 configured to open and close an opening 12a of the box 12. The door 11 may be installed in the body 10 to open and close the opening 12a of the box 12. The door 11 may be installed in the body 10 to be rotatable.

[0058] The dishwasher 1 may further include a storage container, which is arranged in the cabinet 12 for storing dishes.

[0059] The storage container may include a plurality of baskets 51, 52, and 53. Relatively large tableware may be stored in the plurality of baskets 51 and 52. However, the types of tableware stored in the plurality of baskets 51, 52, and 53 are not limited to relatively large tableware. In other words, the plurality of baskets 51, 52, and 53 may store not only relatively large tableware but also relatively small tableware.

[0060] The plurality of baskets 51, 52, and 53 may include: an intermediate basket 52 positioned in the middle of the height of the dishwasher 1; and a lower basket 51 positioned in the lower portion of the height direction of the dishwasher 1. The intermediate basket 52 may be configured to be supported by the intermediate guide frame 13a, and the lower basket 51 may be configured to be supported by the lower guide frame 13b. The intermediate guide frame 13a and the lower guide frame 13b may be mounted on the side surface 14 of the box 12 so as to be able to slide toward the opening 12a of the box 12. The side surface 14 of the box 12 may be a surface including an inner surface of the right wall of the box 12 and an inner surface of the left wall of the box 12.

[0061] The storage container may include an upper basket 53 positioned in the upper part of the height of the dishwasher 1. The upper basket 53 may be formed as a rack assembly to store relatively small tableware. The upper basket 53 may store cooking utensils such as spoons, knives, or turners, or cutlery. In addition, the rack assembly may accommodate small cups, such as espresso cups. However, the types of tableware accommodated in the upper basket 53 are not limited to the above examples.

[0062] In addition, the configuration of the basket is not limited thereto, and therefore, the upper basket 53 may not be included according to the size of the box 12. Therefore, the storage container may be implemented with only the middle basket 52 and the lower basket 51.

[0063] The dishwasher 1 may further include a sump 300 configured to store wash water. The dishwasher 1 may include a wash chamber C corresponding to a space formed by the inside of the cabinet 12 .

[0064] The washing chamber C is a space in which tableware placed in the baskets 51, 52, and 53 is washed by washing water and then dried.

[0065] The washing chamber C may be defined as an inner space formed by the side surface 14, the front and rear surfaces, the lower surface 12b, and the sump 300 communicating with the lower surface 12b of the case 12. The side surface 14, the front and rear surfaces, and the lower surface of the case 12 forming the washing chamber C may refer to surfaces directed toward the center of the interior of the case 12. Wash water circulating in the washing chamber C may be sealed to prevent the wash water from leaking to the outside of the washing chamber C through components other than the sump 300.

[0066] The dishwasher 1 may further include injection units 41, 42, and 43 configured to spray washing water. The injection units 41, 42, and 43 may include: a first injection unit 41 disposed below the lower basket 51 in the height direction of the dishwasher 1; a second injection unit 42 disposed below the middle basket 52 in the height direction of the dishwasher 1; and a third injection unit 43 disposed above the upper basket 53 in the height direction of the dishwasher 1.

[0067] The first injection unit 41 may rotate around a rotation axis 41 a , the second injection unit 42 may rotate around a rotation axis 42 a , and the third injection unit 43 may rotate around a rotation axis 43 a .

[0068] However, the position of the injection unit is not limited thereto, and therefore, unlike the second injection unit 42 and the third injection unit 43, the first injection unit 41 may be fixed to one side of the lower portion of the washing chamber C. In this case, the first injection unit 41 may be configured to spray water in a substantially horizontal direction through a fixed nozzle, and since the direction of the sprayed water is changed by the switch assembly, the washing water sprayed in a horizontal direction from the nozzle of the first injection unit 41 may be directed to the upper side. The switch assembly may be mounted on a track through a holder and translated along the track.

[0069] The third injection unit 43 may spray washing water toward dishes stored in the upper basket 53 and the middle and lower baskets 52 and 51 , and the second injection unit 42 may spray washing water toward dishes stored in the middle and upper baskets 52 and 53 .

[0070] Unlike the second injection unit 42 and the third injection unit 43 , the first injection unit 41 may be fixed to the lower surface 12 b of the tank 12 , particularly, to the inside of the storage tank 300 .

[0071] The dishwasher 1 may include a circulation pump 30 configured to pump water stored in a sump 300 toward the injection units 41, 42, and 43. The washing water pumped by the circulation pump 30 may be supplied to the first injection unit 41 through an alternating device 200 connected to the circulation pump 30. Alternatively, the washing water pumped by the circulation pump 30 may move upward through a pipe 100 described later and then be supplied to the second injection unit 42 or the third injection unit 43.

[0072] As described above, the washing water stored in the sump 300 or the washing water introduced into the dishwasher 1 from the outside may flow to the alternating device 200 through the circulation pump 30 .

[0073] The alternating device 200 may supply the washing water to the first injection unit 41 through the connector 400 connected to the first injection unit 41 , and may supply the washing water to the pipe 100 through the flow path 62 connected to the pipe 100 .

[0074] The alternating device 200 may selectively provide cleaning water to at least one of the connector 400 and the pipe 100 .

[0075] At least a portion of the connector 400 and at least a portion of the flow path 62 may be disposed in the machine room L below the washing chamber C. In other words, at least a portion of the connector 400 and at least a portion of the flow path 62 may be disposed at a position lower than the lower surface 12b of the cabinet 12 with respect to the height direction of the dishwasher 1. Wash water may flow into the first injection unit 41 and the pipe 100 disposed in the washing chamber C through the connector 400 and the flow path 62.

[0076] The washing water may flow into the second injection unit 42 and the third injection unit 43 through the pipe 100. (The first injection unit, the second injection unit, and the third injection unit of the injection unit may be referred to as the first rotor, the second rotor, and the third rotor of the injection unit, respectively. However, hereinafter, the injection units will be referred to as the first injection unit, the second injection unit, and the third injection unit. In addition, the names of the injection units are not limited thereto, and on the contrary, the injection units may be referred to as the first injection unit, the second injection unit, and the first injection unit in order from the upper side.)

[0077] like Figure 3 As shown, the sump 300 may include a sump case 310 forming a reservoir 311 configured to store wash water sprayed inside the tank 12 .

[0078] The tank housing 310 may form a reservoir 311, and the tank housing 310 may be formed of an inner portion 310a forming a tank first surface 315a of a tank extension 315 described later and an outer portion 310b formed on an opposite side of the inner portion 310a.

[0079] The inner portion 310a may be connected to the tank 12 to form at least a portion of the washing chamber C. The outer portion 310b may not be in direct contact with the washing water, and is disposed to face the machinery chamber L. As shown in FIG.

[0080] Furthermore, the dishwasher 1 may include a filter unit 330 disposed above the sump housing 310 and configured to prevent foreign matter from entering the sump 300 .

[0081] The filter unit 330 may include a filter body 331 , a filter opening 332 disposed inside the filter body 331 , and a cylindrical coarse filter 333 inserted into the filter opening 332 .

[0082] The sump 300 may further include an additional filter (not shown) disposed inside the reservoir 311. Therefore, foreign matter in the circulating wash water may be filtered twice or thrice.

[0083] The sump housing 310 may include an outlet 313 which communicates with the reservoir 311 and discharges at least a portion of the stored wash water.

[0084] The sump housing 310 may include a circulation port 314 that communicates with the reservoir 311 and is connected to the circulation pump 30 to circulate at least a portion of the stored wash water.

[0085] The wash water discharged from the reservoir 311 through the circulation port 314 may move to and be pumped from the circulation pump 30 , and then move to the injection units 41 , 42 , and 43 .

[0086] As described above, the wash water pumped by the circulation pump 30 may flow into the alternating device 200 , and may be moved to the connector 400 or the flow path 62 through the alternating device 200 .

[0087] However, the circulation pump is not limited thereto, and thus the circulation pump 30 may be directly connected to the connector 400, and the washing water pumped from the circulation pump 30 may be directly introduced without passing through the alternating device 200. In this case, the dishwasher 1 may not include the alternating device 200.

[0088] As described above, the cleaning chamber C is formed by the inner space of the box 12. The cleaning chamber C may be formed by the side surface 14, the rear surface, the upper surface and the lower surface 12b arranged inside the box 12, and the inner portion 310a of the tank housing 310 of the tank 300 connected to the lower surface 12b. The tank 300 may form at least a portion of the cleaning chamber C.

[0089] The tank housing 310 may include a tank extension 315 disposed at an upper side of the reservoir 311 and provided to extend outward from an upper end of the reservoir 311. The tank extension 315 may be provided at the upper end of the reservoir 311 in the shape of a flange.

[0090] The tank extension 315 may include a tank first surface 315 a forming an upper surface of the tank extension 315 .

[0091] The tank first surface 315 a may be disposed below the lower surface 12 b of the tank 12 , and may face a bottom surface 12 c formed on an opposite surface of the lower surface 12 b of the tank 12 .

[0092] The lower surface 12b of the box 12 and the first storage tank surface 315a can be arranged to overlap each other in the vertical direction. In particular, the lower surface 12b of the box 12 and at least a portion of the first storage tank surface 315a can be arranged to overlap in the vertical direction. Therefore, at least a portion of the first storage tank surface 315a can be arranged at a height substantially corresponding to the lower surface 12b of the box 12 relative to the vertical direction.

[0093] The tank first surface 315a described below refers to at least a portion of the tank first surface 315a disposed at a height substantially corresponding to the lower surface 12b of the box 12 with respect to the vertical direction.

[0094] The sump extension 315 and the lower surface 12b of the case 12 and the reservoir 311 may be configured to prevent the wash water from leaking to the outside of the wash chamber C except through the circulation port 314 or the outlet 313 of the reservoir 311. In other words, the wash water is discharged only through the circulation port 314 or the outlet 313 of the reservoir 311.

[0095] The first injection unit 41 may be fixed to the sump 300. In particular, the first injection unit 41 may be coupled to a coupling portion 320 formed on the sump 300.

[0096] Typically, a sump may be disposed at the center of the lower surface of the tank to collect the wash water, and a lower injection unit formed as a rotor type may also be disposed at the center of the tank for efficient injection.

[0097] In other words, in order to improve efficiency, the storage tank may be arranged at a position similar to that of the lower injection unit. Therefore, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to improve efficiency, the first injection unit 41 may be fixed on the storage tank 300.

[0098] However, when the first injection unit 41 is not a rotor type but a type in which a fixed nozzle injects cleaning water and the injected cleaning water is sprayed into the inside of the cleaning chamber C through a switch assembly, the first injection unit 41 may not be arranged in the center but on one side of the lower surface of the cleaning chamber C.

[0099] The storage tank 300 may include a coupling portion 320 to which the first injection unit 41 is coupled.

[0100] The coupling portion 320 may be disposed on the tank extension 315. In particular, the coupling portion 320 may be configured to extend upward from the tank first surface 315a. Therefore, the coupling portion 320 may be disposed on the upper side of the tank first surface 315a and simultaneously disposed on the upper side of the lower surface 12b of the box 12.

[0101] In addition, the coupling portion 320 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure protrudes upward from the tank extension 315 and functions as a component of the tank 300, but is not limited thereto. Therefore, the coupling portion 320 may be integrally formed with the lower surface 12b of the box 12 and may correspond to a component separated from the tank 300.

[0102] In other words, the coupling portion 320 may be integrally formed with the lower surface 12b of the box 12 in the shape of a tube extending upward from the lower surface 12b of the box 12. At this time, the first injection unit 41 is not limited to the embodiment of the present disclosure, and thus the first injection unit 41 may be coupled to the coupling portion 320 disposed on either side of the lower surface 12b of the box 12.

[0103] The coupling portion 320 may be provided to allow the connector 400 to be coupled to the coupling portion 320. The first injection unit 41 may be coupled to the coupling portion 320 from the upper side to the lower side, and the connector 400 may be coupled to the coupling portion 320 from the lower side to the upper side. Therefore, the connector 400 and the first injection unit 41 may be coupled to the tank 300 through the coupling portion 320. In particular, the connector 400 and the first injection unit 41 may be coupled to the coupling portion 320 provided on the upper side of the tank first surface 315a.

[0104] The first injection unit 41 may include an inlet portion 41b provided to allow wash water to flow through the connector 400. The inlet portion 41b may be inserted into the coupling portion 320 and then coupled to the coupling portion 320. This will be described in detail later.

[0105] The dishwasher 1 may include an intermediate member 500 configured to guide the connection between the first injection unit 41 and the connecting portion 320 and arranged between the first injection unit 41 and the connecting portion 320 in a radial direction of the connecting portion 320 relative to the connecting portion 320 .

[0106] The intermediate member 500 may be assembled between the coupling portion 320 and the first injection unit 41 to allow the coupling portion 320 and the first injection unit 41 to be securely coupled to each other.

[0107] The intermediate member 500 together with the first injection unit 41 may be coupled to the coupling portion 320 from the upper side to the lower side.

[0108] The middle member 500 may include a filter support 530 configured to support the filter body 331. The filter support 530 may support the center of the filter body 331.

[0109] The edge portion of the filter body 331 can be supported by the lower surface 12b of the box 12, and the center of the filter body 331 can be supported by the filter support 530 as described above. Therefore, compared with when the filter body 331 is supported only by the lower surface 12b of the box 12, the filter body 331 can ensure better rigidity.

[0110] The coupling portion 320 and the connector 400 connected thereto will be described in detail below.

[0111] Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view of a lower portion of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, Figure 5 is a cross-sectional view of some components of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, Figure 6 yes Figure 5 an enlarged cross-sectional view of a portion of Figure 7 is an enlarged view of a portion of a tank of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0112] like Figure 4 As shown, a machine room L may be arranged below the box 12 in a downward direction, and a circulating pump 30 (see FIG. Figure 1), components such as the alternating device 200 connected to the circulation pump 30, the flow path, and the connector 400.

[0113] For the box 12 and the storage tank 300, the upper side of the lower surface 12b and the inner part 310a of the storage tank 300 can be partitioned into a cleaning chamber C, and the lower side of the bottom surface 12c and the outer part 310b of the storage tank 300 can be partitioned into a mechanical chamber L.

[0114] The machine room L is where a device for circulating the wash water is arranged, and according to the height of the machine room L, the capacity of the wash room C may be increased or decreased.

[0115] In other words, since the minimum installation height for installing components in the machine room L is smaller, the overall height of the machine room L can be reduced, and thus the height of the cleaning room C can be increased as much as the height of the machine room L is reduced.

[0116] In the conventional dishwasher, the lower injection unit and the connector are coupled to each other inside the machine room L. This is because it is effective that a portion of the lower injection unit extends to the inside of the machine room L and is then directly connected to the connector located inside the machine room L, or the connector is connected to the bottom surface of the sump or tank.

[0117] Conventional dishwashers may also include a component for sealing, such as a clamp, to prevent leakage that may occur when the connector is coupled to the bottom surface of the injection unit, the sump, or the tank.

[0118] The clamp may constrain one end of the connector connected to a portion of the lower injection unit, the sump, or the tank to prevent the wash water from leaking at the one end of the connector.

[0119] At this time, since the minimum installation height in the machine room L increases as much as the height of the clamp coupled to one end of the connector, the height of the machine room L may increase.

[0120] Furthermore, since the clamp constrains a portion of the connector while being coupled to one end portion of the connector, the shape of the connector may be partially deformed, and thus the flow of the washing water flowing inside the connector may be inhibited.

[0121] The connector includes a curved surface that facilitates the flow of washing water. This is to prevent a drop in water pressure due to collisions in the connector during the movement of washing water from the pump or alternating device to the injection unit.

[0122] However, at least a portion of the curved surface of the connector is deformed by the clamp, or the curvature of the curved surface increases due to the height at which the connector and the clamp are coupled, and thus it is difficult to form a smooth curved surface inside the connector. Therefore, the flow of washing water may be inhibited.

[0123] To alleviate this difficulty, for the connector 400 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, at least a portion of the connector 400 may be coupled to the first injection unit 41 in the cleaning chamber C.

[0124] Therefore, if Figure 5 As shown, the height of the mechanical room L can be reduced by as much as the minimum height H required to connect the connector 400 to the first injection unit 41, and thus the height of the cleaning room C can be increased by as much as the height H for connecting the connector 400 to the first injection unit 41. Therefore, the capacity of the cleaning room C can be increased.

[0125] Furthermore, since the sealing of the connector 400 and the first injection unit 41 is performed by the coupling portion 320 formed in the upper side of the tank 300 , an additional component such as a clamp for sealing the connector 400 is not required.

[0126] Therefore, since the shape of the connector 400 is not deformed by the external configuration, the flow of the washing water moving inside the connector 400 can be maintained without being interrupted.

[0127] Furthermore, as described above, since the portion where the connector 400 is coupled to the first injection unit 41 is formed in the washing chamber C, the height E at which the connector 400 is installed in the machine chamber L may be relatively greater than that of the conventional dishwasher.

[0128] Therefore, the curved surface G of the connector 400 may be formed to have the same curvature radius as the installable height E of the connector 400 , and thus the curved surface G of the connector 400 may be designed to have an optimal curvature for guiding wash water.

[0129] In particular, if Figure 6 As shown, at least a portion of the connector 400 and the first injection unit 41 may be coupled to each other inside the cleaning chamber C.

[0130] The first injection unit 41 may include an inlet portion 41b disposed at a lower side of the rotation shaft 41a and configured to allow wash water to flow into the first injection unit 41 (see Fig.13 ).

[0131] The inlet portion 41 b may be provided in a tubular shape, and the wash water introduced into the inlet portion 41 b may be supplied to the first injection unit 41 through the inside of the rotation shaft 41 a.

[0132] The connector 400 may be provided in a bent tubular shape configured to supply the wash water pumped by the circulation pump 30 to the inlet portion 41 b .

[0133] On the tank extension portion 315 , the connector 400 and the inlet portion 41 b may be coupled to each other in a vertical direction.

[0134] The tank 300 may include a coupling portion 320 disposed on the tank extension 315. The inlet portion 41b may be coupled from an upper side of the coupling portion 320 to a lower side thereof, and the connector 400 may be coupled from the lower side to the upper side.

[0135] The connector 400 may include a tubular first body portion 411 extending in a first direction D1 facing upward in the height direction. When a portion of the connector 400 coupled to the coupling portion 320 in an upper side of the tank first surface 315a of the coupling portion 320 is defined as a first region 410 of the connector 400, the first body portion 411 may be arranged in the first region 410.

[0136] The connector 400 may include a tubular second body portion 421 extending in a second direction D2 perpendicular to the first direction D1. When a portion of the connector 400 in which the washing water supplied from the circulation pump 30 is supplied through the alternating device 200 is defined as a second region 420, the second body portion 421 may be arranged in the second region 420.

[0137] The connector 400 may include a curved tubular third body portion 431, which forms at least a portion of the curved surface G formed from the first direction D1 toward the second direction D2. When a portion of the connector 400 disposed between the first region 410 and the second region 420 is defined as the third region 430, the third body portion 431 may be disposed in the third region 430.

[0138] like Figure 6 As shown, the first area 410, the second area 420, and the third area 430 are merely examples of divided areas of the connector 400, and therefore do not need to have the same Figure 6 Same shape as shown.

[0139] However, for the connector 400 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the area extending toward the first direction D1 and positioned on the upper side of the line A1 can be defined as a first area 410, the area 410 extending toward the second direction D2 and positioned on the right side of the line A2 can be defined as a second area 420, and the area connecting the first area 410 and the second area 420 and positioned between the line A1 and the line A2 can be defined as a third area 430.

[0140] Roughly speaking, from an upper end portion of the connector 400 to a contact portion 417 described later may be defined as a first region 410 , and from the other end portion of the connector 400 to a portion into which the alternating device 200 is inserted may be defined as a second region 420 .

[0141] As described above, the coupling portion 320 may be coupled to the inlet portion 41 b of the connector 400 in a vertical direction with respect to the tank first surface 315 a .

[0142] like Figures 7 to 10 As shown, the coupling portion 320 may include a coupling pipe 322 provided with a hollow portion 321 formed on the tank first surface 315 a and disposed to extend from the tank first surface 315 a to an upper side.

[0143] The first region 410 may be fitted into the inside of the coupling pipe 322 through the hollow portion 321 of the coupling pipe 322. The connector 400 may be formed of a polymer material such as rubber, and thus the shape of the connector 400 may be easily changed.

[0144] The diameter d1 of the hollow portion 321 formed in the coupling pipe 322 may be smaller than the outermost diameter d3 of the first region 410 coupled to the coupling portion 320. Therefore, in order for the connector 400 to pass through the hollow portion 321 to be connected to the inside of the coupling pipe 322, the shape of the connector 400 may be temporarily changed to penetrate the hollow portion 321, thereby fitting the connector 400 to the inside of the coupling pipe 322.

[0145] The first sealing portion 414 may be arranged in the first region 410 so that when the first region 410 is assembled to the coupling pipe 322 , the first sealing portion may contact the inner circumferential surface 322 a of the coupling pipe 322 to seal the connector 400 and the coupling portion 320 .

[0146] The first sealing portion 414 may be provided in a shape radially extending from the first body portion 411 to the outside of the first body portion 411. The diameter of the first body portion 411 may be smaller than the diameter of the first sealing portion 414.

[0147] The first sealing portion 414 may also extend to the upper side of the first body portion 411. Therefore, an upper end portion of the first sealing portion 414 formed by the first sealing portion 414 may form an upper end portion of the connector 400.

[0148] The intermediate member 500 and the inlet portion 41 b of the first injection unit 41 may be inserted through an opening formed at an upper end portion of the first sealing portion 414 .

[0149] The coupling portion 320 may include an annular flange 323 extending from an inner circumferential surface 322 a of the coupling pipe 322 toward the center of the coupling pipe 322 and provided with an annular insertion groove 325 provided to be recessed downward.

[0150] The flange 323 may extend from a lower end portion of the inner circumferential surface 322 a of the coupling pipe 322 toward the center of the coupling pipe 322 .

[0151] A hollow portion 321 may be formed along an inner circumferential end portion of the flange 323 .

[0152] The flange 323 may include an annular extending protrusion 324 extending upward from an inner circumferential end portion of the flange 323. An insertion groove 325 may be formed between the annular extending protrusion 324 and an inner circumferential surface 322a of the coupling pipe 322.

[0153] The insertion portion 415 may be provided in the first region 410 , and thus may be inserted into the insertion slot 325 from an upper side to a lower side when the connector 400 and the coupling portion 320 are coupled to each other.

[0154] The insertion portion 415 may extend downward from a lower end portion of the first sealing portion 414 .

[0155] When the insertion portion 415 is inserted into the insertion groove 325 and the first sealing portion 414 is sealed to the inner circumferential surface 322 a of the coupling pipe 322 , the connector 400 and the coupling portion 320 may be tightly coupled to each other.

[0156] The diameter d1 of the hollow portion 321 (or the diameter of the inner circumferential end of the flange 323 ) may be smaller than the diameter d2 of the inner circumferential surface 322a of the coupling pipe 322 or the diameter d3 of the outermost circumferential surface of the first region 411 (or the diameter of the insertion portion 415 ).

[0157] Therefore, even when the connector 400 is pulled downward by an external force, the connector 400 can be supported by the coupling portion 320 because the diameter d1 of the hollow portion 321 is smaller than the diameter d3 of the outermost circumferential surface of the first region 411. Therefore, even when a pulling force is applied in a downward direction, the connector 400 can maintain the connection with the coupling portion 320 without moving downward.

[0158] In particular, since the first region 410 is supported by the flange 323 in a vertical direction, the connector 400 may be prevented from being separated from the coupling portion 320 .

[0159] The contact portion 417 may be disposed in the first region 410 , and thus may come into contact with a lower side of the flange 323 when the connector 400 is coupled to the coupling portion 320 .

[0160] The contact portion 417 may further prevent separation of the first region 410 by contacting the lower side of the flange 323 .

[0161] In particular, when the connector 400 is pulled upward by an external force generated from an upper side, the contact portion 417 may be supported against a lower side of the flange 323 to prevent the connector 400 from being separated from the coupling portion 320 .

[0162] As described above, the dishwasher 1 may include the intermediate member 500 disposed between the first injection unit 41 and the coupling pipe 322 to guide the coupling between the first injection unit 41 and the coupling portion 320 .

[0163] like Figures 11 to 13 As shown, the intermediate member 500 may include: a middle portion 510 inserted into the connector 400 and arranged between the connector 400 and the first injection unit 41; and a filter support 530 configured to support the filter body 331 as described above.

[0164] The middle portion 510 forms a main body of the middle member 500 and is provided in a tubular shape. At least a portion of the middle portion 510 may be provided to be inserted into the coupling pipe 332 and the connector 400 .

[0165] The filter support 530 may be provided to extend outwardly from an outer circumferential surface of the middle portion 510 .

[0166] A second sealing portion 416 may be disposed in the first region 410 , the second sealing portion 416 being disposed opposite to the first sealing portion 414 and configured to seal the middle portion 510 .

[0167] The middle portion 510 may include a third sealing portion 511 contacting the second sealing portion 416. The third sealing portion 511 may be disposed on an outer circumferential surface of a portion of the middle portion 510 inserted into the connector 400.

[0168] The outer circumferential surface side of the first region 410 may be sealed with the coupling pipe 322 by the first sealing portion 414 , and the inner circumferential surface side of the first region 410 may be sealed with the intermediate member 500 by the second sealing portion 416 .

[0169] Both the outer circumferential surface side and the inner circumferential surface side of the first region 410 are sealed, and thus the connector 400 can be doubly sealed by the coupling portion 320 and the intermediate member 500 .

[0170] The inlet portion 41b of the first injection unit 41 may be inserted into the middle portion 510. The middle portion 510 and the inlet portion 41b may be assembled to the coupling pipe 322.

[0171] The coupling pipe 322 , the middle portion 510 , and the inlet portion 41 b may be sequentially arranged from the outside of the coupling pipe 322 with respect to the center of the coupling pipe 322 .

[0172] By fitting the middle portion 510 to the inlet portion 41 b , the middle portion 510 and the inlet portion 41 b may be pressed against each other in the coupling pipe 322 , thereby increasing the coupling force inside the coupling pipe 322 .

[0173] The middle member 500 may include a guide 520 disposed at a lower end portion of the middle portion 510 to guide the wash water moving in the connector 400 to the inlet portion 41 b .

[0174] The guide 520 may extend from the lower end of the middle portion 510 and be provided in a tubular shape. The lower end 520b of the guide 520 may form the lower end of the middle member 500. The upper end 520c of the guide 520 may be provided in an annular shape protruding from the inner circumferential surface of the middle portion 510 toward the center.

[0175] The lower end portion 520 b of the guide 520 may be arranged to contact an upper end portion 419 , which will be described later, in the first body portion 411 , at which the curved surface G terminates.

[0176] The upper end portion 520c of the guide member 520 may contact the lower end portion 41d of the inlet portion 41b. In other words, the lower end portion 520b of the guide member 520 may communicate with the opening formed as the upper end portion of the curved surface G in the first body portion 411. The opening formed by the lower end portion 520b of the guide member 520 may correspond to the opening formed by the upper end portion 419 of the curved surface G in the first body portion 411.

[0177] In addition, the upper end portion 520c of the guide member 520 may be disposed to communicate with the lower end portion 41d of the inlet portion 41b. The opening formed by the upper end portion 520c of the guide member 520 may correspond to the opening formed by the lower end portion 41d of the inlet portion 41b.

[0178] The opening formed by the upper end 520c of the guide 520 may be smaller than the opening formed by the lower end 520b. Therefore, the inner circumferential surface 520a of the guide 520 may be formed such that the cross section of the inside of the guide 520 becomes narrower as it extends from the lower side to the upper side.

[0179] After the wash water flows to the connector 400 , the wash water may flow into the inlet portion 41 b through the upper end portion 419 of the curved surface G inside the first body portion 411 and the guide 520 , and then flow to the first injection unit 41 .

[0180] The inner circumferential surface 520a of the guide 520 may be formed to have a curved surface connected to an inner curved surface G of the connector 400, which will be described later. By means of the curved surface G connected from the inside of the connector 400 and by means of the curved surface of the inner circumferential surface 520a of the guide 520, wash water may move to the first injection unit 41 without a loss of water pressure.

[0181] The curved surface G may be formed by the inner circumferential surface 431a of the third body portion 431 and the inner circumferential surface 411a of the first body portion 411 (see Figure 6 ).

[0182] The curved surface G refers to a curved surface G arranged in a direction in which the washing water flowing through the second body portion 421 in the connector 400 is directed. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and thus the curved surface G may include a curved surface formed at and at Figure 6 A curved surface on the inner circumferential surface opposite to the curved surface G on the inner circumferential surface of the connector 400 shown in FIG.

[0183] Since the water pressure of the washing water is reduced or the flow rate is reduced due to the collision when the washing water flows to the connector 400, Figure 6The curved surface G shown in FIG. 4 may cause a decrease in the efficiency of the dishwasher 1. Therefore, only the curved surface G disposed on one side of the connector 400 will be described below.

[0184] However, although not described below, the present disclosure will be equally applicable to a curved surface disposed on the other side of the connector 400 .

[0185] As described above, for the connector 400, the first area 410 is arranged in the cleaning chamber C, and then coupled with the coupling portion 320 formed in the cleaning chamber C. In other words, the minimum height H of the connector 400 for coupling is not included in the mountable height E of the connector 400 in the machine room L (see Figure 5 ).

[0186] Therefore, in the mountable height E of the connector 400 , the length of the inner curved surface G formed in the height direction can be increased.

[0187] Therefore, the inner curved surface G may guide the wash water while maintaining a small curvature change, and thus the inner curved surface G may move the wash water to the first injection unit 41 while minimizing a decrease in the water pressure of the wash water.

[0188] When the minimum coupling height H of the connector 400 is conventionally included in the mountable height E of the connector 400 , the inner curved surface G of the connector 400 may have a relatively large curvature because the extendable range in the height direction is reduced.

[0189] At this time, due to the large curvature of the curved surface G, the washing water flowing along the inner curved surface G of the connector 400 may be reduced in water pressure or flow rate.

[0190] However, since the curved surface G of the connector 400 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may sufficiently extend in the height direction, the curved surface G may easily guide the wash water.

[0191] In addition, the inner circumferential surface 520 a of the guide 520 may extend from a lower end portion 520 b of the guide 520 facing the upper end portion 419 of the curved surface G to an upper end portion 520 c .

[0192] The inner circumferential surface 520 a of the guide 520 may be disposed to be connected to the curved surface G. In other words, the lower end portion of the inner circumferential surface 520 a of the guide 520 may be formed to extend from the upper end portion 419 of the curved surface G.

[0193] The inner circumferential surface 520 a of the guide 520 may include a curved surface extending from a lower end portion 520 b to an upper end portion 520 c of the guide 520 .

[0194] The curved surface of the inner circumferential surface 520 a of the guide 520 and the curved surface G of the connector 400 may be connected to each other in a stepless manner, and thus the wash water may be easily guided to the inlet portion 41 b .

[0195] In addition, the upper end 520c of the guide 520 and the lower end 41d of the inlet portion 41b may be arranged to contact each other. The inner circumferential surface 520a at the upper end 520c side of the guide 520 and the inner circumferential surface at the lower end 41d side of the inlet portion 41b may be connected to each other.

[0196] Therefore, even when the wash water moves from the guide 520 to the inlet portion 41 b , a water pressure loss caused by collision may be minimized.

[0197] A curved surface may be formed from the inside of the second body part 421 in which the wash water flows to the inside of the connector 400, the inside of the intermediate member 500 connected to the connector 400, and the inside of the intermediate member 500 connected to the inlet portion 41b. Therefore, the connector 400 may effectively move the wash water to the inlet portion 41b.

[0198] Therefore, when wash water moves from the alternating device 200 to the first injection unit 41, the wash water may be guided to the curved surface formed inside the connector 400 and the intermediate member 500, thereby minimizing a flow rate loss due to collision.

[0199] The configuration other than the connector 400' and the intermediate member 500' described below is the same as that of the dishwasher 1 according to the above embodiment, and the same description thereof will be omitted.

[0200] Fig.14 is a cross-sectional view of some components of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0201] like Fig.14 As shown, the upper end 419' of the curved surface G' of the connector 400' can be in direct contact with the inlet portion 41b. At this time, the guide 520 of the intermediate member 500' is arranged between the inlet portion 41b and the upper end 419' of the curved surface G' in the vertical direction, and the intermediate member 500' includes a lower end 520b'.

[0202] The opening formed in the upper end portion 419' of the curved surface G' may be formed to correspond to the opening formed in the lower end portion 41d of the inlet portion 41b. In addition, the inner circumferential surface 400b' at the upper end portion 419' of the curved surface G' and the inner circumferential surface at the lower side of the inlet portion 41b may be connected to each other.

[0203] A curved surface G' formed inside the connector 400' may be connected to an inner circumferential surface at a lower end side of the inlet portion 41b.

[0204] Therefore, when the wash water flowing through the connector 400' is discharged from the upper end portion 419' of the curved surface G' and moves to the inlet portion 41b, a decrease in flow rate may be minimized.

[0205] Although several embodiments of the present disclosure have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made to these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the present disclosure, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
