Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] One aspect of the present application relates to a dropper-type cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a dropper-type cosmetic container that continuously adjusts a compression range of an elastic body for elastically supporting a button by limiting a movement range of the button, thereby preventing damage and deformation of the elastic body, so that a cosmetic discharge operation can be smoothly performed even with repeated use. BACKGROUND
[0002] Cosmetics refer to products used on the human body to clean and beautify the human body and thereby increase attractiveness, change appearance, or maintain or enhance the health of skin or hair.
[0003] Such cosmetics are largely divided into basic cosmetics, functional cosmetics, and color cosmetics according to the purpose of use.
[0004] Functional cosmetics refer to cosmetics that help to whiten or improve wrinkles of the skin and protect the skin from ultraviolet light.
[0005] However, since most of the above-mentioned functional cosmetics are very expensive, it is economical to apply or use the cosmetic contents in a precise amount in a cosmetic application area. As in the prior art, in the case of taking out the cosmetic on the palm, since the amount of the cosmetic contents absorbed by the palm is large, the expensive cosmetic contents are wasted.
[0006] In addition, since the functional cosmetic does not use a preservative, the cosmetic contents are very easily contaminated. When the cosmetic contents are used by adhering the contents on the hand as in a conventional cream-type cosmetic or by touching the opening of the container with the palm as in a cosmetic water, contaminants on the hand intrude into the cosmetic container body, thereby degrading the cosmetic contents.
[0007] Therefore, when the functional cosmetic is used, it is preferable to use a dosed amount. When too much or too little cosmetic is used, side effects can occur on the skin or do not have any effect. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a cosmetic container capable of dosing the contents.
[0008] In order to solve these problems, a dropper-type cosmetic container has been developed, which allows a user to suck in cosmetic contents with a dropper and then discharge the cosmetic material to the skin on which the cosmetic is applied.
[0009] Accordingly, there is a need to develop a cream-type cosmetic container capable of storing different contents in two or more separate spaces, without limiting the type of stored cosmetic, being very sanitary, and being convenient to use.
[0010] The conventional dropper-type cosmetic container described above includes a cylinder inside a container cap, a piston moving up and down by the elasticity of a spring in the cylinder, and a button formed at the upper side of the piston, thereby discharging cosmetic contents in the container body to the outside by the operation of the button.
[0011] However, according to the conventional dropper-type cosmetic container, whenever the cosmetic contents are used, there is an inconvenience of sucking the cosmetic contents by pressing the button after opening the container cap. In addition, since the amount of cosmetic contents sucked through the dropper is different each time and depends on the degree to which the user presses the button, it is difficult to discharge a specific amount each time.
[0012] To solve the above problems, Korean Utility Model 20-0463676 discloses a dropper-type cosmetic container. In this prior art, when the cap part is coupled to the container body, the retractable button moving downward moves upward during the process of separating the cap part from the container body by rotating the cap part, and at the same time, the piston rod and the piston support part move in the same direction to allow the cosmetic to enter the dropper, thereby sucking the cosmetic material into the dropper and discharging the cosmetic material to the outside. Accordingly, the cosmetic is quantitatively extracted and the use convenience is improved.
[0013] However, according to this prior art, since the elastic part providing elasticity to the retractable button is formed of a metal spring, the elastic part of the metal spring must be separated from other parts and disposed of for recycling of the container. For this reason, it is not easy to recycle.
[0014] Thus, even if the elastic part is formed of a synthetic resin material, the retractable button is contained inside the cap part in a state in which the elastic part is compressed, so that the elasticity of the elastic part deteriorates due to the material properties of the synthetic resin during long-term use. When the retractable button protruding to the outside of the cap is pressed to the maximum, the elastic part is excessively compressed, and the elastic part is damaged, or when the elastic part is repeatedly used, the elastic part is deformed, so that the discharge operation of the cosmetic container cannot be smoothly performed. SUMMARY
[0015] To solve the above problems, an object of the present application is to provide a dropper-type cosmetic container which can continuously adjust the compression range of an elastomer of synthetic resin for elastically supporting a button by limiting the movement range of the button, thereby preventing the button from falling off and preventing damage and deformation due to excessive compression of the elastomer of synthetic resin. In addition, since the restoring force of the elastomer of synthetic resin material is always properly maintained, even if the dropper-type cosmetic container is repeatedly used, the cosmetic discharge operation can be smoothly performed.
[0016] Another object of the present application is to provide a dropper-type cosmetic container in which an elastomer for elastically supporting a button is formed of a synthetic resin material like other components, so that the elasticity and restoring force are not reduced compared to a conventional metal elastomer, and the elastomer is easily separated and collected or easily recycled.
[0017] Still another object of the present application is to provide a dropper-type cosmetic container in which a button is inserted into a cap, stored, and then pressed toward the outside of the cap by operation of the cap, and an elastomer of synthetic resin for elastically supporting the button maintains an uncompressed state while being raised and lowered together with the button, thereby being able to prevent the restoring force of the elastomer of synthetic resin from deteriorating.
[0018] According to an aspect of the present application, there is provided a dropper-type cosmetic container including a container body for containing a cosmetic material inside, a fixing member fixedly coupled to the container body and formed with a cylinder, a lifting member coupled to the fixing member to move up and down and formed with an elastomer of synthetic resin, a dropper connected to the fixing member to suck and discharge the cosmetic material contained in the container body, a rotating member rotatably coupled to the fixing member, and a button moving up and down together with the lifting member and having one side thereof coupled to the piston, wherein a movement limiting protrusion is formed on one side of the lifting member and a movement limiting hole is formed in one side of the button such that the movement limiting protrusion is coupled to the movement limiting hole, thereby limiting the movement range of the button and the compression range of the elastomer.
[0019] The container body can be formed with an inlet portion, and the inlet portion is formed with a wiper in close contact with the outer periphery of the dropper.
[0020] The fixing member can be formed with a vertical guide hole, and the lifting member can be formed with a vertical guide protrusion on the inner periphery thereof such that the vertical guide protrusion is coupled to the vertical guide hole.
[0021] The dropper can be formed with a suction / discharge port on one side thereof, and the opposite side of the dropper is connected to the inner side of the cylinder of the fixing member.
[0022] The lifting member can include a lifting body surrounding the upper outer side of the fixing member and an elastomer formed on one side of the lifting body to elastically support the button.
[0023] The lifting body and the elastic body of the lifting member can be integrally injection-molded.
[0024] The rotating member can include a rotating inner cover and a rotating outer cover, and the rotating inner cover and the rotating outer cover can be formed with a coupling protrusion and a coupling groove, respectively, such that the rotating inner cover and the rotating outer cover are coupled to each other.
[0025] The rotating member and the lifting member can be formed with a lifting protrusion and a lifting guide hole, respectively, such that the rotating member and the lifting member are coupled to each other.
[0026] The button can have a protrusion extending toward one side to surround the outer circumference of the lifting member, and the protrusion can be formed with a movement restriction hole extending linearly.
[0027] The lifting member including the elastic body and the button including the piston move up and down together as a single module when the rotating member rotates, and the elastic body is always maintained in an uncompressed state.
[0028] According to embodiments of the present invention, the compression range of the synthetic resin elastic body for elastically supporting the button can be continuously adjusted by limiting the movement range of the button, thereby preventing the button from falling off and preventing damage and deformation due to excessive compression of the synthetic resin elastic body. In addition, since the restoring force of the synthetic resin material elastic body is always properly maintained, even if the dropper-type cosmetic container is repeatedly used, the cosmetic discharge operation can be smoothly performed.
[0029] According to embodiments of the present invention, the elastic body for elastically supporting the button is formed of a synthetic resin material like other components, and thus, the elasticity and the restoring force can not be reduced compared to a conventional metal elastic body, and the elastic body can be easily separated and collected or can be easily recycled.
[0030] According to embodiments of the present invention, the button can be inserted into the cover, stored, and then pressed to the outside of the cover by the operation of the cover, and the synthetic resin elastic body elastically supporting the button can maintain an uncompressed state while being lifted together with the button, and thus, the restoring force of the synthetic resin elastic body can be prevented from deteriorating. Therefore, the terms used in the specification are not necessarily to be interpreted as simple names of the terms, but are defined based on the meaning of the terms and the overall content of the invention.
[0041] In the present invention, when certain parts "include" certain elements, it means that other elements can be further included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
[0042] Hereinafter, a dropper type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0043] As shown in the drawings, the dropper type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention can include a container body 10, a fixing member 20, a lifting member 30, a dropper 40, a rotating member 50, and a button 60.
[0044] The container body 10 is formed in a rigid cylindrical shape, and defines the appearance of the cosmetic container. Of course, the shape of the container body 10 is not limited to the rigid cylindrical shape, and the container body 10 can be formed in various shapes or can be formed of various materials, in consideration of the type of contents stored therein, usability, or design factors. However, since it is necessary to insert the dropper 40 having a certain length into the inside of the container body 10, it is appropriate that the dropper type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention is formed to have a narrow width and a long length.
[0045] A liquid or gel cosmetic can be contained in the container body 10. As shown in Figure 2 The inlet portion 12 can be formed on the upper portion of the container body 10 to fill the cosmetic material through the inlet portion 12, and the dropper 40 can be inserted through the inlet portion 12.
[0046] A screw thread is formed on the outer periphery of the inlet portion 12 of the container body 10, and a fastening protrusion 16 for preventing the rotation of the fixing member 20 protrudes from the lower portion of the screw thread. It is preferable that the fastening protrusions 16 are formed in pairs along the circumference of the inlet portion 12 and are arranged opposite to each other.
[0047] Meanwhile, a hollow wiper 70 can be further formed inside the inlet portion 12 of the container body 10, the upper and lower portions of which are open. The wiper 70 is in close contact with the outer periphery of the dropper 40, and when the dropper 40 is separated from the container body 10, the wiper 70 removes the cosmetic material on the outer periphery of the dropper 40. At least one cosmetic inflow hole 72 can be formed in the lower portion of the wiper 70 to allow the cosmetic material removed from the dropper 40 to flow again into the container body 10.
[0048] The fixing member 20 is formed in a cylindrical shape having upper and lower openings, and is fixedly coupled to the container body 10. A screw thread is formed on the inner circumference of the fixing member 20 to be screwed with the screw thread formed on the outer circumference of the inlet portion 12 of the container body 10. In the dropper-type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present application, the container body 10 and the fixing member 20 are shown as being screwed together, but the present embodiment is not limited thereto. As long as the container body 10 and the fixing member 20 are stably fixedly coupled in a manner not to spin without traction, the container body 10 and the fixing member 20 can be coupled according to various coupling schemes such as protrusion / groove coupling, force-fit coupling, or undercut coupling.
[0049] A cylinder 22 can be formed in the upper center of the fixing member 20 so that the piston 62 of the button 60 is inserted into the inner space of the cylinder 22. An outer wall 24 can be formed to extend upward while being spaced apart from the outside of the cylinder 22 by a predetermined interval. In this case, a vertical guide hole 24a for guiding the linear motion of the lifting member 30 can be formed in the outer wall 24. Preferably, the vertical guide hole 24a is formed to be elongated in the lifting direction of the lifting member 30.
[0050] Further, a fastening groove 26 is formed in the lower portion of the fixing member 20 to be coupled with the fastening protrusion 16 of the container body 10. Accordingly, when the rotating member 50 is rotated, the fixing member 20 can be stably fixed to the container body 10 without spinning. As Figure 2 indicated, the fastening groove 26 can include an insertion groove 26a extending upward from the lower end of the fixing member 20 and into which the fastening protrusion 16 is inserted, and an elastic groove 26b extending from the insertion groove 26a to one side and allowing a portion of the lower end of the fixing member 20 to be elastically moved. In this case, it is preferable that a pair of fastening grooves 26 corresponding to the fastening protrusions 16 of the container body 10 are formed at the lower end of the fixing member 20 and are disposed opposite to each other.
[0051] That is, when the container body 10 and the fixing member 20 are screwed with each other, the fixing member 20 is gradually lowered so that the end portion is adjacent to the fastening protrusion 16 of the container body 10. The fastening protrusion 16 is rotated while forcibly pushing the end portion of the fixing member 20 below the elastic groove 26b upward, and is instantaneously inserted into the insertion groove 26a. At the same time, the end portion of the fixing member 20 below the elastic groove 26b is elastically restored. Accordingly, the user can stably fix the container body 10 and the fixing member 20 without exerting a large force.
[0052] Meanwhile, as Figure 3As shown, a ring-shaped sealing ring 80 can also be formed on the inner lower surface of the fixing member 20. When the container body 10 is coupled with the fixing member 20, the sealing ring 80 further improves the sealing force inside the container body 10 while pressing the upper end of the wiper 70. In this case, the sealing ring 80 can be formed of an elastic material. In particular, the sealing ring 80 can be preferably formed of at least one of polyurethane rubber, natural rubber, elastomer, nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), silicone, or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), or elastic polypropylene or polyethylene.
[0053] The lifting member 30 is coupled to the upper portion of the fixing member 20 and moves linearly upward or downward from the fixing member 20.
[0054] The lifting member 30 can include a lifting body 32 surrounding the outer side of the upper portion of the fixing member 20 and an elastic body 34 formed at one side of the lifting body 32 to elastically support the button 60.
[0055] The lifting body 32 enabling the lifting member 30 to move up and down can be coupled while surrounding the outer wall 24 of the fixing member 20. As shown, Figure 2 As shown, a lifting guide hole 32a for guiding the lifting of the lifting member 30 is formed at one side of the lifting body 32. The lifting guide hole 32a is coupled to the lifting protrusion 52b of the rotating member 50. The lifting guide hole 32a can be formed in a spiral shape inclined in one direction along the circumference of the lifting body 32. A vertical guide protrusion 32b for guiding the linear motion of the lifting member 30 can protrude from the inner circumference of the lifting body 32. The vertical guide protrusion 32b can be coupled to the vertical guide hole 24a of the fixing member 20 and, like the vertical guide hole 24a, can be elongated in the lifting direction of the lifting member 30. In addition, a movement restriction protrusion 32c can protrude from the outer circumference of the lifting body 32 in order to prevent the separation of the button 60 and restrict the movement interval. In this case, it is preferable that the lifting guide hole 32a, the vertical guide protrusion 32b, and the movement restriction protrusion 32c are formed in pairs for smooth operation and stable fixation between the components and are arranged opposite to each other.
[0056] The elastic body 34 extends from the end of the lifting body 32 to elastically support the button 60. The elastic body 34 can include an elastic support portion 34a slightly bent in one direction from the lifting body 32 and a support portion 34b in close contact with the inner surface of the button 60 to support the button 60 while being supported by the elastic support portion 34a.
[0057] Meanwhile, the elastic body 34 can be formed of a synthetic resin material. Preferably, the elastic body 34 can be formed of a thermosetting resin or a thermoplastic resin, wherein the thermosetting resin includes at least one of an epoxy resin, an amino resin, a phenol resin, and a polyester resin, and the thermoplastic resin includes at least one of polyethylene, acrylic acid, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, polytetrafluoroethylene, amide fiber, and a polyacetal resin. In particular, the elastic body 34 is most preferably formed of polyethylene. Of course, the elastic body 34 is not limited to the above-described materials, and can be formed of various materials as long as the materials have a certain elasticity.
[0058] In this case, it is preferable that the elastic body 34 is integrally injection molded with the lifting body 32, or the elastic body 34 is double injection molded or insert injection molded.
[0059] That is, in the conventional dropper container, the elastic member for providing elasticity to the button is made of a metal spring, so that the elastic member formed of the metal spring must be separated from other members and disposed of, so it is not easy to recycle. Accordingly, in the present application, the elastic body 34 for elastically supporting the button 60 is composed of a synthetic resin material like other members, so that the elasticity and repulsive force of the elastic body 34 are not reduced compared to the conventional metal elastic body, and the elastic body 34 can be easily separated and collected, or easily recycled.
[0060] The dropper 40 is fixedly coupled to the fixing member 20 for suction and discharge of the cosmetic material in the container main body 10. As shown in Figure 3 one side of the dropper 40 is formed with a suction / discharge hole 42 as a suction or discharge hole of the cosmetic material, and the opposite side is connected to the inside of the cylinder 22 of the fixing member 20. Further, a seating protrusion 44 can be formed on the outer periphery of the upper end of the dropper 40, which is fixedly coupled while being seated on the seating protrusion 22a formed in the inside of the cylinder 22.
[0061] The dropper 40 can be formed of a glass material so that the inside can be seen, but is not limited thereto, and can be variously formed in consideration of the type, usability, durability, and design factors of the cosmetic material suctioned into the inside.
[0062] The rotating member 50 is rotatably coupled to the fixing member 20, surrounds the outside of the fixing member 20 and the lifting member 30, and includes a rotating inner cover 52 and a rotating outer cover 54 fixedly coupled to each other.
[0063] As shown in Figure 2As shown, the rotating inner cover 52 of the rotating member 50 may have an upwardly extending upper extension 52a, and a lifting protrusion 52b protrudes inwardly from the inner periphery of the upper extension 52a to couple with the lifting guide hole 32a of the lifting member 30. Furthermore, a mating groove 52c may be formed on the lower outer periphery of the rotating inner cover 52, preventing the rotating outer cover 54 from rotating without traction relative to the rotating inner cover 52. A first fastening protrusion 52d may be formed on the upper portion adjacent to the mating groove 52c to secure the rotating outer cover 54 and prevent it from separating upward from the rotating inner cover 52. In this case, the upper extension 52a, the lifting protrusion 52b, the mating groove 52c, and the first fastening protrusion 52d are all formed in pairs for smooth operation and stable fixation between the various components, and are arranged opposite to each other.
[0064] The rotating outer cover 54 of the rotating member 50 surrounds and protects the fixing member 20, the lifting member 30, the button 60, and the outer side of the rotating inner cover 52. A mating protrusion 54a may be formed on the lower inner circumference of the rotating outer cover 54 and coupled to the mating groove 52c of the rotating inner cover 52, and a second fastening protrusion 54b may be formed on the upper part adjacent to the mating protrusion 54a to be undercut coupled to the first fastening protrusion 52d of the rotating inner cover 52. Therefore, the rotating outer cover 54 will not rotate towards the inner cover 52 without traction and will not separate upward from the rotating inner cover 52.
[0065] Button 60 is used to expel cosmetic material sucked into dropper 40 when pressed or reset, or to suck cosmetic material in container body 10 into dropper 40, and to insert into or protrude out of rotating member 50 while moving up and down together with lifting member 30.
[0066] like Figure 3 As shown, a first lower extension wheel 61 can be formed at the center of the inner side of the button 60, and the piston 62 can be fixedly coupled to the first lower extension wheel 61. The piston 62 is inserted into the cylinder 22 of the fixing member 20, and its outer surface reciprocates within a certain section while in close contact with the inner surface of the cylinder 22, causing the internal volume of the cylinder 22 to change. Therefore, cosmetic material is drawn in or discharged through the dropper 40 connected to the internal space of the cylinder 22.
[0067] Meanwhile, piston 62 can be formed from a soft material. Preferably, piston 62 can be formed from one of polyurethane rubber, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, nitrile rubber (NBR), and silicone, or from one of polypropylene, polyethylene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), and elastic thermoplastic synthetic rubber (TPE). In particular, piston 62 can be formed from nitrile rubber (NBR). Of course, piston 62 is not limited to the above materials; it can be formed from various materials as long as the material has a certain degree of elasticity.
[0068] Further, the second lower extension wheel 63 is formed to be spaced apart from the outside of the first lower extension wheel 61 of the button 60 by a predetermined interval. The end of the lifter 30, that is, the support portion 34b of the elastic body 34 is fitted to the outside of the second lower extension wheel 63 so that the elastic body 34 is fixed at a certain position without being laterally shaken.
[0069] As Figure 4 shown, the protrusion 64 can extend downward from the outer wall of the button 60 to surround a portion of the outer circumference of the lifter 30, and a movement restriction hole 66 elongated in the operation direction of the button 60 is formed on the protrusion 64 so that the movement restriction protrusion 32c of the lifter 30 can be inserted into the movement restriction hole 66. Accordingly, the movement interval of the button 60 and the compression range of the elastic body 34 are restricted. Of course, the movement interval of the button 60 can be freely adjusted by changing the length of the movement restriction hole 66 to change the movement range of the movement restriction protrusion 32c installed in the movement restriction hole 66.
[0070] That is, in the related art, when the button protruding to the outside of the cap is pressed toward the end portion, the synthetic resin elastic member is excessively compressed by the button, and thus, when repeatedly used, the synthetic resin elastic member is damaged or easily deformed, so that the operation of discharging the cosmetic cannot be smoothly performed. Accordingly, the dropper-type cosmetic container according to the embodiment can constantly adjust the compression range of the synthetic resin elastic body 34 for elastically supporting the button 60 by restricting the movement interval of the button 60 by means of the configuration of the movement restriction protrusion 32c and the movement restriction hole 66, so that the detachment of the button 60 can be prevented, and the damage and deformation due to the excessive compression of the synthetic resin elastic body 34 can be prevented. Since the restoring force of the synthetic resin material elastic body 34 is always appropriately maintained, even if the dropper-type cosmetic container is repeatedly used, the cosmetic discharge operation can be smoothly performed.
[0071] In addition, in the related art, when the button is inserted into the cap, the synthetic resin elastic body is contained in the cap in a compressed state, and thus, when used for a long time, the restoring force can be reduced due to the material characteristics thereof. Accordingly, according to the present application, when the rotating member 50 is rotated, the lifter 30 including the elastic body 34 and the button 60 including the piston 62 can be moved up and down together, so that the elastic body 34 is always maintained in an uncompressed state, thereby preventing the restoring force of the synthetic resin elastic body 34 from being deteriorated.
[0072] Figures 5 to 7 is a view illustrating the use of the dropper-type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present application. The use of the dropper-type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to Figures 5 to 7 the use of the dropper-type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present application will be described.
[0073] Figure 5 is a view illustrating the use of the dropper-type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present application. The use of the dropper-type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to Figure 1is a sectional view taken along line B-B, which shows a state in which, according to an embodiment of the present application, the cosmetic material sucked into the dropper is discharged to the outside by pressing the button. Figure 6 is a sectional view taken along line B-B, which shows a state in which, according to an embodiment of the present application, the fixing member is separated from the container body. Figure 7 is a sectional view taken along line B-B, which shows a state in which, according to an embodiment of the present application, the cosmetic material sucked into the dropper is discharged to the outside by pressing the button.
[0074] To use the dropper-type cosmetic container according to the present application, as shown in Figure 5 the container body 10 is opened while holding the container body 10 with one hand and rotating the outer cap 54 in a counterclockwise direction with the other hand.
[0075] When the rotating outer cap 54 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, the lifting protrusion 52b formed on the rotating inner cap 52 moves within the lifting guide hole 32a of the lifting member 30 while rotating together with the rotating inner cap 52 fixedly coupled to the inner side of the rotating outer cap 54. In this case, the vertical guide protrusion 32b formed on the inner circumference of the lifting member 30 is fitted into the vertical guide hole 24a of the fixing member 20 fixedly coupled to the container body 10, so that the lifting member 30 is not rotated, and thus, the lifting protrusion 52b of the rotating inner cap 52 is horizontally rotated to push the lifting member 30 upward and linearly move the lifting member 30 upward.
[0076] Meanwhile, when the button 60 elastically supported by the elastic body 34 of the lifting member 30 and the piston 62 located in the cylinder 22 and coupled to the lower portion of the button 60 are vertically moved together, the button 60 protrudes to the upper portion of the rotating outer cap 54.
[0077] When the lifting member 30, the button 60, and the piston 62 are completely lifted, the lifting protrusion 52b of the rotating inner cap 52 forcibly rotates the fixing member 20 to release the screwing between the container body 10 and the fixing member 20.
[0078] Thereafter, as shown in Figure 6 the dropper 40 is taken out of the container body 10 while separating the fixing member 20, the lifting member 30, the rotating member 50, and the button 60 from the container body 10.
[0079] Then, as shown in Figure 7As shown, when the dropper 40 is placed on the skin and the button 60 is pressed, the air in the cylinder 22 is pushed out while the piston 62 coupled with the lower portion of the button 60 moves downward in the cylinder 22, so that the cosmetic material suctioned into the dropper 40 is discharged outward through the suction discharge port 42. In this case, the movement restriction protrusion 32c formed on the lifter 30 is fitted in the movement restriction hole 66 formed on the button 60, so that the movement range of the button 60 is limited by the length of the movement restriction hole 66, and the compression range of the synthetic resin elastomer 34 is constantly adjusted without excessively compressing the synthetic resin elastomer 34.
[0080] After completing the makeup, the container body 10 is closed while the dropper 40 is inserted into the inlet portion 12 of the container body 10, and the container body 10 and the fixing member 20 are screwed to each other by rotating the rotating cap 54 in the clockwise direction.
[0081] When the rotating cap 54 is continuously rotated in the clockwise direction, the lifting protrusion 52b formed on the rotating inner cap 52 moves in the lifting guide hole 32a of the lifter 30 while rotating together with the rotating inner cap 52 fixedly coupled with the inner side of the rotating outer cap 54. In this case, the vertical guide protrusion 32b formed on the inner circumference of the lifter 30 is fitted in the vertical guide hole 24a of the fixing member 20 fixedly coupled with the container body 10, so that the lifter 30 does not rotate, and thus, the lifting protrusion 52b of the rotating inner cap 52 is horizontally rotated, and the lifter 30 pulls and linearly moves downward.
[0082] Meanwhile, the button 60 and the piston 62 coupled with the lower portion of the button 60 are linearly moved downward while the movement restriction protrusion 32c of the lifter 30 pulls one side end portion of the movement restriction hole 66 of the button 60, so that the button 60 is inserted into the inside of the rotating outer cap 54, and the air in the dropper 40 is discharged through the suction discharge port 42. In this case, the elastomer 34 of the lifter 30 moves and is stored in the inside of the rotating outer cap 54 while maintaining a non-compressed state.
