The present invention also relates to a method for arranging the device according to the present invention on at least one electrical wire. Background Art

[0002] European patent document EP 2630648 B1 discloses a device for absorbing electrical noise on a conductor, which device has a housing with two housing parts, wherein each housing part is provided for receiving an element made of a noise-absorbing material. The two housing parts can be connected to each other by means of a film hinge and closed and locked to each other by means of a tilting movement around the hinge. It is also described that the two housing parts are separated from each other and move toward each other and are locked to each other with a linear movement perpendicular to the inserted wire.

[0003] Another device for absorbing electrical noise on a conductor is known from European patent document EP 2911311 B1, which has a housing with two housing parts, wherein each housing part is provided for receiving an element made of a noise-absorbing material. The two housing parts can be connected to each other by means of a linear guide, and can be moved into a closed state of the housing by means of a linear displacement movement. The linear movement is carried out perpendicularly to the inserted wire. Summary of the invention

[0004] The invention is intended to improve a device for absorbing electrical noise on a line and a method for arranging such a device with respect to the space requirements which are required in order to arrange the device on an electrical line.

[0005] According to the present invention, a device for absorbing electrical noise on a conductor is provided, the device comprising a housing having two housing parts, wherein each housing part is configured to receive an element composed of a noise-absorbing material, and wherein the housing has a through-hole for one or more conductors on two opposite end walls in a closed state, wherein the elements in the housing parts form a passage for one or more conductors in the closed state of the housing, wherein the through-hole in the housing and the passage formed by means of the elements define a passage direction for at least one conductor, and wherein a locking mechanism is provided for locking the housing parts in the closed state of the housing, wherein the housing parts are constructed in such a way that the housing parts can be moved into the closed state of the housing by means of a relative movement of the housing parts relative to each other, wherein a main component of the relative movement extends parallel to the passage direction, and are locked to each other in the closed state.

[0006] The relative movement of the housing parts relative to one another is carried out parallel to the channel direction, i.e. parallel to at least one conductor, over at least one third of the distance covered by the relative movement. For example, the relative movement can first provide an arcuate approach of the two housing parts until a movement parallel to the channel direction is then carried out over at least one third of the distance of the relative movement in order to place the housing in a closed state and to lock the two housing parts to one another. The movement of the two housing parts can also be carried out, for example, first obliquely to the channel direction, but also linearly, and then parallel to the channel direction over at least one third of the distance of the relative movement. Due to the relative movement, which has a main component of the relative movement parallel to the channel direction, the device according to the invention is advantageous precisely in the case of restricted space, because no space is required for turning the two housings or no space is required for a relative movement perpendicular to the channel direction or only a small amount of space is required for a relative movement perpendicular to the channel direction.

[0007] By means of a relative movement substantially parallel to the channel direction, the two housing parts are placed in a closed state of the housing and locked to each other at the same time, in this way, the space required for the arrangement of the device for absorbing electrical noise on one or more wires is less than in conventional devices. Because the relative movement has a main component parallel to the channel direction, the relative movement is substantially parallel to the channel direction. As a result, only a small amount of space is required perpendicular to the wire, and in extreme cases only so much space is required that the two housing parts can be arranged on the wire and moved parallel to the wire on the wire. If the device for absorbing electrical noise is arranged inside the housing of an electrical or electronic device, the device according to the invention provides advantages. Of course, the device according to the invention can also be installed in a spacious space, such as on a power supply line to the housing of an electronic or electrical device.

[0008] Not only the two housing parts are pushed together, but also the two housings are locked to each other in the closed state. Both processes are carried out by means of one and the same relative movement, so that the device according to the invention can be arranged on one or more wires quickly and without problems and automatically if necessary. The relative movement can be completely linear or, for example, linear within at least one-third of the distance to be traveled. When the device is arranged on one or more wires, space is saved relative to conventional devices, which is achieved in the following way, that is, the main component of the relative movement extends parallel to the channel direction. Therefore, the relative movement is basically and especially at least parallel to the channel direction within the range of one-third of the distance traveled. The distance traveled is measured here from the first contact of the housing half to the completely closed and locked state of the housing. The element composed of noise-absorbing material is made of ferrite material, for example, and the housing is made of plastic by means of plastic injection molding.

[0009] In a development of the invention, the two housing parts are designed to be identical.

[0010] The housing parts are designed in such a way that they can be moved into the closed state of the housing by means of a relative movement of the housing parts relative to one another, wherein the main component of the relative movement runs parallel to the channel direction, and can be locked onto one another in the closed state, which allows the two housing parts to be designed identically. This makes the mass production of the device according to the invention significantly easier, since only one mold or a plurality of identical mold cavities are required to produce the housing of the device. For example, the housing of the device is produced by means of plastic injection molding. The plastic injection mold can then have a plurality of identical mold cavities, each for one housing part.

[0011] In a development of the invention, the housing is divided parallel to the channel direction by means of housing parts.

[0012] In this way, two relatively flat housing parts can be realized.

[0013] In a development of the invention, the housing is divided by means of housing parts inclined to the direction of the passage.

[0014] In this way, the shaping of the housing parts makes it possible to achieve a final stop for relative movement when the two housing parts are connected, so that the two housing parts are moved toward each other essentially parallel to the channel direction until the surfaces of the two housing parts extending obliquely to the channel direction abut against each other.

[0015] In a development of the invention, the elements are separated obliquely to the direction of the passage in the closed state of the housing.

[0016] The elements made of noise-absorbing material, such as ferrite elements, can also be separated obliquely to the channel direction and thus provide stop surfaces arranged obliquely to the channel direction. Generally, the elements made of noise-absorbing material are arranged in the closed state of the housing of the device so that they rest tightly against each other. This state can then simultaneously define the closed state of the housing.

[0017] In a further development of the present invention, the housing element is provided with a sliding guide.

[0018] In this way, the relative movement can be at least partially defined by means of the sliding guide, so that in the closed state of the housing a correct positioning of the two housing parts relative to one another and also a correct locking thereof can be ensured.

[0019] In a further development of the invention, the sliding guide is designed as a slotted guide.

[0020] The slot guide can be designed in a flexible manner and, for example, define an introduction ramp and a latching device. Thus, the slot guide can be used to guide the two housing parts on one another during the relative movement and to lock the two housing parts on one another.

[0021] In a development of the invention, the sliding guide is designed as a linear guide by means of guide rails.

[0022] The guide rails enable a defined relative movement in order to move the two housing parts into the closed state of the housing. The sliding guides can be produced, for example, on the plastic injection molded part in a process-reliable manner with the necessary tolerances, which on the one hand enable easy mobility of the housing halves relative to one another and on the other hand enable precise positioning thereof.

[0023] In a further development of the present invention, the locking mechanism has a latching device having a latching projection and a latching recess.

[0024] The two housing parts can be securely locked to each other by means of the locking projections and the locking recesses. The locking projections and the locking recesses are expediently designed so that the correctly locked state of the locking projections and the locking recesses can be seen from the outside of the device, in particular from the outside of the housing. This makes it easy for the user to recognize the correct locking, but it can also be used in automated assembly to recognize the correctly locked state by means of a camera and image processing or in another automated way.

[0025] In a further development of the invention, the latching means is arranged separately from the sliding guide.

[0026] In this way, the design of the latching means is independent of the design of the sliding guide, so that both the sliding guide and the latching means can be optimized with regard to their respective functions.

[0027] In a further development of the present invention, the latching device comprises a resilient latching arm.

[0028] By means of a resilient latching arm, an automatic locking can be reliably achieved at the end of the relative movement of the two housing halves relative to one another. The latching arm can be designed as an arm fixed on one side or as a resilient clamp, in particular a U-shaped clamp, fixed at both ends.

[0029] In a further development of the invention, the latching means is arranged on the sliding guide.

[0030] In this way, the latching means can be arranged in a space-saving manner.

[0031] In a development of the invention, the latching means has at least one latching recess in the sliding guide.

[0032] By means of a latching recess in the sliding guide, into which a latching projection on the corresponding part of the sliding guide on the other housing part can engage, a space-saving and secure locking of the two housing parts to one another can be ensured in the closed state of the housing. Advantageously, the latching recess and the latching projection prevent a relative movement of the housing parts in and against the direction of the passage when they are used.

[0033] In a further development of the invention, at least one of the elements, for example a ferrite element, is provided with at least one sliding ramp, wherein the sliding ramp of one element rises onto the respective other element during the relative movement from the open state to the closed state of the housing.

[0034] In order to ensure good electrical and magnetic properties of the noise-absorbing element, such as a ferrite element, in the closed state of the housing, the two elements, which are each designed in the form of a groove, are held tightly and substantially without gaps on each other in the closed state of the housing. Such a final position of the two elements relative to each other is achieved in a reliable manner in that during the relative movement of the two housing parts relative to each other, the elements collide with each other by means of the sliding ramps and are then pressed against each other already during the relative movement. As a result, the elements can rest very tightly and substantially without gaps on each other in the closed state of the housing.

[0035] In a development of the invention, a spring mechanism is provided between each element and the associated housing part in order to prestress the element in the direction of an element in the other housing part when the housing is closed.

[0036] By means of at least one spring means, the elements are prestressed against one another and it can be ensured that the elements, for example the ferrite elements, which are each designed in the form of grooves, rest against one another with their stop surfaces substantially without play in the closed state of the housing.

[0037] In a development of the invention, the spring means has a leaf spring.

[0038] Leaf springs can be manufactured in a very space-saving manner and can nevertheless provide a high spring force. When pressing the two elements against each other, only a small spring travel is required, but a large spring force is advantageous in order to ensure that the two elements rest against each other essentially without gaps. Leaf springs can meet these requirements. Suitable leaf springs are, for example, disc-shaped or also rectangular.

[0039] The problem on which the present invention is based is also solved by a method for arranging a device according to the present invention for absorbing electrical noise on at least one conductor, wherein two housing parts of a housing of the device are moved into a closed state of the housing by means of a relative movement of the housing parts relative to each other and are locked to each other in the closed state, wherein the main component of the relative movement extends parallel to the channel direction. [0061] Figure 1 The diagram of FIG. 1 shows a device 10 according to the invention for absorbing electrical noise on a line. The device 10 comprises a first housing part 12 and a second housing part 14. An element made of a noise-absorbing material, such as a ferrite element 16, is arranged in each of the housing parts 12, 14, wherein it is not apparent that the ferrite element 16 is a ferrite element 16. Figure 1The ferrite element 16 is designed in the form of a groove. In the closed state of the housing, that is, in the Figure 1 The upper housing member 12 is mounted on the Figure 1 When mounted on the lower housing part 14 in FIG. 1 , the two ferrite elements 16 form a passage which is closed in the radial direction for one or more conductors (not shown).

[0062] In the closed state of the housing, the two housing parts 12, 14 are also connected at their opposite end walls. Figure 1 A through-hole for the passage of one or more conductors (not shown) is formed in each case at the front facing the observer and at the rear facing away from the observer.

[0063] In order to Figure 1 Starting from the open state shown in FIG. 1 , the housing of the device 10 is placed in the closed state, and the first housing part 12 is placed on the rear end wall of the second housing part 14 in such a way that the guide strips 18 on the first housing part 12 engage in the guide strips 20 on the second housing part 14. The first housing part 12 can then only be moved relative to the second housing part 14 parallel to the passage direction 30, which runs parallel to the guide strips 18, 20 and which is also parallel to the passage direction 30 in FIG. Figure 1 Not shown, but Figure 2 The wire 28 shown in the figure is extended, and the wire is inserted into the lower ferrite element 16. The first housing part 12 is moved parallel to the channel direction 30 until the first housing part 12 is Figure 1 The front end wall of the second housing member 14 is Figure 1 The front end wall in the housing is aligned. This results in a closed state of the housing in which the two ferrite elements 16 form a channel for the conductors which is essentially closed in the radial direction and open in the axial direction. The two housing parts 12, 14 are then also securely fixed to each other in a direction perpendicular to the channel direction. The two housing parts 12, 14 can only be moved relative to each other along and against the channel direction 30. However, in the closed state of the housing, the resilient locking arms 22 on the guide strips 20 engage in suitable recesses (not shown) on the guide strips 18 of the first housing 12, in Figure 1 Only one of the latching arms can be seen in FIG. Thus, in the closed state of the housing, a movement of the two housing parts 12 , 14 is also largely prevented along and against the passage direction 30 .

[0064] In order to be able to release the two housing parts 12, 14 from each other again, a key hole 24 is provided in the first housing part 12 and a key hole 26 is provided in the guide strip 20 of the lower housing part 14, aligned with the recess in the guide strip 18. In the closed state of the housing, the key holes 24, 16 are aligned with each other and, as explained, are also aligned with the latching recess in the guide strip 18. Thus, a suitable key with two strip-shaped projections arranged parallel to each other can be arranged in the key holes 24, 26. If such a key is then pressed in the direction of the second housing part 14, the front edge of the strip-shaped projection presses the resilient latching arm 22 out of the recess in the guide strip 18 and the two housing parts 12, 14 can then be moved relative to each other in and against the passage direction 30.

[0065] One of the resilient latching arms 22 may be located in the second housing part 14. Figure 2 It can also be seen from the side view in FIG. A plurality of elastic locking arms can be provided in the sliding guide defined by the guide strips 18 and 20, and the structure of the locking arms can also be the same as in FIG. Figure 2 For example, the latch arm 22 can also be configured so that it prevents movement in two opposite directions. Figure 2 For example, the resilient latching arm 22 can be designed as a resilient arch that extends into the sliding guide. In this case, suitable recesses can then be formed, for example, on the guide strip 18 of the first housing part, which, as explained, can also be formed by a continuation of the keyhole 24, 26.

[0066] It is important within the scope of the invention that the two housing parts 12, 14 are moved relative to one another by means of a relative movement parallel to the passage direction 30 of the conductor through the housing. Figure 1 The open state shown in FIG. 1 is brought into the closed state of the housing and, by this relative movement, the two housing parts 12 , 14 are simultaneously locked to one another in the closed state of the housing. Figure 1 And also with the help of Figure 2 It can be seen that in order to move the two housing parts 12, 14 into the closed state of the housing, perpendicular to the channel direction 30, only enough space is required to arrange the two housing parts 12, 14 on the line 28. No additional space is required above and below the first housing part 12 and the second housing part 14. The device according to the invention is therefore particularly suitable for confined space conditions, for example inside the housing of an electrical or electronic device.

[0067] In accordance with Figure 1 and Figure 2 The starting point is the open state of the housing, so only the two housing parts 12, 14 (see Figure 2 ) are displaced relative to one another parallel to the channel direction 30 extending parallel to the line 28 in order to be placed in a closed state of the housing and at the same time to be locked to one another by means of the resilient locking arms 22.

[0068] The passage direction 30 is defined by means of a groove-like recess in the ferrite element 16 and a corresponding approximately semicircular through-hole in the end walls of the two housing parts 12, 14. Thus, in the closed state of the housing, the passage direction 30 is defined by means of the closed cylindrical passage then formed by the ferrite element 16 and the then circular through-hole in the end side of the housing. One or more conductors are guided through the housing of the device 10 parallel to the passage direction 30.

[0069] Figure 3 and Figure 4 The illustration of shows a further device 40 according to the invention. Figure 3 From the front and from above Figure 4 The device 40 is shown from the rear and obliquely above. The device 40 has a first housing part 42 and a second housing part 44, wherein the two housing parts 42, 44 are designed identically. A ferrite element 46 designed in the form of a groove is arranged in each of the two housing parts 42, 44, wherein the ferrite element 46 is provided at the housing. Figure 3 and Figure 4 In the closed state shown in FIG. 4 , a cylindrical passage for one or more wires is formed which is closed in the radial direction. Figure 3 and Figure 4 The front or rear end of the housing 42 has a through hole 48 for one or more wires. The first housing part 42 and the second housing part 44 are respectively provided with guide bars 50a, 50b, 52a, 52b, which together form a sliding guide. The guide bar 50a on the first housing part 42 is embedded in the guide bar 52b of the second housing part 44, see Figure 3 The guide strip 52a of the first housing member 42 is engaged with the guide strip 50b of the second housing member 44, see Figure 3 The right side of the device 40 in FIG. Thus, the two housing halves 42 , 44 can be designed identically to one another and form a sliding guide by means of guide strips 50 a , 50 b , 52 a , 52 b .

[0070] In the device 40 Figure 3The resilient latching arm 54b can be seen on the right side in the figure. The resilient latching arm 54b is integrally formed with the second housing part 44 and engages in a latching recess 56a formed by means of a clamp on the first housing part 42 in the illustrated closed state of the housing. Figure 3 On the left side which cannot be seen in the figure, the first housing part is provided with another elastic locking arm 54a and the second housing part 44 is Figure 3 A clamp is provided on the left side which cannot be seen in the figure, and the clamp then forms a locking recess 56b, see also Figure 4 The bracket can be designed in an L-shaped or also in a U-shaped manner.

[0071] If the two housing parts 42, 44 are placed on top of each other starting from the open state of the housing so that the guide strips 50, 52 engage in one another and if the two housing parts 42, 44 are then moved in the passage direction 30, the latching arms 54 are first deflected and if the two housing parts 42, 44 have reached the housing in the open position, the latching arms 54 are then displaced. Figure 3 In the closed position shown in FIG. , the latching arm 54 engages in a latching recess 56 formed by means of the clamp. Figure 4 3 and 4. The guide strips 50a, 50b, 52a, 52b can be seen at the beginning of the guide strips 50a, 50b, 52a, 52b, which facilitate the placement of the guide strips 50a, 50b, 52a, 52b and the introduction into each other.

[0072] Figure 5 The diagram shown from above shows Figure 3 and Figure 4 The second housing part 44 in the embodiment of the present invention can be seen. The ferrite element 46 arranged in the second housing part 44 in the form of a water channel can be seen. The ferrite element 46 is usually formed in the form of a groove and has a cylindrical recess with a substantially semicircular cross section, which is used to receive one or more wires, see Figure 2 The ferrite element 46 is provided on the side of the recess. Figure 4 The leading edge visible in FIG. 4 has a sliding ramp 58. The sliding ramp 58 of the same structure is also arranged on the ferrite element 46 at Figure 4 The ferrite element 46 (see FIG. 4) in the first housing member 42 is Figure 3 If the two housing parts 42, 44 are plugged onto each other parallel to the channel direction 30, the front sliding bevel 58 of the ferrite element 46 in the first housing part 42 abuts against the front sliding bevel 58 of the ferrite element 46 of the second housing part 44. Figure 3The sliding ramps 58 can then slide over each other, with the ferrite element 46 being pressed in the direction of the bottom of the respective housing part 42, 44. This is achieved by means of a spring element between the bottom of the respective housing part 42, 44 and the ferrite element 46. In the closed state of the housing, see Figure 3 and Figure 4 The two ferrite elements 46 then rest against each other substantially without a gap and form a passage for the conductor 28 which is closed in the radial direction, see Figure 2 .

[0073] exist Figure 5 In the figure, a U-shaped clamp 60 can be seen on the side of the through hole 48 on the second housing part 44. A U-shaped clamp 60 is arranged on the left and right sides of the semicircular through hole 48. The U-shaped clamp 60 is opened at Figure 5 The side not visible in the figure is fixedly and integrally connected to the bottom of the second housing part 44. However, above the bottom, the legs of the clamp 60 connected via the base are free, so that the clamp 60 can be displaced laterally due to pressure. The wire inserted into the ferrite element 46 can thus be clamped with the corresponding thickness by means of the U-shaped clamp 60. In the closed state of the housing, see Figure 3 , whereby four U-shaped clamps 60 are arranged on each through-opening 48 , which clamps then clamp the line and thus hold the device 40 in a defined position on the line.

[0074] exist Figure 5 In FIG. 4 , the clamp can be seen on the left side of the second housing part 44 , which forms the latching recess 56 . Figure 5 The design of the latching arm 54 can be seen on the right side in FIG. 4 , which engages in a latching recess 56 of the first housing part 42 when the two housing parts 42 , 44 are pushed together and thus latches the two housing parts 42 , 44 to one another in the closed state of the housing.

[0075] Figure 6 The diagram shows in front view Figure 5 In this front view, it can be seen that the upper side of the ferrite element 46 extends slightly beyond the upper limit of the first housing part 44. Figure 6 It can be seen that the ferrite element Figure 5 The position of the ferrite element 46 is achieved in the open state of the housing by means of a gap between the bottom of the housing part 44 and the ferrite element 46. Figure 6When the two housing parts 42, 44 are then pushed together, the ferrite element 46 is pressed toward the bottom of the corresponding housing part 42, 44 by the action of the sliding ramp 58 and then in the closed state of the housing (see Figure 3 and Figure 4 ) rest against each other with essentially no gap.

[0076] Figure 7 The diagram shows that without the ferrite element 46 Figure 4 The second housing part 44. A spring mechanism 62, for example in the form of a disc spring, can be seen on the bottom of the second housing part 44. This spring mechanism 62 is responsible for pushing the ferrite element 46 away from the bottom of the second housing part 44 and occupying it. Figure 6 The housing part 42 is designed identically to the second housing part 44 as already explained and likewise has a spring mechanism 62 .

[0077] In order to hold the ferrite element 46 in a defined position within the second housing part 44, a total of four spring clips 64 are provided in the housing part 44, wherein Figure 7 Only two spring clips can be seen in the figure. These spring clips 64 secure the ferrite element 46 against slipping along and against the channel direction 30. Within the scope of the invention, it is also possible to provide other spring means or clamping means instead of two mutually opposite spring clips 64 in order to securely and positionally hold the ferrite element in the second housing part 44. As already explained, the first housing part 42 is designed identically to the second housing part 44, so that all explanations and explanations in this regard also apply to the first housing part 42.

[0078] Figure 8 The illustration shows two ferrite elements 46 without a housing. It can be clearly seen that the two ferrite elements 46 are placed on each other with their respective contact surfaces without gaps on the side of the passage for the conductors and form a passage for one or more conductors that is closed in the radial direction. The sliding ramps 58 of the two ferrite elements 46, whose function when the two housing parts 42, 44 are pushed together, are separated from each other again in the closed state of the housing.

[0079] The boundary surfaces of the housing of the device 40 between the two housing parts 42 , 44 and between the two ferrite elements 46 extend parallel to the channel direction 30 .

[0080] Fig. 9The figure shows another device 70 according to the invention. The device 70 has a housing, which has two housing parts 72, 74 that are identical to each other. A ferrite element 76 is arranged in each of the housing parts 72, 74. Fig. 9 In the closed state shown in FIG. 1 , the two ferrite elements 76 form a passage for one or more conductors which is closed in the radial direction. Fig. 9 A U-shaped recess is provided in the left front end of the second housing part 74, which together with the upper side of the end wall of the second housing part 74 forms a through hole 78 for one or more wires. Fig. 9 The rear side facing away from the observer is likewise provided with a through-opening 78 .

[0081] The two housing members 72, 74 are Fig. 9 A slide guide 80 is provided on each of the sides visible in the figure, into which a slide 84 of the other housing part 72, 74 engages, wherein the slide 84 is arranged on an arm 86 which is connected to the side wall of one of the housing parts 72, 74. Fig. 9 The invisible side and Fig. 9 The sides visible in the figure are constructed identically.

[0082] exist Fig. 9 In the illustration of FIG. 8 , the slide 84 of the first housing part 72 is engaged in the guide slot guide 80 of the second housing part 74 , and the slide is integrally connected to the first housing part 72 by means of an arm 86 . Figure 8 The slide (not shown) engages in the slotted guide 80 of the first housing part 72 on a spring arm 86 which is connected to the second housing part 74 .

[0083] Fig.10 Only shows Fig. 9 The second housing member 74 of the device 70. The ferrite element 76 is placed in the second housing member 74. Fig.10 It is noteworthy that the upper side of the housing part 74 extends obliquely to the passage direction 30, while the upper side of the ferrite element 76 extends parallel to the passage direction 30. The two housing parts 72, 74 are moved into the closed state of the housing by means of a relative movement that is essentially parallel to the passage direction 30. The upper sides of the housing parts 72, 74, which are arranged obliquely to the passage direction 30, then serve to bring about a defined final stop when the closed state of the housing is reached. During this relative movement, the ferrite elements 76 slide along each other with their respective contact surfaces on the sides of the recess for the conductor.

[0084] exist Fig.10It can be seen that the housing part 74 has two U-shaped clamps 60 at positions adjacent to the assigned sections of the through-hole 78, which exert a clamping effect on the inserted conductor. The two identically constructed slot guides 80 are arranged on the side wall of the second housing part 74. Fig.10 In the following section, in which Fig.10 Only the beginning can be seen in the left-hand slot guide 80 arranged in the figure. Fig.10 The slides 84 are arranged in the front region of the second housing part 74, which are connected to the corresponding side walls of the second housing part 74 by means of spring arms 86. The spring arms 86 are produced integrally with the second housing part 74, for example by means of injection molding, and can therefore only be resilient to a limited extent. The spring effect of the spring arms 86 is due to the elasticity of the material, of which the spring arms 86 and the rest of the housing part 75 are also made, for example plastic. Within the scope of the invention, the spring arms 86 can also be rigidly designed.

[0085] Fig.11 Without the ferrite element 76, Fig.10 The second housing part 74. From this, the leaf spring 88 on the bottom of the second housing part 74 can be seen, which, as already explained, presses the ferrite element 76 away from the second housing part 74 in the direction of the opposite ferrite element in the first housing part 72.

[0086] In order to prevent the ferrite element 76 from being pushed away too much from the second housing part 74 by the action of the leaf spring 88 and also to prevent the ferrite element 76 from falling out of the second housing part 74 when the second housing part 74 is rotated, the inner side of the side wall of the second housing part 74 is provided with a locking strip 90, which forms a retaining protrusion and can be at least partially embedded in the longitudinal groove 92 of the side of the ferrite element 76, see Fig.10 The locking strip 90 thus prevents the ferrite element 76 from being pushed away from the bottom of the second housing part 74 beyond a defined position. The leaf spring 88 holds the ferrite element 76 in this defined position by pressing the ferrite element 76 against the underside of the locking strip 90 .

[0087] The leaf springs 88 each have a recess 94 on their end faces, which engages in a suitable projection 96 on the bottom of the second housing part 74. Fig.11In the relaxed state shown in , the projection 96 only partially engages in the recess 94 on the leaf spring 88. In the closed state of the housing, the leaf spring 88 is then compressed and the projection 96 then projects a little further into the recess 94. With the aid of the projection 96 on the housing and the recess 94 on the leaf spring 88, a precisely defined assembly position of the leaf spring 88 can be achieved. The projection 96 and the recess 94 can also be designed, for example, in such a way that the leaf spring engages in the projection 96 and is thereby held captive in the second housing part 74 during assembly of the device 70. As mentioned, the two housing parts 72, 74 are designed identically to one another, so that the explanations made with respect to the second housing part 74 also apply to the first housing part 72.

[0088] Fig.12 The ferrite element 76 is shown in a view from the front obliquely. In this view, the groove-like recesses 92 in the opposite side walls of the ferrite element 76 can be clearly seen, into which the latching strips 90 of the second housing part 74 engage, as explained, when the first housing part 72 is moved relative to the second housing part 74 to achieve the closed state of the housing, in order to securely hold the ferrite element 76 in the second housing part 74 and still allow a spring movement against the action of the leaf spring 88.

[0089] Fig.13 The diagram of FIG. 1 shows another device 100 according to the invention, wherein the device 100 and Figures 9 to 12 The device 70 of is designed very similarly and only the differences with respect to the device 70 are explained below.

[0090] The device 100 has a housing having a first housing part 102 and a second housing part 104. The housing parts 102, 104 differ from the housing parts 72, 74 of the device 70 only in that Fig.15 The latching strips 110 visible in FIG. 1 are not arranged parallel to the passage direction 30 , but rather obliquely to the passage direction 30 . Otherwise, the housing parts 102 , 104 are designed identically to the housing parts 72 , 74 .

[0091] The different arrangements of the locking strip 110 (see Fig.14 ) and the different shapes of the ferrite element 106 (see Fig.13) are matched. The ferrite element 106 has a contact surface arranged obliquely to the channel direction 30. As a result, the groove-shaped recess of the ferrite element 106 reduces its thickness toward one side of the ferrite element 106, wherein one or more conductors can be placed in the groove-shaped recess. If two ferrite elements 106 are placed on top of each other, a substantially cylindrical channel for at least one conductor that is closed in the radial direction is generated. The ferrite element 106 (see Fig.14 ) are provided with shoulders on their upper sides, which also extend obliquely to the channel direction 30. The locking strip 110 acts on this shoulder to prevent the ferrite element 106 from being Fig.14 The ferrite element 106 is preloaded toward the locking strip 110 by means of the leaf spring 88 on the bottom of the second housing part 104, see Fig.15 .

[0092] Fig.15 The second housing part 104 is shown, in which two ferrite elements 106 are shown. It can be clearly seen in this illustration that the two ferrite elements 106 form a substantially cylindrical passage for at least one conductor. During the relative movement of the two housing parts 102, 104 from the open state to the closed state of the housing, both the upper side of the housing parts 102, 104 and the contact surfaces of the ferrite elements 106 form stop surfaces that define the end of the relative movement and the closed state of the housing.

[0093] Fig.17 The diagram shows in side view Fig.13 The device 100. Fig.17 The design and function of the sliding guide 80 of the devices 70 and 100 are to be explained.

[0094] Each of the slot guides 80 has an introduction opening 110, which simultaneously defines the beginning of the slot guide 80. When the two housing parts 72, 74, 102, 104 are pushed together, the slide 84 of the corresponding other housing part is introduced into the introduction opening 110. Fig.17 The slide block 84 connected to the upper housing member 102 in the Fig.17 The side of the housing part 104 in the middle and lower part is introduced into the introduction port 110 of the slide guide part 80. At the same time, the through arm 86 is connected with the Fig.17 The slider 84 connected to one side of the second housing member 104 arranged at the bottom is introduced from the bottom into the Fig.17 In the introduction port 110 of the slide guide portion 80 of the upper housing part 102.

[0095] Each of the slotted guides 80 then has a section 112 extending in the shape of a circular arc at a position adjacent to the introduction opening 110. The circular arc section 112 transforms into a section 114 extending in a straight line and parallel to the upper side of the corresponding housing part 102, 104. In the sections 112, 114, the height of the slotted guide 80 is approximately the same as the height of the slide 84. The slide is therefore guided in the slotted guide 80 almost without play or with only a small amount of play in the sections 112, 114.

[0096] In a further section 116 adjoining the section 114, the slotted guide 80 continues to run parallel to the upper side of the respective housing part 104, but is increased in height. This allows the slide 84 of the respective other housing part to also be moved in the height direction within the slotted guide 80 in the section 116. This may be necessary in order to place the ferrite elements 76, 106 on top of one another and, if necessary, to press them in the direction of the respectively associated housing part against the action of a spring mechanism.

[0097] The section 116 is followed by an end section 118 of the sliding guide 80. In this end section 118, the height of the sliding guide 80 is significantly reduced again in relation to the section 116 and corresponds essentially to the height of the slide 84. By means of the end section 118 or the transition from the section 116 to the end section 118, the slide 84 is precisely positioned in the height direction and guided into the area before a recess 120 in the side wall of the lower housing part 74, 104. This recess 120 is designed as a latching recess that matches the shape of the slide 84. As a result, as soon as the slide 84 reaches the end section 118, it can bite into the recess 120 and thereby reliably hold the two housing parts 72, 74, 102, 104 in the closed state of the housing, which is closed in the closed state. Fig.17 Shown in.

[0098] exist Fig.16 1 and 2 show the recess 120 as a through hole in the side wall of the second housing part 104. However, within the scope of the invention, the recess 120 can also be designed simply as a recess in the sliding guide 80. Within the scope of the invention, it is also possible to provide a projection instead of the recess 120, which then bites into a suitable recess in the slide 84, for example.

[0099] The two housing parts 72, 74, 102, 104 can be guided on one another and brought securely into an end position by means of the slotted guide 80 and the slide 84 in a relative movement relative to one another, the main component of which runs parallel to the channel direction 30. In the end position, the slide 84 engages in the recess 120 and thereby simultaneously locks the two housing parts 72, 74, 102, 104 on one another in the closed state of the housing.

[0100] Within the scope of the invention, separate latching means can be provided which latch the two housing parts to one another in the closed state of the housing at the end of the relative movement. In the illustrated embodiment of the device 70, 100, the slide 84 and the slotted guide 80 simultaneously assume the function of a latching mechanism. However, this is not mandatory within the scope of the invention.

[0101] Fig.18 The diagram shows a view from above Fig.13 The second housing part 104 of the device 100 is shown in FIG. 1 . It can be clearly seen in this view that the leaf spring 88 in the relaxed state partially acts with its mutually opposite recesses 94 on the projections 96 on the bottom of the second housing part 104. The U-shaped clamp 60 for clamping the conductor and the locking strip 110 for fixing the ferrite element 106 against the preload force of the leaf spring 88 can also be seen in this view.

[0102] The arm 86 and the slide 84 arranged at the end of the arm can also be seen. The slides 84 on the housing part 104 are arranged opposite each other. The introduction openings 110 of the two sliding guides 80 in the opposite side walls of the second housing part 104 can also be seen.

[0103] Fig.19 The diagram shows the ferrite element 106 (see for example Fig.14 ) together with a leaf spring 88 arranged below the ferrite element. Fig.18 The leaf spring 88 is shown in a relaxed state.

[0104] Fig. 20 Shows Fig.19The ferrite element 106 and the leaf spring 88 are in the following state, in which the ferrite element 106 is pressed against the leaf spring 88. The leaf spring 88 is thus in a compressed state. This state of the leaf spring 88 is achieved if the housing is in a closed state. The leaf spring 88 is then used to preload the ferrite element 106 in the direction of the opposing ferrite element 106 in the opposing housing part. The ferrite elements 106 in the opposing housing parts are also preloaded with the same leaf spring 88. This ensures that there is no gap or only a small gap between the two ferrite elements 106. This makes it possible to obtain good electrical and magnetic properties of the ferrite element 106, and the device according to the invention can absorb electrical noise on the conductor as much as possible.

[0105] With the help of Fig.19 and 20 The explanations also apply to the ferrite elements 46, 76, whose upper sides extend parallel to the lower sides. The leaf springs 88 or other suitable spring means are also used there to prestress the ferrite elements relative to each other and to arrange the ferrite elements without gaps in the closed state of the housing.
