Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to the technical field of crawler units and trolleys for transporting goods in poor road conditions using the crawler units. More specifically, it relates to trolleys for transporting goods in poor road conditions, such as snow-covered roads, sandy areas, muddy fields, disaster sites such as earthquakes or floods, using lightweight and maneuverable crawler units. Background Technology

[0002] As such a track unit, Patent Document 1 discloses, for example, a track that is an annular track driven to rotate by a sprocket, having: a plurality of track plates arranged along the rotation direction; a plurality of flexible hinges formed thinner than the track plates and connecting adjacent track plates to each other; a plurality of engaging recesses formed by cutting regions located on both sides of each hinge in the width direction into shapes that can accommodate the teeth of the sprocket; the track plates and hinges are formed integrally by synthetic resin, and with the formation of the engaging recesses, the width dimension of the hinges is shorter than that of the track plates (see claim 1 of Patent Document 1).

[0003] The following is described in paragraph

[0039] of document 1: The drive mechanism 34 includes: an electric motor 51 driven by electricity supplied from the battery 5; a pulley 52 coaxially fixed to the shaft 32b of the drive-side sprocket 32; and a belt 53 wound between the shaft 51a of the motor 51 and the pulley 52. When the motor 51 is driven, the driving force is transmitted to the pulley 52 via the belt 53, thereby driving the side sprocket 32 and the pulley 52 to rotate together. In addition, the driven side sprocket 33 is synchronously driven to rotate by the track 30 fed by the drive-side sprocket 32.

[0004] In addition, the applicant has developed a track unit as described in Patent Document 2, wherein in a track unit having a track that circulates around a plurality of pulleys, the track is configured by arranging a plurality of outer attachments in a strip shape on its outer periphery, and a limiting recess is provided on one of the adjacent front and rear sides of the plurality of outer attachments, and a limiting protrusion is provided on the other side, the limiting protrusion entering the limiting recess, and the outer attachments being positioned and limited relative to each other (see claim 1 of Patent Document 2).

[0005] In paragraph

[0020] of document 2, the following is described: The spacing between the sides 24, 24 protruding towards both ends is set to a width dimension W sufficient to accommodate and rotate the pulley 6 mounted on the main body of the track unit 5. The sides 24, 24 surround the side of the pulley 6, so the outer attachment 2 (track 1) surrounds the side of the pulley 6 and performs cyclic movement. Even when a force is applied laterally during turning, it is difficult for the track 1 to disengage from the pulley 6. The pulley 6 rotates by contacting the outer recess 25 of the base 20 near the side 24 of the outer attachment 2.

[0007] Patent documents

[0008] Patent Document 1: JP Patent No. 5806370;

[0009] Patent document 2: JP 2019-142485. Summary of the Invention

[0010] The problem the invention aims to solve

[0011] The track described in Patent Document 1 has the following mechanism: the track body 53 has grooves or holes, and a sprocket 32 driven by a pulley 52 engages with the track body 53 to prevent it from slipping off. In this track mechanism, the grooves or holes on the track body are extensively machined, the track body needs to be strong, and the track body inevitably becomes thicker and heavier.

[0012] Furthermore, in order to enable the track to circulate, the tension of the track body is a prerequisite. This presents problems such as high transport load, poor track circulation, and heavy trolley movement. Therefore, it is difficult to use in manual track systems.

[0013] In the applicant's patent document 2, the spacing between the pulleys 6 at both ends is slightly wider than that of the track 1, and tension is applied to the track 1. However, in order to further improve the driving performance, if the tension applied to the track can be reduced, the track will have a smoother and lighter cyclical movement. Therefore, it is possible to develop a track unit with further improved driving performance, which has become a research topic.

[0014] Therefore, the object of the present invention was formed in view of the above-mentioned problems.

[0015] (1) A guide rail (flange) is provided only at the grounding part of the main frame, and a receiving part (flange) through which the guide rail passes is provided on the track (inner attachment) side.

[0016] (2) A space (gap) is formed between the guide rail and the receiving flange so that the guide rail and the inner accessory do not contact each other when in contact with the ground, so that no resistance is generated.

[0017] (3) The guide rail interferes with the inner attachment only when it is lifted or when a force is applied that causes the track to shift laterally or lift up. That is, it is configured such that it does not obstruct normal travel and does not get stuck even when sand or the like enters, and is shaped such that it only interferes when it falls off, so that it will not fall off.

[0018] (4) In addition, if foreign objects such as sand or snow enter, the tracks will be pushed outward, causing a slight bulge. If the guide rail is straight, interference may easily occur when the inner attachment enters the guide rail in this state. Therefore, the two ends of the guide rail (entrance) are slightly opened towards the ground to facilitate entry.

[0019] (5) The track moves in a cyclic motion under the restriction of the guide rail, so that the track will not fall off even if the tension is lower than before.

[0020] (6) Apply a textured pattern to the outer surface of the outer or inner attachments that make up the track to improve the hydrophobicity of the surface. Even if water droplets get on it, the water droplets will flow away quickly, making it difficult for the track to freeze and allowing it to dry quickly in wet conditions.

[0021] The present invention aims to provide a high-quality tracked unit with a structure that solves the above-mentioned problems, and a transport trolley for poor road conditions applicable to the tracked unit.

[0022] means for solving problems

[0023] As a means of solving the above problems, the track unit of the invention described in technical solution 1 is a track unit (5) equipped with a track (1), which circulates around a plurality of pulleys (6, 60) mounted on a frame (9) in a rotatable manner. Its characteristic is that...

[0024] The track (1) is configured as a belt by having multiple inner attachments (3) inside the frame (9). It is provided with flange portions (70 (70')) of the guide rail (7 (7')) protruding in the left-right direction of the guide rail (7 (7')) disposed on the outer periphery of the frame (9), and flange portions (34 (34')) of the inner attachment (3 (3')) protruding in the left-right direction of the inner attachment (3 (3')). The track (1) is configured with the following positional relationship: in the mutual relationship of one of them The space (K or K') enclosed between the opposing flanges (34 or 70') allows one of the flanges (70 or 34') to enter, and the flanges (34 and 70 (34' and 70')) of one and the other overlap each other vertically, configured such that the inner attachment (3 (3')) is restricted along the guide rail (7 (7')) while the track (1) circulates around the pulley (6, 60).

[0025] The invention described in technical solution 2 is based on the track unit described in technical solution 1. The track (1) is provided with a belt body (4) having a through hole (40) at a specified position and an outer attachment (2). The outer attachment (2) and the inner attachment (3) are combined through the through hole (40) to clamp the belt body (4), thereby forming a track in which multiple inner attachments (3) are arranged in a belt shape inside the frame (9).

[0026] The invention described in technical solution 3 is based on the track unit described in technical solution 2, characterized in that a limiting recess (20d (20d')) is provided on one of the adjacent front and rear (20b, 20b') of the plurality of outer attachments (2), and a limiting protrusion (20c (20c')) is provided on the other, the limiting protrusion (20c (20c')) entering the limiting recess (20d (20d')), and the outer attachments (2) are positioned and limited to each other.

[0027] The invention described in technical solution 4 is a track unit described in any one of technical solutions 1 to 3, characterized in that a textured pattern (P) is applied to the outer surface of the outer attachment (2) and / or the inner attachment (3) constituting the track (1).

[0028] The invention described in technical solution 5 is a track unit described in any one of technical solutions 1 to 4, characterized in that the width (W1) of the inner attachment (3) that forms a belt-like track (1) in combination with the outer attachment (2) is set to be greater than or equal to the width (W2) of the outer attachment (2) in the front-to-back direction, and the inner attachments (3) that are adjacent to each other abut each other, and the adjacent outer attachments (2) abut each other or are provided with a gap (S).

[0029] The invention described in technical solution 6 is a track unit described in any one of technical solutions 1 to 5, characterized in that the guide rail (7) is only provided on the bottom edge of the outer periphery of the frame (9), and the two ends of the guide rail (7) open downward to form a curved shape (71).

[0030] The poor road condition transport trolley (A) of the invention described in technical solution 7 is characterized by being constructed using the track unit (5) described in any one of technical solutions 1 to 6.

[0031] The effects of the invention

[0032] The track unit according to the present invention achieves the following effects.

[0033] (a) Since the flange of the guide rail protruding in the left and right direction of the guide rail arranged on the outer periphery of the frame and the flange of the inner attachment protruding in the left and right direction of the inner attachment allow the flange of the other side to enter in the space surrounded by the opposing flanges of one side, in this state, the track is restricted by the guide rail and moves around the pulley in a circular motion. Therefore, in order to prevent the track from falling off, the tension can be reduced, the handling load is reduced by reducing the rotational load of the track, and the driving performance is improved.

[0034] (b) Furthermore, when the track unit (trolley) is manually steered, applying force from the handle position of the trolley does not result in a spin turn like a tank, but rather a lateral traction force. In this case, if it gets caught on some uneven road surfaces, the tracks will come off. With this invention, the aforementioned track detachment will not occur.

[0035] (c) Moreover, since the guide rail and inner attachment are designed with clearance in mind, foreign objects such as sand will not get stuck and cause the track to stop rotating or cause obstruction.

[0036] (d) Moreover, since a textured pattern is applied to the outer surface of the outer or inner attachment, the hydrophobicity is improved, water droplets can easily run off, which reduces icing of the track and makes it easier to dry, thus improving convenience. Attached Figure Description

[0051] The following description describes an embodiment of the track unit of the present invention as illustrated in the figure.

[0052] The track unit 5 of this embodiment is configured as follows: a limiting recess 20d or the like is provided on one of the adjacent front and rear ends 20b, 20b' of a plurality of outer attachments 2 that are combined with the inner attachment 3 constituting the track 1, and a limiting protrusion 20c or the like is provided on the other. The limiting protrusion 20c or the like enters the limiting recess 20d or the like, and the positions of the outer attachments 2, 2 are limited so that they do not shift in the vertical direction, and they smoothly cycle around the pulleys 6, 60 while repeatedly engaging and disengaging.

[0053] For example, such as Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, a belt-like track 1 is provided, which circulates around multiple pulleys 6 and 60 of various sizes that are rotatably mounted on a frame 9. A mounting plate 8 with a flat surface is disposed on the frame 9, making it suitable for use in… Figure 14For poor road conditions as shown, a transport trolley A or similar is used. Furthermore, in this embodiment, a number of small pulleys 60 are provided between the pulleys 6, 6 at both ends. However, as long as the outer accessory 2 does not enter the gap between the pulleys 60, 60, the number of pulleys can be less than in the embodiment, within the allowable range of vibration and noise.

[0054] Frame 9 is slender and semi-cut, as... Figure 12 As shown, bolt fixing holes 90 are provided at the same position at both ends. The semi-cut frame 9 is fixed in the bolt fixing holes 90 by means of bolts and nuts (omitted from the illustration). At the lower end of the frame 9, as shown... Figure 3 and Figure 4A As shown, multiple through holes 63, spaced at predetermined intervals, are provided through which axles 61 are inserted. Multiple small pulleys 60 are each rotatably fixed to the other end of the axle 61 inserted into the through holes 63 using nuts 62. Furthermore, Figure 12 Reference numeral 91 in the figure indicates that large pulleys 6 and 6 axles 61, which are rotatably arranged, are inserted through both ends of the frame 9 around which the track 1 is attached. These through holes are elongated holes that run along the entire length of the frame, causing the position of the axles 61 to shift back and forth, thereby allowing the tension of the track 1 to be adjusted.

[0055] A guide rail 7 (flange 70) protrudes only from the bottom edge of the outer periphery of the frame 9, maintaining a mutually constrained relationship with the flange 34 of the inner accessory 3. The basic structure of the lower end of the guide rail 7 is as follows: Figure 10 As shown, the bottom edge (lower part) of the outer periphery of the frame 9 has a flange 70 of the guide rail 7 protruding in the left-right direction at its lower front end. The positional relationship is set as follows: a space K is formed between the flanges 34, 34 of the inner attachment 3 that protrude in the left-right direction and are opposite to each other, wherein the flanges 70, 70 of the other guide rail 7 enter the space K, and the flanges 34, 70 of the two sides overlap each other vertically, which is configured such that the inner attachment 3 is restricted along the guide rail 7 while the track 1 circulates around the pulleys 6, 60.

[0056] This configuration achieves the following: when the track 1 in contact with the ground rotates cyclically, the flanges 34 and 70 on one side and the other side maintain an appropriate clearance, thus preventing interference. However, when the track 1 is lifted or subjected to a lateral force such as a left-right offset during turning, the flanges 34 and 70 on one side and the other side interfere with each other, preventing the track 1 from falling off. Therefore, in conventional track units, strong tension is applied to prevent slippage, but since the possibility of the track 1 falling off the frame 9 is eliminated, the tension on the track 1 can be reduced compared to the past, making the cyclic rotation of the track 1 smoother and improving driving performance.

[0057] Additionally, only near the two ends of the guide rail 7 formed at the bottom edge of the aforementioned frame 9, as... Figure 4A , Figure 4B As shown, a curved end 71 is formed that is slightly opened downwards and is curved. This is so that even if foreign objects such as sand enter and cause the track 1 to bulge outwards, the guide rail flange 70 of the guide rail 7 can easily enter between the left and right inner flanges 34, 34 of the inner accessory 3.

[0058] The track 1 is as follows Figure 6 As shown, the track 1 is composed of multiple outer attachments 2 and inner attachments 3 and a belt body 4. The outer attachments 2 and the inner attachments 3 are combined in such a way that the belt body 4, which has a through hole 40 at a specified position, is clamped through the through hole 40 to form a group. Multiple outer attachments 2 arranged on the outside of the group and inner attachments 3 arranged on the inside of the group are continuously arranged in a belt shape to form a track 1.

[0059] In addition, considering that the outer accessory 2 and the inner accessory 3 come into contact with a variety of ground surfaces, engineering plastics with a low coefficient of friction, high hardness that is difficult to cut, and excellent mechanical strength are selected. These plastics are molded products of PA resin or PA resin with glass, PBT resin, PBT resin with glass, POM resin, or POM resin with glass.

[0060] In addition, while this embodiment includes an outer attachment 2, an embodiment may also be adopted in which only an inner attachment 3 integral with the outer attachment 2 is used (details omitted).

[0061] Since the belt body 4 is always under tension, it is made of a flexible woven flat belt that is difficult to stretch and has excellent dimensional stability. It is cut from a long, strip-shaped belt into lengths that wrap around the entire length of the track, and its ends are fixed to form a loop belt. Therefore, it has flexibility that matches the desired size of the track unit 5. In this embodiment, multiple through holes 40 are provided, arranged at predetermined intervals of two each. However, the through holes 40 can also be implemented by providing one through hole at each predetermined interval (illustration omitted).

[0062] Next, the composition of the inner annex 3 will be explained.

[0063] like Figures 5-8 As shown, the inner attachment 3 of this embodiment is characterized by having an H-shaped top view and being provided with a flange 34 that interferes with the flange 70 of the guide rail 7 of the frame 9, and left and right side pieces 31, 31 that rotate on the upper surface of the pulleys 6, 60.

[0064] The inner attachment 3 has a pair of hanging locking tabs 32, 32 at both ends, which protrude between each other to a width sufficient to cover the belt body 4 from above. The locking tabs 32, as described later, are inserted into locking holes 22 in the side portion 24 of the outer edge of the outer attachment 2, which is cut out from above to form a wave shape, and are securely engaged. Inside the space between the locking tabs 32, 32, are two downward protrusions 30 that pass through holes 40 in the belt body 4. Furthermore, the width W1 of the inner attachment 3 in the front-to-back direction is as follows... Figure 9 As shown, in order to make the width W2 of the outer attachment 2 greater than or equal to the width of the outer attachment 2, each side plate 31, 31, located on the innermost side of the locking plates 32, 32, is provided as a straight, flat surface extending in the front-rear direction. At both ends in the front-rear direction, abutting side portions 31a, 31a are provided. The pulleys 6, 60 press against the top of each of the left and right side plates 31, 31, and rotate, causing the track 1 to rotate cyclically. Therefore, when there is a gap S between the adjacent inner attachments 3, 3, the pulleys 6, 60 fall into the gap S and collide, causing shaking and noise. However, because the inner attachment 3 abuts first, a continuous surface without gap S is formed between the side plates 31. The pulleys 6, 60 press against this surface without gap, thus suppressing noise generation. Therefore, it is better if the outer attachment 2 has the same width W1 as the inner attachment 3 and the outer attachments 2 abut against each other, or if the outer attachments 2 have a width W2 that is smaller than the width W1 of the inner attachment 3, then a gap S is left between the adjacent outer attachments 2, which makes it difficult for water or sand to be retained in the limiting recess of the outer attachments 2 described later.

[0065] At the front end of the innermost upright main body on the center line of the left and right side pieces 31, 31 of the inner attachment 3, flanges 34, 34 protruding towards each other inward in the left and right directions are provided, forming a space K (refer to) enclosed between the flanges 34, 34. Figure 10 The space K is formed according to the dimensions between the flanges 34, 34 of the inner attachment 3, creating a space that allows the flanges 70, 70 of the guide rail 7 to enter. This space K has sufficient clearance, allowing the inner attachment 3 to be restricted along the guide rail 7 while the track 1 rotates cyclically around the pulleys 6, 60. Therefore, even when lifted or when a force is applied that causes the track 1 to deflect or lift, the flanges 34 of the inner attachment 3 interfere with the flanges 70 of the guide rail 7, effectively preventing detachment.

[0066] Furthermore, the protrusion 30 of the aforementioned inner accessory 3 penetrates the through hole 40 of the belt body 4 and engages with the inner locking holes 21 of the outer accessory 2 (described later). Additionally, the locking pieces 32 at both ends are engaged and fixed in the locking holes 22 of the outer accessory 2. The lower outer peripheral side of the outer accessory 2 and the upper inner peripheral side of the inner accessory 3 are combined in a manner that clamps the belt body 4. Multiple sets of these combined outer accessories 2 and inner accessories 3 are installed in a strip-like form, covering the belt body 4 (see reference). Figure 12 ).

[0067] Figure 13A , Figure 13B Different embodiments of the inner attachment 3' are shown. These are embodiments where the flanges 34 and 70 described above face opposite directions.

[0068] In other words, such as Figure 13A As shown, the inner accessory 3' has flanges 34', 34' protruding outwards to the left and right at the upper end of a thick main body that stands upright in the center. On the other hand, the lower end of the guide rail 7' is formed into flanges 70', 70' protruding inwards to the left and right respectively, and a space K' is formed between these flanges 70', 70' (see reference). Figure 13B Therefore, the following positional relationship is set: the flanges 34', 34' of the inner attachment 3' enter the space K' surrounded by the opposing flanges 70', 70' of the guide rail 7', and one of the flanges 70', 34' overlaps with each other vertically, which is configured such that the inner attachment 3' is restricted along the guide rail 7' while the track 1 rotates cyclically around the pulleys 6, 60.

[0069] Next, the composition of outer annex 2 will be explained (refer to...). Figures 5-8 ).

[0070] The outer accessory 2 has a boat-like shape, including a base 20 that constitutes most of it, and side portions 24, 24 protruding from both ends of the base 20. The side portions 24 are formed by cutting off corners 24a to create space between adjacent outer accessories 2 and to achieve weight reduction; the side portions 24 are trapezoidal when viewed from above. Two inner locking holes 21, 21 are provided at the center of the base 20, corresponding to the two through holes 40, 40 arranged side-by-side with the belt body 4.

[0071] A weight-reducing portion 26 is formed in the base 20. To achieve lightweighting, the base 20 is formed by removing material from the upper surface to a degree that does not affect strength (rigidity). That is, the base 20 is formed by deeply removing material from the top in six areas to avoid the shape of the two inner locking holes 21, 21 that engage with the two protrusions 30, 30 on the inner side of the H-shaped inner attachment 3, thereby reducing the contact area of the belt body 4 and improving pressure.

[0072] In addition, locking holes 22 and 22 are respectively provided on the outer side portions 24 and 24 between the two ends. The locking holes 22 are designed to improve the locking force and facilitate insertion. The outer edge of the inclined portion 24 is formed by removing the upper part, which makes it wavy, so that the vertical locking piece 32 of the H-shaped inner accessory 3 can be inserted freely.

[0073] Furthermore, an upper protrusion 23 is formed between the inner locking hole 21 of the base 20 and the side portion 24. This upper protrusion 23 is inclined toward the side portion 24 and connected to the outer recess 25. The outer recess 25 is formed by the side portion 24 of the upper protrusion 23 and the inclined portion of the side portion 24 in a manner that allows it to be embedded in the side piece 31 of the H-shaped inner attachment 3.

[0074] The spacing between the protruding sides 24, 24 at both ends is set to a width dimension sufficient to accommodate and allow rotation of the side-by-side pulleys 6, 60 mounted on the main body of the track unit 5 (approximately 52 mm in this embodiment) (see reference). Figure 10 Specifically, the configuration is such that pulleys 6 and 60 stably rotate on the side plates 31, 31 of the inner attachment 3, which are located adjacent to the inner side of the side portion 24 and are combined with the outer attachment 2 (see reference). Figure 7A , Figure 7B , Figure 10 , Figure 11 , Figure 13B wait).

[0075] Furthermore, the ground contact surface 27 of the outer accessory 2 is formed in a curved shape with its center slightly bulging downwards (see reference). Figure 10 , Figure 13B In the case of a hand-pushed transport trolley A for poor road conditions, efforts are also made to reduce ground contact resistance and improve steering performance.

[0076] On the rear 20b of the base 20 of the outer accessory 2, a plurality of limiting protrusions 20c (20c') are provided, and on the front 20b' of the base 20, a plurality of limiting recesses 20d (20d') are provided. Specifically, two limiting protrusions 20c, 20c are provided on the inner side of the rear 20b (side) of the base 20, and limiting protrusions 20c', 20c' are provided on the outer side, for a total of four limiting protrusions 20c (20c'). On the front 20b' (side surface) of the base 20, there is an inner limiting recess 20d that is recessed to a depth and width sufficient to accommodate the two inner limiting protrusions 20c, 20c, and two outer limiting recesses 20d', 20d' that respectively accommodate the two outer limiting protrusions 20c', 20c' at positions corresponding to the two outer limiting protrusions 20c', 20c', respectively. The limiting recesses 20d and the two limiting recesses 20d', 20d' are positioned and limited to the following positional relationship: the limiting recesses 20d (20d') and the limiting protrusions 20c (20c') abut against each other in the vertical direction and do not move relative to each other. Alternatively, the limiting protrusions 20c (20c') can be provided on the front 20b' of the base 20, and the limiting recesses 20d (20d') can be provided on the rear 20b.

[0077] Therefore, by allowing the limiting protrusion 20c (20c') of one of the adjacent outer attachments 2, 2 to enter the limiting recess 20d (20d'), the vertical displacement of the outer attachments 2, 2 relative to each other is restricted, preventing the inner attachment 3 from detaching during driving. Alternatively, the limiting protrusion 20c (20c') and the limiting recess 20d (20d') can also be positioned such that they abut against each other in the left-right direction, simultaneously restricting displacement in both the vertical and left-right directions (see reference). Figure 12 (Relationship between the limiting protrusion 20c' and the limiting recess 20d').

[0078] In other words, the restrictive protrusion 20c (20c') enters the restrictive recess 20d (20d') of the rear 20b or front 20b' of the base 20, and the upper and lower surfaces of the front and rear 20b and 20b' are in contact with each other, restricting the vertical movement of adjacent outer attachments 2 and 2. Therefore, when in contact with the ground, it becomes a rigid track 1 that is connected in the horizontal direction and is in a straight state without bending (refer to...). Figure 1 , Figure 9 ), and such Figure 11 or Figure 12As shown, when bending along the outer periphery of the pulley 6, the track 1 becomes unrestricted due to the movement in the opening direction and the lack of entry, thus becoming a bent track.

[0079] In addition, the gap T between the bottom surfaces of the outer attachments 2 formed when the limiting protrusion of the rear 20b enters the limiting recess of the adjacent front 20b' is (see reference). Figure 9 , Figure 11 This design prevents sand and other contaminants from accumulating in the restricted recesses during use.

[0080] The outer surface of the aforementioned outer attachment 2 or inner attachment 3 (3') may also be appropriately coated with [material / material]. Figure 8 The shape of the texture pattern P is represented as dots. By applying this texture pattern P, hydrophobicity is improved, water droplets flow off easily, icing of the track 1 is reduced, it dries easily, and the appearance is also better.

[0081] Figure 14 The figure shows a transport trolley A for rough terrain constructed using the track unit 5 described above. In this figure, reference numeral A1 indicates a tubular platform mounted on the mounting plate 8 of the track unit 5 (track 1), and reference numeral A2 indicates a handle. It is also suitable for rough terrain conditions such as snowy roads, soft roads such as soil, and uneven surfaces.

[0082] The embodiments described above are based on the accompanying drawings. However, for the sake of prudence, it is hereby stated that the present invention is not limited to the examples shown in the drawings, but includes the scope of design changes and application variations that are commonly made by those skilled in the art without departing from its technical concept.

Claims

1. A tracked unit comprising a track that circulates around a plurality of pulleys rotatably mounted on a frame, characterized in that, The track is configured as a belt with multiple inner attachments inside the frame side. It has a pair of guide rail flanges protruding in the left-right direction from guide rails located on the outer periphery of the frame, and a pair of flanges protruding in the left-right direction from the outside of the guide rail flanges on the inner attachments. The positional relationship is such that the guide rail flanges enter the space surrounded by the flanges of the inner attachments, and the inner attachments and the guide rail flanges overlap vertically. This configuration restricts the inner attachments along the guide rails while allowing the track to circulate around the pulley. The track includes a belt body with through holes at designated locations and multiple outer attachments. The outer attachments and inner attachments are combined via the through holes to clamp the belt body, thus forming a track in which multiple inner attachments are arranged in a belt shape inside the frame side. The width of the inner attachment that forms a strip-shaped track in combination with the outer attachment is set to be greater than the width of the outer attachment in the front-to-back direction. The inner attachments are abutted against each other by adjacent inner attachments, and the adjacent outer attachments are abutted against each other or have gaps.

2. The track unit according to claim 1, characterized in that, A limiting recess is provided on one of the adjacent front and rear sides of the plurality of outer attachments, and a limiting protrusion is provided on the other side, the limiting protrusion entering the limiting recess, thereby positioning and limiting the outer attachments to each other.

3. The track unit according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, The guide rail is only located on the bottom edge of the outer perimeter of the frame, and the two ends of the guide rail open downwards to form a curved shape.

4. A transport trolley for poor road conditions, constructed using the tracked unit as described in any one of claims 1 to 3.
