[0070] Figure 2A This is a top view of a touch device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2B It is along Figure 2A A cross-sectional diagram of line A-A'. It must be noted here that... Figure 2A and Figure 2B The embodiments follow Figure 1 The component reference numerals and partial contents of the embodiments are described below, wherein the same or similar reference numerals are used to represent the same or similar components, and descriptions of the same technical content are omitted. For explanations of the omitted parts, please refer to the foregoing embodiments, and will not be repeated here.

[0071] Please refer to Figure 2A and Figure 2B The touch device 10 includes a substrate 100 and touch antenna units 110a, 110b, and 110c located on the substrate 100. In some embodiments, the touch device 10 further includes a dummy electrode DE.

[0072] Touch antenna units 110a, 110b, and 110c are arrayed on substrate 100, wherein touch antenna unit 110b is located between touch antenna units 110a and 110c.

[0073] Touch antenna units 110a, 110b, and 110c each include a first loop electrode 112, a second loop electrode 114, and a third loop electrode 116. In some embodiments, the first loop electrode 112, the second loop electrode 114, and the third loop electrode 116 each overlap a plurality of pixels in the display area (see reference). Figure 1 ).

[0074] The dummy electrode DE is located between the first loop electrode 112 and the second loop electrode 114, between the second loop electrode 114 and the third loop electrode 116, in the middle of the third loop electrode 116, and between adjacent touch antenna units 110a, 110b, and 110c. In some embodiments, the dummy electrode DE is at least partially located in the display area of the display device (see reference). Figure 1 )middle.

[0075] In some embodiments, the first loop electrode 112, the second loop electrode 114, the third loop electrode 116, and the dummy electrode DE are separate metal meshes. Figure 2A In the metal mesh structure M, the thicker lines are the dividing lines used to separate the first loop electrode 112, the second loop electrode 114, the third loop electrode 116, and the dummy electrode DE. It should be noted that... Figure 2A The metal mesh structure M shown is for illustrative purposes only. The mesh size and line width of the metal mesh structure M can be adjusted according to actual needs.

[0076] Each switching circuit C1, C2, and C3 is electrically connected to the corresponding touch antenna units 110a, 110b, and 110c. In this embodiment, switching circuits C1, C2, and C3 are electrically connected to touch antenna units 110a, 110b, and 110c, respectively. [0077] In this embodiment, the switching circuits C1, C2, and C3 are located in the bezel area of the display device (please refer to...). Figure 1 In some embodiments, the switching circuits C1, C2, and C3 can be directly formed on the substrate 100. In other embodiments, the switching circuits C1, C2, and C3 are disposed in a chip (not shown) or circuit board (not shown) externally connected to the substrate 100.

[0078] In this embodiment, switching circuits C1, C2, and C3 can independently switch the touch antenna units 110a, 110b, and 110c to touch mode (see reference). Figure 3A Antenna mode (please refer to) Figure 3B ) and interval mode (please refer to) Figure 3C Switching is performed between these circuits. Switching circuits C1, C2, and C3 have similar circuit structures. Figures 3A to 3C The various modes of the touch antenna unit and switching circuit are illustrated using touch antenna unit 110a and switching circuit C1 as examples. For information on the various modes of switching circuits C2 and C3, and touch antenna units 110b and 110c, please refer to [reference needed]. Figures 3A to 3C The switching circuit C1 and the touch antenna unit 110a will not be described in detail here.

[0079] Figure 3A This is a schematic diagram of a touch antenna unit and switching circuit in touch mode according to an embodiment of the present invention. [0090] In touch mode, the first end 112a of the first loop electrode 112 is electrically connected to the first signal line SL1 via a corresponding switching circuit C1. The second end 112b of the first loop electrode 112 is electrically connected to the second signal line SL2 via the corresponding switching circuit C1. The first signal line SL1 is electrically connected to the second signal line SL2 via the switching circuit C1 and the first loop electrode 112. In some embodiments, in touch mode, the first signal line SL1 and the second signal line SL2 are adapted to transmit and / or receive touch signals. [0091] In touch mode, the third terminal 114a of the second loop electrode 114 is electrically connected to the third signal line SL3 via a corresponding switching circuit C1. The fourth terminal 114b of the second loop electrode 114 is electrically connected to the fourth signal line SL4 via a corresponding switching circuit C1. The third signal line SL3 is electrically connected to the fourth signal line SL4 via the switching circuit C1 and the second loop electrode 114. In some embodiments, in touch mode, the third signal line SL3 and the fourth signal line SL4 are adapted to transmit and / or receive touch signals. In some embodiments, in touch mode, the fourth signal line SL4 is electrically connected to the operating voltage, while the third signal line SL3 is electrically connected to the ground voltage.

[0092] In touch mode, the fifth terminal 116a of the third loop electrode 116 is electrically connected to the fifth signal line SL5 through the corresponding switching circuit C1, and the sixth terminal 116b of the third loop electrode 116 is electrically connected to the sixth signal line SL6 through the corresponding switching circuit C1. In some embodiments, in touch mode, the fifth signal line SL5 and the sixth signal line SL6 are adapted to transmit and / or receive touch signals. In some embodiments, in touch mode, the sixth signal line SL6 is electrically connected to the operating voltage, while the fifth signal line SL5 is electrically connected to the ground voltage.

[0093] In touch mode, the first loop electrode 112, the second loop electrode 114, and the third loop electrode 116 can serve as independent and separate touch electrodes. For example, the first loop electrode 112, the second loop electrode 114, and the third loop electrode 116 can all serve as touch electrodes for a self-contained touch device.

[0094] Figure 3B This is a schematic diagram of a touch antenna unit and switching circuit in antenna mode according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0095] In antenna mode, switch the third switch SW3, the fifth switch SW5, the sixth switch SW6, the seventh switch SW7, the eighth switch SW8, and the eleventh switch SW11 to the on state, and switch the first switch SW1, the second switch SW2, the fourth switch SW4, the ninth switch SW9, the tenth switch SW10, and the twelfth switch SW12 to the off state.

[0096] In antenna mode, the first terminal 112a of the first loop electrode 112 is electrically connected to the first signal line SL1 via a corresponding switching circuit C1. The second terminal 112b of the first loop electrode 112 is electrically connected to the third terminal 114a of the second loop electrode 114 via a corresponding switching circuit C1. The fourth terminal 114b of the second loop electrode 114 is electrically connected to the fifth terminal 116a of the third loop electrode 116 via a corresponding switching circuit C1, and the sixth terminal 116b of the third loop electrode 116 is electrically connected to the sixth signal line SL6 via a corresponding switching circuit C1. In some embodiments, in antenna mode, the first signal line SL1 and the sixth signal line SL6 are adapted to transmit and / or receive antenna signals. In some embodiments, in antenna mode, the sixth signal line SL6 and the first signal line SL1 are electrically connected to the operating voltage and operate in AC mode.

[0097] In antenna mode, the second signal line SL2, the third signal line SL3, the fourth signal line SL4, and the fifth signal line SL5 are not directly electrically coupled to the touch antenna unit 110a. In antenna mode, the first loop electrode 112, the second loop electrode 114, and the third loop electrode 116 can function as antennas electrically connected to each other. For example, the first loop electrode 112, the second loop electrode 114, and the third loop electrode 116 can function as near-field communication (NFC) antennas and can provide high-frequency signals.

[0098] Figure 3C This is a schematic diagram of a touch antenna unit and switching circuit in interval mode according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0099] In the spaced-out mode, the first loop electrode 112, the second loop electrode 114, and the third loop electrode 116 are either floating or electrically connected to ground. For example, in... Figure 3C In the process, the first switch SW1 to the twelfth switch SW12 are all switched to the closed state. In the interval mode, the first loop electrode 112, the second loop electrode 114, and the third loop electrode 116 do not form a complete circuit loop and are floating.

[0100] In other embodiments, the first loop electrode 112, the second loop electrode 114, and the third loop electrode 116 are electrically connected to ground by adjusting the signals on the first signal line SL1 to the sixth signal line SL6. For example, in other embodiments, the first switch SW1 to the twelfth switch SW12 have the same state in both the interval mode and the touch mode (i.e., the first switch SW1, the second switch SW2, the fourth switch SW4, the ninth switch SW9, the tenth switch SW10, and the twelfth switch SW12 are switched to the on state, and the third switch SW3, the fifth switch SW5, the sixth switch SW6, the seventh switch SW7, the eighth switch SW8, and the eleventh switch SW11 are switched to the off state). At the same time, a ground voltage (or 0V) is applied to all the first signal lines SL1 to the sixth signal line SL6 so that no current flows through the first loop electrode 112, the second loop electrode 114, and the third loop electrode 116.

[0101] In other embodiments, the first switches SW1 to the twelfth switches SW12 have the same state in both the spacing mode and the antenna mode (i.e., the third switch SW3, the fifth switch SW5, the sixth switch SW6, the seventh switch SW7, the eighth switch SW8, and the eleventh switch SW11 are switched to the on state, and the first switch SW1, the second switch SW2, the fourth switch SW4, the ninth switch SW9, the tenth switch SW10, and the twelfth switch SW12 are switched to the off state). Simultaneously, a ground voltage is applied to the first signal line SL1 and the sixth signal line SL6 to prevent current from flowing through the first loop electrode 112, the second loop electrode 114, and the third loop electrode 116.

[0102] Figure 4 This is a signal waveform diagram of a switching circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 4 In this system, the switch is in the open state when under high voltage and in the closed state when under low voltage. For example, the first switch SW1 to the twelfth switch SW12 are transistors, while... Figure 4 This displays the gate voltage of the transistor. When the gate voltage is high, the transistor is in the on state; when the gate voltage is low, the transistor is in the off state.

[0103] Please refer to Figure 3A , Figure 3B as well as Figure 4 By adjusting the opening or closing of the first switch SW1 to the twelfth switch SW12, the touch antenna unit and the corresponding switching circuit can be switched between touch mode TP and antenna mode NFC.

[0104] Figure 5 This is a signal waveform diagram of a second signal line SL2, a fourth signal line SL4, and a sixth signal line SL6 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Please also refer to... Figure 3A , Figure 4 and Figure 5 During the touch mode TP, signals are provided to the second signal line SL2, the fourth signal line SL4, and the sixth signal line SL6, respectively.

[0105] Please return to Figure 2A In some embodiments, one or more touch antenna units and their corresponding one or more switching circuits are switched to touch mode, and another or more touch antenna units and their corresponding other or more switching circuits are switched to antenna mode.

[0106] For example, within the same frame, touch antenna unit 110a and switching circuit C1 are switched to touch mode, while touch antenna unit 110c and switching circuit C3 are switched to antenna mode. To avoid interference between touch signals and antenna signals within the same frame, touch antenna unit 110b and switching circuit C2 are switched to interval mode, thereby ensuring that touch antenna unit 110a in touch mode is not adjacent to touch antenna unit 110c in antenna mode.

[0107] In other embodiments, within the same frame, touch antenna units 110a, 110b, 110c and switching circuits C1, C2, C3 are all switched to touch mode, and in the next frame, touch antenna units 110a, 110b, 110c and switching circuits C1, C2, C3 are all switched to antenna mode. In some embodiments, within the same frame, touch antenna units 110a, 110c and switching circuits C1, C3 are all switched to antenna mode, while touch antenna unit 110b and switching circuit C2 are switched to spacing mode, thereby ensuring that touch antenna units 110a and 110c in antenna mode are not adjacent to each other, thus reducing mutual interference between antenna signals.

[0108] In some embodiments, the touch antenna units 110a, 110b, 110c and the switching circuits C1, C3, C3 switch between touch mode, interval mode and antenna mode, thereby enabling each touch antenna unit of the touch device 10 to have touch function and antenna function.

[0109] Figure 6 This is a top view of a touch device according to an embodiment of the present invention. It should be noted that... Figure 6 The embodiments follow Figure 2A and Figure 2B The component reference numerals and partial contents of the embodiments are described below, wherein the same or similar reference numerals are used to represent the same or similar components, and descriptions of the same technical content are omitted. For explanations of the omitted parts, please refer to the foregoing embodiments, and will not be repeated here.
