Aluminum plate strip purging and drying device

Abstract

This invention discloses an aluminum strip blowing and drying device, comprising a frame with a first conveyor roller and a second conveyor roller for conveying aluminum strips. The frame also includes a blowing mechanism and a drying mechanism, located between the first and second conveyor rollers, with the drying mechanism at the end of the blowing mechanism. The blowing mechanism includes a first tube section and two second tube sections, each hinged to the two ends of the first tube section. Both the first and second tube sections have multiple inclined nozzles facing the surface of the aluminum strip. The first tube section is perpendicular to the direction of travel of the aluminum strip, and its body has two driving devices for driving the corresponding second tube sections to swing around their ends. This invention allows the drying mechanism to adjust its operation in tandem with the blowing mechanism, providing coordinated operation and more comprehensive blowing and drying, better adapting to the blowing and drying needs of aluminum strips of different specifications.
