Abstract

The application designs a continuous casting secondary cooling water quantity dynamic optimization method, and belongs to the technical field of steelmaking and continuous casting. First, production information of the casting blank in the continuous casting production process is acquired, including thermal physical parameters of the casting blank and parameters of the continuous casting machine equipment; a non-steady heat transfer model is established according to the related parameters of the casting blank, and initial conditions and boundary conditions thereof are determined; according to the boundary conditions and the initial conditions, the non-steady heat transfer model is solved by using the finite difference method to obtain the temperature distribution of the casting blank at this moment; then, the heat exchange coefficient of the model is solved by using a hybrid co-ordinate gradient algorithm to obtain the optimal heat exchange coefficient in the non-steady heat transfer model; and finally, the secondary cooling water quantity is dynamically solved. The technical scheme of the application provides a new method for the secondary cooling water control in the casting blank production process of a steel plant, and helps to improve the production quality of the steel blank.
