Claims
1. A dental handpiece comprising: a tubular main housing; an insert-constituting body configured to include an ultrasonic vibrator, the insert-constituting body being housed in the main housing with a tip end portion of the insert-constituting body blocking a housing tip end of the main housing and a rear end portion of the insert-constituting body blocking a housing rear end of the main housing; a tip connecting portion provided at the tip end portion of the insert-constituting body to detachably connect a dental tool tip that transmits ultrasonic vibrations from the ultrasonic vibrator; and a cleaning liquid flow path that guides a cleaning liquid supplied from a cleaning liquid injection port provided at the rear end portion of the insert-constituting body to a housing tip end portion of the main housing, the cleaning liquid flow path having a housing-internal immersion flow path that immerses the insert-constituting body in the cleaning liquid within the main housing and discharges the cleaning liquid in which the insert-constituting body is immersed from the housing tip end portion, the insert-constituting body including a casing member disposed inside the main housing to cover an outer side of the ultrasonic vibrator, the housing-internal immersion flow path including an inner side flow path between the ultrasonic vibrator and the casing member and an outer side flow path between the casing member and the main housing.
2. The dental handpiece according to claim 1, wherein a through hole that communicates the inner side flow path and the outer side flow path is formed in the casing member.
3. The dental handpiece according to claim 1 or 2, wherein at least one of an inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the casing member is formed with a protrusion that protrudes in a thickness direction of the casing member or a recess that is recessed in the thickness direction.
4. The dental handpiece according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the ultrasonic vibrator includes an ultrasonic vibration source and a vibration transmission member that transmits ultrasonic vibrations generated from the ultrasonic vibration source to the dental tool tip, the casing member includes a tip end side collar that covers between the ultrasonic vibration source and a tip end portion of the vibration transmission member and a rear end side collar that covers between the ultrasonic vibration source and the cleaning liquid injection port having an injection port that supplies the cleaning liquid to the cleaning liquid flow path.
5. The dental handpiece according to claim 4, wherein at least one of the tip end side collar and the rear end side collar is constituted by a pair of collar halves that are semi-split tubular, the collar halves having a claw portion provided at either one and a receiving portion provided at the other one that are engaged with each other when the collar halves are combined with each other.
6. The dental handpiece according to claim 5, wherein the claw portion is surrounded by a slit formed in the collar half.
7. The dental handpiece according to claim 1, wherein the housing-internal immersion flow path has: a flow path narrowing portion that gradually reduces a flow path cross-sectional area of the outer side flow path from the rear end portion side of the main housing toward the tip end portion side; a flow path restricting portion that restricts a part of a flow of the cleaning liquid of the outer side flow path by bringing the casing member and a part of the main housing into contact with each other at a tip end of the flow path narrowing portion; and a flow path expanding portion that gradually increases the flow path cross-sectional area of the outer side flow path from the flow path restricting portion toward the tip end portion side. 7. The dental handpiece of claim 1 or 2, wherein, 8. The dental handpiece of claim 7, wherein, a flow path again narrowing portion in which a flow path cross-sectional area of the outer flow path gradually decreases from the flow path expanding portion toward the tip end portion side; and an outer flow path restricting portion in which the housing member and a portion of the main body housing are in contact with each other to restrict a portion of the flow of the outer flow path on the tip end portion side of the flow path again narrowing portion, the dental handpiece discharges the cleaning liquid from the inner flow path and the outer flow path from different discharge ports around the tip connection portion, respectively.
9. The dental handpiece according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the cleaning liquid flow path includes a main body side water injection flow path that is connected to a tip side water injection flow path of the dental handpiece tip through a through hole along a center axis of the insert body.
10. A dental handpiece with a cleaning adapter, comprising: the dental handpiece according to claim 9; and a cleaning adapter that is detachably connected to a rear end of the dental handpiece and guides the cleaning liquid supplied from an external device to the housing inner immersion flow path and the main body side water injection flow path.
11. The dental handpiece with a cleaning joint according to claim 10, wherein, the cleaning adapter includes: an external connection portion that is connected to the external device that supplies the cleaning liquid; a liquid injection side storage portion that stores the cleaning liquid supplied from the external connection portion; a central flow path that is in communication with the liquid injection side storage portion and is connected to the main body side water injection flow path of the dental handpiece; and a plurality of peripheral flow paths that are in communication with the liquid injection side storage portion and are connected to the housing inner immersion flow path of the dental handpiece.
12. The dental handpiece with a cleaning joint according to claim 10, wherein, the cleaning adapter includes: an external connection portion that is connected to the external device that supplies the cleaning liquid; a central flow path and a plurality of peripheral flow paths that are in communication with the external connection portion, the central flow path is connected to the main body side water injection flow path of the dental handpiece, and the plurality of peripheral flow paths are connected to the housing inner immersion flow path of the dental handpiece; and a liquid delivery side storage portion that is provided between the plurality of peripheral flow paths and the housing inner immersion flow path of the dental handpiece, stores the cleaning liquid delivered from the plurality of peripheral flow paths, and supplies the cleaning liquid to the housing inner immersion flow path.
13. The dental handpiece with a cleaning adapter according to claim 11 or 12, wherein the external connection portion has a recess portion that is in communication with the central flow path and the peripheral flow paths, an internal thread that is connected to a cleaning liquid supply port of the external device is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the recess portion.
14. The dental handpiece with a cleaning adapter according to claim 11 or 12, wherein the external connection portion has a cylindrical protrusion portion that protrudes in an axial direction, an inner side of the cylindrical protrusion portion is in communication with the central flow path and the peripheral flow paths.
15. The dental handpiece with a cleaning adapter according to claim 11 or 12, wherein the external connection portion has a cleaning liquid injection hole that is in communication with the central flow path and the peripheral flow paths, an outer side opening of the cleaning liquid injection hole is formed on a groove bottom surface of a groove that is engaged with the external device.
