A pulsator assembly for a washing machine, comprising: a pulsator body; a UV lamp arranged on the pulsator body; characterized in that further comprising a reflecting device rotatably mounted on the pulsator body for receiving UV light emitted by the UV lamp and reflecting the UV light outwardly, the reflecting device being rotatable relative to the pulsator body; the reflecting device comprising a support member mounted on the pulsator body and protruding from an upper surface of the pulsator body, a side surface of the support member being provided with a plurality of reflecting sheets arranged from a lower end to an upper end of the side surface, the reflecting sheets being configured to reflect the UV light; the pulsator body being provided with water-repellent ribs extending radially from the pulsator body, the UV lamp being arranged below the water-repellent ribs, the water-repellent ribs being provided with light-transmitting holes, and a top portion of the water-repellent ribs having a slope surface extending outwardly from the pulsator body and gradually increasing in height, the light-transmitting holes being arranged on the slope surface in a radial direction of the pulsator body.

2. A pulsator assembly according to claim 1, wherein the reflecting device is arranged at a central region of the pulsator body and configured to reflect the UV light outwardly.

3. A pulsator assembly according to claim 2, wherein an axis of rotation of the reflecting device coincides with an axis of the pulsator body.

4. A pulsator assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the reflecting device is arranged to protrude from the upper surface of the pulsator body, and a side surface of the reflecting device is configured to receive the UV light and reflect the UV light outwardly.

5. A pulsator assembly according to claim 4, wherein the side surface of the reflecting device gradually approaches a central region of the reflecting device from a lower end to an upper end of the side surface.

6. A pulsator assembly according to claim 5, wherein the reflecting sheets are arranged along a circumferential direction of the support member and surround the side surface of the support member.

7. A pulsator assembly according to claim 6, wherein an area of the reflecting sheets gradually decreases from a lower end to an upper end of the support member.

8. A pulsator assembly according to claim 7, wherein the UV lamps are arranged below the water-repellent ribs, and the UV lamps are arranged one-to-one below the light-transmitting holes.

9. A pulsator assembly according to claim 8, wherein a washing machine comprising the pulsator assembly of any one of claims 1-9.
