Abstract
Description
[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the State Intellectual Property Office on November 26, 2021, with application number 202111435820.X and application name “A handle assembly and a skipping rope”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference in this application. Technical Field
[0002] The embodiments of the present application relate to the field of sports equipment, and in particular to a handle assembly and a skipping rope. Background Art
[0003] Rope skipping is a whole-body aerobic exercise that can improve physical fitness and mental health, as well as reduce weight. The existing rope skipping includes two handles and a rope connected between the two handles. When in use, the user holds a handle in each hand and swings the handle to achieve the swing of the rope.
[0004] Since users of different heights / weights require different lengths of skipping ropes, it is very inconvenient for users to freely adjust the length of a fixed-length skipping rope. Currently, the prior art provides an adjustable-length skipping rope with a simpler folding structure, which folds the excess rope in half and leaves it at the handle. However, the excess rope will hinder movement and may hit the user's arm during movement. Summary of the invention
[0005] The embodiments of the present application provide a handle assembly and a skipping rope, which have a simple structure and can adjust the length of the rope by operating an adjusting wheel.
[0006] In order to achieve the above purpose, the embodiment of the present application adopts the following technical solution:
[0007] In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a handle assembly, which includes a mounting shell, a winding shaft, and an adjusting wheel. The mounting shell has a receiving groove, and the winding shaft is rotatably mounted in the receiving groove. The winding shaft is used to fix one end of the wire rope, and part of the outer circumference of the winding shaft is used for winding the wire rope; a gap is formed between the outer circumference of the winding shaft and the inner wall of the receiving groove, and the gap is used to accommodate the wire rope wound on the outer circumference of the winding shaft, and the other end of the wire rope passes through the wire outlet of the mounting shell. The adjusting wheel is movably mounted on the winding shaft, and is used to switch the winding shaft between a locked state and a free state. When the winding shaft is in a locked state, the winding shaft is circumferentially limited to the mounting shell to limit the length of the wire rope outside the mounting shell; when the winding shaft is in a free state, the winding shaft can rotate relative to the mounting shell to adjust the length of the wire rope outside the mounting shell.
[0008] The handle assembly provided by the embodiment of the present application has a winding shaft rotatably installed in the mounting shell, and one end of the rope can be fixed to the winding shaft and partially wound around the outer periphery of the winding shaft. When the adjusting wheel is operated to switch the winding shaft to a free state, the length of the rope wound around the outer periphery of the winding shaft can be increased or decreased by rotating the winding shaft in two rotation directions respectively to collect or release the wire, thereby adjusting the length of the rope passing through the mounting shell. In addition, the length of the rope passing through the mounting shell can be increased by pinching the exposed rope with the hand and pulling it outward. When the adjusting wheel is operated to switch the winding shaft to a locked state, the winding shaft will be limited to the mounting shell along the circumferential direction, limiting the length of the rope passing through the mounting shell. The handle assembly contains fewer parts and has a simple structure. The length of the rope can be adjusted by operating the adjusting wheel, and it is easy to use. Compared with the existing skipping rope with a folded structure, the handle assembly of the present application does not have the situation where the excess rope hinders the movement, and the user experience is better.
[0009] In combination with the first aspect, in a first possible implementation of the first aspect, the winding shaft has a first end and a second end that are arranged opposite to each other, and the first end or the middle part of the winding shaft is used to fix one end of the wire rope. The outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft is a smooth surface, and a part of the wire rope can be wound around the outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft in a circle from the first end to the second end of the winding shaft. The outlet is located at the second end of the mounting shell close to the winding shaft, and the inner diameter of the outlet is adapted to the outer diameter of the wire rope. The handle assembly of the embodiment of the present application does not need to be provided with a spiral groove on the winding shaft, nor does it need to be provided with a long strip window on the mounting shell or to increase the wire guide mechanism, so that the wire rope can be arranged in order on the outer periphery of the winding shaft and in the receiving groove of the mounting shell. The outlet for the wire rope to pass through the mounting shell in the handle assembly of the present application can be made smaller, and the outlet has a limiting effect on the wire rope passing through the mounting shell. The difference in the force of the two handle assemblies on the user's hands is small, and the two handle assemblies are balanced in force, and the user experience is improved. A smaller outlet is provided in the mounting shell to obtain a better appearance. In addition, there is no need to set up a wire mechanism, the structure is simple, and the wire jamming during adjustment is reduced.
[0010] In combination with the first possible implementation of the first aspect, in a second possible implementation of the first aspect, the outer circumferential surface of the winding shaft for winding the wire rope is provided with a taper, and the outer diameter of the winding shaft gradually increases in the direction from the first end to the second end of the winding shaft. During the rotation of the rotating shaft, the wire rope is wound on the tapered outer circumferential surface of the winding shaft, and under the force of the next circle of wire rope on the previous circle of wire rope, the previous circle of wire rope is more likely to slide toward the wire rope fixing position of the winding shaft, so that the wire rope will be wound around the winding shaft one circle at a time starting from the wire rope fixing position.
[0011] In combination with the first possible implementation or the second possible implementation of the first aspect, in a third possible implementation of the first aspect, the gap can accommodate a layer of wire rope wound around the outer circumference of the winding shaft. By setting appropriate sizes for the mounting shell, the winding shaft, and the wire rope, only one circle of wire rope can be wound in the radial direction of the winding shaft. In the direction from the first end to the second end of the winding shaft, the wire rope will be wound around the winding shaft one circle at a time starting from the wire rope fixed position without causing confusion of the wire rope.
[0012] In combination with any one of the first possible implementation manner to the third possible implementation manner of the first aspect, in a fourth possible implementation manner of the first aspect, rounded corners are set on the edge of the wire outlet, which can reduce the friction between the wire rope and the inner wall of the wire outlet of the mounting shell when adjusting the wire rope, thereby facilitating the entry and exit of the wire rope at the wire outlet.
[0013] In combination with any one of the first possible implementation manner to the fourth possible implementation manner of the first aspect, in a fifth possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the mounting shell is provided with a rolling element for guiding the wire rope near the wire outlet, and during the process of adjusting the wire rope, there is rolling friction between the rolling element and the wire rope, which effectively reduces the friction force of the wire rope and facilitates the adjustment of the wire rope.
[0014] In combination with any one of the first possible implementation to the fifth possible implementation of the first aspect, in a sixth possible implementation of the first aspect, the inner wall of the receiving groove is provided with a taper, and the inner diameter of the inner wall of the receiving groove gradually increases in the direction from the first end to the second end of the winding shaft. When the wire is released by turning the adjusting wheel, the inner diameter of the receiving groove at the second end of the winding shaft is made larger, so that the friction between the wire rope and the inner wall of the receiving groove can be reduced, and the wire rope can be sent out easily when the adjusting wheel is turned.
[0015] In combination with any one of the first to sixth possible implementations of the first aspect, in a seventh possible implementation of the first aspect, the handle assembly further comprises a handle body, the mounting shell is rotatably mounted on the handle body, and the rotation axis of the mounting shell coincides with the rotation axis of the winding shaft. By rotating the mounting shell relative to the handle body, the rope can be shaken quickly during rope skipping, the rope will not get tangled, and the user experience is better.
[0016] In combination with any one of the seventh possible implementations of the first aspect, in an eighth possible implementation of the first aspect, the first end of the winding shaft is arranged toward the handle body, and the second end of the winding shaft is arranged away from the handle body. That is, the wire rope fixing position of the winding shaft is arranged close to the handle body, and the wire outlet is at a position of the mounting shell away from the handle body. Or, the second end of the winding shaft is arranged toward the handle body, and the first end of the winding shaft is arranged away from the handle body. That is, the wire rope fixing position of the winding shaft is arranged away from the handle body, and the wire outlet is at a position of the mounting shell close to the handle body.
[0017] In combination with any one of the first aspect to the eighth possible implementation of the first aspect, in a ninth possible implementation of the first aspect, the mounting shell has a cover body, and the winding shaft is limited to the cover body along the axial direction of the winding shaft; the cover body or the winding shaft is provided with a gear ring; the adjusting wheel is sleeved or inserted into one end of the winding shaft, and the adjusting wheel can move between the first position and the second position along the axial direction of the winding shaft; when the adjusting wheel is in the first position, the convex teeth of the adjusting wheel and the gear ring are meshed, and the adjusting wheel is limited to the cover body along the circumferential direction; when the adjusting wheel is in the second position, the convex teeth of the adjusting wheel and the gear ring are separated, and the winding shaft can rotate relative to the cover body. By changing the position of the adjusting wheel along the axial direction of the winding shaft, the winding shaft can be switched between the locked state and the free state, which is easy to operate. The gear ring has a plurality of tooth grooves arranged circumferentially, and the convex teeth of the adjusting wheel can cooperate with the tooth grooves of the gear ring. When the length of the wire rope needs to be limited, the axial position of the adjusting wheel is changed, and the convex teeth of the adjusting wheel are meshed with the gear ring, so that the winding shaft is switched to the locked state, and the adjusting wheel and the winding shaft cannot rotate, thereby limiting the length of the wire rope passing through the mounting shell. When the length of the wire rope needs to be adjusted, the axial position of the adjusting wheel is changed, and the convex teeth of the adjusting wheel are separated from the gear ring, so that the winding shaft is switched to the free state and can rotate, and the length of the wire rope passing through the mounting shell can be adjusted as needed.
[0018] In combination with the ninth possible implementation of the first aspect, in the tenth possible implementation of the first aspect, the gear ring is arranged on the cover body and is coaxially arranged with the through hole of the cover body, the winding shaft is passed through the through hole and can rotate relative to the cover body, the winding shaft and the adjusting wheel are connected by a pin, the pin is installed on the winding shaft along the radial direction of the winding shaft, the adjusting wheel has a guide groove extending along the axis of the adjusting wheel, and the end of the pin is slidably installed in the guide groove. When the winding shaft is assembled, the winding shaft passes through the through hole of the cover body, and the outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft cooperates with the through hole so that the winding shaft can rotate relative to the cover body. When the winding shaft is switched to a free state and the adjusting wheel rotates, the adjusting wheel drives the winding shaft to rotate through the pin, so that the two rotate synchronously relative to the cover body. When the axial position of the adjusting wheel is changed, since the axial position of the winding shaft has been limited, the moving range of the adjusting wheel is limited by the pin installed on the winding shaft and the guide groove of the adjusting wheel, so that the adjusting wheel can move between the first position and the second position along the axial direction of the winding shaft.
[0019] In combination with the tenth possible implementation of the first aspect, in the eleventh possible implementation of the first aspect, an elastic terminal is provided on the outer circumference of the adjusting wheel, and a first groove and a second groove are provided at intervals on the inner circumference of the adjusting wheel. When the adjusting wheel is in the first position, the elastic terminal is disposed against the first groove to limit the axial position of the adjusting wheel so that the convex tooth and the gear ring remain meshed, thereby limiting the length of the line extending out of the mounting shell. When the adjusting wheel is in the second position, the elastic terminal is disposed against the second groove to limit the axial position of the adjusting wheel so that the convex tooth and the gear ring remain separated, thereby effectively reducing the possibility of the convex tooth entering the gear ring during the process of winding or releasing the line.
[0020] In combination with the ninth possible implementation of the first aspect, in the twelfth possible implementation of the first aspect, the gear ring is provided on the cover body and is coaxially arranged with the through hole of the cover body, the adjusting wheel is passed through the through hole, the winding shaft has a limiting groove extending along the axis of the adjusting wheel, and the convex tooth is slidably installed in the limiting groove, so that the adjusting wheel can move between the first position and the second position along the axial direction of the winding shaft. The cross-sectional shape of the limiting groove of the winding shaft and a tooth groove of the gear ring are the same, and both extend along the axis of the winding shaft, so that the convex tooth of the adjusting wheel can slide in a tooth groove of the gear ring and the limiting groove, so that the adjusting wheel can move along the axial direction of the winding shaft. When the convex tooth of the adjusting wheel slides to the limiting groove and a tooth groove of the gear ring, that is, the convex tooth is meshed with the limiting groove and a tooth groove of the gear ring at the same time, the adjusting wheel moves to the first position, and the adjusting wheel and the winding shaft are circumferentially limited on the cover body and cannot rotate. By pushing the adjusting wheel inward to the second position, the convex teeth of the adjusting wheel slide to the limiting groove, the convex teeth and the limiting groove remain engaged, and the convex teeth separate the gear ring, so that the adjusting wheel can be rotated and the winding shaft can be driven to rotate, so that the adjusting wheel and the winding shaft can rotate synchronously relative to the cover body.
[0021] In combination with the twelfth possible implementation of the first aspect, in the thirteenth possible implementation of the first aspect, the cover body is movably mounted with a button, or the mounting shell is outer-mounted with a cylindrical shell having a wire passing opening and the cylindrical shell is movably mounted with a button; a first elastic member is provided between the adjusting wheel and the winding shaft. When the button is not pressed, under the elastic force of the first elastic member, the adjusting wheel is in the first position, and the adjusting wheel is against the button. When the button is pressed, the button is against the adjusting wheel, the adjusting wheel switches to the second position, and the first elastic member is compressed. By providing the first elastic member between the adjusting wheel and the winding shaft, the adjusting wheel after being pressed has the ability to reset after being released, so that the operability is better.
[0022] In combination with the thirteenth possible implementation of the first aspect, in the fourteenth possible implementation of the first aspect, the adjusting wheel has a positioning column, and the end of the positioning column can be slidably installed in the positioning groove of the winding shaft; the first elastic member is sleeved outside the positioning column, and the two ends of the first elastic member are respectively against the winding shaft and the adjusting wheel. In this way, the position of the first elastic member can be defined. Through the cooperation of the positioning column and the positioning groove, the winding shaft can be more stably supported on the adjusting wheel. Or, the winding shaft has a positioning groove, and the two ends of the first elastic member are respectively against the bottom surface of the positioning groove and the adjusting wheel. In this way, the first elastic member is easy to assemble and the position of the first elastic member can be defined.
[0023] In combination with the thirteenth possible implementation or the fourteenth possible implementation of the first aspect, in the fifteenth possible implementation of the first aspect, the button and the adjusting wheel are connected by an elastic torsion piece, and the elastic torsion piece is used to provide torque to the winding shaft when the button is pressed, so that the winding shaft rotates and the wire rope is automatically wound around the outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft. By arranging an elastic torsion piece between the button and the adjusting wheel, and twisting the elastic torsion piece in a predetermined direction to store energy, the elastic torsion piece will release energy when it is twisted in the opposite direction, driving the winding shaft to rotate and reset for multiple turns, so that the wire rope wound on the winding shaft has an inward contraction force, and the wire rope can automatically shrink to the inside of the mounting shell and be wound around the outside of the winding shaft. After the elastic torsion piece is configured, the operation of retracting and releasing the wire is simpler.
[0024] In combination with any one of the thirteenth to fifteenth possible implementations of the first aspect, in a sixteenth possible implementation of the first aspect, the cover body has a guide groove extending along the axis of the adjusting wheel, the buckle position of the key is slidably mounted in the guide groove, and a blocking wall is provided at the end of the guide groove to limit the movement range of the key. The guide groove of the cover body and the buckle position of the key limit the key to move linearly relative to the cover body but cannot rotate, and the blocking wall of the cover limits the movement range of the key, thereby reducing the possibility of the key detaching from the cover body during movement.
[0025] In the case where a cylindrical shell with a wire-passing opening is provided on the outer shell of the installation shell and a key is movably installed on the cylindrical shell, the cylindrical shell has a guide groove extending along the axis of the adjusting wheel, the buckle position of the key is slidably installed in the guide groove, and a blocking wall is provided at the end of the guide groove to limit the moving range of the key. The guide groove of the cylindrical shell and the buckle position of the key limit the linear movement of the key relative to the cylindrical shell and cannot rotate, and the blocking wall of the cylindrical shell limits the moving range of the key, thereby reducing the possibility of the key detaching from the cylindrical shell during the movement.
[0026] In combination with the ninth possible implementation of the first aspect, in the seventeenth possible implementation of the first aspect, the gear ring is provided on the winding shaft and is located in the receiving groove and is coaxially arranged with the through hole of the cover body, the winding shaft includes a winding portion for winding a wire rope and a shaft portion coaxially connected to the winding portion, the winding portion is located in the receiving groove, the shaft portion is passed through the adjusting wheel and can rotate relative to the adjusting wheel; the adjusting wheel is slidably installed at the through hole along the axial direction of the winding shaft, and the convex tooth is provided at one end of the adjusting wheel close to the winding portion and is located in the receiving groove. The shaft portion in the winding shaft passes through the adjusting wheel, and the adjusting wheel is slidably installed at the through hole of the cover body along the axial direction, so that the adjusting wheel can move between the first position and the second position along the axial direction of the winding shaft. When the button is pressed, the button is against the floating member, the adjusting wheel switches to the second position, and the second elastic member is compressed. By connecting the floating member to the end of the adjusting wheel passing through the cover body, and providing the second elastic member between the floating member and the cover body, the adjusting wheel after being pressed has the ability to reset after being released, so that the operability is better.

By arranging an elastic torsion piece between the cover body and the shaft portion, and twisting the elastic torsion piece in a predetermined direction to store energy, the energy will be released when the elastic torsion piece is twisted in the opposite direction, driving the winding shaft to rotate and reset for multiple turns, so that the wire rope wound on the winding shaft has an inward contraction force, and the wire rope can automatically shrink into the inside of the mounting shell and be wound around the outside of the winding portion. The elastic torsion member is arranged in the cylindrical portion, and the button is sleeved on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion, so that the radial space is fully utilized to make the axial size of the handle assembly smaller.

The guide groove of the cover body and the buckle position of the key limit the key to move linearly relative to the cover body and cannot rotate, and the blocking wall of the cover limits the movement range of the key, thereby reducing the possibility of the key detaching from the cover body during movement.
[0032] In the case where a cylindrical shell with a wire-passing opening is provided on the outer shell of the installation shell and a key is movably installed on the cylindrical shell, the cylindrical shell has a guide groove extending along the axis of the adjusting wheel, the buckle position of the key is slidably installed in the guide groove, and a blocking wall is provided at the end of the guide groove to limit the moving range of the key. [0087] See also Figures 1 to 3 , an embodiment of the present application provides a handle assembly 100 , and the handle assembly 100 is used to be connected to a rope 200 . Figures 1 to 3A handle assembly 100 and a portion of a wire rope 200 are shown in FIG. A skipping rope usually has two handle assemblies 100, and the wire rope 200 is connected between the two handle assemblies 100. The handle assembly 100 includes a mounting shell 110, a winding shaft 120, and an adjusting wheel 130. The mounting shell 110 has a receiving groove 1111, and the winding shaft 120 is rotatably mounted in the receiving groove 1111. Figures 4 to 6 The winding shaft 120 is used to fix one end of the wire rope 200, and part of the outer circumference of the winding shaft 120 is used for winding the wire rope 200; a gap is formed between the outer circumference of the winding shaft 120 and the inner wall of the receiving groove 1111, and the gap is used to accommodate the wire rope 200 wound on the outer circumference of the winding shaft 120, and the other end of the wire rope 200 passes through the wire outlet 1112 of the mounting shell 110. The adjusting wheel 130 is movably mounted on the winding shaft 120, and is used to switch the winding shaft 120 between a locked state and a free state. When the winding shaft 120 is in a locked state, the winding shaft 120 is circumferentially limited to the mounting shell 110 to limit the length of the wire rope 200 outside the mounting shell 110; when the winding shaft 120 is in a free state, the winding shaft 120 can rotate relative to the mounting shell 110 to adjust the length of the wire rope 200 outside the mounting shell 110.
[0088] In the handle assembly 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the winding shaft 120 is rotatably mounted in the mounting shell 110, and one end of the wire rope 200 can be fixed to the winding shaft 120 and partially wound around the outer periphery of the winding shaft 120. When the adjusting wheel 130 is operated to switch the winding shaft 120 to a free state, the length of the wire rope 200 wound around the outer periphery of the winding shaft 120 can be increased or decreased by rotating the winding shaft 120 in two rotation directions respectively to reel in or unreel, thereby adjusting the length of the wire rope 200 passing through the mounting shell 110. In addition, pinching the exposed wire rope 200 with the hand and pulling it outward can increase the length of the wire rope 200 passing through the mounting shell 110. When the adjusting wheel 130 is operated to switch the winding shaft 120 to a locked state, the winding shaft 120 will be limited to the mounting shell 110 along the circumferential direction, limiting the length of the wire rope 200 passing through the mounting shell 110. The handle assembly 100 includes fewer parts and has a simple structure. The length of the cord 200 can be adjusted by operating the adjustment wheel 130, and it is easy to use. Compared with the existing skipping rope with a folded structure, the handle assembly 100 of the present application does not have the situation where the extra cord hinders the movement, and the user experience is better.
[0089] In an adjustable length skipping rope as a comparative example, the handle of the skipping rope includes a mounting shell and a winding shaft rotatably mounted in the mounting shell, the outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft has a spiral groove, one end of the rope is fixed to one end of the winding shaft, and a part of the rope is wound on the spiral groove. In order to facilitate the rope to pass through the mounting shell, a long strip window corresponding to the spiral groove is provided on the mounting shell, so that the rope passes through the mounting shell through the long strip window. When using the skipping rope of this comparative example for skipping, the user grabs a handle with both hands, and it is difficult to limit the rope with the long strip window. The direction of the rope passing through the mounting shell is relatively random, so that the exit angles of the rope passing through the two handles may be greatly different, the two handles are subjected to unbalanced forces, and the user experience is not good. In addition, a long strip window is made in the mounting shell, which has poor appearance.
[0090] In another adjustable length skipping rope used as a comparison example, the handle of the skipping rope includes a mounting shell and a winding shaft rotatably mounted in the mounting shell, the outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft has a spiral groove, the mounting shell is not provided with a long strip window, and a complex wire guide mechanism is added to the mounting shell to guide the movement of the rope, so that the wire outlet hole of the mounting shell can be set smaller to reduce the problem of unbalanced force on the two handles when the skipping rope moves. However, after the wire guide mechanism is introduced, the structure is complicated and the wire is easily stuck when adjusting the rope.
[0091] When the handle assembly 100 of the present application is provided with the winding shaft 120 and the wire rope 200, refer to Figures 2 to 4 The winding shaft 120 has a first end 120a and a second end 120b that are arranged opposite to each other. The first end 120a or the middle part of the winding shaft 120 is used to fix one end of the wire rope 200. The outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft 120 is a smooth surface, and a part of the wire rope 200 can be wound around the outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft 120 in a circle from the first end 120a to the second end 120b of the winding shaft 120. The wire outlet 1112 is located at the second end 120b of the winding shaft 120 of the mounting shell 110, and the inner diameter of the wire outlet 1112 is adapted to the outer diameter of the wire rope 200. Among them, the middle part of the winding shaft 120 is located between the first end 120a and the second end 120b of the winding shaft 120. The outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft 120 is a smooth surface, which can be a cylindrical surface or an arc surface. The inner diameter of the outlet 1112 is adapted to the outer diameter of the wire rope 200, which means that the inner diameter of the outlet 1112 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the wire rope 200, and the size of the outlet 1112 is sufficient for the wire rope 200 to pass through, and there is no need to set a long strip window corresponding to the spiral groove in the comparative example. The cross-section of the outlet 1112 and the wire rope 200 can be circular or other shapes, which are not limited here.
[0092] See also Figure 3One end of the wire rope 200 is fixed to the first end 120a or the middle part of the winding shaft 120 (hereinafter referred to as the wire rope fixing position), and a part of the wire rope 200 can be fixedly wound around the wire rope fixing position of the winding shaft 120. The wire rope 200 is wound around the outer circumference of the winding shaft 120 in turns, that is, the wire rope 200 is sequentially wound in a single layer on the outer circumference of the winding shaft 120, and the wire rope 200 wound on the winding shaft 120 has a certain inclination relative to the axis of the winding shaft 120. In the process of rotating the winding shaft 120 to wind the wire rope 200 outside the winding shaft 120, each time a circle of wire rope 200 is wound, the next circle of wire rope 200 to be wound on the winding shaft 120 will exert a force on the previous circle of wire rope 200 already wound on the winding shaft 120, pushing the previous circle of wire rope 200 to the wire rope fixing position of the winding shaft 120 for a certain distance, and finally pushing the entire outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft 120 for winding, and making the wire rope 200 arranged in an orderly manner without overlapping winding. When it is necessary to release the wire rope 200 on the winding shaft 120, the length of the wire rope 200 passing through the mounting shell 110 can be increased by pulling the wire rope 200 outward or rotating the winding shaft 120 in the opposite direction.
[0093] Compared with the skipping rope of the above comparative example, the handle assembly 100 of the embodiment of the present application does not need to set a spiral groove on the winding shaft 120, nor does it need to set a long strip window on the mounting shell 110 or add a wire guide mechanism, and the wire 200 can be sequentially set on the outer periphery of the winding shaft 120 and located in the receiving groove 1111 of the mounting shell 110. The outlet 1112 for the wire 200 to pass through the mounting shell 110 in the handle assembly 100 of the present application can be made smaller. When the outlets 1112 of the two handle assemblies 100 face the same direction, the user grabs one handle assembly 100 with both hands, and the directions of the wires 200 on both sides passing through the mounting shells 110 of the handle assemblies 100 on both sides are close. The outlet 1112 has a limiting effect on the wires passing through the mounting shell 110, and the difference in the force of the two handle assemblies 100 on the user's hands is small, the two handle assemblies 100 are balanced in force, and the user experience is improved. Setting a smaller outlet 1112 in the mounting shell 110 can obtain a better appearance. In addition, there is no need to set up a wire mechanism, the structure is simple, and the wire jamming during adjustment is reduced.
[0094] In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the winding of the wire rope 200 on the winding shaft 120 in circles, see Figure 2 , Figure 3The outer circumference of the winding shaft 120 for winding the wire rope 200 is tapered, and the outer diameter of the winding shaft 120 gradually increases in the direction from the first end 120a to the second end 120b of the winding shaft 120. During the rotation of the rotating shaft 1114, the wire rope 200 is wound on the tapered outer circumference of the winding shaft 120. Under the force of the next circle of wire rope 200 on the previous circle of wire rope 200, the previous circle of wire rope 200 is more likely to slide toward the wire rope fixing position of the winding shaft 120, so that the wire rope 200 will be wound around the winding shaft 120 one circle at a time starting from the wire rope fixing position.
[0095] In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the winding of the wire rope 200 on the winding shaft 120 in circles, see Figure 2 , Figure 3 , the gap can accommodate a layer of wire rope 200 wound on the outer circumference of the winding shaft 120. By setting appropriate sizes for the mounting shell 110, the winding shaft 120 and the wire rope 200, only one circle of the wire rope 200 can be wound in the radial direction of the winding shaft 120. In the direction from the first end 120a to the second end 120b of the winding shaft 120, the wire rope 200 will be wound around the winding shaft 120 one circle at a time from the wire rope fixed position, and the wire rope 200 will not be tangled.
[0096] In order to reduce the friction resistance of the wire rope 200 when adjusting the length of the wire rope 200, there are different ways to achieve it. The first way to reduce the resistance of the wire rope 200 is: Figure 5 , Figure 6 The edge of the wire outlet 1112 is provided with a rounded corner 1112a, which can reduce the friction between the wire 200 and the inner wall of the wire outlet 1112 of the mounting shell 110 when the wire 200 is adjusted, and facilitates the entry and exit of the wire 200 at the wire outlet 1112.
[0097] The second method of reducing the resistance of the line 200 is: Figure 5 , Figure 6 The mounting shell 110 is provided with a rolling element 140 for guiding the wire rope 200 near the wire outlet 1112. During the adjustment of the wire rope 200, there is rolling friction between the rolling element 140 and the wire rope 200, which effectively reduces the friction of the wire rope 200 and facilitates the adjustment of the wire rope 200. Exemplarily, the rolling element 140 is a rotating shaft pin, which includes a fixed shaft 141 fixed in the mounting shell 110 and a rolling body 142 sleeved outside the fixed shaft 141. When adjusting the wire rope 200, the rolling body 142 contacts and cooperates with the wire rope 200, and the wire rope 200 drives the rolling body 142 to rotate around the fixed shaft 141. The structure is simple and practical.
[0098] When a rolling element 140 is provided on each side of the wire outlet 1112 in the mounting shell 110, the wire outlet angle of the wire rope 200 relative to the mounting shell 110 can be adjusted, which is beneficial for the wire rope 200 to pass through the mounting shell 110 roughly in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the winding shaft 120, so that the handle assembly 100 has a relatively certain wire outlet angle, which is beneficial for improving the comfort of the user when skipping rope.
[0099] A third method of reducing the resistance of the cord 200 is: Figure 3 The inner wall of the receiving groove 1111 is provided with a taper, and the inner diameter of the inner wall of the receiving groove 1111 gradually increases in the direction from the first end 120a to the second end 120b of the winding shaft 120. When the wire is released by rotating the adjusting wheel 130, the inner diameter of the receiving groove 1111 at the second end 120b of the winding shaft 120 (i.e., the end close to the outlet 1112) is made larger, so that the friction between the wire rope 200 and the inner wall of the receiving groove 1111 can be reduced, and the wire rope 200 can be sent out when the adjusting wheel 130 is rotated. By increasing the taper of the inner wall of the receiving groove 1111, the resistance between the wire rope 200 and the inner wall of the receiving groove 1111 can be reduced.
[0100] The fourth method of reducing the resistance of the cord 200 is to increase the surface finish of the inner wall of the receiving groove 1111 to reduce the resistance between the cord 200 and the inner wall of the receiving groove 1111, thereby facilitating the sliding of the cord 200 relative to the inner wall of the receiving groove 1111.
[0101] In some embodiments, see Figures 1 to 3 The handle assembly 100 further includes a handle body 170, and the mounting shell 110 is rotatably mounted on the handle body 170, and the rotation axis of the mounting shell 110 coincides with the rotation axis of the winding shaft 120. By adopting the mode that the mounting shell 110 rotates relative to the handle body 170, the rope 200 can be shaken quickly during the rope skipping exercise, and the rope 200 will not be tangled, and the use experience is better.
[0102] Exemplarily, the mounting shell 110 has a rotating shaft 1114 , which is inserted into the mounting groove 171 of the handle body 170 and supported on the handle body 170 by a bearing 172 , so that the mounting shell 110 can rotate smoothly relative to the handle body 170 .
[0103] There are different ways to set up the spool and handle assembly. The first way is to: Figures 1 to 3, the first end 120a of the winding shaft 120 is arranged toward the handle body 170, and the second end 120b of the winding shaft 120 is arranged away from the handle body 170. That is, the wire fixing position of the winding shaft 120 (such as the first end 120a of the winding shaft 120) is arranged close to the handle body 170, and the wire outlet 1112 is located at a position of the mounting shell 110 away from the handle body 170.
[0104] Figure 7 A three-dimensional assembly diagram of a skipping rope provided in another embodiment of the present application; Figure 8 for Figure 7 Partial cross-sectional view along line EE; Fig. 9 for Figure 7 Partial cross-sectional view along line FF. Figures 7 to 9 Only part of the handle body is shown.
[0105] The second implementation is: See Figures 7 to 9 , the second end 120b of the winding shaft 120 is disposed toward the handle body 170, and the first end 120a of the winding shaft 120 is disposed away from the handle body 170. That is, the wire fixing position of the winding shaft 120 (such as the middle of the winding shaft 120) is disposed away from the handle body 170, and the wire outlet 1112 is located at a position of the mounting shell 110 close to the handle body 170.
[0106] Fig.10 for Figure 2 A three-dimensional exploded view of a winding shaft, a pin, a cover body and an adjusting wheel in a skipping rope; Fig.11 for Fig.10 A three-dimensional assembly diagram of the winding shaft, the cover body and the adjusting wheel; Fig.12 for Figure 1 Partial cross-sectional view along line BB; Fig.13 for Figure 3 A schematic diagram of the structure of the adjusting wheel in the skipping rope when it is in the first position; Fig.14 for Figure 3 A schematic diagram of the structure of the adjusting wheel in the skipping rope when it is in the second position.
[0107] When setting the mounting housing 110, the winding shaft 120 and the adjusting wheel 130, refer to Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Fig.10 The mounting shell 110 has a cover 112, and the winding shaft 120 is limited to the cover 112 along the axial direction of the winding shaft 120; the cover 112 or the winding shaft 120 is provided with a gear ring 114; the adjusting wheel 130 is sleeved or penetrated at one end of the winding shaft 120, and the adjusting wheel 130 can move between a first position and a second position along the axial direction of the winding shaft 120; Figures 11 to 13 When the adjusting wheel 130 is in the first position, the protruding teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 are meshed with the gear ring 114, and the adjusting wheel 130 is limited to the cover body 112 along the circumferential direction; Fig.14 When the adjusting wheel 130 is in the second position, the protruding teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 are separated from the gear ring 114, and the winding shaft 120 can rotate relative to the cover body 112. By changing the position of the adjusting wheel 130 along the axial direction of the winding shaft 120, the winding shaft 120 can be switched between the locked state and the free state, which is easy to operate. The gear ring 114 has a plurality of tooth grooves arranged circumferentially, and the protruding teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 can cooperate with the tooth grooves of the gear ring 114. The first position and the second position of the adjusting wheel 130 are determined, which are the positions where the protruding teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 and the gear ring 114 are engaged and separated, respectively. See. Figure 3 , Fig.13 When the length of the wire rope 200 needs to be limited, the axial position of the adjusting wheel 130 is changed, and the protruding teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 are meshed with the gear ring 114, so that the winding shaft 120 is switched to the locked state, and the adjusting wheel 130 and the winding shaft 120 cannot rotate, thereby limiting the length of the wire rope 200 passing through the mounting shell 110. Fig.14 When the length of the wire rope 200 needs to be adjusted, the axial position of the adjusting wheel 130 is changed, and the convex teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 and the gear ring 114 are separated, so that the winding shaft 120 is switched to a free state and the winding shaft 120 can rotate, and the length of the wire rope 200 passing through the mounting shell 110 can be adjusted as needed.
[0108] When the convex teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 are provided, one or more convex teeth 131 may be provided on the adjusting wheel 130. When multiple convex teeth 131 are provided, it is necessary to meet the corresponding meshing of multiple convex teeth 131 and multiple tooth grooves of the gear ring 114, and the circumferential limiting effect formed by the cooperation of multiple convex teeth 131 and the gear ring 114 is better.
[0109] The tooth groove edge of the gear ring 114 may be chamfered, and the convex teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 may be chamfered to facilitate smooth meshing of the tooth groove of the gear ring 114 and the convex teeth 131 .
[0110] When setting up the mounting housing 110, refer to Figure 2 , Figure 3 The mounting shell 110 includes a shell 111 and a cover 112. The cover 112 is fixed at an opening 1113 of the shell 111. The shell 111 and the cover 112 form a receiving groove 1111. The mounting shell 110 is easy to process and assemble, and it is convenient to install parts such as the winding shaft 120 on the mounting shell 110. The cover 112 can be fixed to the shell 111 by screws, buckles or other mechanical means.
[0111] Fig.15 for Fig.10 A three-dimensional assembly diagram of the winding shaft, pin, cover body and adjusting wheel; Fig.16 for Figure 1 Partial cross-sectional view along line CC.
[0112] In some embodiments, in order to realize that the adjusting wheel 130 can move along the axial direction of the winding shaft 120, and the adjusting wheel 130 and the winding shaft 120 can rotate synchronously relative to the cover body 112 when the winding shaft 120 is in a free state, refer to Figure 3 The gear ring 114 is disposed on the cover body 112 and is coaxially arranged with the through hole 1122 of the cover body 112. The winding shaft 120 is passed through the through hole 1122 and can rotate relative to the cover body 112. Fig.10 , Fig.15 , Fig.16 The winding shaft 120 and the adjusting wheel 130 are connected by a pin 151. The pin 151 is installed on the winding shaft 120 along the radial direction of the winding shaft 120. The adjusting wheel 130 has a guide groove 132 extending along the axis of the adjusting wheel 130. The end of the pin 151 is slidably installed in the guide groove 132. When assembling the winding shaft 120, the winding shaft 120 passes through the through hole 1122 of the cover body 112. The outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft 120 and the through hole 1122 are matched, so that the winding shaft 120 can rotate relative to the cover body 112. Fig.14 When the winding shaft 120 switches to the free state and the adjusting wheel 130 rotates, the adjusting wheel 130 drives the winding shaft 120 to rotate through the pin 151, so that the two rotate synchronously relative to the cover 112. When changing the axial position of the adjusting wheel 130, since the axial position of the winding shaft 120 has been limited, the pin 151 installed on the winding shaft 120 and the guide groove 132 of the adjusting wheel 130 cooperate to limit the moving range of the adjusting wheel 130, so that the adjusting wheel 130 can move between the first position and the second position along the axial direction of the winding shaft 120. The distance between the first position and the second position of the adjusting wheel 130 is the length of the guide groove 132.
[0113] When the cover 112 and the gear ring 114 are provided, the cover 112 and the gear ring 114 can be an integrally formed structure or an assembled structure. When assembled, the cover 112 and the gear ring 114 can be connected by fasteners or other means. The gear ring 114 can be an inner gear ring, an outer gear ring or an end face gear ring, and the convex teeth 131 are provided in a shape that can mesh with the tooth grooves of the gear ring 114.
[0114] When limiting the axial position of the winding shaft 120, refer to Fig.14 One end of the winding shaft 120 is inserted into the receiving groove 1111 of the mounting shell 110 and is limited by the inner wall of the receiving groove 1111. Figure 8 One end of the winding shaft 120 inserted into the mounting shell 110 can be supported on the inner wall of the mounting shell 110, and a sleeve 113 can be provided in the mounting shell 110 to support the end of the winding shaft 120. Figure 8 , Fig.14A step surface 121 is provided on the middle outer peripheral surface of the winding shaft 120, and the step surface 121 of the winding shaft 120 abuts against the inner wall of the cover body 112, thereby limiting the axial position of the winding shaft 120 and allowing the winding shaft 120 to remain in a predetermined axial position during rotation.
[0115] When assembling the winding shaft 120, the pin 151 and the adjusting wheel 130, the adjusting wheel 130 is sleeved on the outside of one end of the winding shaft 120 extending out of the mounting shell 110. One end of the winding shaft 120 extending out of the mounting shell 110 is provided with a first mounting hole 122 extending radially, and the pin 151 passes through the first mounting hole 122 and both ends of the pin 151 extend out of the winding shaft 120. The adjusting wheel 130 has two guide grooves 132 arranged opposite to each other, and the length direction of the guide grooves 132 is parallel to the axis of the winding shaft 120. The two ends of the pin 151 are slidably mounted in the two guide grooves 132 of the adjusting wheel 130 in a one-to-one correspondence, so that the adjusting wheel 130 can move axially relative to the winding shaft 120 and limit the moving range of the adjusting wheel 130, and the adjusting wheel 130 and the winding shaft 120 can also rotate synchronously relative to the cover body 112. In addition, one end of the pin 151 is extended out of the winding shaft 120, and the adjusting wheel 130 is provided with a guide groove 132, and one end of the pin 151 is slidably installed in the guide groove 132, so that the same function can be achieved.
[0116] The pin 151 may be a cylindrical pin or an elastic pin. Fig.10 , Fig.16 When the cylindrical pin 151a is used, the cylindrical pin 151a can be directly installed in the first installation hole 122 of the winding shaft 120. Fig. 9 When the elastic pin 151b is used, the elastic pin 151b includes an elastic member 1511 and abutment terminals 1512 respectively arranged at the two ends of the elastic member 1511. Under the action of the elastic member 1511, the two abutment terminals 1512 can be telescopically arranged in the first mounting hole 122. The two abutment terminals 1512 serve as the two ends of the pin and correspond one-to-one with the two guide grooves 132 of the adjusting wheel 130.
[0117] See also Figures 7 to 9 For the handle assembly 100 that uses the pin 151 to connect the winding shaft 120 and the adjusting wheel 130, the second end 120b of the winding shaft 120 is set toward the handle body 170, and the first end 120a of the winding shaft 120 is set away from the handle body 170. The adjusting wheel 130 can be sleeved outside the mounting shell 110, so that the adjusting wheel 130, the mounting shell 110 and the winding shaft 120 overlap in some areas. When the mounting shell 110 and the adjusting wheel 130 have a certain total length, the outer peripheral surface of the adjusting wheel 130 has a larger area, which is convenient for operating the adjusting wheel 130.
[0118] In some embodiments, in order for the adjustment wheel 130 to remain in the first position or the second position, refer to Figure 3 The outer circumference of the adjusting wheel 130 is provided with an elastic terminal 152, and the inner circumference of the adjusting wheel 130 is provided with a first groove 133 and a second groove 134 at intervals. Fig.13 When the adjusting wheel 130 is in the first position, the elastic terminal 152 abuts against the first groove 133 to limit the axial position of the adjusting wheel 130 so that the protruding tooth 131 and the gear ring 114 remain in meshing relationship, thereby limiting the length of the cord 200 extending out of the mounting housing 110. Fig.14 When the adjusting wheel 130 is in the second position, the elastic terminal 152 is set against the second groove 134 to limit the axial position of the adjusting wheel 130 so that the convex tooth 131 and the gear ring 114 remain separated, effectively reducing the possibility of the convex tooth 131 entering the gear ring 114 during the process of winding or releasing the line. The elastic terminal 152 and the two grooves can respectively cooperate to limit the adjusting wheel 130 to two predetermined positions of the winding shaft 120. When subjected to external force, the elastic terminal 152 will compress and store energy, and when the external force is reduced, the elastic terminal 152 will release energy and extend. When it is necessary to change the axial position of the adjusting wheel 130 relative to the winding shaft 120, the original elastic terminal 152 is set against one of the grooves. After pulling the adjusting wheel 130, the elastic terminal 152 is retracted by the force of the inner circumference of the adjusting wheel 130 until the elastic terminal 152 is aligned with another groove of the adjusting wheel 130. The elastic terminal 152 will extend and be set against another groove to achieve positioning at another position.
[0119] For example, see Figure 3 , Fig.10 The end of the winding shaft 120 extending out of the mounting shell 110 is provided with a second mounting hole 123 that radially penetrates the winding shaft 120. The elastic terminal 152 includes an elastic member 1521 and two abutting terminals 1522 disposed at both ends of the elastic member 1521. The elastic member 1521 and the two abutting terminals 1522 are placed in the second mounting hole 123. The inner circumference of the adjusting wheel 130 is provided with two sets of first grooves 133 and second grooves 134 that are oppositely disposed to match the two abutting terminals 1522, so that the axial position of the adjusting wheel 130 can be effectively limited. Among them, the elastic member 1521 can be a telescopic spring.
[0120] In another embodiment, see Figure 8 The second mounting hole 123 can be a blind hole. One or more second mounting holes 123 can be configured on the winding shaft 120 as needed, and the same number of elastic members 1521 and abutment terminals 1522 are assembled in each second mounting hole 123, and a corresponding number of first grooves 133 and second grooves 134 are set on the inner circumference of the adjusting wheel 130, so that the axial limitation of the adjusting wheel 130 can also be achieved.

[0122] In some embodiments, in order to realize that the adjusting wheel 130 can move along the axial direction of the winding shaft 120, and the adjusting wheel 130 and the winding shaft 120 can rotate synchronously relative to the cover body 112 when the winding shaft 120 is in a free state, refer to Figures 17 to 22 The gear ring 114 is disposed on the cover body 112 and is coaxially disposed with the through hole 1122 of the cover body 112. The adjusting wheel 130 is passed through the through hole 1122. Fig.23 The winding shaft 120 has a limiting groove 124 extending along the axis of the adjusting wheel 130, and the convex tooth 131 is slidably installed in the limiting groove 124, so that the adjusting wheel 130 can move between a first position and a second position along the axial direction of the winding shaft 120. The ring gear 114 can be an internal ring gear, and the convex tooth 131 is set to a shape that can mesh with the tooth groove of the ring gear 114. The cross-sectional shape of the limiting groove 124 of the winding shaft 120 and a tooth groove of the ring gear 114 are the same, and both extend along the axis of the winding shaft 120, so that the convex tooth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 can slide in a tooth groove of the ring gear 114 and the limiting groove 124, so that the adjusting wheel 130 can move along the axial direction of the winding shaft 120. The cover body 112 and the ring gear 114 can be an integrally formed structure or an assembled structure. When assembled, the cover body 112 and the ring gear 114 can be connected by fasteners or other methods. See. Fig. 20 , Fig.23 , Fig.24When the protruding tooth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 slides to the limiting groove 124 and a tooth groove of the gear ring 114, that is, the protruding tooth 131 is meshed with the limiting groove 124 and a tooth groove of the gear ring 114 at the same time, the adjusting wheel 130 moves to the first position, so that the adjusting wheel 130 and the winding shaft 120 are circumferentially limited on the cover body 112 and cannot rotate. Fig.25 By pushing the adjusting wheel 130 inward to the second position, the protruding teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 slide to the limiting groove 124, the protruding teeth 131 and the limiting groove 124 remain meshed, and the protruding teeth 131 separate the gear ring 114, so that the adjusting wheel 130 can be rotated and the winding shaft 120 can be driven to rotate, so that the adjusting wheel 130 and the winding shaft 120 can be synchronously rotated relative to the cover body 112. When the limiting groove 124 is set, the number and position of the limiting groove 124 and the protruding teeth 131 are set correspondingly. When multiple groups of limiting grooves 124 and protruding teeth 131 are configured, it is convenient for the adjusting wheel 130 to drive the winding shaft 120 to rotate.
[0123] When limiting the axial position of the winding shaft 120, refer to Fig. 20 One end of the winding shaft 120 is inserted into the receiving groove 1111 of the mounting shell 110, and the winding shaft 120 is limited by the inner wall of the receiving groove 1111; the end of the winding shaft 120 inserted into the receiving groove 1111 can be supported on the inner wall of the mounting shell 110, and a sleeve 113 can be provided in the mounting shell 110 to support the end of the winding shaft 120. The other end of the winding shaft 120 abuts against the inner wall of the cover body 112, thus defining the axial position of the winding shaft 120, so that the winding shaft 120 is kept in a predetermined position in the axial direction during the rotation process.
[0124] In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the axial movement of the adjusting wheel 130 along the winding shaft 120, see Fig.18 , Fig. 20 The cover 112 is movably provided with a button 161, and a first elastic member 162 is provided between the adjusting wheel 130 and the winding shaft 120. By providing the first elastic member 162 between the adjusting wheel 130 and the winding shaft 120, the adjusting wheel 130 after being pressed has the ability to be reset after being released, so that the operability is better. Fig. 20 When the button 161 is not pressed, under the elastic force of the first elastic member 162, the adjusting wheel 130 is in the first position, and the protruding teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 partially pop out from the limiting groove 124 of the winding shaft 120 and mesh with the gear ring 114, so that the adjusting wheel 130 and the winding shaft 120 are circumferentially limited on the cover body 112 and cannot rotate, that is, the winding shaft 120 is in a locked state, and the length of the wire rope 200 passing through the mounting shell 110 is fixed. The adjusting wheel 130 is set against the button 161, so that the button 161 is in a pop-up state. Fig.25When the button 161 is pressed, the button 161 abuts against the adjusting wheel 130 to push the adjusting wheel 130, and the adjusting wheel 130 switches to the second position. The convex teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 and the limiting groove 124 of the winding shaft 120 remain in meshing, and the convex teeth 131 separate the gear ring 114, so that the adjusting wheel 130 and the winding shaft 120 can rotate synchronously relative to the cover body 112, that is, the winding shaft 120 is in a free state, and the first elastic member 162 is compressed. Among them, the button can be a button cap. The adjusting wheel 130 can be provided with a bone position 135 for abutting against the button 161. The first elastic member 162 can be a compression spring. One or more first elastic members 162 can be configured to change the elastic force acting on the adjusting wheel 130.
[0125] There are different ways to assemble the first elastic member 162. The first way is: Fig. 20 , Fig.23 , Fig.26 , Fig. 27 The adjusting wheel 130 has a positioning column 136, and the end of the positioning column 136 is slidably mounted on the positioning groove 126 of the winding shaft 120; the first elastic member 162 is sleeved outside the positioning column 136, and the two ends of the first elastic member 162 are respectively set against the winding shaft 120 and the adjusting wheel 130. In this way, the position of the first elastic member 162 can be limited. Through the cooperation of the positioning column 136 and the positioning groove 126, the winding shaft 120 can be more stably supported on the adjusting wheel 130. When multiple first elastic members 162 are configured, the adjusting wheel 130 is provided with multiple positioning columns 136, and the winding shaft 120 is provided with multiple positioning grooves 126. The first elastic member 162 is sleeved outside the positioning column 136 in a one-to-one correspondence, and the positioning column 136 and the positioning groove 126 are configured in a one-to-one correspondence.
[0126] The second implementation is: the winding shaft 120 has a positioning groove 126, and the two ends of the first elastic member 162 are respectively disposed against the bottom surface of the positioning groove 126 and the adjusting wheel 130. In this way, the first elastic member 162 is easily assembled, and the position of the first elastic member 162 can be limited. When multiple first elastic members 162 are configured, the winding shaft 120 is provided with multiple positioning grooves 126, and the first elastic members 162 are disposed in the positioning grooves 126 one by one.
[0127] In some embodiments, in order to improve the convenience of winding the wire rope 200 on the winding shaft 120, refer to 18, Fig. 20The button 161 and the adjusting wheel 130 are connected by an elastic torsion piece 163. The elastic torsion piece 163 is used to provide torque to the winding shaft 120 when the button 161 is pressed, so that the winding shaft 120 rotates and the wire rope 200 is automatically wound around the outer circumference of the winding shaft 120. By arranging the elastic torsion piece 163 between the button 161 and the adjusting wheel 130, and twisting the elastic torsion piece 163 in a predetermined direction to store energy, the elastic torsion piece 163 will release energy when it is twisted in the opposite direction, driving the winding shaft 120 to rotate and reset for multiple turns, so that the wire rope 200 wound on the winding shaft 120 has an inward contraction force, and the wire rope 200 can automatically shrink into the inside of the mounting shell 110 and be wound around the outside of the winding shaft 120. During operation, combined with Fig.25 First, press the button 161 to separate the protruding teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 and the tooth ring 114 on the cover 112, that is, the adjusting wheel 130 switches to a free state. At this time, the effective length of the line 200 can be adjusted, and the first elastic member 162 is compressed to store energy. When it is necessary to release the line, pull the line 200 out of the mounting shell 110 to increase the length of the line 200 passing through the mounting shell 110, and the winding shaft 120 rotates to drive the elastic torsion member 163 to roll and tighten to store energy. Fig. 20 After adjusting the effective length of the wire rope 200, when the wire rope 200 needs to be fixed, release the button 161. Under the action of the first elastic member 162, the adjusting wheel 130 is reset to the locked state, and the protruding teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 are meshed with the gear ring 114 of the cover body 112. The adjusting wheel 130 and the winding shaft 120 cannot continue to rotate, and the length of the wire rope 200 passing through the installation shell 110 is limited. When it is necessary to reel in the wire, there is no need to pull the wire rope 200. The elastic torsion member 163 will release energy to drive the winding shaft 120 to rotate. A part of the wire rope 200 has been wound around the wire fixing position of the winding shaft 120. The wire rope 200 will enter the installation shell 110 from the outside through the wire outlet 1112 of the installation shell 110, and will be wound around the outside of the winding shaft 120 in circles. After the elastic torsion member 163 is configured, the operation of reeling in and releasing the wire is simpler. The elastic torsion member 163 may be a clockwork spring, that is, a spring whose spiral line is in a plane and can provide a certain torque.
[0128] Fig.28 for Fig.18 A three-dimensional assembly diagram of an elastic torsion member and a button in a skipping rope; Fig.29 for Fig.18 A three-dimensional assembly diagram of the elastic torsion member and the adjusting wheel in a skipping rope.
[0129] When installing the elastic torsion member 163, refer to Fig.28 , Fig.29, the elastic torsion member 163 and the winding shaft 120 are not overlapped, so that the overall diameter of the mounting shell 110 can be made smaller, equal to or close to the diameter of the handle body 170, without any abrupt feeling. The elastic torsion member 163 can be arranged in the button 161, so that the structure is compact. The outer end 163b of the elastic torsion member 163 is fixed on the button 161, and the inner end 163a is fixed on the adjustment wheel 130. Exemplarily, the inner wall of the button 161 is provided with a protrusion 1613 and a bone position 1612, the outer end 163b of the elastic torsion member 163 is blocked by the protrusion 1613 to define the axial position, and the radial position of the outer end 163b is defined by the inner wall of the button 161 and the bone position 1612. Alternatively, the inner wall of the button 161 is provided with a bone position 1612, and the outer end 163b of the elastic torsion member 163 is wound and fixed on the bone position 1612. The adjusting wheel 130 is provided with a bone position 135, which can be a columnar body with a slot, and the inner end 163a of the elastic torsion member 163 is inserted into the slot and bent relative to the columnar body. Fig.25 When the button 161 is pressed, the button 161 pushes the bone position 135 to drive the adjusting wheel 130 to move, so that the protruding tooth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 slides to the guide groove 132 of the adjusting wheel 130 .
[0130] In addition, it is also feasible that the outer end of the elastic torsion member is fixed on the adjusting wheel, and the inner end is fixed on the button, and the elastic torsion member is replaced with another rotation direction.
[0131] For the handle assembly 100 with the button 161, the first elastic member 162 and the elastic torsion member 163, the skipping rope is configured with two handle assemblies 100. If the user grabs one handle assembly 100 with both hands and steps on the middle part of the rope 200 with his feet, the extension length of the rope 200 of the two handle assemblies 100 can be adjusted at the same time. The rope 200 can be pulled outward by pulling the rope 200. When the rope 200 is loosened, the rope 200 can be retracted into the mounting shell 110 under the torque of the elastic torsion member 163, which is very convenient to operate.
[0132] Fig.30 for Fig.18 A three-dimensional assembly diagram of a cover body and buttons in a skipping rope.
[0133] In some embodiments, to limit the movement range of the button 161, refer to Figure 25 to Figure 27 , Fig.30The cover 112 has a guide groove 1123 extending along the axis of the adjusting wheel 130, and the buckle position 1611 of the button 161 is slidably mounted in the guide groove 1123. The end of the guide groove 1123 is provided with a blocking wall 1124 to limit the moving range of the button 161. The guide groove 1123 of the cover 112 and the buckle position 1611 of the button 161 limit the linear movement of the button 161 relative to the cover 112 and cannot rotate. The blocking wall 1124 of the cover 112 limits the moving range of the button 161, thereby reducing the possibility that the button 161 will be separated from the cover 112 during the movement.
[0134] When setting the buckle position 1611 of the button 161, one or more buckle positions 1611 may be provided. The buckle position 1611 may be an elastic buckle position, which is convenient for pressing the button 161 into the cover body 112 from the outside. The buckle position 1611 may also be a fixed buckle position. In addition, the edge of the button 161 may be provided with a flange 1614, and when the flange 1614 abuts against the inner wall of the cover body 112, the button 161 is limited on the cover body 112.
[0135] In another embodiment, the gear ring 114 is provided on the cover body 112 and is coaxially arranged with the through hole 1122 of the cover body 112, the adjusting wheel 130 is inserted into the through hole 1122, the winding shaft 120 has a limiting groove 124 extending along the axis of the adjusting wheel 130, and the convex tooth 131 is slidably installed in the limiting groove 124, so that the adjusting wheel 130 can move between the first position and the second position along the axial direction of the winding shaft 120. The mounting shell is provided with a cylindrical shell with a wire passing port, and the cylindrical shell is movably provided with a button, and a first elastic member is provided between the adjusting wheel and the winding shaft. By providing the first elastic member between the adjusting wheel and the winding shaft, the adjusting wheel after being pressed has the ability to reset after being released, so that the operability is better. When the button is not pressed, under the elastic force of the first elastic member, the adjusting wheel is in the first position, and the adjusting wheel is against the button; when the button is pressed, the button is against the adjusting wheel, the adjusting wheel switches to the second position, and the first elastic member is compressed. When the button is pressed or released, the adjusting wheel can move along the axial direction of the winding shaft.
[0136] The cylindrical shell can be set to a suitable shape, such as a truncated cone or other shapes, to improve the appearance. The cylindrical shell can be fixed to the outside of the mounting shell by fasteners or other means. The wire passing port of the cylindrical shell is connected to the wire outlet of the mounting shell, so that the wire can pass through the wire outlet and the wire passing port to pass out of the cylindrical shell. The button is movably installed at one end of the cylindrical shell.
[0137] In the case where the button is movably mounted on the cylindrical shell, regarding the assembly method of the first elastic member, the cover body and the shaft portion are connected by an elastic torsion member, as shown in FIG. Figures 18 to 20 The cover shown is an embodiment in which a button is movably mounted.
[0138] In order to limit the moving range of the key, the cylindrical shell has a guide groove extending along the axis of the adjusting wheel, the buckle position of the key is slidably mounted in the guide groove, and a blocking wall is provided at the end of the guide groove to limit the moving range of the key. The guide groove of the cylindrical shell and the buckle position of the key limit the key to move linearly relative to the cylindrical shell but not to rotate, and the blocking wall of the cylindrical shell limits the moving range of the key, thereby reducing the possibility of the key detaching from the cylindrical shell during the movement.

[0140] Fig.35 for Fig.32 Exploded perspective view of the bobbin and gear ring in a skipping rope.
[0141] In some embodiments, in order to realize that the adjusting wheel 130 can move along the axial direction of the winding shaft 120, and the winding shaft 120 can rotate relative to the cover body 112 when the winding shaft 120 is in a free state, refer to Figure 31 to Figure 34 The gear ring 114 is provided on the winding shaft 120 and is located in the receiving groove 1111 and is coaxially arranged with the through hole 1122 of the cover body 112. The winding shaft 120 includes a winding portion 128 for winding the wire rope 200 and a shaft portion 129 coaxially connected to the winding portion 128. The winding portion 128 is located in the receiving groove 1111. The shaft portion 129 is passed through the adjusting wheel 130 and can rotate relative to the adjusting wheel 130. The adjusting wheel 130 is slidably installed at the through hole 1122 along the axial direction of the winding shaft 120. The protruding tooth 131 is provided at one end of the adjusting wheel 130 close to the winding portion 128 and is located in the receiving groove 1111. The shaft portion 129 in the winding shaft 120 passes through the adjusting wheel 130, and the adjusting wheel 130 is slidably installed at the through hole 1122 of the cover body 112 along the axial direction, so that the adjusting wheel 130 can move between the first position and the second position along the axial direction of the winding shaft 120. When the bobbin 120 is in a free state, the bobbin 120 and the gear ring 114 can rotate synchronously relative to the cover 112. In the bobbin 120, the outer diameter of the winding portion 128 can be larger than the outer diameter of the shaft portion 129. Under the same axial length, the winding portion 128 with a larger outer diameter can be wound with more wire ropes 200.
[0142] When the winding shaft 120 and the gear ring 114 are provided, the gear ring 114 may be provided on the winding portion 128 in the winding shaft 120. Fig.35The winding portion 128 and the gear ring 114 can be connected by fasteners or buckles 1141 or other methods. The gear ring 114 can be an inner gear ring, an outer gear ring or an end gear ring, and the convex teeth 131 are configured to be meshed with the gear ring 114.
[0143] When the gear ring 114 is an end gear ring, refer to Fig.34 , a ring groove 1281 is provided on one side of the winding part 128 close to the shaft part 129, and a ring portion 1282 coaxial with the shaft part 129 is formed on the winding part 128. The end face gear ring is arranged toward the bottom surface of the ring groove 1281, and the end face gear ring is installed on the ring portion 1282. The convex teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 are end face teeth that can mesh with the end face gear ring, and are arranged in the ring groove 1281. By changing the axial position of the adjusting wheel 130, the convex teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 and the end face gear ring are meshed or separated. This structure is easy to form and assemble. The convex teeth 131 of the end face gear ring and the adjusting wheel 130 can be helical teeth or other tooth shapes.
[0144] When the winding shaft 120 is axially limited, the winding portion 128 of the winding shaft 120 is inserted into the receiving groove 1111 of the mounting shell 110, and the limit is removed by the inner wall of the receiving groove 1111. The winding portion 128 can be supported on the inner wall of the mounting shell 110, and a sleeve 113 can be provided in the mounting shell 110 to support the end of the winding shaft 120. The gear ring 114 is provided on the winding portion 128, and the gear ring 114 abuts against the inner wall of the cover body 112, thereby limiting the axial position of the winding shaft 120, so that the winding shaft 120 is kept in a predetermined position in the axial direction during the rotation process.
[0145] When setting the cover 112, refer to Figure 32 to Figure 34 The cover 112 may include a frame portion 112a and a partition portion 112b. The partition portion 112b may be installed in the frame portion 112a by fasteners or other means. The through hole 1122 is provided in the partition portion 112b. The frame portion 112a is installed at the opening 1113 of the housing 111. This method is easy to form and assemble. In addition, the frame portion 112a and the partition portion 112b may also be an integrally formed structure.
[0146] Fig.36 for Fig.32 A three-dimensional exploded view of an adjusting wheel, a gear ring, a part of a cover body and a floating part in a skipping rope.
[0147] When assembling the adjusting wheel 130 and the cover 112, refer to Fig.34 , Fig.36A guide structure may be provided between the inner wall of the through hole 1122 of the cover body 112 and the adjusting wheel 130, for guiding the adjusting wheel 130 to slide along a predetermined straight line and be installed at the through hole 1122 of the cover body 112, but not to rotate relative to the cover body 112. For example, a convex block 1122a is provided on the inner wall of the through hole 1122, and a sliding groove 137 extending along the axial direction of the adjusting wheel 130 is provided on the outer periphery of the adjusting wheel 130, and the convex block 1122a is slidably installed in the sliding groove 137 to guide the adjusting wheel 130 to move on the predetermined straight line. In addition, a convex block is provided on the outer periphery of the adjusting wheel 130, and a sliding groove is provided on the inner wall of the through hole 1122, so as to guide the adjusting wheel 130.

[0150] Fig.37 for Fig.32 A three-dimensional assembly diagram of an elastic torsion member, a partial cover body and a winding shaft in a skipping rope.
[0151] In some embodiments, in order to improve the convenience of winding the wire rope 200 on the winding shaft 120, refer to Fig.32 , Fig.34 , Fig.37 The cover 112 and the shaft 129 are connected by an elastic torsion member 163. The elastic torsion member 163 is used to provide a torque to the shaft 129 when the button 161 is pressed, so that the shaft 129 rotates and the cord 200 is automatically wound around the winding portion 128. By arranging the elastic torsion member 163 between the cover 112 and the shaft 129, and twisting the elastic torsion member 163 in a predetermined direction to store energy, the elastic torsion member 163 will release energy when it is twisted in the reverse direction, driving the winding shaft 120 to rotate and reset for multiple turns, so that the cord 200 wound on the winding shaft 120 has an inward contraction force, and the cord 200 can automatically shrink into the inside of the mounting shell 110 and be wound around the winding portion 128. During operation, the button 161 must be pressed first to separate the protruding teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 and the toothed ring 114 on the winding shaft 120, that is, the adjusting wheel 130 is switched to a free state, at which time the effective length of the line 200 can be adjusted, and the second elastic member 165 is compressed to store energy. When it is necessary to release the line, the line 200 is pulled out of the mounting shell 110 to increase the length of the line 200 passing through the mounting shell 110, and the winding shaft 120 rotates to drive the elastic torsion member 163 to roll and tighten to store energy. After the effective length of the line 200 is adjusted, when the line 200 needs to be fixed, the button 161 is released, and under the action of the second elastic member 165, the adjusting wheel 130 is reset to a locked state, the protruding teeth 131 of the adjusting wheel 130 and the toothed ring 114 are meshed, and the winding shaft 120 cannot continue to rotate, limiting the length of the line 200 passing through the mounting shell 110. When the wire needs to be reeled in, the wire rope 200 does not need to be pulled, and the elastic torsion member 163 will release energy to drive the winding shaft 120 to rotate. A portion of the wire rope 200 has been wound around the wire rope fixing position of the winding shaft 120, and the wire rope 200 will enter the installation shell 110 from the outside through the wire outlet 1112 of the installation shell 110, and will be wound around the outside of the winding shaft 120. After the elastic torsion member 163 is configured, the operation of reeling in and unreeling in is simpler.
[0152] In some embodiments, to facilitate the installation and protection of the elastic torsion member 163, refer to Fig.32 , Fig.34 , Fig.37 The cover 112 has a cylindrical portion 1125, the floating member 164 is slidably installed in the cylindrical portion 1125, and the button 161 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 1125; the end of the shaft portion 129 away from the winding portion 128 is located in the cylindrical portion 1125, the elastic torsion member 163 is located in the cylindrical portion 1125, the inner end 163a of the elastic torsion member 163 is connected to the end of the shaft portion 129 away from the winding portion 128, and the outer end 163b of the elastic torsion member 163 is connected to the cylindrical portion 1125. The elastic torsion member 163 is arranged in the cylindrical portion 1125, and the button 161 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 1125, and the radial space is fully utilized to make the axial dimension of the handle assembly 100 smaller.
[0153] When installing the elastic torsion member 163, refer to Fig.37 , the two ends of the elastic torsion member 163 can be set as a U-shaped bending structure for fixing and bearing tension. The outer wall of the cylindrical portion 1125 is provided with a slot 1125b, a bone position 1125c and a protrusion 1125d. The outer end 163b of the elastic torsion member 163 passes through the slot 1125b and is bent. The bent outer end 163b is set between the outer wall of the cylindrical portion 1125 and the bone position 1125c to define the radial position, and the bent outer end 163b is blocked by the protrusion 1125d to define the axial position. The end of the shaft portion 129 is provided with a slot 1291, and the inner end 163a of the elastic torsion member 163 is passed through the slot 1291 and is bent relative to the shaft portion 129. Reliable connection of the two ends of the elastic torsion member 163 is achieved.
[0154] For the handle assembly 100 with the button 161, the floating part 164, the second elastic part 165 and the elastic torsion part 163, the skipping rope is configured with two handle assemblies 100. If the user grabs one handle assembly 100 with both hands and steps on the middle part of the rope 200 with his feet, the extension length of the rope 200 of the two handle assemblies 100 can be adjusted at the same time. The rope 200 can be pulled outward by pulling the rope 200. When the rope 200 is loosened, the rope 200 can be retracted into the mounting shell 110 under the torque of the elastic torsion part 163, which is very convenient to operate.
[0155] In some embodiments, see Fig.36 , Fig.37 The cylindrical portion 1125 has a guide groove 1125a extending along the axial direction of the adjusting wheel 130, and the floating member 164 has a guide portion 1642, which is penetrated by the guide groove 1125a and slidably installed in the guide groove 1125a. Fig.33, the portion of the guide portion 1642 that passes through the outside of the cylindrical portion 1125 abuts against the button 161. The guide groove 1125a of the cylindrical portion 1125 cooperates with the guide portion 1642 of the floating member 164, so that the floating member 164 can stably move along the axial direction of the adjustment wheel 130. In addition, the edge of the button 161 and the guide portion 1642 of the floating member 164 can abut and cooperate, and the button 161 and the floating member 164 can push each other when the button 161 is pressed or released. The edge of the button 161 can be provided with a recess 1615, and the portion of the guide portion 1642 that passes through the outside of the cylindrical portion 1125 abuts against the bottom surface of the recess 1615, so that the floating member 164 and the button 161 can reliably abut.
[0157] When setting the buckle position 1611 of the button 161, one or more buckle positions 1611 may be provided. [0159] Among them, the cylindrical shell 115 can be set to a suitable shape, such as a truncated cone or other shapes, to improve the appearance. The cylindrical shell 115 can be fixed to the outside of the mounting shell 110 by fasteners or other means. The wire port 1151 of the cylindrical shell 115 is connected to the wire outlet 1112 of the mounting shell 110, so that the rope 200 can pass through the wire outlet 1112 and the wire port 1151 to pass out of the cylindrical shell 115. The blocking wall 1153 of the cylindrical shell 115 limits the moving range of the button 161, reducing the possibility of the button 161 detaching from the cylindrical shell 115 during the movement.
[0162] There are different ways to connect the wire rope 200 and the winding shaft 120. The first way is: Figure 2 , Figure 3A wire plug 180 is installed at the inner hole 125 of the winding shaft 120. The wire plug 180 is used to fix one end of the wire rope 200, so that the end of the wire rope 200 can be stably assembled on the winding shaft 120, and it is also convenient to remove the wire rope 200 from the winding shaft 120 when it needs to be replaced. Exemplarily, one end of the wire rope 200 passes through the fixing hole 181 of the wire plug 180, and the wire plug 180 is inserted into the winding shaft 120. The wire plug 180 and the inner hole 125 of the winding shaft 120 can be connected by interference fitting or buckle.
[0163] The second implementation is: See Fig. 22 , Fig.24 , the winding shaft 120 can directly fix one end of the wire rope 200. This can simplify the structure of the winding shaft 120, making it easy to manufacture and assemble. Exemplarily, the winding shaft 120 has at least two through holes 127 extending in the radial direction, and one end of the wire rope 200 passes through one of the through holes 127 and then bends and passes through the other through hole 127, so that the wire rope 200 can be reliably fixed on the winding shaft 120.
[0164] See also Figures 1 to 3 The present application embodiment provides a skipping rope, which includes two handle assemblies 100 and a line 200, wherein the line 200 is connected between the two handle assemblies 100. Among them, at least one of the two handle assemblies 100 adopts the handle assembly 100 of the above embodiment. Since the skipping rope adopts the above handle assembly 100, it also has all the beneficial effects brought by the handle assembly 100, which will not be repeated here one by one.
[0165] It is worth noting that when one of the two handle assemblies 100 adopts the handle assembly 100 of the above embodiment, the other handle assembly 100 may adopt the handle assembly A. The first wire 201 is passed through one of the first connection holes 211, then bent and passed through another first connection hole 211. The second wire 202 is passed through one of the second connection holes 212, then bent and passed through another second connection hole 212. The wire has a certain hardness. The wire can be fixed on the connector 210 by passing the wire through one of the connection holes, bending it, and then passing it through another connection hole. The operation is convenient and the replacement of the wire is convenient.

[0171] When setting the card connector 213, Fig.41 The clamping member 213 includes an annular portion 2131, a plurality of strip portions 2132 connected to the annular portion 2131 along the circumferential direction, and a protrusion 2133 respectively arranged on the inner side of each strip portion 2132. The plurality of strip portions 2132 are arranged obliquely relative to the axis of the annular portion 2131 so that the free end of the strip portion 2132 is offset outward; the free end of the strip portion 2132 is the end of the strip portion 2132 away from the annular portion 2131, and the outward offset is the radial outward offset along the annular portion 2131. The wire body connected to the clamping member 213 is arranged through the annular portion 2131 and is located between the plurality of strip portions 2132. The plurality of strip portions 2132 are arranged against the inner circumferential surface of the connecting cap 214, and the plurality of protrusions 2133 are clamped outside the wire body. The clamping member 213 has a simple structure. During assembly, the wire body is passed through the annular portion 2131 of the clamping piece 213 and is located between the multiple strip portions 2132. The clamping piece 213 is pushed into the connecting cap 214. Under the action of the inner circumference of the connecting cap 214, the free ends of each strip portion 2132 are tightened inward, and the outer circumference of the wire body is clamped by multiple protrusions 2133 to fix the wire body on the clamping piece 213. The annular portion 2131 is against the connecting cap 214 to achieve reliable connection between the wire body, the clamping piece 213 and the connecting cap 214.
[0172] When the connector 215 is provided, the connector 215 has at least two connection holes 2151, and the wire connected to the connector 215 is passed through one of the connection holes 2151, then bent and passed through the other connection hole 2151.
