A replacement device for removing a liner of a sewer pipeline biofilm and sludge

Abstract

The application discloses a replacement device for removing the inner lining of a sewage pipeline biological membrane and sludge and a sewage pipeline cleaning device, which comprises a replacement winch, a pulley arranged on the replacement winch and used for realizing sliding of the replacement winch, a stripping side tie rod used for stripping the inner lining from the inner wall of the pipeline, and a laying side tie rod arranged along the axial direction of the replacement winch and reversely arranged with the stripping side tie rod, and the laying side tie rod is used for laying the inner lining on the inner wall of the pipeline. The replacement device for removing the inner lining of a sewage pipeline biological membrane and sludge and the sewage pipeline cleaning device can realize stripping of the old inner lining through the one-way movement of the replacement winch along the inner wall of the pipeline, realize laying of the new inner lining through the laying side tie rod, avoid direct contact between the inner wall of the pipeline and sewage, and one-time completion of cleaning of the old inner lining in the pipeline and replacement of the new inner lining can be realized through the replacement device for the inner lining, and the replacement device is convenient to use.
