A latch (61) releasably secures the front plate (15) to the back plate (11). The latch (61) includes an actuator (51) movable within the back plate (11) and in a direction through the body of the back plate (11) to engage and disengage the front plate (15), respectively. The movement of the actuator (51) raises and lowers a retaining element (59) to engage and disengage a retaining element (59) baffle mounted on the front plate (15), respectively.
