Switched-loaded directional pattern and polarization reconfigurable antenna and control method thereof

Abstract

The application discloses a switch-loaded directional diagram and polarization reconfigurable antenna and a control method thereof, aims at overcoming the technical difficulties that the circularly polarized beam in the horizontal direction is not reconfigurable, and comprises a dielectric antenna, a radiation arm and a feed network, wherein the feed network comprises a coaxial feed input port, a power divider, a radio frequency switch, a balun, the coaxial feed input port, the power divider, the radio frequency switch, the balun and the radiation arm are sequentially connected, the feeding current of the balun is switched through the radio frequency switch, the current direction of the radiation arm is controlled, the feeding phase of the radiation arm is converted between 0° and 180°, the switching of six kinds of radiation directional diagrams is realized through the adjustment of the feeding phase of the radiation arm, including five kinds of left-handed circularly polarized and one kind of right-handed circularly polarized directional diagrams, and the circularly polarized beam in the horizontal direction is reconfigurable.
