Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application belongs to the technical field of pesticide combinations, and specifically relates to a combination containing a biologically effective amount of compound I and at least one Glutamate-gated chloride channel (GluCl) allosteric modulator (such as abamectin, emamectin benzoate, etc.), an uncoupler that interferes with the proton gradient affecting oxidative phosphorylation (such as acequinocyl, etc.), a selective homopteran insect feeding blocker (such as pymetrozine, etc.), a ecdysone receptor agonist (such as methoxyfenozide, tebufenozide, etc.) insecticide, and methods thereof for controlling pests in agronomic and non-agronomic environments. BACKGROUND

[0002] In recent years, the occurrence of various crop pests has shown a trend of increasing year by year, and the occurrence area has increased year by year, which has brought great harm to crops, resulting in problems such as crop yield reduction and agricultural production cost increase. In order to improve the control effect on pests, farmers increase the amount of pesticide or randomly mix pesticides. This unscientific use of pesticides not only fails to achieve the synergistic effect, but also leads to problems such as waste of pesticides, excessive pesticide residues, pollution of the environment, and development of pesticide resistance in pests. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a synergistic composition for pests, which can achieve the effects of expanding the range of control objects, reducing the amount of pesticide, and delaying the development of resistance.

[0003] In the actual process of agricultural production, long-term continuous use of the same pesticide will quickly lead to pesticide resistance in pests, resulting in reduced control effect and increased pesticide use, which exacerbates pesticide residues in agricultural products and damage to the ecological environment. Compounding with insecticides of completely different mechanisms is an effective way to delay the development of pesticide resistance in pests, expand the insecticidal spectrum, prolong the service life, and reduce the amount of pesticides used. However, how to compound the pesticides to produce synergistic rather than antagonistic effects between the pesticides is a major difficulty.

[0004] Patent document CN 111909143 A discloses compound I, which has broad-spectrum insecticidal activity and good control effect on pests such as Lepidoptera, Hemiptera, Coleoptera, Thysanoptera, Diptera, and mites. However, it does not disclose how to compound it with other pesticides to achieve the purpose of synergism.

[0005] The structural formula of compound I is as follows,

[0131] (2) Measurement method:

[0132] Methods for determining the toxicity of pests

[0133] The toxicity of the pest was determined using cotton aphids as the test material, and the toxicity of compound I, compound II and their mixtures was determined by immersion method.

[0134] Referring to the People's Republic of China Agricultural Industry Standard NY / T 1154.6-2006 "Guidelines for Indoor Bioassay Testing of Pesticides," Part 6: Insecticide Activity Test - Immersion Method, the test agents (including Compound I and Compound II) were first prepared into five concentration gradients using suitable solvents (the type of solvent is such as acetone, methanol, N,N-dimethylformamide, and dimethyl sulfoxide, etc., selected according to their solubility in the sample). 50 (The concentration gradient is set according to the ratio or arithmetic progression), and the compounds I and II to be mixed are respectively calculated according to their LC values. 50 The values are set according to a series of proportions based on mass ratio, and the final mass concentration (referring to the total mass of compound I and compound II) is prepared by different ratios.

[0135] After immersing the target insects in the drug solution for 5-10 seconds, excess solution is absorbed with filter paper, and the insects are transferred to normal rearing conditions. Each treatment is repeated in 4 replicates, with 10-20 insects immersed in each replicate. A corresponding organic solvent treatment without the drug is included as a control.

[0136] The toxicity of the pest was determined using the corn armyworm as the test material, and the toxicity of compound I, compound II and their mixtures was determined by the leaf immersion method.

[0137] Referring to the People's Republic of China Agricultural Industry Standard NY / T 1154.14-2008 "Guidelines for Indoor Bioassay Testing of Pesticides," Insecticides Part 14: Leaf Dipping Method, the test agents (including Compound I and Compound II) were first prepared into five concentration gradients using suitable solvents (the type of solvent, such as acetone, methanol, N,N-dimethylformamide, and dimethyl sulfoxide, etc., selected according to their solubility in the sample). 50The concentration gradient is set according to the geometric or arithmetic progression, and the compound I and the compound II for mixing are respectively prepared according to the LC 50 The series of proportions are set according to the mass proportion, and the final mass concentration (referring to the total mass of the compound I and the compound II) is prepared according to different proportions.

[0138] The leaf discs or leaf segments are immersed in the solution of the agent to be tested, taken out after 10s (the immersion time can be appropriately prolonged or shortened according to the characteristics of the agent), dried and placed in a culture dish containing 1% water agar or a moisture filter paper, and the test insects are introduced, with not less than 10 insects per repeat. Each treatment has not less than 4 repeats, and a treatment without the agent (containing all organic solvents and emulsifiers) is set as a blank control.

[0139] The co-toxicity coefficients (CTC values) of the two agents in different proportions are calculated according to the method of Sun Yunpei. The co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) of the mixed agent ≥120 indicates synergistic effect, the CTC ≤80 indicates antagonistic effect, and 80<CTC<120 indicates additive effect. The co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) of the mixed agent is calculated according to formula (1), formula (2) and formula (3):

[0140]

[0141] In the formula:

[0142] ATI - the measured toxicity index of the mixed agent;

[0143] S - the LC 50 of the standard insecticide, with the unit of milligrams per liter (mg / L);

[0144] M - the LC 50 of the mixed agent, with the unit of milligrams per liter (mg / L)

[0145] TTI = TI A × P A + TI B × P B (2)

[0146] In the formula:

[0147] TTI - the theoretical co-toxicity index of the mixed agent;

[0148] TI A - the toxicity index of the agent A;

[0149] P A - the percentage content of the agent A in the mixed agent, with the unit of percentage (%);

[0150] TI B - the toxicity index of the agent B;

[0151] P BThe percentage content of the B agent in the mixture, in percentage (%).

[0152]

[0153] In the formula:

[0154] CTC - coefficient of toxicity;

[0155] ATI - actual toxicity index of the mixture;

[0156] TTI - theoretical toxicity index of the mixture.

[0157] When different pesticides are mixed, they usually exhibit three types of action, namely, additive action, synergistic action and antagonistic action, but it is impossible to predict which type of action will occur. The composition described in the present application uses compound I and compound II as effective active ingredients, and is illustrated by the biological determination examples.
