A composite polysaccharide, and a preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

This application discloses a complex polysaccharide, its preparation method, and its applications. It discloses both a novel use of sulfated kudzu polysaccharide as a raw material for preparing drugs with anticoagulant effects and a complex polysaccharide comprising sulfated polysaccharide and polysaccharide fragments; wherein the sulfated polysaccharide includes sulfated kudzu polysaccharide and / or sulfated Bletilla striata polysaccharide; and the polysaccharide fragments include glycosaminoglycan fragments. This application modifies the structure of natural polysaccharides to improve their structural properties, preparing and screening complex polysaccharides with anticoagulant activity. The components in the complex polysaccharide work synergistically, significantly enhancing the anticoagulant effect and broadening the application fields of polysaccharides, primarily for the development of anticoagulant drugs and anticoagulant medical devices.
