Multilayer screen resistance welding apparatus

Abstract

This invention provides a multi-layer filter resistance welding device, belonging to the field of resistance welding, comprising: a seam welding mechanism and a feeding and conveying mechanism; the feeding and conveying mechanism is connected to the seam welding mechanism; the seam welding mechanism includes a seam welding frame, a seam welding wheel, a welding core disposed directly below the seam welding wheel, clamping and forming mechanisms disposed on the left and right sides of the welding core, a lifting and positioning mechanism disposed below the welding core, and a forming lower die disposed on the lifting and positioning mechanism; the seam welding wheel is disposed on the seam welding frame via a lifting frame, the lifting and positioning mechanism lifts the mesh sheet fed to the forming lower die upwards, and the clamping and forming mechanisms on both sides clamp the mesh sheet relative to each other so that it wraps around the welding core. The first mesh sheet is fed to the welding position of the seam welding mechanism by the feeding and conveying mechanism for welding the first layer of filter screen; the second mesh sheet is fed to wrap around the first layer of filter screen and seam welded to the first layer of filter screen to form a double-layer filter screen weld; and so on, to form a multi-layer filter screen weld, realizing automated seam welding of multi-layer filter screens.
