Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of plant growth regulators, in particular to a water-soluble carrier composition, a gibberellic acid gel preparation and a preparation method and application. BACKGROUND
[0002] Currently, there is a plant growth regulator for promoting the growth of pear fruits on pear trees, and the plant growth regulator is prepared by dissolving the gibberellic acid original drug into molten lanolin to obtain a plaster which is applied to the fruit stem. The cost of the processing technology using lanolin as the carrier is relatively high. The source of lanolin is single, and the cost is high. The melting point of lanolin is 36-42℃, and it is solid at room temperature. In the mixing process of lanolin and the gibberellic acid original drug, the semi-solid or solid lanolin at room temperature needs to be heated in an oven or hot water for about 8-10 hours to become liquid in advance. The heating and melting process consumes a lot of time and is not easy to stir uniformly. The season for using the plaster is from the middle of April to the end of May every year. When the temperature is low, it can be as low as about 10℃. The plaster needs to be soaked in hot water before use to squeeze it out of the product package. Sometimes, the temperature during use is as high as 30℃ or above, close to the melting point of lanolin. After the plaster is applied to the fruit stem, it will change from semi-solid to flowing liquid and flow from the fruit stem to the fruit surface to form fruit rust in the process of temperature rising from low to high. It is also easy to make the fruit stem black and cause phytotoxicity. After using the plaster prepared by using lanolin as the carrier, the plaster still remains on the fruit stem where it is applied, which affects the overall appearance of the fruit and needs to be cut off for sale.
[0003] A plant growth regulator for promoting fruit growth and a use method and application thereof are disclosed in Chinese patent application No. CN202210756544.5. The plant growth regulator is obtained by adding gibberellic acid A4 original drug and gibberellic acid A4+A7 basic mixed original drug into liquid lanolin. It solves the problem of ensuring the effect of the drug while reducing the content of the pesticide preparation and avoids or reduces the loss caused to farmers by phytotoxicity of the fruit stem in high-temperature years. However, it does not involve the problem of the state of the plant growth regulator in high-temperature years.
[0004] Therefore, it is a main technical problem to be solved at present to provide a plant growth regulator which is stable in state, not affected by temperature, and higher in safety without affecting the overall appearance of the fruit after use. SUMMARY
[0005] The first aspect of the present application provides a water-soluble carrier composition. The preparation raw materials thereof include, by weight, 10-90 parts of a shaping agent, 5-40 parts of a solvent, 0-40 parts of a stabilizer, 0.1-10 parts of a thickening agent, 0-2 parts of a neutralizing agent, 0.1-2 parts of an antioxidant, and 0.1-2 parts of a preservative.
[0006] Preferably, the forming agent is selected from a combination of one or more of sorbitol, maltitol, fructose syrup.
[0007] Further, the forming agent is sorbitol.
[0008] The solvent is selected from a combination of one or more of propylene glycol, glycerol, ethanol, dimethyl sulfoxide.
[0009] Further, the solvent is propylene glycol, dimethyl sulfoxide.
[0010] Preferably, the thickening agent is selected from a combination of one or more of sodium alginate, polyacrylic acid, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl modified starch.
[0011] Preferably, the stabilizer comprises polyethylene glycol.
[0012] Preferably, the average molecular weight of the stabilizer is 200-800.
[0013] Further, the average molecular weight of the stabilizer is 400-600.
[0014] In order to improve the dispersion stability of the water-soluble carrier composition, the inventors unexpectedly found during experiments that when the amount of thickening agent exceeds 10%, and the thickening agent is used in combination with hydroxypropyl modified starch and polyethylene glycol, the viscosity of the system is increased, and the gibberellic acid gel preparation cannot obtain effective storage stability during stirring and dispersion. The possible reason is that the functional groups contained in the hydroxypropyl modified starch can interact with polyethylene glycol with a certain molecular chain length, but when the amount of polyethylene glycol is too large, it cannot form a stable interaction network structure with the hydroxypropyl modified starch, thereby affecting the dispersion stability of the gibberellic acid gel preparation.
[0015] Preferably, the antioxidant is selected from a combination of one or more of chlorogenic acid, ascorbic acid, tea polyphenol, tert-butyl p-phenylphenol, butylated hydroxyanisole.
[0016] Further, the antioxidant is chlorogenic acid.
[0017] Preferably, the preservative is selected from a combination of one or more of casson, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate. Preferably, the thickening agent is selected from a combination of one or more of sodium alginate, polyacrylic acid, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl modified starch.
[0018] Further, the preservative is casson.
[0019] Preferably, the neutralizing agent comprises triethanolamine.
[0020] Preferably, the type of gibberellic acid can be selected from one or more combinations of gibberellic acid A3, gibberellic acid A4, gibberellic acid A4+7.
[0021] Further, the CAS number of gibberellic acid A4 is 468-44-0.
[0022] Further, the CAS number of gibberellic acid A3 is 77-06-5.
[0023] Further, the CAS number of gibberellic acid A4+7 is 668-44-0.
[0024] Preferably, the weight ratio of the forming agent, solvent, thickening agent is (50-70):(15-35):(0.2-6).
[0025] Further, the weight ratio of the forming agent, solvent, thickening agent is (55-65):(20-33):(0.5-5).
[0026] In order to improve the stability of the gibberellic acid gel preparation at low temperature and avoid the occurrence of caking at low temperature, the inventors accidentally found that by limiting the types of forming agent, solvent, thickening agent, preferably using sorbitol as the forming agent, propylene glycol, dimethyl sulfoxide as the solvent, polyacrylic acid, hydroxypropyl modified starch as the thickening agent, and the weight ratio of the forming agent, solvent, thickening agent is (50-70):(15-35):(0.2-6), preferably the weight ratio of the forming agent, solvent, thickening agent is (55-65):(20-33):(0.5-5), the forming agent, solvent and thickening agent can improve the stability of the gibberellic acid gel preparation at low temperature, the possible reason is that sorbitol, propylene glycol, dimethyl sulfoxide contain polar groups, which can fully contact with polyacrylic acid or hydroxypropyl modified starch to form an interaction network structure, and in the process of heating, polyacrylic acid or hydroxypropyl modified starch is fully swollen in the interaction network structure, when the amount of propylene glycol is small, it will cause the formed interaction network structure to have poor density, affecting the storage state of the water-soluble carrier composition at low temperature, further causing the poor stability of the gibberellic acid gel preparation at low temperature, and the occurrence of caking at low temperature.
[0027] The second aspect of the present application provides a gibberellic acid gel preparation, the preparation raw materials of which comprise a water-soluble carrier composition and gibberellic acid, the content of the gibberellic acid is 1-3 parts by weight, the content of the water-soluble carrier composition is 97-99 parts by weight, and the gibberellic acid gel preparation remains gel-like at 10-60℃.
[0028] In order to improve the uncontrollable phenomenon of plant growth regulators at high or low temperature, the inventors accidentally found that by using a water-soluble carrier composition and gibberellic acid to prepare a gibberellic acid gel preparation, the gibberellic acid gel preparation can maintain a gel state at 10-60°C, is not affected by external high or low temperature, does not affect the overall appearance of the fruit after use, does not affect the sales of the fruit, and automatically absorbs and disappears before the picking season, without affecting the overall appearance of the fruit.
[0029] In one embodiment, the water-soluble carrier composition comprises sorbitol, chlorogenic acid, casone, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polyacrylic acid, and triethanolamine in a weight ratio of 60:0.5:0.5:20:16.5:0.5:0.5.
[0030] In order to improve the growth promoting effect of gibberellic acid on fruit and increase the sugar content in pear fruit, the inventors accidentally found that when the water-soluble carrier composition comprises sorbitol, chlorogenic acid, casone, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polyacrylic acid, and triethanolamine in a weight ratio of 60:0.5:0.5:20:16.5:0.5:0.5, the permeability of gibberellic acid applied to the fruit stalk can be improved, the sugar content in pear fruit can be further increased, and the gibberellic acid gel preparation prepared from the water-soluble carrier composition and gibberellic acid can better adhere to the surface of the fruit stalk and penetrate into the pear fruit through the phloem of the fruit stalk to promote cell growth in the pear fruit. The sorbitol contained in the gibberellic acid gel preparation is the product of photosynthesis in Rosaceae plants (pear, apple, peach), can be directly used as a source of carbon for the growth of Rosaceae plants (pear, apple, peach), provides nutrients for pear fruit, and increases the sugar content in pear fruit.
[0031] In one embodiment, the water-soluble carrier composition comprises sorbitol, chlorogenic acid, casone, propylene glycol, dimethyl sulfoxide, and hydroxypropyl modified starch in a weight ratio of 60:0.5:0.5:31:1.5:5.
[0032] In order to improve the growth promotion effect of gibberellic acid on fruits and increase the sugar content in pear fruits, the inventors accidentally found that when the water-soluble carrier composition contains sorbitol 60 parts, chlorogenic acid 0.5 parts, casson 0.5 parts, propylene glycol 31 parts, dimethyl sulfoxide 1.5 parts, and hydroxypropyl modified starch 5 parts by weight, the permeability of gibberellic acid coated on the fruit stalk can be improved, and the sugar content in pear fruits can be further increased. It may be due to the fact that when the gibberellic acid gel preparation prepared by the water-soluble carrier composition and the gibberellic acid is coated on the fruit stalk, the gibberellic acid gel preparation can better adhere the gibberellic acid to the surface of the fruit stalk, and the gibberellic acid can penetrate into the pear fruit through the phloem of the fruit stalk to promote the growth of the cells in the pear fruit. In addition, the sorbitol contained in the gibberellic acid gel preparation is the product of photosynthesis of Rosaceae plants (pears, apples, peaches), which can be directly used as a source of carbon supply for the growth of Rosaceae plants (pears, apples, peaches), and can provide nutrients for pear fruits, thereby increasing the sugar content in pear fruits.
[0033] The third aspect of the present application provides a preparation method of a gibberellic acid gel preparation, comprising the following steps:
[0034] S1. The forming agent, antioxidant and preservative are uniformly mixed to obtain solution A;
[0035] S2. The solvent and stabilizer are mixed and heated to 40-50 DEG C, then the gibberellic acid is added and uniformly mixed to obtain solution B;
[0036] S3. Solution B is added to solution A, and the thickening agent and neutralizing agent are slowly added and heated to 40-50 DEG C, and stirred for 60-90 min to fully swell to obtain the gibberellic acid gel preparation.
[0037] In one embodiment, an edible pigment is added to the prepared gibberellic acid gel preparation, and the amount of the edible pigment accounts for 0.01 parts of the total amount of the gibberellic acid gel preparation.
[0038] The edible pigment is a green edible pigment.
