Multi-specification mine drill rod automatic arrangement and bundling device and method

Abstract

This invention discloses an automatic arrangement and bundling device for multi-specification mining drill rods. Its features include a material collection and arrangement device, a lifting device, a shaping device, a bundling device, and a control system. The material collection and arrangement device collects and arranges the drill rods. The lifting device lifts the arranged drill rods from the material collection and arrangement device and provides them to the shaping device. The shaping device shapes the drill rods provided by the lifting device. The bundling device secures the shaped drill rods. First, the control device controls the drill rods to flow from an external device into the material collection and arrangement device. The material collection and arrangement device arranges one layer of drill rods, which is then provided to the shaping device by the lifting device. The shaping device shapes the multiple layers of drill rods into a drill rod stack, and then the bundling device packages them, achieving automated bundling and packaging while improving work efficiency.
