A brake force sensor

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of force sensors and discloses a brake force sensor which comprises a fixed ring seat provided with a pressure groove, a silicon rubber ring film covering the fixed ring seat, a pressure groove forming a pressure cavity, a connector and a pressure chip, the pressure chip being fixed on the connector, the connector comprising an insulating seat and a conductive part, one end of the conductive part extending out of the insulating seat and the other end being electrically connected with a metal PAD of the pressure chip, an outer pressure ring comprising an outer sleeve and a first outer ring piece, the outer sleeve being sleeved on the fixed ring seat and the first outer ring piece being abutted with an outer ring of the silicon rubber ring film, an inner pressure ring comprising an inner sleeve and a first inner ring piece, the fixed ring seat being sleeved on the inner sleeve and the first inner ring piece being abutted with an inner ring of the silicon rubber ring film, and a pressing block being fixed on the silicon rubber ring film and being spaced apart from the outer pressure ring and the inner pressure ring respectively. The brake force sensor disclosed by the application is small in size, does not need to be led out by gold wires and is suitable for environments with high temperature, strong vibration and large impact.
