Abstract

The application relates to a broken construction technology, in particular to a composite stratum pipe jacking engineering deep hole static breaking agent charging construction method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, exploration; S2, drilling; S3, water permeability detection; S4, determining the proportion of the charging amount and the water injection amount according to the water permeability; S5, injecting water into the breaking hole according to the determined proportion, injecting the breaking agent into the breaking hole after the water injection is completed, and uniformly mixing the breaking agent and the water in the breaking hole; and S6, waiting for the breaking agent to be completely reacted and completing the breaking operation. The water permeability detection in the hole guarantees that the proportion of the breaking agent and the water in the hole meets the mixing requirement, the water is added first and then the charging and mixing operation in the hole is carried out, the influence of the adverse factors such as the rapid reaction of the breaking agent, wall sticking and hole blocking is avoided, the drilling and other surveying modes are adopted to measure the rock breaking effect in combination with the performance of the pipe jacking machine, and the construction quality of the deep hole concealed engineering is controlled.
