The present application relates to the technical field of electric power engineering, and especially relates to a resin fiber telescopic insulating net, which comprises a fixed support, a net body, a movable support and a portable mechanism, the portable mechanism comprises an oval plate, two sliding members, two springs, a plurality of connecting members, two supporting blocks, a plurality of inserting rods, two U-shaped plates and two carrying wheels, the fixed support is provided with two sliding grooves, a plurality of recesses and a plurality of through holes, the two U-shaped plates are respectively arranged in the corresponding recesses, and the two U-shaped plates are in contact with the movable support, the U-shaped plate is provided with two limiting grooves, the oval plate is rotationally connected with the fixed support, the two sliding members are in contact with the oval plate, one end of the plurality of inserting rods is fixedly connected with the corresponding supporting block, the other end of the plurality of inserting rods respectively penetrates through the corresponding through hole and is inserted into the corresponding limiting groove, and the two carrying wheels are arranged on the fixed support, so that the net body can be prevented from shaking and is more convenient to carry.
