New glycosides from Momordica cochinchinensis, their preparation and application

Abstract

A class of novel mubezhiside compounds, their preparation, and applications, including: mubezhiside A and mubezhiside B. This invention removes impurities directly via macroporous lipid column chromatography after boiling in water, simultaneously removing both aqueous and lipid-soluble impurities with high efficiency. Following impurity removal, silica gel column chromatography is used for purification, allowing for significantly larger sample loading and shorter processing time compared to ODS column chromatography. Preparative HPLC is employed for final purification, greatly improving the purification effect.
