Preparation method of solid two-dimensional nonlinear material based on PDMS and all-optical switch application

Abstract

The application provides a preparation method of a PDMS-based solid two-dimensional nonlinear material and an all-optical switch application, and belongs to the technical field of nonlinear materials; the PDMS-based solid two-dimensional nonlinear material comprises WS2, PDMS and a curing agent; in the preparation of the PDMS-based solid two-dimensional nonlinear material, the cross-linking and curing process of the PDMS and the curing agent under normal temperature conditions is utilized, and the WS2 is uniformly distributed in the PDMS, so that the PDMS-based solid two-dimensional nonlinear material is prepared; on the one hand, the oxidation resistance, hydrophobicity and biological compatibility of the two-dimensional nonlinear material can be improved; on the other hand, the two-dimensional material can be better applied to the device in the experiment based on spatial self-phase modulation, and the development of the spatial self-phase modulation is promoted.
