Sewage treatment dosing system and method

Abstract

This invention discloses a wastewater treatment dosing system and method. The system includes a wastewater treatment system, a dosing system, and an intelligent control system. The wastewater treatment system is used to treat and purify wastewater from a wastewater treatment plant. It includes a first treatment channel with a first sedimentation tank. The dosing system includes multiple dosing units, each connected to a treatment tank within the wastewater treatment system. The first dosing unit is connected to the first sedimentation tank and is used to add chemicals to the sedimentation tank. The intelligent control system monitors the real-time influent flow rate of the first treatment channel and the SV30 value in the first sedimentation tank. When the real-time influent flow rate exceeds a preset influent flow rate, the system determines the dosage of the first dosing unit based on the excess ratio of the real-time influent flow rate and the target dosing concentration per ton of water. This system and method can reduce the need for manual monitoring and operating costs in overflow pollution treatment scenarios, and improve work efficiency.
